Well according to the Internet (which is never wrong) both men are somewhere between 5'7" and 5'9" and both weigh approximately 145 lbs. They both appear to be very fit, with Cruise a bit bigger in the chest and arms.
The question I would have to ask is to what degree either of them have been trained. One might assume that with as many on-screen fights as Tom Cruise has gotten into in his career, that he might have had at least a bit of training. I wouldn't be surprised if Bieber is doing some form of Martial Arts (or even MMA) training, which is why he probably tossed out the challenge.
Give em both 3-4 months to train and put them in the cage. Let's see if it's a better fight than Danny vs Donny.
