I have no hope for the Three Liberal Stooges to learn, nor do I have any hope that the in-bed US Media will either, but , damn, at some point they might want to stop asking us Americans what we think of Trump/Republicans vs The Liberal loser Party.

I saw that US Stocks went up again, the left wants to tell us it is because of Obama, OK, sure, let us say for this discussion it is, but, IF it drops all of a sudden, will the same leftist tell us it is because of Obama?

Opie, you care. You could have read it and done nothing, but, instead you gave us some low IQ blather.

Do you grow some of your own food, are you as green as me and my family ?

100 days of Democratic rage

Trump has enabled the Democratic Party to overlook its serious problems.

http://www.politico.com/story/2017/04/25/trump-democrats-100-days-237555

while blinded by the searing rage of TDS, it's no surprise they're out of touch with those they purport to represent. i'm old enough to remember when democrats represented the working man. nowadays all they seem to represent are wannabe snowflake anarchists who dress like isis.

The people on this blog are more politically-informed than the average person responding to a poll. And it's almost certain that we all believe that our party is in touch with the concerns of most people. And maybe both parties are, in fact, in touch with those concerns. The policy disagreements, in my opinion, are more about how to accomplish the objectives. Of course, when the discussion goes to tax policy, most of those who know me won't be surprised at my scoffing at yet another trickle-down tax proposal.

We now learn that the judge blocking Trump's sanctuary City order has bundled hundreds of thousands of dollars for obama.

This is not what the judiciary was meant to be.

Democrats have now become the party of wall street socialism. "CS

Bernie Sanders was the first to call out Obama/Hillary for this kind of selling of their souls.

Obama is already raking in the cash from Wall Street, $400,000 nice, but what about his 8 Lost Years of preaching to all of us that he is different, he is not about the money?

Will he now donate his retirement check from the US Government, he clearly does not need it, he could do as the sitting President has done, give it to the US Parks Department.

I know Obama is like all the liberals that post here, they talk of hating money and wealth, but jump like buzzards on a dead raccoon to get theirs.

well, i guess it depends upon one's perspective. liberals are shrewd. they have come to realize that if they can't get the voters to accept and pass their agenda in the voting booth, then the next best thing to do is to pack the courts with 0linsky throne sniffers. this is why harry reid had to go nuclear at the district court level.

and this is also why imo, if trump accomplishes nothing else in his presidency from here on out, getting gorsuch on the ussc was absolutely critical and will have made his presidency worth it.

Ballz, I love the hyperbole of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Why didn't you specify it was 200K? LOL
Source fox news....shocking!!!
Now I am sure the complaint will be obama taking lots of money for a speech at Goldman ......I hope you temper it with the knowledge how Busch and his wife enriched themselves at the expense of vets when they spoke to them. They are all thieves.

Commonsense said...

That actually has nothing to do with the Citizen's United ruling. What this judge did was perfectly legal before the ruling.

But don't tell Opie. Let him rejoice in his ignorance.

Still while it's legal, you have to question the propriety of a federal judge bundling political contributions to a candidate.

opie said...

. That actually has nothing to do with the Citizen's United ruling

LOL..since you have no clue where the money came from, your statement is patently false. Nice try, asshole...

Former President George W. Bush has made good on his pledge to "replenish the ol' coffers," raking in a whopping $15 million in speaking fees since leaving office, according to a report.

Despite claims of keeping a low profile, W has been crisscrossing the globe over the past two years, giving talks at hundreds of events, conferences and forums – to anyone, it appears, willing to pony up for his reportedly boffo asking price.

No. 43's standard speaking fee is reportedly between $100,000 and $150,000, and Bush has delivered almost 140 paid talks since leaving the Oval Office, the Center for Public Integrity reported.

Myballs said...

Dopie, I also could have mentioned his own contributions to obama supporting groups that totaled 30k.

Are you saying 200k isn't hundreds of thousands? Lol

Not at all, Glad to see the brother can get some green, thing is and it is clear we need to educate the dopie one on his parties stance on wealth, corp greed and the like.

Liberals own the Dem party, they speak about how Corp are greedy, hateful groups of wealth and profit mongers, yet, when that wealth , profits are available to pay Hillary-Bill The Rapist- Obama and that ilk, well they are first in line.

Conservative Capitalist, like bush and the Republican party believe in wealth creation, leveraging and passing wealth to our children.

The Three Stooges are not about to have their kids inherent a dime.

Nope

For starters my bride and I have saved enough that both of our children can attend college and leave with a degree of their choosing and no student loan debt. Why would anyone that have children want to put them in a deep hole to begin life?

Coming out of the Lost Years, Student Loans owned by the US Government topped 1.4 Trillion dollars.

Trickle Up
President Trump will unveil Wednesday a proposal to slash the corporate tax rate from 35 to 15 percent—a change that would balloon the federal deficit by an estimated $2 trillion dollars over a decade. The plan will reportedly include additional cuts to the income tax rate paid by high earners and a tax credit for child care that would mostly benefit the wealthy, at further cost to the federal budget.

While some Republican lawmakers cheerfully echoed to TPM the White House line that the tax cuts will “pay for themselves” by spurring massive economic growth, both official government analyses and conservative economists are much more skeptical.

“There’s no pure tax cut that pays for itself,” Alan Cole, an economist at the right-leaning Tax Foundation, told the Associated Press.

Len Burman, the co-founder of the Tax Policy Center think tank, characterized it as “wishful thinking.” Bruce Bartlett, an economist who advised the Reagan and George W. Bush administrations, has likened these calculations to “using smoke and mirrors to institutionalize Republican ideology into the budget process.” George Callas, who serves as senior tax counsel to House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI), dismissed the framework as a “magic unicorn” whose main impact would be akin to “dropping cash out of helicopters on corporate headquarters.”

and "red lines" are back in vogue -
