One of the greatest golf matches ever. Right up there with the dual in the sun.The R&A know how to set up a golf course for a great match. Too bad the USGA does not. (Sounds like a good subject for a blog post.)
Rooting for Phil. But not much else he could have done, other than hit a couple of long putts that he just missed.
Any other year, Phil played good enough to win. It was that great a match.
