FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) Republican candidate Kevin Cramer is ahead in the latest polling by Valley News Live on the U.S. Senate race in North Dakota. The poll, conducted by Strategic Research Associates of Austin, Texas, has Cramer in front of the incumbent Democrat Heidi Heitkamp by 10 percentage points, 51-41. The difference is in male voters, where Cramer garners 56.% to Heitkamp's nearly 35%. Females are virtually tied (46.6%-46.5%).
A total of 650 likely voters were surveyed between September 17-27th on both landline and cell phones.
In another question that VNL asked, 60% of the likely voters in North Dakota support the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court. 27% were opposed.
Keep in mind, the poll was conducted during the disclosure that the judge may have engaged in sexual misconduct, while in high school or college, before last weeks testimony by Kavanaugh and one of his accusers, before the Senate Judiciary Committee.Looks like Heidi Heitkamp is stuck between a rock and a hard place. Voting for Brett Kavanaugh would be a huge swipe at the Democratic Party and provide plenty of cover for Republicans on the fence. Her vote would all but assure Brett Kavanaugh is confirmed.
On the flip side, voting against Brett Kavanaugh probably possibly seals her fate, and provides the GOP with a very important pick up.

Feeling good about Tennessee too. It will be fun seeing Marsha Blackburn on the Judiciary Committee.

"The new trade deal between the U.S., Mexico and Canada could change the prices on the next car you drive, the medicine you take, and the milk you drink. That dairy portion was a big sticking point in negotiating with Canada about their complex dairy tariff system, and the changes are drawing praise from Ohio’s dairy industry."
US Dairy Farmers will have greater access to Canadian Markets.
"Dairy farmers in states such as New York and Wisconsin will be able to sell more of their milk, butter and cheese to Canada under a new trade pact that replaces the North American Free Trade Agreement.
The two countries will now join Mexico in updating that 1994 accord, which will be renamed the United States Mexico Canada Agreement.
As part of the deal, the U.S. is getting expanded access to Canada’s protected dairy market.
Canada will ease restrictions on its dairy market and allow American farmers to export about $560 million worth of dairy products to its northern neighbor. That’s about 3.5 percent of Canada’s total $16 billion dairy industry."
Why didn't Obama get this done?

Jobs .
All democrats who supported Obama after he admitted snorting coke in college can now shut the hell up over kavanaugh drinking beer when he was in college.

The texts from Ms. Berchem do not appear relevant or contradictory to Judge Kavanaugh’s testimony. This appears to be another last-ditch effort to derail the nomination with baseless innuendo by Democrats who have already decided to vote no. 1/6
Shortly before Friday’s committee meeting began, Senator Blumenthal’s office forwarded ten emails to the Chairman’s office originally from Ms. Berchem. They were immediately passed to Chairman Grassley’s oversight and investigations team for review. 2/6
Committee investigators advised Senator Blumenthal’s staff that they could contact the FBI to pass along that information if they thought it was necessary. Whether Senator Blumenthal’s staff chose to do that was up to them. 3/6
Separately, it just doesn't make sense to refer conversations between old classmates about a news story to the FBI—and Sen. Blumenthal certainly knows that. 4/6
It seems perfectly sensible and predictable for Judge Kavanaugh’s associates to engage with Yale friends about rumors given the numerous unsubstantiated allegations that have been picked up by media throughout this process. 5/6
In the texts, there’s no suggestion that Judge Kavanaugh made any effort to conceal anything or press anyone to say something untrue. This is just the latest ridiculous attempt to smear Judge Kavanaugh's good name. 6/6
How very Christian by the "pastor" once again. Burn in hell.

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) - Four dentists from California, including three brothers, who faced rape charges for the alleged assault of a woman at the Wynn Las Vegas, had all charges dismissed in court Monday.
Charged were Ali Badkoobehi and brothers Poria Edalat, Saman Edalat and Sina Edalat. The charges included sex assault, conspiracy to commit sex assault and first-degree kidnapping for the late July incident.
Prosecutors dropped all charges during a very brief hearing Monday before Las Vegas Justice Court Judge Eric Goodman.
"After a review of the facts of the case, it was clear that the allegations were completely fabricated," lawyer Robert Draskovich, who represented Badkoobehi, said in a prepared statement. "The (video) evidence confirmed the men's innocence, and the state has cleared them of all charges."
The unnamed woman alleged that the four men raped her repeatedly in a room at the Wynn early July 28 after she met one of the men at a Wynn bar.

Harry Reid lied about Mitt Romney’s taxes. He’s still not sorry.
By Chris Cillizza
September 15, 2016
Harry Reid (Dalton Bennett/The Washington Post)
One of the strangest incidents of the 2012 presidential campaign was when then-Senate Majority Leader Harry M. Reid accused then-Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney of having not paid any taxes over the past decade. That Reid made that allegation from the floor of the Senate made it even odder.
The problem with Reid's allegation? It's just not true. We know that, at least in 2011 and 2010, Romney did pay taxes. How do we know that? Because Romney released his tax returns for those years. In 2011, Romney paid $1.9 million in taxes; in 2010, he paid slightly more than $3 million in taxes.
Our own Fact Checker gave Reid Four Pinocchios for his "no taxes" claim. PolitiFact gave the claim a "Pants on Fire" rating."
Roger last nite you wanted to talk Chief Football . At the time the donkey's where up by 10.
What illegal was the New York Times receiving confidential tax information in violation of federal law.
Scum liberals.
"HOUSTON, Texas — Two people at the campaign office of Texas Senator Ted Cruz are hospitalized after a white powdery substance arrived on Tuesday.
Houston Fire Department officials evacuated the ninth floor of the Phoenix Tower, the location of Senator Cruz’s re-election campaign office headquarters. The FBI is conducting an investigation into who sent the package, the Houston Chronicle reported."
Never believe alky or Jane. They get it wrong on purpose.
"Fifty-six percent of North Dakotans want Kavanaugh confirmed to the nation’s highest court, while only 26 oppose his confirmation. A majority of independents, or 51 percent, also want the nominee added to the Supreme Court. Fifty percent of women also want Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court."

Apperently the Times is whining about the valuation of the real estate Trump's father left the family. In their opinion it was "undervalued" but that is only their uninformed opinion.
From all of the paperwork submitted the properties were properly appraised and the taxes paid.
"Guess that doesn't mean much to a fat, castrated steer. He can't even give milk. All he's good for is shitting and fertilizing the roses."
Exactly.
Dairy Farmers around the US sell more to Canada because Pres. Trump opened those markets.
