Tenth Circuit Judicial Council dismisses all complaints against Kavanaugh

In a nutshell, the courts have no jurisdiction over Kavanaugh, now that he is a USSC Justice. So basically any and all complaints are hereby dismissed because of jurisdiction issues. That being said, they are still being dismissed, and the sour grapes felt over the Kavanaugh hearings are officially yesterday's news.

To refresh your memory. The complaints dealt mainly with the allegations that Kavanaugh had made "false statements", that that he made inappropriate political statements, and that he treated member of the Senate Judiciary committee with "disrespect".

None of these allegations were subject matter that could be proven with any degree of evidence. Even the so-called "false statements" were deemed to be correct statements based on those who worked in the White House at the time these allegations refer to. The complaints were a matter of opinion or judgement, and the complainants were hoping for the governing body to assume their opinion on the subject.

Good, bad, or indifferent, we will never know how the Judicial counsel would have viewed these allegations. They specifically made no finding on the merits of the complaint.

Perhaps this particular temper tantrum can come to an end?

Judge in Flynn case disappoints opponents of Mueller probe with a lecture on the rule of law

Supporters of ex-national security adviser Michael Flynn and the president had hoped the jurist, who has a history of ferreting out prosecutorial misconduct, would reveal overreach by the special counsel and FBI.
By Carol D. Leaning and Rosalind S. Helderman

The Fix: Flynn hoped cooperating would keep him out of prison. Here’s why he may face five years.

Poor flynn...bet he didn't think those little transgressions could turn into such a large pile of shit, that Lil Scotty still thinks is fabricated and not a crime....sooo sad....LOCK HIM UP!!!

The only temper tantrums have been tossed around by you, Lil Scotty.....Maybe a little introspective and you should look at trumps temper tantrums he tossed around in NY before he was elected...When in doubt, donnie would sue his mother....but you choose to ignore his historic assholeness he was famous for....so sad...

amazing. that's never happened before in america, ever.

quite the startling revelation, d0pie.

It's all just a big temper tantrum. I couldn't care any less that Trump was sued. Doesn't matter even the slightest to me. The fact that you actually bothered to cut and paste it, is something I find amusing.

See, I have no reason to lose my temper. I take no issue what Trump was elected, that he is President, and that we have two new young conservative Justices sitting on the USSC.

I just sit back and watch those like you pull your hair out and do whatever you can do to distract from the fact that someone you don't like got elected President!

Now go back to stomping your feet and holding your breath!

But that doesn’t condone the judge’s rhetorical abuse or the tactics of the FBI in lying to Mr. Flynn about their interviewing purpose, or charging him with a crime he probably didn’t commit. The Beltway media want to divide the Russia probe into white hats (Mueller) and black hats (all things Trump). But it ought to be possible to let Mr. Mueller complete his Russia probe without interference while also holding the FBI and prosecutors to standards of fair and honest behavior.

how's the alky-blog coming along alky?

i ask because scott's opinions seem to cause you great distress. distress so great it apparently leaves you so speechless you must steal the thoughts of others to substitute for those you cannot muster on your own.

so... do you have a link you wish to share? i'd love to be one of the first commenters on your blog.

where i come from we call it 'put up or shut up, alky.'

now then - please resume your alky-lanche of plagiarized opinions already in progress...

that observation happens to be absolutely correct, alky.

the FBI in particular has an enormous history of corruption, beginning with j. edgar fruitypants and continuing to this day. and where they're not corrupt, they're grossly incompetent. examples of both are legion.

so yes, the FBI does need to be held to account. i can see why you wouldn't want to do that since lately they seem to be serving your hackish political goals, but that doesn't make them any less deserving.

what do YOU think, alky?

in your words, please. you've already hit your plagiarism limit for today.

you shouldn't be so tough on yourself, alky.

your inability to muster an intelligent opinion of your own is probably classified as a handicap by some department within our leviathan government. use it to apply for SSDI like a good little progressive parasite. you could probably hit the jackpot.

indeed. it seems to me that the entire left is engaged in one massive psychological projection effort these days. under scrutiny, team mueller - including comey, the FBI, FISA court, etc. - appears to be guilty of exactly what they are supposedly investigating.

ON TO THINGS THAT STILL MATTER

Still No Deal to Prevent a Government Shutdown
December 19, 2018 at 7:04 am EST

Senior White House officials have told Playbook the following things:
“A shutdown is inevitable because the president will hold strong; he wants a seven-bill omnibus with $1.6 billion in border security and he’ll declare that a victory; he wants a short-term spending bill to interrupt the beginnings of the Democratic House; he will not accept a short-term spending bill; he’ll see what the Senate produces. All of these answers have come from the same institution: the Trump White House.

“As Friday draws closer and closer, a stopgap spending bill is becoming more and more likely. The Senate is likely to decide on this today… The House is basically just watching at this point. There is some concern that attendance will stink this week but the GOP whip operation is somewhat confident that they will have people in town through Friday. The real problem will be if Trump continues to sit on his hands, some House Republicans will decide they aren’t going to walk a plank for a president who can’t say what he supports, senior Republicans tell us.”

Trump Says He’ll Win on Border Wall
December 19, 2018 at 8:41 am EST

After dropping demands for border wall funding, President Trump tweeted that Republicans will win on the divisive issue “one way or the other.”

Said Trump: “In our Country, so much money has been poured down the drain, for so many years, but when it comes to Border Security and the Military, the Democrats fight to the death. We won on the Military, which is being completely rebuilt. One way or the other, we will win on the Wall!”

You and your assholes carried on about the magic blow job for years and that really only affected his wife...this prick was taking money from a foreign source while advising the future president and than lied about his conversations with our mortal enemy.....Sad you now are in the camp of another felon with no leg to stand on but indignity....

U.S. Will Pull All Troops

A defense official told the Washington Post that the Trump administration plans to pull U.S. troops from Syria immediately.

“The decision would remove the entire force of more than 2,000 U.S. service members and end the extended ground mission against the Islamic State.”

The only major shut down that would take place...

TSA - meaning that either you will be able to walk onto your plane without having to go through security, or there will be no airline travel.

That being said, almost everyone agrees that there would be some sort of a "stop-gap" to fund TSA.

every time there's the potential for a gov shutdown, i have to listen to asshats talk about 'non-essential' employees.

if they're truly not essential, why am i paying to employ them in the first place?

Well Denny

I never cared that Slick Willie was getting head from an intern, nor was I particularly concerned that he lied about it. If I was married to Hillary, I'd probably be getting head from any intern that would be willing perform it too.

I also don't give a rip whether or not General Flynn was totally honest with FBI agents who were not totally honest with him, and was apparently there outside of the normal chain of command.

The fact that we (as a country) allow underling FBI agents to come into the National Security Advisor's office on false pretenses to ask him questions that they already knew the answers to... and the whole thing becomes a wide reaching "criminal probe" tells us just how off track our law enforcement priorities are these days.

As is the fact that a guy who was supposedly hired to investigate Russian interference has suddenly gotten a hard-on over obscure foreign lobbying laws that he has used to charge multiple people in order to "apply pressure" on them... on top of a whole bunch of "process crimes"...

So no... Denny.... I disagree that what Flynn did was some sort of abomination. Neither the fact that he didn't "register" as a foreign agent, or that he wasn't fully forthright with rogue FBI agents who had illegal wiretaps of his conversations... bothers me enough to make General Flynn some sort of "traitor".

If we are going to go after bad behavior, it has to start with the behavior of those who are supposed to be protecting us (law enforcement). When you can no longer trust that the FBI is a objective non-partisan organization, then we have bigger problems than what was (or wasn't said) between two international diplomats.

Right.....sure Lil Scotty.....So you didn't like him lying, but accept Flynn's Bullshit....Now come on and tell me another pile of bullshit....

FBI agents to come into the National Security Advisor's office on false pretenses to

FALSE PRETENSES!!!!!! The judge yesterday laid that pile of shit to rest yesterday when flynn was asked about the FBI conduct and whether he wanted to amend his complaint.....Guess what....flynn said no and accepted responsibility which is more than you ....Too funny....Flynn was caught, pled guilty and now will be sentenced no matter what you say or think....which seems rather amusing to me!!!!!!! HE LIED JUST LIKE CLINTON....who was impeached....now flynn gets to cool his heels in prison....and that fact you cannot rationalize away!!!!
