Senate panel OKs 44 Trump judicial nominees

The nominees include six to the federal circuit courts, to which Trump has already appointed 30 judges. The Senate Judiciary Committee also approved 34 nominees to the federal district courts, two to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and two to the U.S. Court of International Trade.

Five of the six nominees to the federal circuit courts were approved along party-lines.

The 44 judicial nominees passed out of the committee marks the most approved in a single markup since 1981.

The picks will now head to the full Senate where, if confirmed, they will join the 85 judges Trump has named to the federal bench, including two to the U.S. Supreme Court.

So the President will have been responsible for two of the nine USSC justices, more than twenty percent of all federal circuit court justices, and over a hundred district court level Judges. More to the point, every Justice or Judge that Trump gets confirmed is one Justice or Judge that Hillary did not get a chance to nominate.

Just imagine how the high court would look if Gorsuch and Kavanaugh were actually two liberals. There would only be two true conservatives and Chief Justice Roberts, who would have all become irrelevant.

Instead of the 9th circuit court moving towards some sense of parity between liberal and conservative judges, it would have continued to roam further left. With a USSC likely to rubber stamp all of their crazy rulings, liberals could have just said the fuck with legislation and elections, lets just take everything through the 9th circuit and get our laws passed through the courts.

Btw.. he has three more Judges pending approval on the 9th circuit alone. If those are approved, the 9th circuit court of appeals would have seven Trump nominated Judges of the twenty-nine overall. Almost a fourth.

Also considering that Trump has gotten over fifty judges confirmed to district courts across America, that is a full hundred Judge swing,  had those judges been liberals instead.

Yes... there is no doubt. President Trump beating Hillary Clinton has been possibly the most defining moment in our judicial history. He has fully justified it for every single American who voted for him over this particular issue.
