Is this the final nail in the coffin?

MANCHIN STATEMENT ON INFRASTRUCTURE AND RECONCILIATION NEGOTIATIONS

Washington, DC – Today, U.S. Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) released the following statement about infrastructure and reconciliation negotiations.

“Every Member of Congress has a solemn duty to vote for what they believe is best for the country and the American people, not their party. Respectfully, as I have said for months, I can’t support $3.5 trillion more in spending when we have already spent $5.4 trillion since last March. At some point, all of us, regardless of party must ask the simple question – how much is enough?

What I have made clear to the President and Democratic leaders is that spending trillions more on new and expanded government programs, when we can’t even pay for the essential social programs, like Social Security and Medicare, is the definition of fiscal insanity. Suggesting that spending trillions more will not have an impact on inflation ignores the everyday reality that America’s families continue pay an unavoidable inflation tax. Proposing a historic expansion of social programs while ignoring the fact we are not in a recession and that millions of jobs remain open will only feed a dysfunction that could weaken our economic recovery. This is the shared reality we all now face, and it is this reality that must shape the future decisions that we, as elected leaders, must make.

Since the beginning of this reconciliation debate, I have been consistent in my belief that any expansion of social programs must be targeted to those in need, not expanded beyond what is fiscally possible. Our tax code should be reformed to fix the flaws of the 2017 tax bill and ensure everyone pays their fair share but it should not weaken our global competitiveness or the ability of millions of small businesses to compete with the Amazons of the world. Overall, the amount we spend now must be balanced with what we need and can afford – not designed to reengineer the social and economic fabric of this nation or vengefully tax for the sake of wishful spending.

In August, I recommended we take a strategic pause to provide time to develop the right policies and to continue to monitor how the pandemic and economic factors are affecting our nation’s fiscal situation before we spend more. Throughout September, I have made it clear to all those who would listen the need to means test any new social programs so that we are helping those who need it the most, not spend for the sake of spending.

While I am hopeful that common ground can be found that would result in another historic investment in our nation, I cannot – and will not - support trillions in spending or an all or nothing approach that ignores the brutal fiscal reality our nation faces. There is a better way and I believe we can find it if we are willing to continue to negotiate in good faith.

If there is one final lesson that will continue to guide me in this difficult debate ahead it is this: America is a great nation but great nations throughout history have been weakened by careless spending and bad policies. Now, more than ever, we must work together to avoid these fatal mistakes so that we may fulfill our greatest responsibility as elected leaders and pass on a better America to the next generation.

So these two sides are off by about 5.5 trillion

A disagreement between the Biden Administration and the non-partisan non-profit Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget on how much the reconciliation bill will cost.

So the outward cost of the reconciliation package is generally thought of to be 3.5 trillion in new spending. Democrats claim to have a basic roadmap of sorts to pay for it, but have not provided the least bit of details (other than the ever-popular rhetorical tax the rich and corporations mantra). This approach has never been successful and spending packages less than ten percent of this Build Back Better plan have failed to be covered by any increase in taxes on the rich. Reality is that you could increase the revenue from payroll taxes by 10% (across the board) and double the amount of money raised by corporations for the next decade and you still would likely fall short of what is needed to pay for the plan. Yet, they demand (laughably) that the true cost will be zero.

Meanwhile the Committee for Responsible Federal Budget has gone through the bill and believes the true cost to be upwards of 5.5 trillion over the next decade and that approximately 5 trillion of that would lead to a permanent cost of 500 billion per year forever.

Given our current non-defense discretionary spending budget is approximately 900 billion per year, that would equate to a permanent increase of approximately 56% to our spending budget. Can anyone imagine just taking your household spending costs and multiplying them by 1.56 and then pretending that finding the means to pay for that is not a big deal? Basically that is what the Biden Administration and Democrats are doing here.

They believe that we will need to borrow at least a trillion and that no less than three trillion will be added to the national debt just within the first ten years. They do not see any of this cost actually expiring (sunsetting) after the ten years is up, so the deficits and debt would conceivably continue to climb.

For those of you who are wondering; the CRFB includes Bill Clinton's former chief of staff and former Director of the office of Management and Budget (Leon Panetta), a former Republican Governor (Mitch Daniels), Barack Obama's Co-Chair of the National Commission on Fiscal Responsibility (Erskine Bowles), a former member of Democratic congressional leadership (Vic Fazio), an author from the Brookings institute who has been featured in WaPo (Maya MacGuineas), and Tim Penny (an Independent politician from Minnesota) to name a few. This is truly a non-partisan group of people from a variety of backgrounds and political affiliation. There is no reason for them to be providing any red meat for Biden critics.

This is an honest assessment. This honest assessment is about 5.5 trillion off from the rhetoric coming from the President and his minions in Congress. I leave it up to you individually to see whom you believe it telling the truth.

Congratulations on your fool proof plan to stop Covid in its tracks!

We now have over 300,000 dead under Joe Biden

300,525 dead and counting! Great job Joe!

Remember when Biden campaigned on the idea that he had a plan to stop Covid and that Trump was to blame for the fact we hadn't beaten it yet? Well in spite of being handed the largest Covid task force in the world, a team of doctors appointed by Trump, and multiple vaccines created under the guidance of the Trump influenced Warp Speed, we have more people catching and dying from Covid today than we did one year ago.

Let me repeat that:

We have more people catching and dying from Covid than we did a year ago.

So far we have gotten diddly squat in leadership from Biden or his White House, unless of course you consider pointing the finger at everyone and their cat for the current Covid issues. We have no new plan, we have no new medications, we have no new anything. In fact, as the rest of the world has embraced a variety of treatments that are working, our Administration has done whatever it can to prevent anyone from being treated, including attempts to limit antibody treatments to states with Republican Governors.

Time for Biden and his team to celebrate this incredible milestone. Nobody would have believed this to be possible when Joe was elected! But it seems clear from the Biden leadership, that this was exactly what he was looking to do.

People are just damned stupid!

Poll Shows Most Americans Wildly Overestimate COVID Hospitalization Risks: Is the Media to Blame?
A new Gallup poll shows that when it comes to COVID risks, a lot of Americans have no idea what’s going on. The poll, involving 3,158 adult Americans, tells us that 41% of Democrats believe the unvaccinated have a 50% chance of being hospitalized because of COVID. The correct answer: Fewer than 1% of unvaccinated people infected with COVID will have to go to the hospital.

Well people are damned stupid, but Democrats obviously lead the pack? Who in their right mind actually believes that 50% of people infected with Covid end up in the hospital (vaccinated, unvaccinated, or whatever)? Apparently 41%  of Democrats have been convinced of this thing. Where do they get this from? Obviously not statistics, research, paying attention, or common sense.

But hey, when you shut down the economy, you make everyone wear masks, make people carry around a vaccination card, and when you act as if Covid-19 is the death plague, then one can see why some people just assume that all of this fear and overreaction is based on fact. Obviously we wouldn't totally destroy our society over a common cold that only one in a hundred people end up hospitalized for?

But we have and we continue to do so. More to the point, not only our media, but our Government, and even our health officials make every attempt to make people believe that walking around unvaccinated or maskless is akin to a death sentence. The facts have never shown this, but what do facts have to do with political hysteria.

Back to the Afghanistan hearings....

Biden appears to have been pretty much lying or senile all along

One of the pressing questions that we needed answers to is exactly who was in favor of what. In the day and age of fake news, fake books, fake leaked sources, and fake journalism in general it is almost impossible to know what is and isn't true anymore.

So who was with Joe Biden and his desire to kill American soldiers, attack innocent afghani families, leave thousands of Americans behind in a hostile country, and leave 85 billion in military equipment to a hostile army? Well apparently not much of anyone.

According to the sworn testimony of General Milley, Commander McKenzie, and Secretary Austin, pretty much everyone advised the President against the action he took. Apparently Joe Biden was urged by multiple people to keep 2500 troops in Afghanistan precisely to prevent what happened from happening. To some degree or the other, everyone also agreed in the end that without American troops that a Taliban takeover was a foregone conclusion.

Sure, there appeared to be some surprise as to the speed. But others did not appear very surprised and basically argued that we should have expected the Taliban to fill our void sooner rather than later. To the degree that Biden suggested that "nobody anticipated" this is very the degree that Biden is lying about that.

Biden also appears to either be admitting to being senile or outright lying when he told George Stephanopoulos that he did not recall receiving any advice about keeping a small troop level in Afghanistan. It might be more accurate to say that Biden likely was not provided any advice that included anything "but" keeping 2500 or more troops there. So why he told Stephanopoulos that is anyone's guess.

Biden has not been and continues to be very factually incorrect about what happened and what advice he was given. Either this is because he simply doesn't have the mental facilities to recall or retain any of this, or he is just lying through his teeth, believing that he could get away with it. Either way, this sort of behavior does not make for much of a commander in chief.

We are currently on pace for another 3 trillion dollar deficit in 2021...

That would be back to back 3 trillion dollar deficits, raising the debt from 16.8 trillion to over 24 trillion in two years

So in just over two years, we have raised the national debt by approximately 44%. That means over the course of the United State's history prior to 2020, we had accumulated approximately 16 trillion dollars in debt. A staggering number by any measure. But in just two years, we are going to be looking at adding approximately 6.2 trillion dollars more.

But, of course, that is before we actually were to add in the new "bipartisan" stimulus infrastructure bill which will cost somewhere between 1.2 and 1.9 trillion dollars. Oh, and let's not forget our drunken sailor concept that we need to add another 3.5 trillion dollars on top of that. Funny how the left thinks that Manchin is being extreme in demanding that we might want to take a pause here.

As we speak, we might not see a budget with a deficit of less than a trillion dollars for the foreseeable future. That would also be before we add the new spending that Democrats want to impose. We only have to go back to the late Clinton early Bush years when we were talking about a balanced budget or even a budget surplus. When the deficit rose to 500 billion under Bush, people almost had a heart attack. Now 500 billion is a drop in the bucket.

So now General Milley suggests that he was just easing tensions?

Somebody is lying here! My gut tells me it is Bob Woodward.

"I know, I am certain, that President Trump did not intend to attack the Chinese, and it is my directed responsibility, and it was my directed responsibility by the secretary, to convey that intent to the Chinese," Milley told the Senate Armed Services Committee on Tuesday.

So now we have a General who did not go behind his President's back because he thought the President was unhinged and about ready to start WWIII.  Rather, his Chinese counterpart may have come to him with bad intelligence suggesting that there was a possible attack on the way and he simply told them it wasn't true?

Um.... yeah. Someone is lying here. Neither explanation is a good explanation, but my gut tells me that a propagandist like Bob "didn't you used to be Bob Woodward" Woodward is more likely to provided a glorified version than a General.  But then again, why or where would the Chinese have gotten this sort of intelligence?

None of this adds up to anything other than crapola on a stick. More TDS nonsense that got way more attention that it ever deserved.

Dementia Joe says we will need 97% or 98% immunized before we achieve herd immunity?

Originally Dr Fauci and gang suggested that it would take approximately 70% of the general public to be immunized before we would see a herd immunity. Given a percentage of the population that has already gotten natural immunity by getting Covid, along with a percentage of the population that has other types of natural immunity 70% should have been more than enough. But as we get closer and closer to that 70%  the more and more they hedge.

Right now we already have 70% or more with people over the age of 50 and closing in on 80% for those over the age of 60. These are our most vulnerable and the portion of our population who have probably contracted the virus more than anyone else and developed the highest levels of natural immunity.

Yesterday the President stated (with a straight face) that we are looking at at least 97% of the population will need to be immunized before we get herd immunity. Pretty sure this was not something that he got from Dr Fauci or any doctor other than maybe Dr Who. This is also a key example of why the President's handlers do not allow him to take questions.

Will Herschel Walker go from Bobsledder to Senator?

Odds for a Republican Takeover of the Senate Keep Getting Better
Will Biden’s crashing approval ratings hurt Democrats’ chances of holding onto the Senate? It certainly looks that way right now. A poll from the Democrat-leaning Public Policy Polling (PPP) early last month had Democrat incumbent Raphael Warnock up by a mere two points in a matchup against Trump-backed Herschel Walker, but a new CDMedia poll shows that Walker, the frontrunner for the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate, is currently leading Warnock by 5 points. “A more fired-up Republican base has already coalesced behind Herschel Walker and the crossover vote favors him, as well,” Big Data Poll Director Rich Baris said. “But the size and scope of Walker’s advantage over Raphael Warnock is blinding when drilling down on area and region.”
Did you know that Herschel Walker was 2-0 with 2 TKOs in MMA?
Baris notes that Walker is “is dominating among all the key regional demographics. Nearly two-thirds of white voters [65.0%] chose Walker, as did slightly more than 1 in 10 black voters [10.1%]. White voters represent slightly more than 6 in 10 voters in the Georgia electorate, while non-white voters combined typically represent just under 4 in 10,” reports CDMedia. “Warnock leads among urban voters 56.2% to 29.2%, while Walker dominates among rural voters 62.6% to 22.3%. The two candidates are statistically tied in the suburbs at 44%.”

The left (of course) is attempting to smear Herschel Walker. Since they cannot call him a racist, they will likely go after him with allegations of sexual misconduct. One way or the other, it is unlikely that they will prevail on the issues, so they must resort to smears.

Walker is (of course) a sports legend in Georgia. You always run the risk of alienating people if you attack a sports legend. Better have the goods if you want to go for that line of attack. I would think it would be better to simply say that Walker is less than qualified for the job and hit him with inexperience. But then again, it's also not unusual for celebrities to get past that on their celebrity.

Truth is that if the Democrats lose this Senate race, then they are in big trouble. This is a must hold for them to have any chance to retain even the 50-50 tie they currently have.

Yeah... Biden is pretty dumb. People are finally recognizing this.

Majority now believe that Joe Biden is kind of an idiot: Poll
President Joe Biden’s presidency is not going as smoothly as he probably hoped it would. Only 43% of respondents in a survey conducted between Sept. 13-19 believe the phrase “mentally sharp” describes Biden “well." This represents an 11-point drop from March , when Pew found 54% of respondents said “mentally sharp” was a fitting descriptor for the president.
Put more simply, the longer the president is in office, the dumber people think he is. And it’s likely not because of any single issue. The White House is the major leagues, as a former vice president, of all people, ought to know. His every move and action is now under scrutiny. He has to think on his feet and respond in real-time to real-life crises. The public can see now how Biden comports himself as the commander in chief. It’s not just a theoretical game anymore. He can’t just promise to do better than the last guy. He is actually expected to deliver and to deliver competently and efficiently.
Let's be clear. Mentally sharp is the bare minimum for someone who is supposedly the leader of the free world. People used to question the intelligence of George W Bush because he sometimes made up his own words, but he was a man who graduated from both Yale and Harvard and ended up with an Masters in Business. He also made it to the epitome of the military, becoming a military fighter pilot (a program which only takes the best of the best). He owned a baseball team, was a two time Governor of Texas and won two terms as President. Joe Biden was a below average student who graduated from a non-prestigious college ranking in the bottom 10 in his class. He has been considered a dull bulb as a Senator and his former boss Barack Obama considered him a fuck up. He backed into the White House by hiding in his basement.

He is a dummy. Now people are starting to notice. The worst part about it is that his political team is basically playing defense here. The way to show people you are not an idiot is by doing things that make you look smart. But in Biden's case, his handlers are making sure he doesn't take questions, that he isn't put on the spot, and that he only read from a teleprompter. This will only reinforce the idea that he is lacking in intellectual capabilities. Likely because he is lacking in intellectual capabilities.

What happens now will be a matter of piling on. Once you think someone is stupid, that is a hard thing to overcome. Yet, with Biden he continues to play dumb. For instance, I suspect that his handlers believe he would look tough by accusing border patrol agents of strapping Haitian refugees. But most people know that didn't actually happen. So Biden looks either uninformed or that he was gaslighted by a media providing a false narrative. Or if he does understand that there was no whipping, flogging, or strapping going on, and wants to push a false narrative he looks stupider yet.

There may be no turning of this around. As much as some would like to believe that the aging athlete can make a comeback, sometimes once the decline takes place, there is nothing but more decline. In the case of Biden, the same mentality might be true for both his actual cognitive abilities and the public's opinion of his cognitive abilities. There may not be anything Biden is capable of doing to make himself look smarter.

Democrats start to turn on their incompetent leader

Democratic coalition cracks under immigration strain
Chuck Schumer ripped him. So did members of the Congressional Black Caucus, Hispanic Caucus, Asian Pacific American Caucus and Progressive Caucus, 17 Democratic attorneys general, and a host of other advocacy groups across the country. This week’s cavalcade of outrage directed at President Joe Biden’s handling of Haitian migrants at the U.S. southern border was as fierce as it was uncharacteristic.
“The continued use of Title 42 is a glaring failure by this administration,” said Julián Castro, former Democratic presidential candidate and housing secretary in the Obama administration. “Its continued use will not only hurt people who are seeking a better life, but risks the collapse of the Democratic coalition that elected Joe Biden.” But the spotlight on Haitian migrants in recent days — and news cycles dominated by disturbing images from the border — has opened up Biden to a heightened level of criticism from all across the party, including from organizations and leaders that traditionally don’t weigh in on migration issues. Derrick Johnson, president of the NAACP, summarized the position for many organizations in a statement this week: "If we were to close our eyes and this was occurring under the Trump administration, what would we do?”

The funny thing about it is that somehow the criticism in question feels more like it is being aimed at someone else. Moreover, it feels like Biden believes that by making up stories about floggings of haitians and trying to get tough on the border control that he can make it seem like this is someone else's fault.

But at the end of the day, the entire border problem is entirely on Biden and his policies. His criticism basically rolls back uphill and eventually gets to right back to him. He can decry the conditions and manner in which the Haitians are being treated. But at the end of the day all of this is his responsibility and he is curiously criticizing what he himself created.

Yet... he acts as if there is someone else to blame? Is it Trump? Is it Abbot, DeSantis? Whom exactly is he attempting to blame for his own personal incompetency and failures. Not sure he even knows, nor does the liberal press seem to know. What they do appear to be sure of is that it is someone else's fault and these problems apparently make it more necessary that Biden remain President.

To be clear here, the general public is starting to clue themselves into this line of attack. It seems that no matter what the issue, there is always someone else to blame. But if the President of the United States is actually helpless to do anything about a pandemic that has killed over 700,000 people, incapable of doing anything about a border with 12,000 refugees living in conditions not fit for farm animals, and unable to do anything about a thousand or more Americans stranded in Afghanistan, then why even have a President?

That appears to be the question more and more Americans are starting to ask. Only now it isn't just conservatives and independents who are asking the question, there are even members of the President's own Party asking the questions.

Federal Appellate court - Decisions regarding the use of pronouns is considered free speech

Ohio professor wins major free speech victory over compelled use of pronouns in classrooms
“In that first class, one of the students Meriwether called on was Doe. According to Meriwether, “no one . . . would have assumed that [Doe] was female” based on Doe’s outward appearances. Id. at 1474. Thus, Meriwether responded to a question from Doe by saying, “Yes, sir.” Id. This was Meriwether’s first time meeting Doe, and the university had not provided Meriwether with any information about Doe’s sex or gender identity. After class, Doe approached Meriwether and “demanded” that Meriwether “refer to [Doe] as a woman” and use “feminine titles and pronouns.” Id. at1475. This was the first time that Meriwether learned that Doe identified as a woman. So Meriwether paused before responding because his sincerely held religious beliefs prevented him from communicating messages about gender identity that he believes are false. He explained that he wasn’t sure if he could comply with Doe’s demands. Doe became hostile—circling around Meriwether at first, and then approaching him in a threatening manner: ‘I guess this means I can call you a cu–.’ Id. Doe promised that Meriwether would be fired if he did not give in to Doe’s demands.”
“Trying to find common ground, Meriwether asked whether the university’s policy would allow him to use students’ preferred pronouns but place a disclaimer in his syllabus “noting that he was doing so under compulsion and setting forth his personal and religious beliefs about gender identity.” R. 34, Pg. ID 1478. Dean Milliken rejected this option out of hand. She insisted that putting a disclaimer in the syllabus would itself violate the university’s gender identity policy.”

A liberal lower court Judge agreed with the student and school and issued a strange ruling that defied common sense:

“The speech here occurred in the context of plaintiff’s employment; it was limited to titles and pronouns used to address one student in plaintiff’s class: the speech was directed to plaintiff and heard only by her and her fellow students; and absent any further explanation or elaboration, the speech cannot reasonably be construed as having conveyed any beliefs or stated any facts about gender identity.”

So basically the judge ruled that calling someone sir or ma'am could not be seen as actually recognizing that person as a gender that was different from their biological sex. This is ridiculous at its face and seemed to have little chance in appeal.  The judge also provided that there was no first amendment right because the teacher was only talking to students. Another patently silly argument. The appeal to the appeal's court went badly for the original judge.

“[O]ur court has rejected as “totally unpersuasive” “the argument that teachers have no First Amendment rights when teaching, or that the government can censor teacher speech without restriction.” Hardy v. Jefferson Cmty. Coll., 260 F.3d 671, 680 (6th Cir. 2001). And we have recognized that “a professor’s rights to academic freedom and freedom of expression are paramount in the academic setting.” Bonnell v. Lorenzo, 241 F.3d 800, 823 (6th Cir. 2001); see Dambrot v. Cent. Mich. Univ., 55 F.3d 1177, 1188–89 (6th Cir. 1995).1 Simply put, professors at public universities retain First Amendment protections at least when engaged in core academic functions, such as teaching and scholarship. See Hardy, 260 F.3d at 680.”

At the end of the day, the teacher cannot be forced to use a gender that he deems to be different from the student's biological sex as that would be a violation of his religious freedoms as well as first amendment rights.

The only question is whether or not the school will attempt to appeal to the USSC. This might be one of those times when they may not want to appeal for fear that the USSC would come down with a signature ruling that becomes stares decisis and a solid precedent. This would crush the Nazi mind control agenda of our Universities and Schools, something that the left could not bear to see happen.

Will 3.5 trillion spending monstrosity even pass the House?

Panel OKs Dems’ $3.5T bill, crunch time for Biden agenda
Democrats pushed a $3.5 trillion, 10-year bill strengthening social safety net and climate programs through the House Budget Committee, but one Democrat voted “no,” illustrating the challenges party leaders face in winning the near unanimity they’ll need to push the sprawling package through Congress. Moderate Rep. Scott Peters, D-Calif., joined all 16 Republicans on the Budget committee in opposing the legislation. His objections included one that troubles many Democrats: a reluctance to back a bill with provisions that would later be dropped by the Senate.
With some moderates opposing for some reasons, others believing it is too expensive, and progressives still playing games, one has to wonder if there really are enough votes in the House to pass it. We already know that the Senate is at least two votes shy and the House only has a handful of votes to spare. It would appear at this point that the 3.5 trillion has a snowball's chance in hell of making it to Joe Biden's desk to sign.

Kindler Gentler Taliban

Taliban Co-Founder: Sharia Law Amputations & Executions Will Return to Afghan
Taliban leader Mullah Turabi: “We will follow Islam and we will make our laws on the Quran.”
The newly-established Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will impose Sharia law in its entirety on the country’s population, Taliban’s former top Islamic law enforcer declared. As a sigh of moderation, the regime may now carry out these gruesome punishments away from the public eye, he added. One-eyed and one-legged Taliban leader, Turabi, warned the international community not to interfere as they take Afghanistan back the Islamic Dark Ages. “No one will tell us what our laws should be. We will follow Islam and we will make our laws on the Quran,” Turabi asserted.
Since the Taliban overran Kabul on Aug. 15 and seized control of the country, Afghans and the world have been watching to see whether they will re-create their harsh rule of the late 1990s. Turabi’s comments pointed to how the group’s leaders remain entrenched in a deeply conservative, hard-line worldview, even if they are embracing technological changes, like video and mobile phones.

In another complete miscalculation, the Biden Administration decided to trust the Taliban telling everyone that they had changes and were willing, able, and desired to fit in with the international community. They suggested that they would no longer be the same tyrants and that they would even start treating their women better.

Since taking back control, the Taliban has sent all female workers home, they have brought back Sharia law and are now suggesting that they will still carry out floggings, summary executions, and cutting off of people's hands. Seems like the same old Taliban and the same old Biden competency.

What the Maricopa County Audit really found...

Fake red herring MSM news not reporting the important stuff

Let's be clear. Nobody went into this audit with the concept that the Maricopa county election officials simply miscounted the total number of certified votes. This was not a recount, nor should it be reported as if it was a recount. The audit was specifically looking discrepancies that would alert the country to potential fraud. Yet, the MSM is pretending that these auditors spend several months recounting the certified votes and determining that almost nothing changed.

Fake news at its most blatant. Gaslighted liberal falling for this for all around!

So what did the auditors actually find?

You can enlarge this to view, but to recap:
  • 23,344 mail in ballots voted from an incorrect previous address
  • 10,342 voters who potentially voted in multiple counties
  • 9,041 more ballots returned that were sent out
  • 3432 in official results that do not match the number of votes found
  • 2592 more duplicate replacement ballots than were originally damaged
  • 2382 in person voters who were no longer living in Maricopa county
  • 2081 voters who had moved out of state but voted in Maricopa county
There are more problems that were reported. Overall there was well over 50,000 ballots that were found to be potentially fraudulent or otherwise were counted without proper verification. Over 30,000 of these were determined to be of a critical or high in the severity of potential fraud. In a state won by just 10,000 or so votes, this calls into question the results. There can be no logical argument there.

The latest Biden numbers!

More news in the illegal Clinton moves to undermine Trump

Biden Security Adviser Jake Sullivan Tied to Alleged 2016 Clinton Scheme to Co-Opt the CIA and FBI to Tar Trump
White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan figures prominently in a grand jury investigation run by Special Counsel John Durham into an alleged 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign scheme to use both the FBI and CIA to tar Donald Trump as a colluder with Russia, according to people familiar with the criminal probe, which they say has broadened into a conspiracy case.
Sullivan is facing scrutiny, sources say, over potentially false statements he made about his involvement in the effort, which continued after the election and into 2017. As a senior foreign policy adviser to Clinton, Sullivan spearheaded what was known inside her campaign as a “confidential project” to link Trump to the Kremlin through dubious email-server records provided to the agencies, said the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

So the reality here is that this thing is proving to be quite the scandal, or at least it should be. The problem is that we are still looking at 2016 and Hillary Clinton is out of sight and out of mind. Moreover the fact that she engaged in an illegal scheme to get the FBI and other authorities to investigate her political opponent with fake information is sort of just taken with an acceptance that this is just who she was. Almost as if it would have been expected and possibly even found to be clever among the Clinton fans who loved her cutthroat approach to politics.

But at the end of the day, this is still illegal. We impeached a President because he suggested that another country's President should look into possible issues with one of his prosecutor who was fired under pressure (based on pretty much a confession from Joe Biden that he threated Ukraine that he would withhold funds).  But when it was Clinton just basically making shit up and handing it over to he FBI, apparently many are okay with that.

Been through this a "million" times!

Top Dems: We have framework to pay for $3.5T bill; no detail
Asked whether he expected to have the revenue outline shared with him soon, Senate Budget Committee Chairman Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., told reporters, “If there is a framework, yes.” Sanders has been in the middle of talks on Democrats’ fiscal plans all year. “We’ve been through this a million times, so there are many, many approaches as to how you can raise money in a fair and progressive way, and raise at least three and a half trillion dollars. If that’s what the menu is, then nothing particularly new, I think,” Sanders said.

So chairman Sanders suggests that he has explained over a million times how the country can raise 3.5 trillion dollars in new revenues. Which begs the question, why don't we just raise the 3.5 trillion dollars and lower the deficit if it is that easy to do?

The truth is that there is not any reasonable way to raise 3.5 trillion dollars without hitting the middle class right between the eyes with a two by four. As much as liberals aways pretend otherwise, there is not an unlimited trough of money to be raised by taxing corporations and/or the rich. Everytime we attempt something like this, we lose corporations to other countries and we see the rich come up with new and better ways to avoid taxes.

At the end of the day, the 3.5 trillion will not get paid for and what little is paid for will come out of the wallets of the middle class.

No treatment, no way, no how!

'People are going to die': Governors, lawmakers rip Biden rationing of COVID treatment as partisan
"People are going to die" because the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is rationing the distribution of Regeneron's monoclonal antibody treatment to states including Texas, Republican Rep. Brian Babin, a member of the GOP Doctors Caucus, said on the John Solomon Reports podcast.
Don't treat Covid! Let those red state people die already!
"This is a federal takeover, and really seemingly punishing six conservative Republican red states" that have successfully treated COVID patients while resisting the president's mandates, said Babin, a longtime dentist who represents parts of Houston. Texas and other states "are being cut 30 to 50%," he claimed. "It just goes without saying that this Biden administration doesn't care," said Babin, adding that "they flip-flop routinely" on vaccine mandates and lockdowns. Referring to Dr. Anthony Fauci, he said "the only thing you know that's always certain about this man is that he's uncertain."

This topic has come up before. The reality is that the manufacture of this antibody treatment is on record as saying that they have no supply issues. The manufacture insists that they can create as much of this treatment as is being asked for and is being used. Apparently the Biden administration cannot stand that anyone is doing anything differently than what they are telling them to do. So they are cutting the supply of these antibodies to at least six different states who have been using them successfully.

Now for those keeping track, our Covid numbers are still on the rise. We had 133K cases yester day and over 2200 deaths. The main reason this is no longer a headline is the fact that all but three of these deaths occured in states that are not Florida or run by Ron DeSantis. The Florida surge seems to have waned and given way to surges in other parts of the country. When you are seeing 47 times more deaths from California than you are from Florida, the media stops talking about it. Nothing interesting about this if you cannot blame DeSantis.

But this is the politicization of lives, folks. Liberals can get their panties in a bunch over the fact that Trump loved to send controversial tweets in the middle of the night, but they seem okay with the fact that Biden seems to be killing people. If it is not Military service members or Afghani families, it's Covid patients who are looking for a treatment that Biden is now holding back.

There is nothing about the monoclonal antibody that is dangerous. There is no reason to block it. There is no reason to ration it. There is no reason to prevent one single doctor from providing it to one single patient in this country. But that is exactly what the Biden administration is doing. What is the possible motivation here, folks? If anyone has anything that makes sense, I would love to hear it.

If the United States had India's Covid recovery percentages, about 125,000 Americans would still be alive

India cannot use our vaccines because they do not have the refrigeration to store them

So instead, a country that has almost a billion more people than the United States has been using Covid treatments including both Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. Apparently the fish bowl cleaner and horse dewormer is working well enough that India (in spite of horrible conditions and a lack of hospital care) has a higher recovery rate that the United States. Hmmmm.... how could that possibly be? After all, these drugs are so bad that the mere mention of them can get you banned from social media.

The truth is that India is just part of the larger international coalition of countries that are not hamstringing themselves with petty politics, but rather are united in the idea of saving lives. They are not demanding that there you cannot be treated (only vaccinated) as we are doing here.  To think of it in real terms, the American liberal science on Covid says you catch it, go home without treatment, and you do not come back until you are in critical need of life saving equipment that rarely saves lives. To argue with this approach or to point out that we are isolated in our approach will only get you cancelled, banned, and possibly even fired from your job.

At least the rest of the world live under the umbrella of freedom that allows people to make decisions that will save lives without having to be worried about the consequences. Congratulations liberals! You have the deaths of 125,000 Americans on your conscious.

The left cannot argue without just lying

The whips and scorns of Del Rio, Texas
Finally, after averting its eyes, the Left has found a reason to take an interest as Haitian migrants flood by the thousands across the Rio Grande into Texas. Naturally, what grabbed their attention is not the real issue, which is President Joe Biden triggering an irruption of illegal aliens by foolishly inviting them in and scrapping immigration policies that worked.
The thing that brought a new focus, and piqued outrage, was video footage of mounted officers trying to control the invasion. What detonated the Left’s anger and started another embarrassingly vapid round of hand-wringing is captured by a false report from Business Insider that wrote of “Border Patrol agents on horseback whipping at Haitian migrants.” Reuters described agents swinging what appeared to be whips or lariats.
Immediately, congressional militants swung into Twitter action. Rep. Rashida Tlaib deployed her signature combination of stupidity and vulgarity by commenting, “Cracking a f***ing whip on Haitians fleeing hardship shows you that this system simply can’t be reformed.” Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar tweeted to much the same vacuous effect about poor migrants and horrid Americans.
Actually, the Border Protection officers didn’t have whips, let alone crack any. If there were any pictures of that happening, I feel sure we would have seen them. Nor did the officers use lariats. What were clearly pictured in their hands were horses’ reins. Mounted guards used their horses, as mounted police traditionally do — it’s what the horses are for — to move swiftly back and forth in front of the Haitian influx to keep migrants from coming ashore.

Lie about something, show your self righteous outrage at your own lie, have your lie proven to be a lie, and then provide a lame "yeah but" argument. Rince, lather, repeat.  The reality is that there is very little that the left argues about that is not a half truth, a misrepresentation, an outlier opinion, or a flat out lie. They appear to have no "good" reason to get mad at anyone but themselves, so they have to come up with a bad reason or simply make something up.

This author is correct. The issue isn't in how thousands and thousands of migrant Haitians are being treated at the border, the issue is why are there thousands and thousands of migrant Haitians there to begin with. The left wants to focus on the irrelevant, because cannot make any reasonable argument regarding the relevant.

Either way, Joe Biden is in charge. You believe that border control agents are flogging Haitian migrants while on horseback, then complain to and blame the man in charge. The man responsible for bringing these thousands and thousands of migrants to the border. But somehow, the left is just so used to complaining and having that complaint somehow help their cause that they just instinctively keep doing it, without actually being able to point their finger at anyone in charge.

The left believed Trump was "responsible" not only for Covid in general, but "responsible" for the behavior of every American in terms of what was happening. Now that Biden is President, the left acts as if he is the victim of Covid and the victim of the actions of every American.  Apparently Joe Biden is "fed up" with everyone else in the country, except of course, Joe Biden. The generic differences in how we assign blame are staggering. In fact, there are those out there who would still like the blame for what is happening in the country to be pointed at Trump, eight months out of office.

But what other choice does the left have? Biden's America is slowing falling apart. The left wants to pin that blame on everyone else. Whether it be Trump, Trump supporters, unvaccinated, doctors who follow international science rather than CDC science, or border control agents with whips, they will find someone other than Joe Biden to point fingers at. But blaming others wears thin pretty quickly. Especially when you are the President of the United States or the most powerful person on the planet. The buck has to stop somewhere.
