The Actual US GDP a ONE year ago was 0.8, ALky Wrong again on all things financial.

Jane was outraged to find out that Trumps 1st quarter of his presidency was 6.1 percent better then Obama's 1st Quarter of his presidency.

If was revised back downward in July 2016 shit for brains.

With Wall Street expecting the US economy to grow 2.6% in the second quarter, there were many shocked faces moments ago when the Census Bureau reported that not only did the US economy grow a paltry 1.2% in the quarter, but Q1 GDP was slased from an already poor 1.1% to just 0.8%.

It seems you're the one who should apologize. But that would require intellectual honesty.

So we'll just settle for your humiliation again.

A piece of advice Opie.

When you had so thoroughly and completely humiliate yourself, it is best to gracefully withdraw rather than to just double down on stupid.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Who said this, in regards to the Constitution of the United States?

????????????blamed the constitutional checks and balances built in to US governance. “It’s a very rough system,” he said. “It’s an archaic system … It’s really a bad thing for the country.”

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

He has failed to get any of his priorities turned into legislation in the face of party disunity, and his attempt to rule by executive order has been largely hollow. His decrees have been either meaningless, like his one-page, detail-free tax reform plan, or have been blocked by the courts, such as his travel ban for Muslim countries and refugees.

Trump’s approval ratings have remained mired at historic lows for a presidency in what is supposed to be a honeymoon period, hovering around – and frequently below – the 40% mark, well below his recent predecessors at this stage in their presidencies.

But his core supporters have remained faithful, choosing to believe that the mainstream media are purveyors of fake news, rather than accept that the Trump presidency has not been the unrivalled success the president has claimed. They have also accommodated Trump’s affinity for Vladimir Putin. The percentage of Republicans who see Russia as an unfriendly state has fallen from 82% in 2014 to 41% now, according to a CNN/ORC poll.

Roger, congressional parliamentary rules are not written into the Constitution.

And only somebody as glatically stupid as you would think they are.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

First, this has nothing to do with a parliamentary system. I can see you failed civics 101. That's a childish attempt to distract from my point.

What is written in specifically is the judicial branch does have that the judicial system does have the responsibly to "review" the legislation and the the executive branches. This is a quote from his campaign speech last night.

Trump blamed the constitutional checks and balances built in to US governance. “It’s a very rough system,” he said. “It’s an archaic system … It’s really a bad thing for the country.”

In Marbury v. Madison (1803) the Supreme Court announced for the first time the principle that a court may declare an act of Congress void if it is inconsistent with the Constitution.

This also applies to executive orders, so in other words, the constitutionally ignorant President would have the powers of a dictator. By signing an executive order, it would become the law of the land and would not be subject to judicial review.

Somme of them issued by President Obama, were overturned by the judicial branch. You were thrilled by them and did not say the rulings were unconstitutional. If Trump were able to us the executive order to do anything, you would agree with it.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

In Marbury v. Madison (1803) the Supreme Court announced for the first time the principle that a court may declare an act of Congress void if it is inconsistent with the Constitution. That power is not specifically spelled out in the Constitution. It says "review". Various times there have been attempts to overturn the ruling, but the courts have all rejected any attempts to reverse it. It would require a Constitutional amendment

By what I have seen you write here that you would overturn it when is frustrates Republicans
