If DOJ regulations are not legally enforceable in court...
Then any guesses as to who would have authority to hold an Asst Attorney General and his Special Counsel accountable for not following the regulations of the Special Counsel?
Certainly nobody is going to seriously argue that a Special Counsel is beyond anyone's authority to hold them accountable for admittedly breaking Special Counsel regulations?

not only will someone argue it, it will probably be someone as notable as harvard's laurence tribe.

Yeah, nobody is arguing that a Special Counsel is beyond anyone's authority.
Nobody HAS argued that, nobody will argue it in the future.
Nobody is "admitting breaking Special Counsel regulations".

Hey, CH asked. And legal super-lawyer that he is, he knows that lawyers should never ask a question that they don't know how will be answered, or if they won't like the answer.
So he HAD to know that someone would answer with the straight up facts about it, and he had to want that for some reason.
