Hey Tim... perhaps you could just win some elections?

"Democrats must fight in Congress, fight in
the courts, fight in the streets, fight online..."

We might just start winning elections, if the distrust of President Trump keeps getting worse.

We are seeing an unprecedented number of leaks from the White House and intelligence and diplomatic agencies. They simply don't think that Trump knows what the hell he's thinking. Or trust him at all.

A feeling of distrust has taken hold in the West Wing of Donald Trump's White House and beyond, as his aides view each other and officials across the federal government and on Capitol Hill with suspicion.

The result has been a stream of leaks flowing from the White House and federal agencies, and an attempt to lock down information and communication channels that could have serious consequences across the government and at the Capitol, where Trump tries to implement and advance his agenda.

In the White House itself, one top aide tried to take the office slated for another aide, Steve Bannon is looking to hire his own PR guru, and the details of Trump’s calls with foreign leaders, typically closely held, are suddenly out in the open.

The starkest manifestation of the paranoia has played out with Trump's executive orders, as many key players were left in the dark as the White House forged ahead with sweeping, controversial policies.

While reports have emerged in recent days about various officials blindsided by the orders, interviews with several people involved in the process reveal the extent of the secrecy and chaos. The highly controversial immigration and travel ban signed by Trump last Friday was so tightly held that White House aides, top Cabinet officials, Republican leaders on Capitol Hill and other Trump allies had no idea what was in it even when it was signed — and that was just how top advisers and aides wanted it.

"Someone would have leaked it," one administration official said.

We used to fight each other before the Election, the winner went on to lead and the losers went home to figure out what went wrong.

Now, after an election, the Radical Leftist that control and own the Democraps riot.

What ever happen to the Blue Dog moderate and conservatives that once controlled the Democrat National Party?

They compromised themselves with Bumblecare and showed they preferred statism over everything. In other words the Blue dogs died with Bubba's exit in 2000. Manchin is THE LONE moderate left.

The Criminal Damage caused in the Riots on the Grounds of the ACLU Berkley is the poster of what is wrong with today's Radical Democrap Party.

For 8 long years, we conservatives peacefully disagreed with the ONE, we gave him his cabinet in his first term in near record time.

We put the losses behind us we did not take to the streets and in masse protest. We are better then the liberal. We won the next election and took over the US House and Senate. We then worked on with the people and moved to Trump, his coat tails were long and with that we Trump-Dems gave him a mandate .

Get the Jobs machine running again, cut taxes, repeal obimbocare and win for the US Military and Police Officers.

The Senate Dems are looking smaller with each day the don't come to work and do their job.

KD, I disagree with President Trump said...

I am going to do something that HB, Jane and Opium never did, disagree with the President.

When Obama was in office those three , just like today, were perfect water carriers, never spilling a drop.

I completely disagree with President Trump on half of his actions on these two issues.
"Trump to Halt Obama Fiduciary Rule, Order Review of Dodd-Frank"

The Obama Fiduciary Rule is sound public policy and should not be cancelled, that is a mistake.

However, Dodd-Frank, notice both are no longer US Senators and are still damaging the US Economy, it should be throw the hell out, the sooner the better.

a pile of red meat for the looney tunes, tin foil hat, liberal base.

good one alky.

meanwhile, back at the white house, the trump team is keeping campaign promises and executing on its agenda, and all the democrats can do is stand there, watch and cry.

for chrissakes, you fuckwits even fell for the fake news story about gorsuch's mythical 'fascist club' from his prep school days.

i disagree. my financial planner is outstanding, someone i trust impeccably, and also someone who does not need to be beholden to some clueless nickledick DOL cubicle dweller who exists only to complicate the relationship i have with my advisor and preserve his/her existence on the taxpayer dime.

are there bad actors out there in the financial services industry? of course. and the free market combined with law enforcement roots them out and punishes them. just like every other scumbag shyster in any industry, they eventually get caught.

another mountain of regulations that exists simply to justify the employment of a reliable democrat vote solves nothing.

I want to point out that now their are Obama/Clinton bitter clingers leaking that HB is all for it, this was the same guy that was all against it, pre presidential Election.

Nothing about keeping the promises that President Trump made pre-Election are that, other then, the shock that he has kept so many so soon, think it has been less then 2 full weeks and look at the good for the UNIONS, the middle income earners, the faithful and US Military and US Law Enforcement .

This is going to be a YUGE year.

There are many people to thank for the coming accession of Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court. Donald Trump for winning the election. Hillary Clinton for losing it. Mitch McConnell for holding open the High Court seat through 2016, resolute and immovable against furious (and hypocritical) opposition from Democrats and media. And, of course, Harry Reid.

God bless Harry Reid. It’s because of him that Gorsuch is guaranteed elevation to the Court. In 2013, as then–Senate majority leader, Reid blew up the joint. He abolished the filibuster for federal appointments both executive (such as cabinet) and judicial, for all district- and circuit-court judgeships (excluding only the Supreme Court). Thus unencumbered, the Democratic-controlled Senate packed the lower courts with Obama nominees.

Reid was warned that the day would come when Republicans would be in the majority and would exploit the new rules to equal and opposite effect. That day is here.

The result is striking. Trump’s cabinet appointments are essentially unstoppable because Republicans need only 51 votes and they have 52. They have no need to reach 60, the number required to overcome a filibuster. Democrats are powerless to stop anyone on their own.

And equally powerless to stop Gorsuch. But isn’t the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees still standing? Yes, but if the Democrats dare try it, everyone knows that Majority Leader McConnell will do exactly what Reid did and invoke the nuclear option — filibuster abolition — for the Supreme Court, too

Embrace the suck

Paris (AFP) - A French soldier patrolling at the Louvre museum shot and seriously injured a machete-wielding attacker on Friday, thrusting security and the terror threat back into the limelight three months before elections.

Police held hundreds of tourists in secure areas of the renowned tourist attraction after the assailant was shot five times around 10:00 am (0900 GMT) in a public area near one of the museum's entrances.

The knifeman, who yelled "Allahu Akbar" ("God is greatest"), is in a serious condition. One soldier received a "minor" head wound and has been taken to hospital, security forces said.

motive for the attack remains unclear and elusive.

one can only hope that someone from the davos elite crowd can get to the bottom of this over the next several months.

and let's be clear, if the "suspect' was granted refugee status and was allowed into the US, the attack might never have happened.

we're just a few pussy hats and fiery riots away from solving this intractable problem.

lil bobby reich got himself a shiny new tin foil hat:

LEMON: “I’ve been wanting to have this conversation because this has been a big issue about free speech on campus and conservative voices being heard. Mr. Reich, my first question to you is, there’s a violence that we saw at Berkeley. We had it live here on CNN last night. It ultimately plays right into the hands of the right-wing white supremacist, someone like Milo Yiannopoulos.”

REICH: “It absolutely does, Don. And I want to be very, very clear. I was there for part of last night and I know what I saw. Those people were not Berkeley students. Those people were outsiders, agitators. I’ve never seen them before. There’s rumors that they actually were right-wingers. They were a part of a group that were organized and ready to create the kind of tumult and danger you saw that forced the police to cancel the event. So Donald Trump, when he says Berkeley doesn’t respect free speech rights, that’s a complete distortion of the truth. I mean, Berkeley opened its biggest auditorium to this right-wing Breitbart News character, this hateful odious person. They said, ‘Free speech is the most important thing we stand for,’ and it was these outsiders who caused the police to finally come in and have to cancel it.”

LEMON: “You think it’s a strategy by Yiannopoulos or right-wingers? They put this on in an effort to show there’s no free speech on a college campus like UC Berkeley?”

REICH: “I wouldn’t bet against it, Don. Again, I saw these people. They all looked almost paramilitary. They were not from the campus. And I’ve heard — again, I don’t want to say factually, but I’ve heard there was some relationship here between these people and the right wing and the right-wing movement that is affiliated with Breitbart News.”

LEMON: “It is interesting because there have been protests but nothing this violent. We haven’t seen anything to this level.”

yup. conservatives are responsible for the bezerkely riots.

REICH: the former German state, most often used to refer to the Third Reich, the Nazi regime from 1933 to 1945. The First Reich was considered to be the Holy Roman Empire, 962–1806, and the Second Reich the German Empire, 1871–1918, but neither of these terms are part of normal historical terminology.
