With a couple of strong polls last night and this morning, Sanders has re-overtaken "no majority" as the Democratic frontrunner. https://t.co/JDz2dZ8bqR pic.twitter.com/vOQtnXlIl1— Nate Silver (@NateSilver538) February 18, 2020
Looks like Buttmentum, Klomentum, and Bloomentum have been stalled as Bernie has just seen his best polling run to date. Mayor Pete is still the leader in delegates, and in any other year his first and second place finishes would likely have him running neck and neck with the other frontrunner. Yet, he lags. Meanwhile, the Klobuchar beat down of Biden, Warren and the rest in New Hampshire would have normally propelled her towards the top. But not this year. She has only seen a minor bump in polling. Lastly, even though Bloomberg has pushed himself into a solid third, right behind Slow Joe Biden, he is still polling miles behind Bernie. For a guy who has spent $400 million and had the airways pretty much to himself, his support seems stubbornly stuck in the middle. Quite obviously he has been hurt by the latest attacks, which he has little means to explain or defend.
These National polls come at the same time that the two most recent Nevada polls show Bernie up nineteen and seven points, with nobody else really polling enough over 15% to make them feel comfortable that they will even garner delegates. It would appear obvious that someone besides Bernie will grab delegates, but it's anyone's guess who will end up over that 15% and who will end up below that 15%. How funny would it be if it's Mayor Pete who sneaks through one more time with a surprising finish to keep collecting valuable delegates! Or maybe Bloomberg presence in the debate fuels a write in run that pulls everyone under 15% and Bernie walks away as king!

“I’m actually, I guess, the chief law enforcement officer of the country.”
— President Trump, quoted by CNN, falsely claiming he’s got the power of the Attorney General.
He's actually, he guesses, the chief dictator of the country.
Bloomberg Will Sell Company If Elected
February 18, 2020 at 6:55 pm EST
“Mike Bloomberg would sell the financial data and media company he created in the 1980s — which bears his name and made him a multibillionaire — if he is elected U.S. president,” the AP reports.
Unlike would-be dictator "it's all about me" Trump. Mike would do the right thing.
Probably reveal his taxes too.

Trump Backers Seek to Raise Extra $1 Billion
February 18, 2020 at 8:35 pm EST
“Members of President Trump’s re-election team and some of the GOP’s biggest fundraisers are discussing a new goal of raising an extra $1 billion to compete with Michael Bloomberg’s record campaign spending, according to two bundlers who have been part of the discussions,” Bloomberg reports.
“Bloomberg’s pledge to spend up to $1 billion to defeat Trump regardless of whether he wins the nomination is spurring Republicans to consider ways to keep up, including getting conservative billionaires to make much larger donations to Trump-related super-PACs.”

Barr Told Confidants He May Quit Over Trump Tweets
February 18, 2020 at 9:28 pm EST By Taegan Goddard 28 Comments
“Attorney General William Barr has told people close to President Trump — both inside and outside the White House — that he is considering quitting over Trump’s tweets about Justice Department investigations, three administration officials said, foreshadowing a possible confrontation between the president and his attorney general over the independence of the Justice Department,” the Washington Post reports.
“So far, Trump has defied Barr’s requests, both public and private, to keep quiet on matters of federal law enforcement. It was not immediately clear Tuesday if Barr had made his posture known directly to Trump. The administration officials said Barr seemed to be sharing his position with advisers in hopes the president would get the message that he should stop weighing in publicly on the Justice Department’s ongoing criminal investigations.”
Barr has decided he just can't "Sieg Heil!" Adolf Trump anymore.
Bernie your competitor is a boi .
"Buttigieg pledged to end the policy of “family separation” at the U.S. border — though that policy had already been endedby President Donald Trump via executive order nearly two years ago."

democracy drowns in bullshit comprised of fake news built from anonymous sources.
The whole leaving thing is a manufactured story. Make it up, put it out, report it,like it's news, let others ask about it, and suddenly it's a rumour. He's not leaving because he's very close to hauling the deep state criminals into indictments.
