This is a recent thread from our friends over at Timbuk3. These are some our once proud "soars in the polls" participants (back when Roger was half-baked and RRB was RRB).
Once the Yahoo "soars in the polls" thread went away the gang sort of split into two, with a handful of the far left posters moving to a closed blog (must be a member to comment). Some might even call it a circle-jerk, as there are pretty much no conservatives there.
This is the first comment, with the same link from a mock "soars in the poll" post I put up after Trump was elected. Uniform_horror is confused by why a 2016 post is not the "lead thread".
I love this comment. Um... yeah, you have to click on the comment button. Post your comment and put in your name? If this is seen as difficult, perhaps we don't want your comments over here?
Anyway, you can read the whole thread on your own (link). You cannot comment without first registering. It explains that you must click on the registration link. But of course... there is no registration link to click on. So yeah, good luck with that.
We, of course, have always welcomed anyone and everyone to comment over here. But I suppose after several years of having nobody ever disagree with you, one probably might developed some thin skin. So I suspect that they will remain in the comfort of their own little world.

Of course they won’t, not even the more sensible ones (and they are few and far between).
What surprises me is that CHT still has a token progressive poster or two. In the face of such insane faux-inspired bull that I’ve seen thereabouts, I salute those brave masochists. I'm dowing in respect.
Some real nut-cases reside thereabouts.
That was funny. Ty CHT.
Politically, I think the Dems win the US House. Rep keep the Senate.

thin skin is right. years ago i used to participate in their fantasy football league. timbuk was the league admin. instead of a live draft we used the auto draft feature to make it easy for everyone, especially the ex-pat who lived in madrid, time zones and all.
the last season i participated i built my team and didn't touch the fucking thing all season. i literally didn't care. with one game remaining in the season i went in and moved some players around just for the hell of it. and didn't i win. LOL. holy fucking shit you would've thought i committed a crime. one of those liberal pussies threw a fucking fit so timbuk locked me out, essentially disqualified me and awarded the victory to the whining pussy.
that was when i realized that you could never ever trust a liberal. or i should say it confirmed my suspicion for the millionth time. liberals can't win without cheating, and when the DO lose they whine and cry and piss and moan until someone changes the rules so they can have their desired outcome...
...just like the 2016 presidential election.

You gave the North Koreans a considerable PR win in Asia, gave them credibility in South Korea, and came home with just a participation trophy. #incompetence as President.
Resign to your golf club.
ask the three freed american prisoners if all trump got was a participation trophy, alky.
and ask otto warmbier's parents if they were relieved to be able to bury their son in american soil.
you fucking simpleton.
Roger is valuable here. She shows us the raw emotional side of liberalism

Over @Timbuk3
Trump's America
HAYMARKET, Va. — Speaking to a racially mixed audience in August 2016, Corey Stewart, the far-right provocateur who won the Republican Senate nomination in Virginia last week, hailed the renaming of a middle school to honor a local black philanthropist instead of a former governor with segregationist roots.
“As we’ve become safer, as we have become more educated, as we have become more prosperous, Prince William County has also become more diverse,” Mr. Stewart said enthusiastically about this booming Northern Virginia jurisdiction he leads.
But six months later, he was singing a notably different and harsher tune.
Mr. Stewart stood beside the controversial statue of Robert E. Lee in Charlottesville, and raised his voice to denounce protesters calling for the monument’s removal. “They have no respect for our heritage,” he said, calling the Confederate general “a great American.”
Mr. Stewart himself was a Minnesota transplant, who grew up in Duluth and went to law school in St. Paul. But his defense of the Confederacy, which was a central theme in his 2017 run for governor, and his invocation of diversity, which drew applause on his home turf, illustrate a blunt approach to racial issues that mimics President Trump’s. Both men have praised white nationalists in the past while talking about race to suit their purposes — Mr. Trump often takes credit for low black unemployment — and have especially used attacks on immigrants to get attention and stand out among more conventional politicians.
Plagiarized spam.
Timbuk was always nice to me. The others were typically obnoxious.
He had a coffee business on the side. We don't drink coffee, I sent his site to some (conservative) friends - they bought coffee from him. They liked him and his coffee.

And this is a problem why, CH???? Seems to me there are no conservatives here either......since you all embrace protectionism and love more debt.....there really are just a lot of libs flapping spewing BS not buckley conservatives
