President Trump told the Associated Press, “We’re not getting along with Russia at all,” while noting that relations were at an “all-time low.” ______________
Every President has a learning curve. Most of hem who wrote about their term in office. Even the most prepared. The celebrity television host has had the hardest learning curve that I have observed. But even this stubborn old man has started to get his shit together. Although he still uses too much twitter. His comments on he meeting with the President of China is kind of childish.
His press conference comments didn't have any of the usual comments denouncing his predecessor.
But the big deal is the end of the Bromance with Pooty Pot. Although the cruise missile attacks were relatively ineffective the symbolism made a point. The Russians obviously knew that Assad was going to use them. They could have halted that horror, but they didn't and they really got to the President.
We don't have an apparent strategy, but it is not something you can do with a couple tweets. He obviously is actually getting input from experienced diplomats and military experts. He is no longer claiming to know more than the generals on how to remove Assad and defeat ISIS.
He is facing a two front war. North Korea is the one that poses a real military challenge because that kid that runs North Korea is frightened and frightening. If he can't get China to intervene, this is has the possibility of getting out of hand. Nukes and the missals capable of hitting Japan, and South Korea. I still doubt that they have missals capable of reaching the west coast of the United States. At least I hope so.
He's facing two very difficult foreign policy and military challenges. I hope he's going to take the right path, but I still have to worry about him. He's very impulsive and arrogant. I hope that if he keeps Bannon, that he ignores his apostolic view of the world. He has said that he believes the second coming is just over the horizon.
So far he hasn't had a significant improvement in the polls. So he's not going to have much luck with his agenda, if the tea party, aka the freedom conference is going to be a constant pain in the ass. The ACA is not going to be repealed and replaced. And no, it's not going to destroy itself. Most of the states who are facing major problems are in states who refused to participate, that was given to them by the Supreme Court
If he increases spending on infrastructure and the military, coupled with tax cuts, he's going to follow the economic path of George W. Bush huge deficits and getting worse quickly; I support without reservations on the infrastructure but I'm not convinced that we need to greatly expand defense spending at the course he's going to follow.
The 42,810 days sober is done spammig the twit's Alzheimer's playground is done for now.

welcome to the trump presidency, pie hole.
a presidency where the law is actually going to be enforced.
It is the first time that Kansas has successfully prosecuted a non-citizen for voting. The case is an anomaly across the country. Prosecution for voter fraud is rare in general; cases involving non-citizens casting ballots are even more unusual.
And WTF does trump have to do with a local kansas case? Fuckstick. Welcome to the Right wing"s boogy man with the associated waste of time, resources and money. I'm sure the millions spent on ID cards would have kept this case from happening Worse than PPH that you hate. Oh well
Yep.....voter fraud is as rampant in Kansas as UFO sitings....Now that is funny!!!! Lets make it tougher to vote!!!!!
A stolen election. Hundreds of incidents of voter fraud. And 67 aliens. Kobach claimed he had the proof. Yet there were some nagging little words -- alleged, reported.
How was the allegation of illegal Somali votes resolved? According to the Kansas City Star, suits were filed claiming illegal voting by Somalis, but no proof could be found.
What about the 221 instances of reported voter fraud? As it happened, Kansans reported more sightings of UFOs between 1997 and 2010 than instances of voter fraud -- people report all sorts of things -- even though more than 10 million votes were cast in that period in statewide elections alone.
You are a fucking idiot who just makes shit up. NO ONE HAS EVER SAID THERE WEREN"T ANY INSTANCES OF VOTER FRAUD. ONLY IDIOT GOAT FUCKERS HAVE SAID THAT. . Shit for brains is giving you too much credit. Ass wipe. Coal is dead in this country. I wouldn't buy coal mining stock with your money!!!!! Please, put your money where your ass is.
I am not surprised, that not one of you addressed the British Media and the fact that clear back to 2015 that people in the Trump organization had multiple contacts with the Russian intelligence unit ad other Russians. The fact that the Brits would find this and release it because they are our most staunch allies. They can see how Trump is the greatest threat to world peace since 1933.
Britain’s spy agencies helped alert U.S. intelligence officials to possible links between President Trump's campaign and Russia after first noticing interactions in late 2015, The Guardian reported Thursday.
The report said Britain's Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ) noticed suspicious interactions between Trump allies and known or suspected Russian agents in late 2015.
The information was picked up amid routine surveillance of Russian targets and was not part of a spying operation aimed at Trump's team, the Guardian said.
Other foreign nations also reportedly shared intelligence about links between Russia and Trump's campaign, including Australia, Germany, France, Estonia and Poland.
Trump claimed last month without evidence that former President Obama wiretapped Trump Tower.
The White House pointed to Fox News commentator Andrew Napolitano, who claimed that GCHQ spied on Trump at Obama's behest. Fox briefly pulled Napolitano off the air after his report, and Fox's news reporters distanced themselves from his claim.
GCHQ last month called Napolitano's statement "utterly ridiculous."
Britain’s spy agencies helped alert U.S. intelligence officials to possible links between President Trump's campaign and Russia after first noticing interactions in late 2015, The Guardian reported Thursday.
Roughly a month ago, during the height of the mainstream media mania over Trump's alleged collusion with Russia, Judge Andrew Napolitano appeared on Fox and Friends with a startling new revelation, namely that President Obama circumvented U.S. law and employed a British intelligence agency to conduct surveillance of the Trump campaign. Despite Napolitano's assertion that the information had been confirmed by 3 separate sources, the Obama administration and foreign intelligence agencies issued immediate denials and the mainstream media was all too happy to trash the latest 'conspiracy theory' of their competitor network. Here's what he said:
“Three intelligence sources have informed Fox News that President Obama went outside the chain of command. He didn’t use the NSA, he didn’t use the CIA, he didn’t use the FBI, and he didn’t use the Department of Justice. He used GCHQ.”
“What the heck is GCHQ? That’s the initials for the British spying agency. They have 24/7 access to the NSA database.”
“So by simply having two people go to them saying, ‘President Obama needs transcripts of conversations involving candidate Trump, conversations involving president-elect Trump,’ he’s able to get it, and there’s no American fingerprints on this."
Of course, Napolitano's efforts ultimately earned him a multi-day suspension from Fox News.
Now, some 30 days after Napolitano broke the story, CNN seems to have just confirmed it:
British and other European intelligence agencies intercepted communications between associates of Donald Trump and Russian officials and other Russian individuals during the campaign and passed on those communications to their US counterparts, US congressional and law enforcement and US and European intelligence sources tell CNN.
The communications were captured during routine surveillance of Russian officials and other Russians known to western intelligence. British and European intelligence agencies, including GCHQ, the British intelligence agency responsible for communications surveillance, were not proactively targeting members of the Trump team but rather picked up these communications during what's known as "incidental collection," these sources tell CNN.
The European intelligence agencies detected multiple communications over several months between the Trump associates and Russian individuals -- and passed on that intelligence to the US. The US and Britain are part of the so-called "Five Eyes" agreement (along with Canada, Australia and New Zealand), which calls for open sharing among member nations of a broad range of intelligence.
Of course, we're quite certain that, as CNN notes, the intercepted communications were merely "incidental" and in no way requested by the Obama administration, but rather, were conveniently volunteered, unsolicited, by British intelligence. Moreover, we're sure that British intelligence also had very innocent reasons for "accidentally" happening upon the communication of Trump's advisors. That said, we do wonder whether they also happened upon any communications from the Hillary campaign...
White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer made a mistake during a press conference, and said that Hitler didn't use chemical weapons on his own people. He has since apologized and been publicly excoriated over his comment. But in 2013, back when Chris Matthews was blindly defending everything President Obama did, he said a very similar thing. Here's the text of Matthews' statement: "If you basically lay — put down a red line and say don't use chemical weapons, and it's been enforced in the Western community, around the world — international community for decades — don't use chemical weapons. We didn't use them in World War II, Hitler didn't use them." So, tell me more about how anti-Semitic Sean Spicer is...
GCHQ first became aware in late 2015 of suspicious “interactions” between figures connected to Trump and known or suspected Russian agents, a source close to UK intelligence said. This intelligence was passed to the US as part of a routine exchange of information, they added. Over the next six months, until summer 2016, a number of western agencies shared further information on contacts between Trump’s inner circle and Russians, sources said.
The British Take Trump Seriously.
The European countries that passed on electronic intelligence – known as sigint – included Germany, Estonia and Poland. Australia, a member of the “Five Eyes” spying alliance that also includes the US, UK, Canada and New Zealand, also relayed material, one source said.
Another source suggested the Dutch and the French spy agency, the General Directorate for External Security or DGSE, were contributors.
It is understood that GCHQ was at no point carrying out a targeted operation against Trump or his team or proactively seeking information. The alleged conversations were picked up by chance as part of routine surveillance of Russian intelligence assets. Over several months, different agencies targeting the same people began to see a pattern of connections that were flagged to intelligence officials in the US.
The issue of GCHQ’s role in the FBI’s ongoing investigation into possible cooperation between the Trump campaign and Moscow is highly sensitive. In March Trump tweeted that Barack Obama had illegally “wiretapped” him in Trump Tower.
The White House press secretary, Sean Spicer, claimed the “British spying agency” GCHQ had carried out the bugging. Spicer cited an unsubstantiated report on Fox News. Fox later distanced itself from the report.
The claims prompted an extremely unusual rebuke from GCHQ, which generally refrains from commenting on all intelligence matters. The agency described the allegations first made by a former judge turned media commentator, Andrew Napolitano, as “nonsense”.
“They are utterly ridiculous and should be ignored,” a spokesperson for GCHQ said. Instead both US and UK intelligence sources acknowledge that GCHQ played an early, prominent role in kickstarting the FBI’s Trump-Russia investigation, which began in late July 2016. One source called the British eavesdropping agency the “principal whistleblower”.
The Guardian has been told the FBI and the CIA were slow to appreciate the extensive nature of contacts between Trump’s team and Moscow ahead of the US election. This was in part due to US law that prohibits US agencies from examining the private communications of American citizens without warrants. “They are trained not to do this,” the source stressed.
“It looks like the [US] agencies were asleep,” the source added. “They [the European agencies] were saying: ‘There are contacts going on between people close to Mr Trump and people we believe are Russian intelligence agents. You should be wary of this.’ “The message was: ‘Watch out. There’s something not right here.’” “The only possible explanation is that Trump started tweeting without understanding how the NSA-GCHQ relationship actually works,” Dearlove told Prospect magazine. A GCHQ spokesperson said: “It is longstanding policy that we do not comment on intelligence matters”.
It is unclear which individuals were picked up by British surveillance. In a report last month the New York Times, citing three US intelligence officials, said warning signs had been building throughout last summer but were far from clear. As WikiLeaks published emails stolen from the Democratic National Committee, US agencies began picking up conversations in which Russians were discussing contacts with Trump associates, the paper said. European allies were supplying information about people close to Trump meeting with Russians in Britain, the Netherlands and in other countries, the Times said.
There are now multiple investigations going on in Washington into Trump campaign officials and Russia. They include the FBI-led counter-espionage investigation and probes by both the House and Senate intelligence committees.
Adam Schiff, the senior Democrat on the House committee, has expressed an interest in hearing from Christopher Steele, the former MI6 officer whose dossier accuses the president of long-term cooperation with Vladimir Putin’s Moscow. Trump and Putin have both dismissed the dossier as fake. One source suggested the official investigation was making progress. “They now have specific concrete and corroborative evidence of collusion,” the source said. “This is between people in the Trump campaign and agents of [Russian] influence relating to the use of hacked material.”
There is a lot to absorb here, but it looks like the Russians and the Trump people had contacts with not only just Russian citizens, which is no big deal. They were probably working business deals. But the problem is that the Russian government and their spy agents had considerable amount of time and for what reason? It looks very bad and we need to make sure the congressional investigations. Or what we should have an independent investigation outside of congress, like Watergate.
I just googled that same Tingle leg quote and got that DizzyKuz, Huffpo and cnn have it at their website, so I am not sure what Alky is complaining about , other then he is shown to be two faced, again.

She ran in her in her pom pom uniform , breathless and said that Sec of State Rex Tillerson would not be meeting with Putin.
Rex did, he gave it to ole "putty pot" good too, no quarter was given , no backing down, showing America is back, strong.
Here's a look at how Trump has changed on some of the issues in the news and how he's shifted. (Jump to: NATO, China, Russia, Syria, health care, Export-Import Bank, Goldman Sachs and Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen.)
1. NATO Then:
"I think NATO's obsolete. NATO was done at a time you had the Soviet Union, which was obviously larger, much larger than Russia is today. I'm not saying Russia's not a threat. But we have other threats." — March 27, 2016, on ABC's This Week
Now:
"The Secretary General and I had a productive discussion about what more NATO can do in the fight against terrorism. I complained about that a long time ago, and they made a change, and now they do fight terrorism. I said it was obsolete; it's no longer obsolete. It's my hope that NATO will take on an increased role in supporting our Iraqi partners in their battle against ISIS." — Thursday in a press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
Trump, In A 180-Degree Switch, Says NATO 'No Longer Obsolete' POLITICS Trump, In A 180-Degree Switch, Says NATO 'No Longer Obsolete' PolitiFact fact-checked Trump's view that NATO didn't give him credit in 2016 when it unveiled that it had created a new intelligence chief. But it noted this wasn't a major change — and it wasn't because of Trump. Member nations had been complaining about how to improve intelligence sharing. This was a step to get better about that. The fact-checking site added:
"More to the point, Trump's comment gives the impression that NATO hadn't been responsive to terrorism until the new division was created. That's not true at all. NATO involvement in counter-terrorism issued its first formal declaration on terrorism in 1980, and it became a significant issue for the alliance on Sept. 11, 2001." NATO has a section of its website explaining how the organization tries to counter terrorism. Its efforts were written about by Philip Gordon in 2002. Gordon wound up on President Barack Obama's National Security Council.
In fairness to Trump, Stoltenberg was on MSNBC's Morning Joe on Thursday saying that NATO has "stepped up" its efforts when it comes to combating terrorism and is hoping that more countries devote more money to their own defenses as well, something Trump has called for.
2. China Then:
"On day one of a Trump administration, the U.S. Treasury Department will designate China a currency manipulator." — Nov. 9, 2015, in a Wall Street Journal op-ed.
'The Art Of The Deal' Prevails In U.S.-China Talks, For Now At Least PARALLELS 'The Art Of The Deal' Prevails In U.S.-China Talks, For Now At Least "I will direct the Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator." — Trump in his "Contract with the American Voter" as point No. 3 of his "seven actions to protect American workers." He called that plan "my pledge to you."
Now:
"They're not currency manipulators." — Trump in an interview with the Wall Street Journal on Wednesday.
Trump's reason? Per the Journal: "China hasn't been manipulating its currency for months and because taking the step now could jeopardize his talks with Beijing on confronting the threat of North Korea."
"The relationship is great, and it would be great if I had the position I should have." — March 18, 2015, to the Daily Mail.
"I was over in Moscow two years ago and I will tell you — you can get along with those people and get along with them well. You can make deals with those people. Obama can't." — June 16, 2015, to Fox's Bill O'Reilly.
He went on to echo that sentiment on multiple occasions throughout the campaign. (See CNN's comprehensive timeline here.)
President Trump's Tweets, Annotated POLITICS President Trump's Tweets, Annotated "If he [Putin] says great things about me, I'm going to say great things about him. I've already said he is really very much of a leader. I mean, you can say, 'Oh, isn't that a terrible thing' — the man has very strong control over a country." — Sept. 7, 2016, in an NBC town hall.
"[Hillary Clinton] doesn't like Putin, because Putin has outsmarted her at every step of the way. ... Putin has outsmarted her in Syria, he's outsmarted her every step of the way." — Oct. 19, 2016, third presidential debate.
In December, Trump quoted Putin in a tweet, saying of Clinton: " 'One must be able to lose with dignity.' So true!"
As president-elect, he said this on Jan. 11: "If Putin likes Donald Trump, I consider that an asset, not a liability, because we have a horrible relationship with Russia."
Then as president, on Feb. 6, just two months ago, when asked by O'Reilly about Putin being a "killer," Trump said: "There are a lot of killers. Do you think our country is so innocent?"
Now:
"It would be wonderful, as we were discussing just a little while ago, if NATO and our country could get along with Russia. Right now, we're not getting along with Russia at all. We may be at an all-time low in terms of a relationship with Russia." — Trump in a press conference with NATO's secretary general on Wednesday.
"Things will work out fine between the U.S.A. and Russia. At the right time everyone will come to their senses & there will be lasting peace!" — Trump in a tweet on Thursday.
"The President must get Congressional approval before attacking Syria-big mistake if he does not!" — Aug. 30, 2013, in a tweet after Assad used chemical weapons and President Obama was deciding if he would strike unilaterally. Obama wound up going to Congress, did not get approval and did not strike despite, saying use of chemical weapons would be a "red line."
On The Record: President Trump Vs. Private Citizen Trump On Syria POLITICS On The Record: President Trump Vs. Private Citizen Trump On Syria "AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA - IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S. GETS NOTHING!" — Sept. 5, 2013, in a tweet.
"President Obama, do not attack Syria. There is no upside and tremendous downside. Save your 'powder' for another (and more important) day!" — Sept. 7, 2013, in a tweet.
Now:
"Assad choked out the lives of innocent men, women and children. It was a slow and brutal death for so many. Even beautiful babies were cruelly murdered in this very barbaric attack. No child of God should ever suffer such horror. Tonight I ordered a targeted military strike on the airfield in Syria from where the chemical attack was launched. It is in this vital national security interest of the United States to prevent and deter the spread and use of deadly chemical weapons." — April 6, in a speech announcing U.S. military action against Syria.
5. Health care Then:
"I think what will happen is Obamacare, unfortunately, will explode. It's going to have a very bad year. ... So what would be really good, with no Democrat support, is if the Democrats, when it explodes — which it will soon — if they got together with us and got a real healthcare bill. I would be totally up to do it. And I think that's going to happen. I think the losers are Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, because now they own Obamacare. They own it — 100 percent own it. ... And they have Obamacare for a little while longer, until it ceases to exist, which it will at some point in the near future. ... We'll be going right now for tax reform, which we could have done earlier." — March 24 from the Oval Office after the GOP health care bill's failure.
Now:
"We have to do health care first to pick up additional money so that we get great tax reform. So we're going to have a phenomenal tax reform. But I have to do health care first. I want to do it first to really do it right." — Wednesday in an interview with Fox Business.
"I don't like it because I don't think it's necessary. It's a one-way street also. It's sort of a featherbedding for politicians and others, and a few companies. And these are companies that can do very well without it. So I don't like it. I think it's a lot of excess baggage. I think it's unnecessary. And when you think about free enterprise it's really not free enterprise. I'd be against it." — Aug. 4, 2015, to Bloomberg.
Now:
"It turns out that, first of all, lots of small companies are really helped, the vendor companies. ... But also, maybe more important, other countries give [assistance]. When other countries give it we lose a tremendous amount of business. ... Instinctively, you would say, 'Isn't that a ridiculous thing,' But actually, it's a very good thing. And it actually makes money, it could make a lot of money." — Wednesday in an interview with the Wall Street Journal.
7. Goldman Sachs Then:
"I know the guys at Goldman Sachs. They have total, total control over him. Just like they have total control over Hillary Clinton." — Feb. 19, 2016, in a primary debate about rival Ted Cruz. Cruz's wife, Heidi, was a Goldman employee.
"We've seen this firsthand in the WikiLeaks documents in which Hillary Clinton meets in secret with international banks to plot the destruction of U.S. sovereignty in order to enrich these global financial powers, her special interest friends and her donors." — Oct. 13, 2016, in reference to Clinton receiving $675,000 for three speeches made to Goldman.
Trump touted that he was self-funding his campaign and that he believed that the influence of special interests "resonates with voters."
Trump even ran this closing ad in the 2016 campaign. Over images of world leaders, Hillary Clinton and Goldman CEO Lloyd Blankfein, there's this line:
"It's a global power struggle that is responsible for the economic decisions that have robbed our working class, stripped our country of its wealth and put that money into the pockets into a handful of large corporations and political entities."
Team Trump via YouTube Now:
Trump hired a slew of people with Goldman Sachs on their resumes to key positions in his White House. In addition to chief strategist and former campaign "CEO" Steve Bannon, who had once worked for the heavy hitting New York investment bank, there's also Gary Cohn, director of his National Economic Council; deputy national security adviser Dina Powell; and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, who was Trump's national finance chairman.
Cohn, a registered Democrat, is so wealthy, he's worth more than Mitt Romney. His financial disclosure found he's one of the richest members of Trump's Cabinet, worth between $252 million and $611 million.
Another Goldman alumnus, Anthony Scaramucci, who was involved in the transition, was set to take on a senior role in the White House running the Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs. But he wound up not getting the role because of a potential conflict of interest — a hedge fund he founded was in the process of being sold to a Chinese company.
Bloomberg wrote this back in December of Trump's Goldman ties:
"After eight years as the face of Wall Street greed and the target of public scorn, the bankers at Goldman Sachs can be cheerful again. Not only has Trump's election stoked hopes for looser regulatory policies that will make it easier for banks to take bigger risks and book fatter profits, but Goldman also appears to have regained its place at the nexus between Wall Street and Washington. After being largely cut out of the federal government during the Obama years, with few of its alums tapped for big jobs, Goldman is starting to live up to its former nickname, Government Sachs."
8. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen Then:
"She's keeping [rates] artificially low to get Obama retired. Watch what is going to happen afterwards. It is a very serious problem, and I think it is very political. I think she is very political and to a certain extent, I think she should be ashamed of herself because it is not supposed to be that way." — Sept. 12, 2016, on CNBC.
"We are in a big, fat, ugly bubble, and we had better be awfully careful, and we have a Fed that's doing political things. This Janet Yellen of the Fed. The Fed is doing political ... by keeping the interest rates at this level." — Sept. 26, 2016, during the first general election presidential debate.
Now:
"I do like a low-interest rate policy, I must be honest with you. ... No, not toast. I like her, I respect her." — Wednesday to the Wall Street Journal.
That's a lot. Despite all of it, White House press secretary Sean Spicer contended it's not Trump changing, it's everything else changing in Trump's direction.
"If you look at what's happened, it's those entities or individuals in some cases or issues evolving towards the president's position," Spicer said, per NPR White House correspondent Scott Horsley. "NATO, in particular, he talked about the need of countries to pay their fair share, to live up to their commitments of 2 percent of GDP. He talked about the need for NATO to focus more on terrorism. NATO has done just that."
(See our fact-check on this very point in point No. 1 above.)
Trump Lifting Federal Hiring Freeze POLITICS Trump Lifting Federal Hiring Freeze Trump is undoubtedly — let's call it — ideologically flexible. There were plenty of Trump flip-flops from before entering politics to his campaign. He went from "very pro-choice," for example, to floating the idea of jailing women who get abortions.
There is potentially some advantage to being malleable. It could help him make deals. Mike McFaul, the former ambassador to Russia, said on MSNBC on Wednesday that Trump's unpredictability has the Russians worried — and it can be one of his biggest assets.
This unpredictability was employed by another U.S. president, Richard Nixon. His "Madman Theory" was employed to keep the Soviet Union and Vietnam, for example, off balance.
Barton Swaim, a former aide to Mark Sanford when he was governor of South Carolina, picked up on this in an op-ed in the Washington Post in December and made the case for Trump this way:
Obama spied on Trump, the Brits spied on Trump....

Opium let us know that Trump has nothing to do with oil or coal, yet a spike yoy.
The Baker Hughes North American rig count is down 6 in the April 13 week to 965. The U.S. rig count is up 8 to 847 and is up 407 rigs from last year. Now why would oil companies be out putting down new oil wells, IF, as Opium stated oil has to be above "$60" for new oil activity to happen.
It is , In my informed and learned opinion because OPEC is giving away Market Share and Trump has told to oil and gas and coal companies and told them , now is the time to grab a greater share of all markets and they are.
When oil gets back to $60, all those marginal wells that were shut will come back on line. Trump has nothing to do with oil, and coal in america is still a losing proposition. Idiot,

"It really does now look like President Donald J. Trump, and markets are plunging. When might we expect them to recover? Frankly, I find it hard to care much, even though this is my specialty. The disaster for America and the world has so many aspects that the economic ramifications are way down my list of things to fear.
Still, I guess people want an answer: If the question is when markets will recover, a first-pass answer is never."
How anyone can continue to follow "SO WRONG PAUL" is beyond me.
What have the real world Markets Done, Historic Highs, raced past 20 K, it is just Part of the Trump Effect.

More drilling then yoy (year over year), not by a few rigs, no , by a few hundred rigs. "Coal is dead", yet China's Leader after a chat with President Trump used it as a very effective Economic Weapon upon the NorCommies.
It no longer surprises me at how little , combined the Three Liberal Stooges of CHT know about macro/micro economics, it is as if they never read the book the Wealth of Nations.Adam Smith .
Far short of Economic Guru Opie's "$60" to get wells going again in these now United States.
OPEC a group of dumbshits, just handed over to President Trump a huge part of the world Market Share in OIL, and the fine oil men and woman of the USA are going to take full financial advantage of it.

“A $50, $60 oil price -- absent a supply accident -- is sufficient to develop the low-cost resources to provide increases that will be necessary over the next three to four years,” said Andrew Gould, board director at state-owned Saudi Arabian Oil Co.
Recovery Skeptics
Others were equally skeptical about the prospect of markedly higher prices. The decision to rein in production by members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries at an Algiers meeting last month succeeded in pushing prices above $50 a barrel, but a sustained rally will be held back by the return of shale oil production from fields previously rendered unprofitable by the two-year slump in crude, the head of the International Energy Agency said.
“This upward pressure on the prices would stimulate some high-cost producers to increase their production, such as the U.S. shale oil,” Fatih Birol said Tuesday in an interview at the conference venue in London. “The price level around $60 would give a strong impetus to the bulk of the current U.S. shale industry.

Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) “endured a brutal face-to-face confrontation with angry constituents Thursday as liberal voters dominated a standing-room-only audience at a town-hall meeting in downtown Mesa,” the Arizona Republic reports. “Even before he took the stage, the audience chanted ‘health care for all,’ showing their support for former President Obama’s Affordable Care Act, the health-care-reform law that Flake has opposed. Flake was battered with questions about that issue as well as President Trump’s proposed border wall; his resolution to stop an Obama administration-era rule on internet privacy; his opposition to taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood; and his support for eliminating the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees to secure the confirmation of Trump’s pick, Neil Gorsuch.” “But the conversation kept coming back to health care.”
Politico: “As Trump struggles to keep his campaign promises and flirts with political moderation, his most steadfast supporters — from veteran advisers to anti-immigration activists to the volunteers who dropped their jobs to help elect him — are increasingly dismayed by the direction of his presidency.
“Their complaints range from Trump’s embrace of an interventionist foreign policy to his less hawkish tone on China to, most recently, his marginalization of his nationalist chief strategist, Steve Bannon. But the crux of their disillusionment, interviews with nearly two dozen Trump loyalists reveal, is a belief that Trump the candidate bears little resemblance to Trump the president. He’s failing, in their view, to deliver on his promise of a transformative ‘America First’ agenda driven by hard-edged populism.”
Most Americans Want to See Trump’s Tax Returns
A new MoveOn/Global Strategy Group poll finds that 80% of Americans want President Trump to release his tax returns, including 64% of Republicans.
The 2016 election was one that threw political prediction models out the window. Almost every professional pollster said President Donald Trump would end up losing by historic margins. But there was one professor at American University who boldly predicted Trump's historic victory.
Through the use of a series of true or false questions, Allan Lichtman has been able to correctly predict every presidential election since 1984. And now, he is predicting Trump will face impeachment.
little cowardly james posted non-stop how Hillary would win without a doubt and cut-and-pasted from like minded individuals in a total waste of everyone's time.
James is desperately trying find good news from his point of view.
1. No, Trump will not be impeached and removed from office based on past known behaviour.
The voters have already considered and discounted it when they voted for him.
Democrats will have to win both houses of Congress by such large margins that they could impeach and remove him from office on a strictly partisan vote.
And even then they would have to justify it to an America that would not be in any mood for the partisan disorder it would cause. It would be a repudiation of their own judgement.
It is a very unlikely scenario.
2. Stories about Trump "losing his base" are merely wishful thinking.
Nearly half the country voted for him and of that half, nearly all of them approve of his actions in Syria and Afghanistan.
No, the big time loser this week was Barack Obama. In 7 days Trump show how feckless, cynical, and deceitful his foreign policy was.
Not even his usual sycophants are standing up for him (With the possible exception of James).
I assure you, I don't want to see Trumps Tax Returns, they are none of my business. I hope he will not release any more of them. I hope we can end this kind of bs.
IS he in the top 1 percent, you bet ya, so is Obama, Bill the Rapist, Hillary the lost in the woods wookie and endless Progressives, so what.

I have to admit that I didn't vote for Trump. But that's our system. I don't like the electoral college system. But he is, for better or worse, the President. I thought from day one of his campaign, it was not a good idea to elect a man who had no political, military or foreign policy experience. In comparison between him and Barack Obama, Obama did have some political experience and foreign policy and the military experience as a Senator.
In the last 90 days, my concerns were correct and worse. This story my the AP, story tonight provides data to back me up.
Friction has surfaced among Trump advisers, particularly between Bannon and Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner. Addressing that rift, Trump told the Post: "Steve is a good guy, but I told them to straighten it out or I will."
TRUMP: "I think we're doing very well on health care. It's been very much misreported that we failed with health care." — Interview with Fox Business Network, broadcast Wednesday
THE FACTS: That may well be the president's opinion, but there's little evidence objectively to back it up.
It's been nearly three weeks since House Speaker Paul Ryan yanked the Republican bill intended to repeal and replace much of Barack Obama's health care law. The problem: disagreements among GOP hardliners and moderates whose votes are needed to pass legislation that has no Democratic support. Since then, negotiations have led to some tweaks, but no apparent breakthroughs. Trump is going to tell the states to not cover 20 million people. "Hurry up and die". so we can repeal Obamacare, aka Black Insurance.
The Republican bill remains deeply unpopular. March polls by Fox News and Quinnipiac University found overall margins of opposition to the legislation approaching or even exceeding those for Obama's law at its lowest point. Obamacare is over 50% approval. The President has a 40% approval.
A recent Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll found that among seven major issues tested, the president got his worst rating on health care. About 6 in 10 disapproved of Trump's handling of the issue. He has no experience or credibility on the " complicated" insurance coverage.
TRUMP: "The car industry is not going to leave us anymore, believe me. The car industry is staying in our country. They were leaving — if I didn't win this election, you would have lost your car industry to Mexico and to other countries. They're not leaving anymore, believe me. There's retribution if they leave. There was no retribution." — Fox Business interview
THE FACTS: The only "retribution" he has meted out has come on Twitter and in other rhetorical forms. He hasn't signed any laws or instituted rules to punish fleeing industries. In fact, Ford Motor Co. is still planning to move small car production from Michigan to an existing plant in Mexico next year.
Trump has made keeping auto manufacturing jobs in the U.S. a theme, needling those and other companies that planned to move operations out of the country. The automotive industry makes decisions years in advance.
TRUMP: "We may be at an all-time low in terms of relationship with Russia." — Press conference Wednesday with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg
THE FACT: Arguably true in the post-Soviet era. Not so during the decades of the Cold War, when the threat of nuclear annihilation hung over Russians, Americans, their allies and the world.
The U.S. and the Soviet Union were on the verge of a nuclear conflict in October 1962 during the Cuban Missile Crisis. After the failed U.S. Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba, Soviet Premier Nikita Khrushchev had arranged with Cuban premier Fidel Castro to position nuclear missiles in Cuba.
When U.S. intelligence saw evidence of a Soviet arms buildup there, President John F. Kennedy ordered a naval quarantine of the island to prevent offensive weapons deliveries and went on national television with a stern warning. As a standoff persisted, U.S. forces were placed on high alert. After back-channel and direct secret negotiations, Khrushchev announced the missiles would be removed.
I was living in Rapid City South Dakota, Ellsworth Air Force Base is right outside the city. It had B52 boomers. And surrounded by intercontinental ballistic missile sites. A lot of people were scared to death. At 11, I wasn't scared. The sirens were going off at noon every Friday. Duck And Cover!
TRUMP: "The secretary general and I had a productive discussion about what more NATO can do in the fight against terrorism. I complained about that a long time ago and they made a change, and now they do fight terrorism. I said it was obsolete. It's no longer obsolete."
THE FACTS: NATO has not substantively changed its mission as a result of Trump's campaign-season complaints.
As evidence that NATO is heeding his call to be more aggressive on terrorism, Trump has cited a NATO decision last year to establish a high-level intelligence coordinator that could make the alliance more nimble in responding to threats.
But that position was in the works during the Obama administration and came about because of worries about Russia, including its military action in Ukraine and annexation of Crimea, as well as from a desire to respond more effectively to the Islamic State group. It did not start with Trump's complaints.
Moreover, the U.S. is still pressing NATO to do more about terrorism. Trump said Wednesday the alliance should be stepping up assistance to Iraqi forces fighting IS militants.
Associated Press writers Jim Drinkard, Robert Burns, Nancy Benac, Ricardo Alonso-Zaldivar and Paul Wiseman in Washington and Dee-Ann Durbin in Detroit contributed to this report.

That's just a few of the comments this week. This is political blog. Miss Twit. That escapes your mis functional brain.
I posted about our President. And you can't dispute the comments, and attempt to prove those are not true. You obviously don't have the mental capacity to do so.
So just about every Western intelligence service was collaborating with the Obama administration in trying to elect Hillary Clinton. Yet, amazingly enough, they failed.
The blindingly obvious point that the Guardian tries to obscure is that the combined assets of all of these agencies failed to find any evidence of collaboration between the Trump campaign and Russia. We know this, because the Democrats have pulled out all the stops. Both before the election, and especially after the election, they have leaked furiously to try to discredit President Trump. If there were any evidence of collusion between Trump (or even obscure, minor “advisers” like Carter Page) and Russia, there would have been nothing else in the Washington Post or the New York Times for the past five months. But they have nothing.
What was really going on seems clear. Everyone involved in this story thought that Hillary Clinton was sure to win the election. Why? Because they read the Washington Post and the New York Times. Plus Real Clear Politics and 538. The suggestion that the Russian government tried to swing the election to Donald Trump is ridiculous. The Russians thought that Hillary was the certain winner, and if–a big if–they carried out a primitive phishing expedition into Debbie Wasserman-Schultz’s email account, and subsequently sent the DNC emails to Wikileaks, it was to cause trouble for Clinton after she became president.
Likewise, British intelligence and the other agencies mentioned by the Guardian thought there was no doubt but that Hillary would win. How could they curry favor with the new administration, expected to be Obama’s third term? By feeding negative information about the opponent who was sure to lose, even though there was no real significance to the intelligence provided.
That’s what happened. The fact that liberals still try to push the “Russia” story, even when it is obvious that they are out of ammo, is pathetic.
Wondering how much longer they'll milk this smoke and mirrors. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
as long as they have to to avoid coming to grips with this -
Let us review the facts: Clinton had the backing of the entire Democratic establishment, including the president (his biggest mistake in eight years by far), and was even married to the last, popular Democratic president. As in 2008, when she managed to lose to a neophyte whose middle name was Hussein, everything was stacked in her favor. In fact, the Clintons so intimidated other potential candidates and donors, she had the nomination all but wrapped up before she even started. And yet she was so bad a candidate, she still only managed to squeak through in the primaries against an elderly, stopped-clock socialist who wasn’t even in her party, and who spent his honeymoon in the Soviet Union. She ran with a popular Democratic incumbent president in the White House in a growing economy. She had the extra allure of possibly breaking a glass ceiling that — with any other female candidate — would have been as inspiring as the election of the first black president. In the general election, she was running against a malevolent buffoon with no political experience, with a deeply divided party behind him, and whose negatives were stratospheric. She outspent him by almost two-to-one. Her convention was far more impressive than his. The demographics favored her. And yet she still managed to lose!
“But … but … but …” her deluded fans insist, “she won the popular vote!” But that’s precisely my point. Any candidate who can win the popular vote by nearly 3 million votes and still manage to lose the Electoral College by 304 to 227 is so profoundly incompetent, so miserably useless as a politician, she should be drummed out of the party under a welter of derision.

But my quality of life is getting worse at a quick pace. I have a high pain tolerance, but, and it's getting worse rapidly. Sciatic nerve pain in my left leg is almost intolerable. I have a damaged lumbar spine, with increasing pain. Additionally, the problem of balance is increasing, and can be dangerous. I'm going to get walker out of storage, and you know much I hate it
These just happened in less than a month. As of the last report is my MELD score at 29 with auxiliary points from the base MELD liver number is 15..
I have an appointment with the liver transplant doctor on Monday. I don't know what will happen. But as usual, I don't worry much. Quality of life is a determining factor for the score with auxiliary points. So I'm pretty optimistic. People in the Facebook transplant group are giving me so much, and one of them had a similar experience, and got a transplant.
I still exercise regularly. And for those who know how cool is, May 25th will be my fifth birthday of my sobriety. 😇😇😇😇😇. So I will be fine and because the medical team, was all over an appointment and labs. They called within an hour of me sending the email. Your support for me is priceless.
Bush huge deficits and getting worse quickly; I support without reservations on the infrastructure but I'm not convinced that we need to greatly expand defense spending at the course he's going to follow.

welcome to the trump presidency, pie hole.
a presidency where the law is actually going to be enforced.
It is the first time that Kansas has successfully prosecuted a non-citizen for voting. The case is an anomaly across the country. Prosecution for voter fraud is rare in general; cases involving non-citizens casting ballots are even more unusual.
Wow, most impressive for weak minded losers.

GCHQ last month called Napolitano's statement "utterly ridiculous."

oh hey alky.
i figured you'd come wobbling in here with this seeing as how it's what ralph maddow on MSDNC was prattling on about last night.
thanks for not letting me down.

Fake News
You should be wary of this.’
“The message was: ‘Watch out. There’s something not right here.’”
“The only possible explanation is that Trump started tweeting without understanding how the NSA-GCHQ relationship actually works,” Dearlove told Prospect magazine.

Here's a look at how Trump has changed on some of the issues in the news and how he's shifted. (Jump to: NATO, China, Russia, Syria, health care, Export-Import Bank, Goldman Sachs and Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen.)
1. NATO
Then:

Trump, In A 180-Degree Switch, Says NATO 'No Longer Obsolete'
PolitiFact fact-checked Trump's view that NATO didn't give him credit in 2016 when it unveiled that it had created a new intelligence chief.
NATO has a section of its website explaining how the organization tries to counter terrorism.
2. China
Then:
"On day one of a Trump administration, the U.S. Treasury Department will designate China a currency manipulator." — Nov. 9, 2015, in a Wall Street Journal op-ed.
'The Art Of The Deal' Prevails In U.S.-China Talks, For Now At Least
PARALLELS
'The Art Of The Deal' Prevails In U.S.-China Talks, For Now At Least
"I will direct the Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator." — Trump in his "Contract with the American Voter" as point No.
3. Russia
Then:
"The relationship is great, and it would be great if I had the position I should have." — March 18, 2015, to the Daily Mail.
"I was over in Moscow two years ago and I will tell you — you can get along with those people and get along with them well. You can make deals with those people. Obama can't." — June 16, 2015, to Fox's Bill O'Reilly.
He went on to echo that sentiment on multiple occasions throughout the campaign. (See CNN's comprehensive timeline here.)

President Trump's Tweets, Annotated
"If he [Putin] says great things about me, I'm going to say great things about him.
4. Syria
Then:
"The President must get Congressional approval before attacking Syria-big mistake if he does not!" — Aug. 30, 2013, in a tweet after Assad used chemical weapons and President Obama was deciding if he would strike unilaterally. Obama wound up going to Congress, did not get approval and did not strike despite, saying use of chemical weapons would be a "red line."
On The Record: President Trump Vs. Private Citizen Trump On Syria

On The Record: President Trump Vs. Private Citizen Trump On Syria
"AGAIN, TO OUR VERY FOOLISH LEADER, DO NOT ATTACK SYRIA - IF YOU DO MANY VERY BAD THINGS WILL HAPPEN & FROM THAT FIGHT THE U.S.
5. Health care
Then:
6. Export-Import Bank
Then:
7. Goldman Sachs
Then:
Team Trump via YouTube
Now:
8. Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen
Then:

Trump Lifting Federal Hiring Freeze
POLITICS
Trump Lifting Federal Hiring Freeze
Trump is undoubtedly — let's call it — ideologically flexible.
This is your topic, do not run Roger Krugman.
Tell us why is it you are not going to pass down a single dime to your children, that you will consume ever bit of income/wealth for yourselves?

Facts buddy, just the facts, they are on my side, on your side, well, emotions .

Flake Weathers Brutal Town Hall Meeting
Flake was battered with questions about that issue as well as President Trump’s proposed border wall; his resolution to stop an Obama administration-era rule on internet privacy; his opposition to taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood; and his support for eliminating the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees to secure the confirmation of Trump’s pick, Neil Gorsuch.”
“But the conversation kept coming back to health care.”

Trump Loses His Base

Oh and predicting presidential elections are far different than predicting impeachments.
With one you at least have some empirical data to work with.
For the other, it's little more than wishful thinking.

The Prince and The pauper.

The drunkard knows it's spam, but posts it anyway.
Why?
Because he's an obnoxious drunk.
As usual, you can not understand what the writers said. It's true that he lies often, usually on a daily basis.
That's just a few of the comments this week. This is political blog. Miss Twit. That escapes your mis functional brain.
I posted about our President. And you can't dispute the comments, and attempt to prove those are not true. You obviously don't have the mental capacity to do so.
All you have are pathetic, childish insults.
In a battle of wits, you are afraid to be exposed as no nothing moron.
I don't read your spam drunkard.
You've never been right, you'll never be right. - about anything.
Do you know what's funny? You really don't know how pitiful you are....
You and the pedophile turned a successful, a popular blog for almost FIFTEEN years, into a trash blog.
When CH took the restrictions off on this blog, you two went back to what you do best.....destroying ANOTHER decent blog.
Pitiful, really.
BTW, drunkard.
I just gave the trash blog a visit. Seems that none of your friends care what you think either.
Don't they have programs in California for lonely, desperate old drunks?
this is your "howler of the day" folks:
Obama did have some political experience and foreign policy and the military experience as a Senator.
howard fineman said it best on MSDNC -
skeets "had a cup of coffee in the senate."
The fact that liberals still try to push the “Russia” story, even when it is obvious that they are out of ammo, is pathetic.

as long as they have to to avoid coming to grips with this -
Let us review the facts: Clinton had the backing of the entire Democratic establishment, including the president (his biggest mistake in eight years by far), and was even married to the last, popular Democratic president.

Got it.
"...the Obama First Family, or the Bidens– These good people have given so much to our country, knowing that the Rethugs were scratching at the door, wanting to rip up everything they achieved. And still, their grace, their dignity, their humanity and humor and personal beauty shine like a candle, offering hope. Yes we can. Yes we have. Yes we will."

To all you wonderful family and friends I'm sending thanks and prayers to people l know who have their own issues.
My major liver disease is PCLD, and cirrhosis is secondary, but one of them is causing weight gain due to edema. I'm taking a lot of diuretics, so much fun .
Thank you are may God Bless you for your kindness.

Yep, Obama's are very wealthy, they should do what the sitting President is doing, give their Federal Pay back to the Government, Like Trump did targeting his wages to the Parks Department.
President Trump in the last two weeks has done more for the US Military Moral then what's his name did during all of the Lost Years.
Roger, hope it goes well tomorrow.

So sensible, they're spending themselves into bankruptcy.
They are as a fact, they just added two major taxes, on to try to "shore UP Calpers" and the other was a 12 cent per gallon tax on gasoline which over the years the liberals tell us those kind of user taxes hurt the poor the most.
Roger, I pray for you on so many levels, however, about your health and your liver transplant, God Speed Good Man. Really!!
Click Bankruptcy judge: CalPERS pensions can be cut
Just like with Socialist Security, which we all know you have Zero Property Rights to the money you paid in for 47 years of your working life.
SO it is with CalPers.
"U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Christopher Klein, who has called the issue of whether CalPERS pensions can be cut in bankruptcy a “festering sore,” delayed until Oct. 30 a ruling on whether Stockton can exit bankruptcy without cutting pensions."

Is that your one word vocabulary for the day fatty?
Opie is acting stupid.
Coal is a world wide commodity, the USA is rich with it, coal use accounts for 27 % of all energy used in the World.
However, "Coal is dead in the USA" so stated Opium repeatedly, like repeating incorrect data makes it right, IF done often enough.
