- 100% of Kavanaugh's legal record as a Judge is a matter of public record.
- An unprecedented amount of other documents (500,000) have been provided.
Apparently they want any and all documents related to Kavanaugh's stint as staff secretary for President George W Bush from 2003-2006. This was not technically a legal position, but rather one where Kavanaugh would have had control over what information reached the President, vs what information did not. Given the role, much of this information would have been a matter of classification or privilege. Democrats want it all.
Almost none of it would have any bearing on whether or not Kavanaugh would make a good Supreme Court Justice. Literally none of it would have any bearing on whether or not any one of the 99 Senators would vote to confirm Kavanaugh.

I recall how much you and your side bitched and moaned about the ACA being rushed through and not having time to review.....And how many of your assholes voted yes for that one???? Your hypocrisy is boundless CH....see the latest generic and disapproval polls.....funny how your silence is most deafening again......predicable for weak minded sycophants.....
So, let’s lay it out: In September 2016, the FBI used an informant in an attempt to ensnare Papadopoulos and establish collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia’s hacking of the DNC emails. Then in January 2017, after Papadopoulos confirmed Mifsud was the source of his claim that the Russians had “dirt” on Hillary, and had agreed to cooperate and contact Mifsud, and after the FBI “located” Mifsud in D.C., the FBI didn’t use Papadopoulos to ensnare the supposed Russian-agent whose purported foreknowledge of the hack justified the launch of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation.
With each passing day, it is becoming more and more obvious that the target of the FBI’s investigation was Trump, not Russia.

Ted Cruz just ripped the dems new assholes all around, citing several items in the bill of rights. Worth hearing.
Roger you failed to explain how your combined net income was only reduced by under $300 a year due to the Trump Tax cut.
I have used 4 different Trump Tax cut calculators snd can't get anywhere that little back.

Socialist grand standing. Please keep it up.

Chlamydia Harris is prostituting for Socialism.
Shameless Aping
Woodward illustrates how the dread in Trump’s orbit became all-encompassing over the course of Trump’s first year in office, leaving some staff members and Cabinet members confounded by the president’s lack of understanding about how government functions and his inability and unwillingness to learn.
At one point, Porter, who departed in February amid domestic abuse allegations, is quoted as saying, “This was no longer a presidency. This is no longer a White House. This is a man being who he is.”
Kavanaugh has been selected because the President believes that he can do anything as long as he is the President.
The White House released thousands of documents just prior to the hearings. It's a scam against the right of the Senate shall advise and consent.

especially since all the donks on the committee have already committed to voting "NAY!"
letting that cat out of the bag on the day kavanaugh was nominated kind of sealed the advise and consent deal, alky.
but humor me, what was it about that last pile of paper that's so crucial?

you haven't lived until you've heard corey's stories about his invisible friend T-BONE.
You’re an idiot Roger, 300 cases he’s ruled on are public record over 500,000 documents have been released
Piss up a rope and thank dingy Harry the SCOTUS will be conservative for 30 years
Everybody is coming to get me!
Learning of the appointment of Mueller in May 2017, Trump groused, “Everybody’s trying to get me”— part of a venting period that shellshocked aides compared to Richard Nixon’s final days as president.
Watergate Kelly has been saying that he's a crazy.
These people are truly patriotic because they are restrained the President. He's got no desire to understand foreign relations or the history of the people he is dealing with. He just wants to follow his feelings.

yup.
and...
the supreme court has adopted kavanaugh's position on cases 13 times, and has reversed his position only once.
not too shabby.
tell us again why he's unqualified, alky.
Watergate Kelly has been saying that he's a crazy.

These people are truly patriotic because they are restrained the President.

oh wait, lemme guess... mail order picked up your opiate refill, eh?
tell us again why he's unqualified, alky.
Because Bob Woodward told him so!
The documents were timed to affect the nomination. It got Scott to attack his own Senator and falsely accused her of reading thousands of words a minute. From the Washington Times a conservative fake News outlet.
Wow. Liberal female democrat RBG disciple just introduced and endorsed kavanaugh.
Nice.

no they weren't. they weren't relevant to begin with. all of the democrats have had kavanaugh's rulings - what really matters - for weeks now. this last little bit is a weak excuse, nothing more. HONEST people acknowledge this.
It got Scott to attack his own Senator and falsely accused her of reading thousands of words a minute. From the Washington Times a conservative fake News outlet.
first of all, scott's senator is a lightweight and a liar like mine. second, the wash times story simply decided to call her out on her bullshit. bullshit she publicly spouted to todd on meet the press.
you just don't like news that's embarrassing to democrats. that doesn't make it any less legit.
and when you've publicly announced your intention to vote NO weeks ago, we could fill a tractor trailer with every scrap of paper kavanaugh has scrawled on since birth.and drive it to your fucking house.
it changes nothing.
in the words of skeets 0linsky -
ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES.
Because Bob Woodward told him so!
you know, bob woodward has been given the chance to prove that he's the sane half of the woodward and bernstein comedy troupe.
he should take that opening while his old partner is looking like an assclown.
He's giving a very respectable speech and his love for his family and the respect for the law and an open mind in my decisions.
Trump just as he spoke.
The Brett Kavanaugh hearings for the future Justice of the Supreme Court are truly a display of how mean, angry, and despicable the other side is. They will say anything, and are only....
....looking to inflict pain and embarrassment to one of the most highly renowned jurists to ever appear before Congress. So sad to see!
you want to see mean, angry and despicable?
watch MSDNC tonight. mathews will be going apeshit and ralph maddow will be beside itself.
elections, consequences, heh.
woodward and bernstein comedy troupe.
Took down Richard Nixon
The first reactions to his speech was that Trump has not chosen the justice that he wanted.
I was impressed .
I'm not troubled by Cavanaugh but I am disgusted by the President and the White house deliberate attempt to dismantle any kind of counter argument against Cavanaugh.
tonight. mathews will be going apeshit and ralph meadow will be beside itself
BWAAAAAAAAA!!!!! I prefer faux and the uneducated Hannity with his righteous indignation bullshit.....much better theatre for me!!!
The first reactions to his speech was that Trump has not chosen the justice that he wanted.
But he nominated he one the Federalist Society wanted
LMAO
You will be going apeshit when you see that he's not a replacement for Scalia in his original opinion justice.
Woodward confirms that Trump’s former secretary of State, Rex Tillerson, described him as a “fucking moron,” a fact that has been reported previously. He adds several more officials to the list of people who have blurted out this obvious conclusion.
After security officials tried fruitlessly to explain to Trump the importance of American defenses in South Korea, including a system that reduces the warning time of a North Korean missile attack from 15 minutes to seven seconds, Secretary of Defense James Mattis told associates that Trump “acted like — and had the understanding of — ‘a fifth- or sixth-grader.’ ”
That swerling sound you hear is Kamala Harris's presidential ambitions going down the toilett.
swerling?

Don't testify or you will wear an orange suit.
Between Harris and booker, he sounded more intelligent
Matthis and all the other principles in Woodwards book has, on the record denied it ever happened. And they were not whishy-washey non-denial denials, they were emphatic denials.
So until Woodward's "anonymous sources" come forward for the recorrd I'll go with that. It's easy to snipe and slander from the veil of anonymity. Not so easy to stand by your word in public.
Wtf

Don't testify or you will wear an orange suit."
"Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., told a bystander who asked when President Trump would be impeached, "The sooner the better.".
Well, that's why the three socialist stooges went from, "no one is talking Impeachment" to full on Impeachment.
Woodward has hundreds of hours of recordings of his conversations with the sources. His famous source in his work in the Washington Post that was the final nail in the Nixon era was called "Deep Throat".
Mattis and others have issued veiled statements on a few specific incidents but the overall story of a short tempered moron. His staff has been the firewall between his impulsive and dangerous behavior and the safety of the country.
They removed letters from his desk that if he had signed, we would have seen a war on the Korean Peninsula. He didn't even notice that.
Trump has been exposed by the finest journalist in the last 40 years.
His base that is represented here will remain loyal that won't stop believing in him. The campaign for the midterm elections has been showing evidence that the Republicans face a difficult situation.
Even Ted Cruz is facing a challenge. The endorsement by the man he called a compulsive liar and demagogue may not be sufficient.
The odds on the Democrats will take back the house and by a significant percentage. The house will again engage in their Constitutional responsibilities as a check upon the President.
Woodward has exposed the reality show Presidency. We will see what the ratings in November.
The Democrats seem to have settle on a turn out the base strategy for this years midterms. To me that only would increase the turnout in districfts that were safe anyway.
I would think reaching out to independent voters in swing districts would be a better strategy to win.
What doesn't seem in doubt is that base turnout will be the highest ever for a midterm. The only question is what will the independents do?
A prediction of the conclusion of our host when he defends the President and discounts the book.
Trump said the statements could have come from "disgruntled employees or just made up."
"It could just be made up by the author,"

Urgent: Do you approve of Pres. Trump’s job performance? Vote Here Now!
The Democrats in their specific districts have to address the local issues. This will get the independent voters to turn out and vote for the Democratic candidate.
The highly motivated Democratic turnout and the women who voted against Hillary Clinton are going to vote for the Democratic candidates.
In most districts the Democrats should not run for impeachment. It won't work for the independent or women's votes.
o me that only would increase the turnout in districts that were safe anyway.
Opinions like yours are always fun to read.....especially with you projecting what the electorate will do....Keep supporting your pathological liar who is more perfect than everyone !!!!!! Remember McRat hole said don't pay attention to the generic polls as we are within 90 days of the elections....I'm still not sure what polls we should watch since the congress critters really don't get their own polls!!!!
Since we have been watching this reality show contestant for over a year and a half. We have seen a couple denials from his staff members. But beyond that much of what is in the book rings true. He does not want to see or hear anything that seems to differ with his opinions.
The denials are somewhat vague.
White House chief of staff John Kelly: "The idea I ever called the President an idiot is not true, in fact it's exactly the opposite."
Defense Secretary James Mattis: "The contemptuous words about the President attributed to me in Woodward's book were never uttered by me or in my presence."
Some choice cuts, reflecting the way administration officials and alumni depicted Trump to Woodward: He has hundreds of hours of recordings that back him up.
Trump to James Clapper, then Director of National Intelligence, who briefed him at Trump Tower during the transition on the intelligence community's findings that Putin had interfered in the election: "l don't believe in human sources ... These are people who have sold their souls and sold out their country ... I don't trust human intelligence and these spies."
Defense Secretary James Mattis, to laughter, a month after Trump took office: "Secretaries of Defense don't always get to choose the president they work for."
Trump to Tom Bossert, the president's adviser for homeland security, cyber security and counterterrorism, who asked Trump if he had a minute: "I want to watch the Masters. ... You and your cyber ... are going to get me in a war — with all your cyber shit."
"Trump was given a Reader's Digest version of the Hezbollah briefing."
Stephen Miller to Reince Priebus after Trump had ordered his first chief of staff to get the resignation of Attorney General Jeff Sessions: "We're in real trouble. Because if you don't get the resignation, he's going to think you're weak. If you get it, you're going to be part of a downward-spiral calamity."
"Trump was editing an upcoming speech with [then-staff secretary Rob] Porter. Scribbling his thoughts in neat, clean penmanship, the president wrote, 'TRADE IS BAD.'"
Former White House economic adviser Gary Cohn told Trump: "You have a Norman Rockwell view of America."
"Several times Cohn just asked the president, 'Why do you have these views [on trade]?' 'I just do,' Trump replied. 'I've had these views for 30 years.' 'That doesn't mean they're right,' Cohn said. 'I had the view for 15 years I could play professional football. It doesn't mean I was right.'"
