You guys hear only what you want to hear. He specifically said "citizen." He specifically told her, a citizen who can legally vote, that if she has an undocumented family member, it was even more important that she vote -- as if "for" (representing) the one who cannot legally vote.
She asked "specifically" about "undocumented". "undocumented" is a term used to describe someone not legally here. "She" states that she calls them citizens "because they contribute to this country".
Clearly she believes that undocumented Americans should be allowed to vote.
Moreover, the discussion is whether or not they could be reported and then deported. You cannot "deport" an actual citizen.
Why would a citizen be worried about being deported?
The fact you seem to miss James, is that "calling them" citizens is not the same thing as them actually "being" citizens.
Anyone casting an illegal vote SHOULD be arrested, prosecuted and if possible deported. Any amount of fraud is damaging to our elective process, and consequently damaging to American in general, just as surely as the fraud who steals money.
I'm sure that Obama was talking about legal citizens voting though.
What the young woman was saying, Ch, and even you should not be too dense and prejudiced to see it, is that even some former immigrants who are now legal citizens have been made afraid to vote -- fearing that this could lead somehow to their deportation.
Obama was assuring her that that would not and could not happen.
Jane we sure the hell do not need your "what " she or he is saying, we have the video, deal with it , He is a disaster personally and his policies are and will continue to Damage the USA both here and abroad.

That's true. What they will give a damn about is how often his policies were right and how often he was treated wrongly. For whatever reason.
