So Joe Biden follows up his statement about how he could assure everyone that there was never any Russian election interference on his and Obama's watch with the zinger that his new plan (based on Obamacare) will allow you to keep your insurance plan, if you like your insurance plan. Perhaps he can follow up by telling everyone how they can keep their doctor as well.
