CBO projections in a nutshell...

So the CBO did their analysis and decided that you repealed Obamacare and simply did not replace it, that 22 million people would no longer have insurance.

So the CBO did their analysis on the recent House healthcare Plan, that would repeal much of Obamacare, but spend $375 billion over the next ten years on credits and other help for those people to garner insurance.

The CBO suggested that this plan would lead to 23 million people no longer having insurance.

The CBO hard at work!!!

So to put this in perspective... the same organization that "just" over predicted Obama care projections by about 50%... has decided that 37.5 billion dollars a year (designed to help purchase insurance) would actually decrease the amount of people insured by approximately 1 million people.

Go figure...

About as valid as you saying the all the global climate models are wrong. They are models and far from perfect. You know that, I know that, bitching at the guys who do it just proves to me how biased you are. Lets just write bill and fuck the CBO since they are just incompetent shits in your jaded eyes. The fact remains they are the best congress has to use unless they have a stroke and hire you and your brilliance to run the agency and the probability of that is about the same as GW is not happening.

You can analyze as you call it all you want. That isn't going to change anything. I did see encouraging sign if they'll follow up if they would actually have bipartisanship. Both sides have said they would do that if they would I don't know if they could come to a settlement that would pass he's been sitting back and whining like you doing you're finally thinking about we got to take care of the millions of people whether the 22 million dollars right or wrong it doesn't make any difference we need to provide healthcare for Americans we can't leave them on the street we're not going to get one Single Payer which we should but that's not the way it's going to work but we're going to ensure lot more people and try and keep the cost down especially the pharmaceutical cost what you're going through the roof. They put the right people together and they put through actually approach it like adults instead of donkeys the Democrat and elephants Americans in need to get things done who knows we can actually get something done even Donald Trump would get credit for and that's fine if they come up with something that works but it isn't a damn difference I agree with Oprah you're just as full of denial about your denial about 95% of the scientists claim there is something real about climate change man cause and you deny all that not because it scientifically different because it's you think it's political ideologies and that's not right so take off that elephant but and put your brain to trip to work instead of following the White House line and think for yourself used to do it I used to be very understanding and different with you but since you lost it since Donald Trump won I don't get it. The cold hearted truth hat and said the damn elephant hat and think you got a good amount of an analytical brain instead of using that you put this Donald Trump thing in front of there in all that comes through his eyes not from what you think that's not right Scott you're a lot better man than that a lot better man

Those must be some drugs there Roger.

But let me tell you about the reality of bipartisanship in Healthcare.

The Republicans will accept no compromise that includes the continued funding of Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers.

The Democrats will not accept any compromise that will eliminate funding for Planned Parenthood and any other abortion provider.

There will be no bipartisanship.

In 2014, Planned Parenthood saw:
2 milion reversible contraception patients
941,589 emergency contraception kits
3,445 vasectomies
718 female sterilization procedures
Pregnancy tests: 1.1 million tests done in 2014
Prenatal care: provided to 17,419 people in 2014
Sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment
Planned Parenthood says this accounts for 42% of the services provided. (The GAO calculates 41% in 2012 by affiliates.)
4.2 million tests and treatments provided in 2014
This represents the largest proportion of medical services provided.
Pap smears (cervical cancer screening): 270,000 per year
Breast exams: 360,000 per year

In the past three election cycles, Planned Parenthood’s advocacy and political arms, employees, and their families have spent over $38 million to elect or defeat candidates for federal office who decide how much taxpayers subsidize the nation’s largest abortion provider.

They cooked the books

CBO’s projected Medicaid losses have their own problems. For example, 5 million are projected to “lose” Medicaid expansion coverage in states that never expanded Medicaid in the first place. Another 7 million are projected to “lose” Medicaid coverage because the individual mandate goes away, even though the individual mandate does not apply to almost all of those currently on or eligible for Medicaid.

But CBO’s projections for the individual market are perhaps the most bizarre. According to the CBO, roughly 19 million Americans are expected to buy insurance in the individual market in 2018 if the BCRA becomes law.

CBO states that BCRA is responsible for a 7 million person reduction from what would happen under current law (the Affordable Care Act), based on CBO’s 2016 baseline estimates.

The only trouble? CBO updated its baseline estimates in January 2017 to account for how much lower the actual Obamacare exchange enrollment has been, much lower than it previously anticipated as recently as last year.
