Claims anti-trust, breach of contract, and inconsistent standards
The ole "I am not a lawyer" as a preface to providing questionable legal opinions is used so much that it should be right up there with the check in the mail and other dubious clichés. But here goes anyways. I am not a lawyer, but...I don't believe Parler has much in the way of an "anti-trust" argument unless they can show or prove some sort of agreement (explicit, implicit or otherwise) between Amazon, Apple, Google, Twitter, and Facebook. They can certainly make a strong argument that the decision to drop them from the servers creates an ex-facto monopoly for twitter of that particular style platform. But how can you hold Amazon and others responsible for that.
The breach of contract (where they were promised a 30 day grace period before ending the contract) could be stronger depending on how the contract is written and on what sort of warnings Amazon may or may not have provided Parler prior to the decision to give them 24 hours. There are claims that Amazon provided a list of posts for Parler to delete previously. Did Parler delete the offending posts or did they refuse? Of course, even if they win that portion of the lawsuit, all that does is buy them a little time.
However, where Parler might have a good point is in the argument that Amazon is singling Parler out and punishing them for the same sort of behavior that Twitter, Facebook, and others also engage in. I don't think it will be difficult for Parler (and I am sure they already have plenty of examples) to show hateful speech on Twitter and others that match what may have been seen on Parler. In fact, there is probably a much larger collection of such on the larger networks... including actual terrorist activities that have been known to be planned using those forums. As far as I know, Hamas, and other international terror groups are not using Parler. But they have used both Twitter and Facebook.
Lastly, the 24 hour notice seems a bit extreme and was prefaced on the implication that Parler may have been where the Capital building infiltration might have been planned and the shut down was to prevent future occurances. However, by all accounts, it appears that to the degree that there was coordination, that this coordination had taken place on Facebook. At this point there is nothing to suggest that any of the people arrested on January 6th even have a Parler account. Certainly using the Capital building infiltration as an excuse to shut down Parler would require Amazon to actually prove that those responsible actually used Parler to plan something?
Again, not sure that the inconsistent standards assists in the anti-trust portion, the breach of contract, or stands on it's own. But in terms of real life fairness, they seem to have a legitimate gripe here.
Again, I am not a lawyer, but...

Tech overlord Instagram yanked one of our posts for "violence and incitement" ... and the irony is so thick you can cut it with a knife.
The post Instagram removed was a screenshot of fellow tech overlord Twitter's trending section, from this article titled Really: The day after permanently banning Trump for "inciting violence," Twitter allows "Hang Mike Pence" to trend.
let's wait for the world-renowned Sec. 320 intellectual powerhouse of jurisprudence the alky to weigh in on this.

Private companies have the authority to determine what they want to sell or broadcast.
The social media era was not anticipated by the founding fathers.
Other companies have the right to sell software.
I understand your frustration. But in a free country sometimes shit happens.

Fourteenth Amendment Section 3
No Person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Two Republican senators should be removed from office.
Breaking News!!!
Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf resigned Monday, becoming the third Cabinet-level official to quit on the heels of the riot at the U.S. Capitol by a mob of President Donald Trump’s supporters.
Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao and Education Secretary Betsy DeVos resigned last week over the riot.
They are abandoning the USS Trump!
shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same
only an asshole drama queen sees it this way.
Cruz and Hawley were well within their Constitutional right to challenge, and no one can point to a single word of Trump's speech that is an incitement to riot.
not one word.
if they could, we'd be hearing the clip from the speech non-fucking-stop, 24/7.

An African American Capitol Police officer is being hailed as a hero for drawing an angry mob away from the entrance to the Senate floor Wednesday as rioters smashed their way into the U.S. Capitol.
In viral video from the scene, the officer is seen glancing to his left and notices the unobstructed hallway to the Senate as he was chased up a flight of stairs. The officer, identified by CNN as Eugene Goodman, at first tried to block an open door before realizing he was alone and being pursued.
Goodman, armed with a baton, pushes the leader of the pack, a man wearing a black QAnon shirt later identified as Doug Jensen from Des Moines. Jensen was focused on Goodman and appeared not to notice the open hallway leading to the Senate chambers.
Jensen chased Goodman, who led him and the mob away from the Senate floor. The group, all white men, followed the Black officer into a group of police in a back corridor outside the Senate.
Officer Eugene Goodman should get the Presidential Medal of Honor on January 21st.

“Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-NY) is exploring using an obscure, post-Sept. 11-era authority to reconvene the Senate as the House barrels toward a likely impeachment vote of President Trump this week,” the Washington Post reports.
“In 2004, the Senate majority and minority leaders were given the power to bring the Senate back into session in times of emergency, and the senior Democratic aide said Schumer is exploring this option to allow for a potential impeachment trial for Trump to begin immediately after the House transmits the articles to the Senate.”

Yes, It Was a Coup Attempt
5:11 pm
Fiona Hill:
“Some have said it’s not a coup because the U.S. military and other armed groups weren’t involved, and some because President Trump didn’t invoke his presidential powers in support of the mob that broke into the Capitol. Others point out that no one has claimed or proved there was a secret plan directed by the President, and that Trump’s efforts to overturn the outcome of the 2020 presidential election could never have succeeded in the first place.
“These observations are based on the idea that a coup is a sudden, violent seizure of power involving clandestine plots and military takeovers. By contrast, Trump’s goal was to keep himself in power, and his actions were taken over a period of months and in slow motion.
“But that doesn’t mean it wasn’t a coup attempt. Trump disguised what he was doing by operating in plain sight, talking openly about his intent. He normalized his actions so people would accept them. I’ve been studying authoritarian regimes for three decades, and I know the signs of a coup when I see them.”
