So this is the concern?

Transgender shooter wants to be called "he"


Lawyers for the second suspect in the Colorado school shooting, Maya McKinney, who is listed in court records as a female, asked the court to use the pronoun "he."
The 16-year-old McKinney is transgender and was transitioning from female to male at the time of Tuesday’s shooting at the STEM School Highlands Ranch in Highlands Ranch, Colo., that left one student dead and eight others wounded. McKinney reportedly identifies as a male and goes by the name Alec.
This guy girl person decided to go shoot up a school, and people are writing stories about what pronoun Maya/Alec wants to be referred to for the court proceedings. But I tell you what Alec, if I were you and I was facing a possible prison sentence in an adult penitentiary I would not want to be a transitioning 16 year old female in a mens prison. I would be insisting on being called Maya and demanding to be a girl. At least until this thing was over.
