Whatever happened to those big double digit Democratic leads? These look, well, almost typical. Once you pull out that three or four points that Democrats always over perform in generic ballot polling, suddenly you are looking at something other than a "Democrats in a landslide" style election.

Labor Department released its official hiring and unemployment figures for January on Friday morning, providing the latest snapshot of the American economy.
The Numbers
■ 200,000 jobs were added last month. Wall Street economists had expected an increase of about 180,000, according to Bloomberg.
■ The unemployment rate was at 4.1 percent, the same as in January and the lowest since 2000.
■ Average earnings rose by 9 cents an hour and are up 2.9 percent over the past year.
