So would that (or should that) affect how they vote regarding Judge Kavanaugh.
Obviously there are many, many people who want to punish Kavanaugh for the sins of others. White privilege, male privilege, prep school privilege, Ivy league privilege. Name your privilege and you can likely take it out on Kavanaugh. Not to mention it would seem like any woman ever sexually assaulted would like to take that out on Kavanaugh as well.
But in this case, would a GOP Senator hold something the President did or said against Judge Kavanaugh? Unlikely.
But what they can do, is use the President's remarks to show the sort of anger and support of Ford that all of her followers are showing, and then use that to leverage a "yes" vote. As in:
"I know Trump is acting like a dickhead, but I can't hold that against a well qualified USSC nominee".I may be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. But I suspect that at the end of the day, everything is falling into place one way or the other. Collins, Murkowski, and Flake are adults. In fact, they are Senators. They never required the FBI to tell them how to vote, they simply believed (or pretended to believe) that they wanted additional information.
- Private interviews
- Over 300 court decisions (did we forget this was his job) to review
- 30 hours of testimony
- 1300 written questions asked and answered
- 8 hours of testimony regarding Ford allegations
- Five page report from professional sexual assault prosecutor on that testimony
- multiple 302 interviews from the FBI from related witnesses
If any Senator declares that they do not have enough information, they should immediately be removed from office on the basis that they are too incompetent to make important decisions.

Here are the first few texts alerts sent by the system:
TROPICAL STORM ALERT: Tropical Storm Candace threatens Alabama.
Storm looks totally disgusting, no class at all!
TRAVELER WARNING ISSUED FOR TURKEY: Chatter from terrorist groups suggests plot to kidnap Americans.
I know some Turks. Great friends of mine. They always tell me, "You're so smart, your hair is so golden and lustrous, everyone says it." Terrific people.
Not so great at hand-washing, though. THIS MUST CHANGE!
TROPICAL STORM CANDACE CHANGES PATH, NOW THREATENS SOUTH CAROLINA: This one, folks. What can I tell you? She's what I call a "real beaut."
Like this Christine Ford woman. Keeps changing her story. I'm going to Alabama, I'm going to South Carolina, I don't know where I'm going, I had one beer. I'm a doctor, now I'm a baby. I'm afraid to fly, oh wait, now I'm building my own jet-pack.
If this storm wants to hit someone, it should come at me. I can take it.
ONLY I CAN FIX!
AMBER ALERT: A seven-year-old girl, Heather Swinton, is missing in Kansas.
WHERE IS MICHAEL AVIATTI?
Guy rubs me the wrong way. Maybe rubs kids the wrong way, if you know what I mean.
I MEAN HE DIDDLES CHILDREN. Not right!
DOW JONES PLUNGES. Just kidding, folks. The Dow Jones is huge. Huge. People are telling me, Donald, I've never seen the stock market so high, it's incredible, I can't believe it, unemployment is at record lows, you're the greatest thing for black employment since slavery.
#MAGA!
PRESIDENTIAL CLARIFICATION ALERT: My deeply disappointing son-in-law is bitching at me that I shouldn't have said that thing about slavery.
Come on, these are jokes. Where are my blacks? They know what I mean. Kanye and me, we're cool. You see his wife? Phew. Ass like a dump-truck carrying eight tons of fuck.
I'm getting off-track. I do that, I do that sometimes.
Dat ass doh.
But seriously, the black employment rate has never been higher. People tell me, they say Donald, this is incredible, black and hispanic unemployment is at record lows, it's unbelievable, we all doubted you, we all said you couldn't do it, you have incredible skin, you went to Wharton.
Jim Acosta's a fag!

Trump is saying what he's saying to show the senate that much of grass roots America supports kavanaugh, even though the media won't show it.
More House Seats Move Towards Democrats
Cook Political Report:
“It’s becoming harder and harder to see Republicans’ path to holding the majority. In the past few days, multiple Democrats challengers have announced staggering fundraising totals of more than $3 million during the third quarter of the year, exceeding what many predecessors have raised for an entire cycle. One high-ranking Republican worries his party could be ‘buried under an avalanche’ of Democratic money that GOP outside groups can’t match.
“After today’s ratings changes, there are 15 GOP-held seats in Lean or Likely Democratic (including seven incumbents) and Democrats would only need to win 11 of the 31 races in the Toss Up column to flip the majority.”
The same cook report that predicted president Hillary and a dems senate
the POS "pastor" can't win any argument so he spams threads with whatever shit his true god, political_liar, feeds him.
And yes he is mostly wrong on what he parrots over.
And definitely doesn't abide by any decency.
Love him for that, JAMES'S FUCKING DADDY
ROFLMFAO !!!
Democratic staffer arrested in doxxing of GOP senators during Kavanaugh hearing
JANE hates money in politics
Jane loves money in Socialist hands in politics.
The asshole should go to jail for a very long time.
Politico
The U.S. Capitol Police on Wednesday arrested a 27-year-old man for posting addresses and private information of senators, according to the police department.
The department reported that it arrested Jackson A. Cosko for allegedly posting "private, identifying information (doxing) about one or more United States senators to the Internet." Cosko has been working as an intern in the office of Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas and has been fired, according to her chief of staff Glenn Rushing.
We're just cooperating with law enforcement right now,” Rushing said in an interview.
Cosko graduated from George Washington University in 2014 and previously worked for Democratic Sens. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and California’s Barbara Boxer, who has since retired. Cosko most recently worked for Hassan as a "legislative correspondent/systems administrator," according to Legistorm.
Cosko left Hassan's office in May.
Last week, the Wikipedia pages of Sens. Mike Lee of Utah, Orrin Hatch of Utah and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina were altered to show their addresses, phone numbers and email address. The information was posted during an extraordinary hearing in which Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford testified about Ford's accusation that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her in 1982. All three are GOP senators who are supportive of Kavanaugh.
Cosko has been charged with making public restricted personal information, witness tampering, threats in interstate communications, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry. A bot that tracks edits to Wikipedia pages found that the changes were made from a computer on Capitol Hill on the House side.
Democrats Say There’s Evidence of Improper Conduct
“Senate Democrats suggested in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman that past FBI background checks on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh include evidence of inappropriate behavior, contrary to Republican claims,” the Washington Post reports.
In the letter, eight of the 10 Democrats on the Judiciary panel challenged the accuracy of a tweet from the majority Republicans that said: “Nowhere in any of these six FBI reports, which the committee has reviewed on a bipartisan basis, was there ever a whiff of ANY issue — at all — related in any way to inappropriate sexual behavior or alcohol abuse.
“The Democrats said the information in the tweet is ‘not accurate,’ and urged the GOP to correct them.”
Comportment during questioning not fitting for a sitting judge on the highest court in the land.
Add that to your list.
Good to see Democrats on the Judiciary Committee starting to peel off from their party ahead of the Kavanaugh vote.
And the the tweet in question has already been reconfirmed by the committee.
Wrong side again "pastor"
ROFLMFAO !!!
The attorney Mitchell may turn out to be pivotal after all. Her questions will now expose ford for lying under oath before congress.
More WINNING!! And I’m not tired of it.
North American Class 8 semi-truck orders hit 42,300 in September, up 92 percent from a year ago.
The continued surge in big rig orders may be another signal of a booming U.S. economy as the freight market records its best quarter for sales in history.
“The economy is surging right now, putting stress on shippers to find trucks to deliver goods on time,” Don Ake, FTR vice president of commercial vehicles, said in a statement.
Did Obama or his ilk attempt to take credit?
Socialist Hat Trump go criminal.
"A Utah man has been arrested and accused of attempting to send a crude form of the poison ricin to President Trump and to the Pentagon, authorities confirmed Wednesday."
Well James...
Considering Kavanaugh has been confirmed multiple times by people who saw those background checks...
I would offer that they are lying.
You have believed that she were lying about the allegations before she testified. You make that apparent from the first post on this subject.
five senators — three Republicans and two Democrats — have not said how they would vote following an FBI investigation into misconduct allegations against Brett M. Kavanaugh. A simple Senate majority to end debate will likely lead to his confirmation.
I think that the Democrats should just go ahead and let it come to a vote. The President's base has been getting motivated by the President and his imo pathological comments yesterday.
If he's confirmed the debate between the candidates at the local level can put the attention back on health care reform and the fact that wages and benefits have not been improving despite the tax cuts.
The anger among the white mail will dissipate while the white suburban women are not going away and show up in higher than average rates.
The house is still online for the Democrats. But three Democrats in red states are not polling well. Missouri and North Dakota are in trouble. West Virginia Senator is slightly ahead. He depends upon the women and just maybe the unionized coal workers might not go astray again.
2016 election no one saw this coming
Midterm 2018 no one saw this coming
2020 no one
New polls released on Wednesday showed that Dr. Blasey fared better with the public than Judge Kavanaugh did during last week’s hearing. In a survey for NPR, PBS and Marist College, 45 percent of Americans said they believed she was telling the truth, while 33 percent said he was. Forty-one percent of those who responded to Reuters and Ipsos opposed his confirmation, while 33 percent supported it.
That was the opposite of what happened after Clarence Thomas was accused of sexual harassment by Anita F. Hill during his 1991 confirmation hearings, when polls showed more Americans believed him than her. The disparate results reflect the changing national attitude toward sexual misconduct in the #MeToo era when the public has been more receptive to women coming forward with allegations.
With midterm elections less than five weeks away, that has immediate consequences for Mr. Trump and the Republicans. The Cook Political Report, which tracks congressional races, shifted eight more Republican-held House seats on Wednesday in the direction of Democrats as “the Kavanaugh debate further polarizes voters into red and blue corners.” Still, the NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll found that Republicans were more energized about the election than before, possibly owing to the Supreme Court fight.
Until now, the Republican strategy has been to defend Judge Kavanaugh and accuse Democrats of a “con game,” as Mr. Trump has put it, for exploiting Dr. Blasey for partisan gain. Mr. Trump has strayed from that script a couple of times, but largely restrained his more combative instincts when it came to Dr. Blasey. In fact, after last week’s hearing, he called her “a very credible witness” and “a very fine woman” whose testimony was “very compelling.”
But at a rally in Southaven, Miss., on Tuesday night, he pretended to be Dr. Blasey struggling to answer questions during the hearing. “How did you get home? I don’t remember,” he mimicked. “How’d you get there? I don’t remember. Where is the place? I don’t remember. How many years ago was it? I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know. I don’t know.”
White House officials insisted on Wednesday that the president was not mocking Dr. Blasey but “stating the facts,” as Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the White House press secretary, put it. She expressed indignation at the idea that Judge Kavanaugh’s credibility could be questioned but not Dr. Blasey’s.
“Every single word Judge Kavanaugh has said has been picked apart,” she said. “Every single word, second by second, of his testimony has been picked apart. Yet if anybody says anything about the accusations that have been thrown against them, that’s totally off limits and outrageous.”
Kellyanne Conway, the president’s counselor who recently said she too was a victim of sexual assault, insisted that Mr. Trump was not attacking Dr. Blasey.
“She’s been treated like a Fabergé egg by all of us, beginning with me and the president,” Ms. Conway told reporters. “He’s pointed out factual inconsistencies. Do you have corroboration for her claims? Can you fill in her memory gaps or her factual inconsistencies? That is part of the evidence-gathering process in any hunt for truth.”
That was not how the undecided Republican senators saw it. “I wish he hadn’t have done it, and I just say it’s kind of appalling,” Mr. Flake told NBC News.
Ms. Collins told reporters in the Capitol the comments were “just plain wrong.”
Ms. Murkowski said the remarks would factor into her vote. “I am taking everything into account,” she said. “The president’s comments yesterday mocking Dr. Ford were wholly inappropriate and in my view unacceptable.”
At the same time, Senator Charles E. Grassley, Republican of Iowa and chairman of the Judiciary Committee, confronted Dr. Blasey’s lawyers with a sworn statement from a former boyfriend challenging some of her testimony.
Dr. Blasey, a psychology professor from California who also goes by her married name, Ford, was asked during the hearing whether she had “ever given tips or advice to somebody who was looking to take a polygraph test.” She answered, “Never.”
But the former boyfriend, who was identified by a person briefed on the matter as Brian Merrick, told the committee that when they were dating in the 1990s he witnessed Dr. Blasey helping a friend, Monica L. McLean, prepare for a possible polygraph examination while applying for positions with the F.B.I. or federal prosecutor’s office.
“I witnessed Dr. Ford help McLean prepare for a potential polygraph exam,” Mr. Merrick said in the statement. “Dr. Ford explained in detail what to expect, how polygraphs worked and helped McLean become familiar and less nervous about the exam.”
Ms. McLean, now a former F.B.I. agent, denied the assertion on Wednesday. “I have never had Christine Blasey Ford, or anybody else, prepare me, or provide any other type of assistance whatsoever in connection with any polygraph exam I have taken at any time,” she said in a statement.
Dr. Blasey’s camp also rejected the account. “She stands by her testimony,” a member of her legal team said in a statement.
In his statement, Mr. Merrick said he first met Dr. Blasey in 1989 or 1990 in California and after a period of friendship they dated from 1992 to 1998. “I found her truthful and maintain no animus toward her,” he wrote.
But he did not corroborate her account of an assault by Judge Kavanaugh and challenged other elements of her testimony. “During our time dating, Dr. Ford never brought up anything regarding her experience as a victim of sexual assault, harassment, or misconduct,” he wrote.
Dr. Blasey has already said that she did not tell anyone about the experience until discussing it in 2002 with the man who is now her husband and later with a therapist in 2012. Many victims of sexual assault do not bring up their experiences for years after the events.
THE HILL
Sasse: I encouraged Trump to pick someone instead of Kavanaugh
1 hr ago
GOP Sen. Ben Sasse (Neb.) said on Wednesday night that he urged President Trump to nominate someone besides Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court earlier this year.
"Although I've said many complimentary things about Judge Brett Kavanaugh and his distinguished record ... I will say that I urged the president back in June and early July to make a different choice before he announced this nomination," Sasse said as part of an emotional speech from the Senate floor about sexual assault.
Sasse did not say who he urged Trump to nominate but that he "urged the president to nominate a woman." Circuit judges Joan Larsen and Amy Coney Barrett were considered to be on the White House's short list for the Supreme Court vacancy created by Anthony Kennedy's retirement.
Sasse, stressing that he did not know who the nominee would ultimately be, said his reasoning was based partly on his belief that the Senate is not equipped to handle any potential sexual harassment or sexual assault allegations.
"Part of my argument then was that the very important Me Too movement was also very new and that this Senate is not at all well prepared to handle potential allegations of sexual harassment and assault," he said.
Kavanaugh is facing several allegations of sexual misconduct dating back to his days in high school and college. He has denied wrongdoing.
Sasse added that while he believes most sexual assault allegations are true, he warned that "in this city ... that situation might have well been different, I argued in June.
"In the interest of cautious prudence I urged a different path than the one that was chosen," Sasse said.
Sasse is the latest GOP senator who is known to have urged the White House to pick someone else besides Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh came under fire from social conservatives before he was officially picked by Trump. GOP Sens. Rand Paul (Ky.) and Tom Cotton (Ark.) were a bloc of conservatives who privately expressed concerns to the White House about nominating Kavanaugh, a person familiar with the discussions told The Hill at the time.

National Council of Churches calls for Kavanaugh's nomination to be withdrawn
If Sasse turns around it's getting less likely that Kavanaugh will be confirmed.
If Sasse and Kasich are able to recover the Republican party from Donald Trump they will go down in history similarly to William F. Buckley jr.
He rescued the Republican party from the John Birch Society.
Two Senators from Nevada were real conservatives. Goldwater's decision to tell Nixon that he has to resign or face impeachment and perhaps criminal charges.
The hate filled racist bastards are in control of the Republican party and someone else I won't identify him have dragged the Republican party into the swamp.
Scott's hero.
"Thirty-six years ago, this happened," Trump said. " 'I had one beer.' Right? 'I had one beer.' How did you get home? 'I don't remember.' How'd you get there? 'I don't remember.' Where is the place? 'I don't remember.' How many years ago was it? 'I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.' What neighborhood was it in? 'I don't know.' Where's the house? 'I don't know.' Upstairs, downstairs, where was it? 'I don't know. But I had one beer. That's the only thing I remember.' "
He believes that she is lying, Scott believes that she was pushed out by the Clintons and others. Just like Kavanaugh.
A federal Judge has called the President a racist. Literally
judge on Wednesday blocked the Trump administration from ending protections that allowed immigrants from four countries to live and work legally in the United States, saying the move would cause "irreparable harm and great hardship."
U.S. District Judge Edward Chen in San Francisco granted a request for a preliminary injunction against the administration's decision to discontinue temporary protected status for people from Sudan, Nicaragua, Haiti and El Salvador.
The judge said there is evidence that "President Trump harbors an animus against non-white, non-European aliens which influenced his ... decision to end the TPS designation."
The ruling cited Trump's 2015 campaign speech in which he characterized Mexican immigrants as drug dealers and rapists, his call to bar Muslims from entering the United States and his vulgar reference to African countries during a meeting about immigration at the White House in January.

Well Roger everything Trump said was lifted directly from her testimoney.
I think it dramaticly drove home the absurdity of the accusations and it's lack of evidence. His supporters certainly got it.
The vicious way the Democrats treated both Kavanaugh and Ford will get punished at the polls.
And woman will lead the way as Sarah Palin said; The last thing you want to do is get between a mama grizzly and her cubs.
The FBI Report is in the hands of the President and Senators.
Vote .
US Senate hard shift to Republicans.
Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska gave an impassioned speech on sexual assault and the #MeToo movement on the Senate floor Wednesday night.
Sasse also dropped a bombshell about where he stands on Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trump's second nominee to the Supreme Court.
"I urged the president to nominate a different individual. I urged the president to nominate a woman," Sasse said.
He recounted the experiences of two personal friends he said were raped, adding that the #MeToo movement has been "complicated," but also a "very good thing."
Then Sasse turned back to Trump: "We all know that the president cannot lead us through this time."

Kavanaugh, once seen as having a clear path to the nation's high court, has become the subject of multiple sexual misconduct allegations, leveled against him by former high school and college classmates.
The most notable of those accusations come from Christine Blasey Ford, a California university professor who accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her while the two were high school students in the 1980s.
New questions about Kavanaugh's drinking habits have also emerged in recent days, and with that, more of Kavanaugh's former classmates came forward, publicly casting doubt on his own characterizations about his relationship with alcohol.
These developments have emerged amid a renewed FBI investigation of Kavanaugh's background, which was expected to wrap up imminently.
Kavanaugh has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing. Most Republican leaders, including Sen. Mitch McConnell, have accused Democrats of trying to railroad him.
McConnell on Wednesday night set up a key procedural vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court. A final vote could happen as early as Saturday.

Sasse is a "Yes" vote.
After reading the report, the White House said "they are fully confident that Kavanaugh will be confirmed".
I take that to mean there is no red flags in the report that would disqualy him.
Sassy is a "Yes" vote.
Of course he is....another example of going on the record and doing nothing to go against trump.....you want political motive....Sasse is another poster child.....Bretty will be approved!!! Shocking!!!
When I watched that video of the President I could not believe that how the man we elected to the most powerful office on earth would stand there and wave his arms and calling a woman who was sexually assaulted by his nominee a liar again and again.
Taking segments of the statement by the Judge Brett Kavanaugh "I like beer" 19 times, the President should be using those words to question if the judge clearly has an issue with the consumption of alcohol. But he doesn't do that. He stood up and called a highly educated and respected woman a liar like a child insulting a fellow child.
Congressional investigators have confirmed that a top FBI official met with Democratic Party lawyers to talk about allegations of Donald Trump-Russia collusion weeks before the 2016 election, and before the bureau secured a search warrant targeting Trump’s campaign.
Former FBI general counsel James Baker met during the 2016 season with at least one attorney from Perkins Coie, the Democratic National Committee’s private law firm.
That’s the firm used by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign to secretly pay research firm Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence operative, to compile a dossier of uncorroborated raw intelligence alleging Trump and Moscow were colluding to hijack the presidential election.
The dossier, though mostly unverified, was then used by the FBI as the main evidence seeking a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant targeting the Trump campaign in the final days of the campaign.
The revelation was confirmed both in contemporaneous evidence and testimony secured by a joint investigation by Republicans on the House Judiciary and Government Oversight committees, my source tells me.
It means the FBI had good reason to suspect the dossier was connected to the DNC’s main law firm and was the product of a Democratic opposition-research effort to defeat Trump — yet failed to disclose that information to the FISA court in October 2016, when the bureau applied for a FISA warrant to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
“This is a bombshell that unequivocally shows the real collusion was between the FBI and Donald Trump’s opposition — the DNC, Hillary and a Trump-hating British intel officer — to hijack the election, rather than some conspiracy between Putin and Trump,” a knowledgeable source told me.
Baker was interviewed by lawmakers behind closed doors on Wednesday. Sources declined to divulge his testimony, other than to say it confirmed other evidence about the contact between the Perkins Coie law firm and the FBI.
The sources also said Baker’s interview broke new ground both about the FBI’s use of news media in 2016 and 2017 to further the Trump case and about Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein’s conversations in spring 2017 regarding possible use of a body wire to record Trump.
“The interview was one of the most productive we had and it opened up many new investigative leads,” one source said.
Another said Baker could not answer some questions about FBI media contacts, citing an ongoing investigation by the Justice Department inspector general into alleged illegal leaks, during and after the election, about the Trump collusion probe and other matters.
These revelations illustrate anew how much the FBI and Justice Department have withheld from the public about their collaboration and collusion with clearly partisan elements of the Clinton campaign and the DNC, Fusion and Steele, that were trying to defeat Trump.
The growing body of evidence that the FBI used mostly politically-motivated, unverified intelligence from an opponent to justify spying on the GOP nominee’s campaign — just weeks before Election Day — has prompted a growing number of Republicans to ask President Trump to declassify the rest of the FBI’s main documents in the Russia collusion case.
House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), House Freedom Caucus leaders Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), veteran investigator Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) and many others have urged the president to act on declassification even as FBI and Justice Department have tried to persuade the president to keep documents secret.
Ryan has said he believes the declassification will uncover potential FBI abuses of the FISA process. Jordan said he believes there is strong evidence the bureau misled the FISA court. Nunes has said the FBI intentionally hid exculpatory evidence from the judges.
Everything the Dems asked for they got. Period!
So will 20, 25, 30 vote "Yes".
They preach while pointing at conservatives "bi-partisonship" and "civility".
This is the USA, where everyone is still presumed innocent until proven guilty. Even people we don't like.
There's no evidence. No corroboration. Huge memory gaps.
This is s man's life.
The law to the Radicalized Transformers of Obama doesn't matter.
When I watched that video of the President I could not believe that how the man we elected to the most powerful office on earth would stand there and wave his arms and calling a woman who was sexually assaulted by his nominee a liar again and again.
Well Roger if you think the president merely repeating her testimony is calling her a liar then you must not really believe her either.
Sometimes I think Trump instinctually knows what's on the voter's mind far more than any "expert" or pundit based in Washington or New York.
There's no evidence. No corroboration. Huge memory gaps.
And did they go and speak to ALL the sources???? The answer is no.....And you have perfect memory? You didn't know the difference between median and average so I doubt it....LOL
Dearest Friends. You did it. Your Social Justice Warriors did it.TY.

A new poll indicates that Republicans have closed the Democrats’ formerly wide gap in voter enthusiasm, thanks to the ongoing crisis surrounding the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
A new NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll released Wednesday found that 80% of Republicans now say the November elections are “very important,” compared with 82% of Democrats — a statistical tie, well within the poll‘s 4-point margin of error."
"Whitelash" ???
Ballsless this is not a criminal trial. It is a job interview for a lifelong seat on the Supreme Court of the United States.
There are memory gaps on both side.
I would not vote to confirm him if none of this would have happened. But this isn't a disagreement upon the interpretation of the Constitution. This is a matter of temperament. His use of political bias against him and Trump by crooked Hillary was the first reason why I personally thought he disqualified himself.
He may or may not have continued his excessive use of alcohol, an issue he repeatedly lied about should be troubling. We don't need as alcoholic on the Supreme Court.
And by the way, Sasse is playing both sides. He will vote yes.

Most Americans don't agree and won't forget so quickly.
CS, it comes down to this. I believe Doctor Ford.
I do not believe Judge Brett Kavanaugh.
I don't believe that she was manipulated or motivated by partisan politics.
As I said before. I have a good friend who was sexually assaulted repeatedly over a few years. She didn't speak out about this to her parents for at least 25 years. She was deeply troubled and abused drugs and exhibited irresponsible behavior until she sat down with her parents and told them what had happened. If you knew her you would believe her without a doubt. He was never charged with sexual assault on a child.
Judge Kavanaugh and his family were devastated by HIS OWN ACTIONS.

That's the argument Ford apologist use. The the "trauma" lead to memory lost.
What they don't tell you is that if you want to level a false accusation of sexual assult and you want to avoid perjury this is exactly how you would constructed the story.
1. Make sure you emphasize the "trauma" of your assult while avoiding an feloney accusation where the police would have to be involved.
2. Do not give any details as to time and place and a sketchy list of possible witnesses.
3. Insure your list of witnesses can't coorberate or deny the accusation.
Roger said Secondly Judge Kavanaugh and his family were devastated by HIS OWN ACTIONS.
This is just blatantly false. The only "credible" allegation was Ford, who wanted to remain anonymous. Her story has no collaboration and in fact Kavanaugh has more collaboration than you would expect for a charge that comes out of the blue after 36 years or so. The more we learn the more her story rings false. I hope Kavanaugh sues her for defamation and at least gets the half million she is receiving for a gofundme effort. Paying for this type of "victim" surely will have others come forward. I guess I could start a gofundme to destroy anyone I want...
The Democrat party owns this and needs to bear it's consequences. And they are not good for them.
Good morning Denise, Jane and effeminate Rog.
I can not find any other time where Dr Cray Cray is on video speaking.
Would like to view/hear some to compare her speech patterns.
One more time CS.
This is not a criminal trial. The bottom line is who you choose to believe.
I have carefully separated my political beliefs and understandings of the Constitution.
This is a matter of whom we choose to believe or not.
1: An overwhelming percentage of sexual assault upon minors are not reported to the police.
2: Be honest if you have the capability to do so, recognize that specific memories of places and exact times do not diminish the credibility of charges of sexual assault. The highly traumatic event is burned into the memory. You seem to choose not to believe that for your political beliefs.
3: The memories of others who were also under the influence of alcohol of the one other person who was allegedly in the same place has stated that he has memories support her claim of sexual assault and holding hands over her mouth.
Chris Coons admits this morning that the crap 8 Democrats on the Judicial Committee and the "pastor" was spreading last night is false.
Shocking
Not.
Roger you are simply spreading falsehoods.
"the one other person who was allegedly in the same place has stated that he has memories support her claim of sexual assault and holding hands over her mouth. "
simply not true
This is not a criminal trial.
But it is, as in Salem circa 1684.
Kput'z I would love to introduce you to my nephew Lynn Amick and see you call him effeminate.
He is about 6'6" tall 240 lbs and almost 45 years old. He is a professional race car owner and driver.
I would have very specific memories of him kicking your pants off and castrating you. Daisy your girlfriend in the barn would be thrilled.

To sum up: @NewYorker obtained hearsay from “classmates” who say they heard about Ramirez story from an eyewitness.
The New Yorker then contacted said “eyewitness,” who said he had NO memory of it ever happening.
THEN the New Yorker decided they should run the story anyway
Roger says Judge Kavanaugh's OWN ACTIONS is responsible for this. Could go on and on but this is really indefensible what has happened to Judge K by the Democrats.
Yes, they burned her at the stake.
Just like you are doing to Doctor Ford.
CS, it comes down to this. I believe Doctor Ford.
And yet you don't believe Juanita Broderick. Who accused a man with a documented history of sexual predation.
As opposed to Judge Kavanaugh who had absolutely no history of improper sexual conduct, and the unqualified love and support from the women he knew in school and those who either clerked for him or work with him.
Yes, they burned her at the stake.
The pratice at the time was to toss them into a well to determine guilt or innocents. They we all aquetted because they sunk and drowned.
cko uses the wrong person.
Mark Judge has been interviewed by the FBI.
We don't know what he remembers and we may never know what he said. The FBI report is to remain secret.
Its not a criminal trial. But because he had been accused of multiple criminal acts, that brings that pesky old bill of rights into play. She has offered no evidence or corroboration. That matters.
First things first. This is unrelated.
And yet you don't believe Juanita Broderick.
Second I don't doubt her. Except for the accusation of rape given her own sexual activity at the time.
NEW CORROBORATED EVIDENCE !!!
But in a motion Monday asking the judge to ignore the defense arguments, Justice Department lawyers say the hooker allegations "were not so easily disprovable as the defendants suggest."
Prosecutors used the defense claims to highlight previously undisclosed tidbits on Menendez's pursuit of younger woman.
The lawyers say their investigation resulted from "specific, corroborated allegations that defendants Menendez and Melgen had sex with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic."

He can't be allowed in the Senate, and not just saying sarcastically.
We don't know what he remembers and we may never know what he said
This is what Roger uses for the foundation of his claim, that no one knows so he must be guilty.
Can't make this shit up
Unbelievable.
is not a criminal trial.
He has offered no evidence or corroboration. That matters.
Bye the way two of the approximately 23 people who signed the letter that was prepared before the testimony by Doctor Ford, have withdrawn their support for Judge Kavanaugh.
"Bye the way two of the approximately 23 people who signed the letter that was prepared before the testimony by Doctor Ford, have withdrawn their support for Judge Kavanaugh"
They stand by original defense, but changed support because of "temperament"
"He has offered no evidence or corroboration. That matters."
Just every witness mentioned by Ford has either said it didn't happen or they have no memory of the event.
THAT MATTERS
this is really a waste of time. WELCOME JUSTIVE KAVANAUGH
You people need to get something through your thick heads. Judge Kavanaugh is not on trial.
He is not.
He is interviewing for a job.
Senators will not determine guilt or innocence; they will determine his fitness for a lifetime seat on the Supreme Court.
iHe has offered no evidence or corroboration. That matters.
What part of presumption of innocents do you not get. It is up to the accuser to present evidence of the allegation not the other way around.
And of course, how can you offer evidence or corroboration when you don't know where or when this was suppose to happen.
Roger I think you would have been much happier in the old Soviet Union if things went your way.
Roger is proving by his own words that he's either ignorant or un-American.
I would not vote to confirm him if none of this would have happened. But this isn't a disagreement upon the interpretation of the Constitution. This is a matter of temperament. His use of political bias against him and Trump by crooked Hillary was the first reason why I personally thought he disqualified himself.
Secondly Judge Kavanaugh and his family were devastated by HIS OWN ACTIONS.
Thirdly. His temperament matters.
When is the last time you were accused of a crime in a job interview?
We still have a bill of rights. Even for conservatives.
You need to get something through your thick head. Judge Kavanaugh is not on trial.
He is not.
He is interviewing for a job.
Your support for expanding the authority of the President is proof that you support the kind of country led by Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Ung, who President Trump has fallen in love with.
The bottom line balls, is tempermet.
I have been trying to get through you thick mind.
Perfect temperament on the bench for many years. Not in dispute. not sure about "tempermet"
Then lucky for us all that he has a long history of documented and refer enable judicial temperament.
He rescued the Republican party from the John Birch Society.
uh, no he didn't alky.
stop being so dramatic.
You need to get something through your thick head. Judge Kavanaugh is not on trial.
He is not.
He is interviewing for a job.
he WAS interviewing for a job, alky.
and then the democrats decided to turn it into a show trial. complete with a full-on mentally ill, pathological lying star witness, and showboating senators who saw themselves as prosecutors.
and that's when due process and the presumption of innocence kicked it.
so you're wrong, alky.
as usual.
Blogger Roger Amick said...

it's temperament, alky. as in judicial. and kavanaugh's is stellar.
remember how you went apeshit threatening to sue when i called you a rapist?
and that was just a joke.
the destruction of kavanaugh, his family, his career, and his honor is quite real. he had every right to issue the statement that he did. and i would not have blamed him if he went down the democrat side of the dais swinging a fucking baseball bat.
that's how badly your dirty cocksuckers have ruined this guy.
his temperament is fine. it's yours that's fucked.
Kavanaugh and the R's weren't supposed to fight back
Donks are toddlers. They can't think beyond their immediate demands and urges, and they certainly never consider the possibility that they might fail.
Now they don't know what to do

Kinda like you and thinking winning a vacation is anything but a memory....LOL
Anyone remember how bonkers Sotomayer has gone dissenting in some of the bigger recent cases? She had a complete meltdown regarding the travel ban ruling. Moreover, those were actual court cases she got visibly angry about.
Nobody attacked her family?
Double standard? Fiery latino woman an asset to the court. But you can't have an "angry white guy".

without question.
when you pause to think about it, intellectual clods like sotomayor and 0linsky are the net result of decades of affirmative action. this is how we get saddled with morons like them.
This is all over but the shouting:
Opposing Kavanaugh Is Simply Tanking The Democrats
A majority of voters support the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court if the FBI finds no corroborating evidence to back up claims of sexual assault made against the nominee, according to a Monday poll.
Following Thursday’s testimonies from Kavanaugh and his accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, 60 percent of voters support confirming the judge to the nation’s highest court, according to a Harvard University September 2018 Center for American Politics (CAPS) Harris Poll.
There is also a general disgust with the whole process that is blamed on the Democrats:
Americans still may not be wild about President Trump, and they might not even like Brett Kavanaugh, but they’re simply disgusted by the obstruction on display in the confirmation process. And there is simply no way to spin this in a positive light for the Democrats. As one Dem strategist put it, this is nothing short of “a disaster.”
Donks are toddlers. They can't think beyond their immediate demands and urges, and they certainly never consider the possibility that they might fail.

bingo.
imho, this ratifies my post from yesterday -
hillary was supposed to win. none of this was supposed to happen.
when you corner these folks they lose their shit and lose it bigly.
