Democrats trying to undermine the process that they asked for?

The total of 300-plus pages suggests that Mr. Mueller went well beyond the kind of bare-bones summary required by the Justice Department regulation governing his appointment and detailed his conclusions at length. And it raises questions about what Mr. Barr might have left out of the four dense pages he sent Congress.
Democrats, who like all other lawmakers have not seen the report, have all but accused Mr. Barr of covering up damaging information it contains. They have specifically focused on an apparent difference between the views of Mr. Barr and Mr. Mueller on whether Mr. Trump obstructed justice. Democrats have demanded that the attorney general make the full report and evidence public.

So for the past two years plus, Democrats have brazenly (and falsely) accused the President of the United States of treason and worse...

With absolutely zero proof of any of their allegations.

To push their conspiracy, they called for (more like demanded) a Special Counsel. But apparently these same Democrats were not smart enough to actually look at the laws surrounding the appointment of Special Counsel and are now pissed off that those same laws are being followed.

More to the point, after pushing the false conspiracy theory that our President was conspiring with foreign powers, now they are pushing a new conspiracy theory. That the investigation that "they wanted" is all a big giant cover up.

With absolutely zero proof of any of this new allegation.

If at first your unsubstantiated lies don't succeed, try, try again?

Democrats never wanted a Special Counsel. They wanted the Federal Government and Law enforcement to act as their own personal private investigator and dig up dirt on the President and all member of the Administration.

Now that it turns out that Special Counsel apparently focused on the issue at hand (the original allegations of treason and conspiracy) and came up empty, the Democrats want to know "more" than what the Special Counsel was tasked to do.

The fact that Special Counsel didn't find evidence that the President (or any member so his inner circle or campaign) colluded or coordinated with the Russian hackers or Russian troll farms is now being called a "cover up" and worse.

The reality is that you need to be careful for what you wish for. They made allegations that many weak minded individuals fell for. Asking for "proof" of those allegations obviously turned up to be a bad decision as it proved those allegations wrong. I strongly suspect that asking for what is in the larger report, will be a another bad decision that will prove their latest conspiracy wrong.

In the meantime, the Democrats continue to undermine the credibility of the office of the President, the Justice Department, Special Counsel, and the Attorney General.

With absolutely zero proof.

War hero Michael Flynn is bankrupt, facing prison for trying to defend himself against a hoax, while sleazy Jussie Smollett has all charges dropped for perpetrating a hoax. Last week weren't Democrats defending a war hero? It's a separate legal system for Trump haters

How Was Trump Able To Stiff Mueller?

Consider: Team Mueller was only authorized to investigate an alleged conspiracy to collaborate illegally with Russian intelligence operatives--an alleged conspiracy that was supposed to have been conducted by an "enterprise" group of "four Americans" (Page, Papadopoulos, Manafort, and Flynn) as a subset of the Trump campaign. That was Crossfire Hurricane, which Team Mueller was authorized to continue. That means that, just as James Comey three times stated to Trump, Trump was never actually the subject of the substantive investigation:

The new legal team pressed Mueller to show them that the investigation had reached a stage that would justify sitting down with the president, a source familiar with the negotiations said.
“Are you in a position where you have evidence of a crime?” the source said the team asked Mueller.
The Trump legal team argued that because the special counsel had amassed a wealth of information through interviews with White House staffers and others close to the president, Mueller had not reached the high bar necessary for a sit-down interview with Trump.
“By providing all the witnesses from the White House and the documentation from the White House and the presidential election committee, my view from the outset was the predicate had not been reached to demand an interview with the president,” Sekulow said. “I never thought we should modify from that.”

Facts are facts.

It's not undermining the FBI to say that the FBI director was fired and may face charges of leaking classified info to the media. Or to say that the Deputy director was fired over the IG report that stated he lied to internal investigators (and was recommended for possible criminal charges). Or to say that Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and other have been fired or demoted based on the IG investigations.

It's not undermining the FBI or the DOJ by pointing out that they have been determined by IG investigations to have misused their positions, shown bias, and quite obviously lied to the FISA courts.

Reality Roger is that all of those criticism is BASED ON THE RESULT OF AN IG INVESTIGATION. They are not unsubstantiated. They are not conspiracy theories. THEY ARE BONA FIDE FACTS.

What is undermining is for two years perpetuating a FLAT OUT LIE that Trump was in cahoots with the Russians who attempted to mess with our elections. What's undermining is telling the world that you believe your President is a traitor and criminal WITH NO FACTUAL BASIS OR A SINGLE SHRED OF EVIDENCE to back up those claims.

The proof, Roger... is in the pudding.

Your claims have NO proof.

These claims are based on fact.

He was fired because he would not close the investigation into the Russian intervention into the election. The Russians did attack our election system.

Candidate Trump directed the Russians to hack into the Democratic campaign servers. The Russians attempted to hack into the Democratic party campaign servers, the very next day!

The day America lost its way.

You are O.K. with these facts: Repeatedly.

*The Russians offered dirt on the Democratic candidate to help the Trump campaign.

*When that offer was made to the president’s son, he did not call the FBI or refuse foreign help. Instead he said that he would love the help of the Russians.

*The president’s son, campaign manager, and son-in-law took that meeting and concealed it from the public.

*When it was discovered that the meeting took place, they lied about it—saying it was about adoptions.

*It is reported that the president helped dictate that lie. Air Force One

*The Trump campaign manager offered information to a Russian oligarch in exchange for money or debt forgiveness.

*That same campaign manager offered campaign polling data to someone connected to Russian intelligence.

*The president himself called on Russia to hack his opponent’s emails and later that day, the Russians attempted to do so.

*They attempted to hack into the DNC email accounts. The very next day!

*The president’s son-in-law sought to establish a secret back channel of communication with Russians through a Russian diplomatic facility.

*An associate of the president made direct contact with the GRU through Guccifer 2.0 and Wikileaks.

*A senior campaign official was instructed to reach that associate and find out what that hostile intelligence agency had to say in terms of dirt on his opponent.

*The national security advisor designate secretly conferred with the Russian ambassador about undermining U.S. sanctions and lied about it to the FBI.

*You might say that’s all O.K.

*You might say that’s just what you need to do to win. But I don’t think it’s O.K. I think it’s immoral. I think it’s unethical. I think it’s unpatriotic. And yes, I think it’s corrupt and evidence of collusion…The day we think that’s O.K. is the day we will look back and say, “That is the day America lost its way.”

You are not a patriotic American.

You are nothing more than Joseph Goebbels in disguise.

The President didn't have a collude with the Russians illegally. There was a quid pro quo to give the Russians support and removal of transactions, in exchange for dirt on crooked Hillary. And to fatten his own wallet.

***********

Collusion — or a lack of it — turns out to have been the rhetorical trap that ensnared President Trump’s pursuers. There was no need for detailed electoral collusion between the Trump campaign and Vladimir Putin’s oligarchy because they had an overarching deal: the quid of help in the campaign against Hillary Clinton for the quo of a new pro-Russian foreign policy, starting with relief from the Obama administration’s burdensome economic sanctions. The Trumpites knew about the quid and held out the prospect of the quo.

Run down the known facts about the communications between Russians and the Trump campaign and their deal reveals itself. Perhaps, somewhere along the line, Russians also reminded the Trump family of their helpful cooperation with his past financial ventures. Perhaps, also, they articulated their resentment of Mrs. Clinton for her challenge as secretary of state to the legitimacy of Mr. Putin’s own election. But no such speculation is needed to perceive the obvious bargain reached during the campaign of 2016.

Early on, emissaries of the Russian oligarchs sent word of their readiness to help embarrass and undermine the Clinton candidacy. And in June 2016, the Russians lured the Trumpites to a meeting in Trump Tower with a promise of “dirt” against Mrs. Clinton only to use the meeting to harp on their hunger for sanctions relief. As the Trump family openly acknowledged, the Russians spoke at that meeting of a desire to again allow Americans to adopt Russian children. Since the adoptions were halted to retaliate against the American sanctions, it required no dictionary to interpret the oligarchs’ meaning: “dirt” for sanctions relief.

That relief and a warm new relationship with Russia were then freely discussed in public and in private. There was even an effort to concoct a grand diplomatic bargain by which the Russians would be allowed to legalize their seizure of the Ukrainian Crimea. Michael Cohen and other Trump advisers promoted the idea of letting the Russians “lease” the seized territory for up to 100 years so as to sanitize the reciprocal lifting of the sanctions that Mr. Obama had imposed to punish the land grab.

Sanction relief seems to have been discussed in some of the other secret contacts between Trump operatives and Russians. We know that Michael Flynn lied to the F.B.I. when he denied discussing sanction relief with the Russian ambassador.

Yeah a friend of Donald Trump Jr said he had dirt on Hillary.

Meanwhile the DNC and Clinton campaign were PAYING A FOREIGN AGENT to collude with Russian sources to dig up dirt on Trump.

The dirt was nonsense and our leaders in charge (at the time) used it to try to spy on a campaign, to stop him from being elected, and then to undermine his Presidency.

If you cannot see which side was actually corrupt...
