McCabe offers open advocacy for a deep state

McCabe dished a healthy portion of scorn on Sessions in his book, “The Threat: How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump.” He accused him of having “trouble focusing” and having to overcome a “huge learning curve for an attorney general.” He claimed he wasn’t even reading briefing materials on national security threats. McCabe also accused Sessions of being Islamophobic and making racist comments in meetings. He even claimed that the attorney general thought federal agents who were taken hostage overseas “had it coming” and shouldn’t be rescued.
A former senior Justice Department aide to Sessions, who was in high-level meetings with McCabe and the former attorney general, strongly disputed McCabe's allegations, calling them “fiction."
So let's not focus on whether ot not McCabe's version of events are correct and truthful, exaggerated and misleading, or just a downright made up lie. Clearly the interaction between the Attorney General and acting FBI director was far too minimal for McCabe to even have any first hand knowledge of what Sessions was doing the 99.9% of the time he wasn't dealing with McCabe.

The reality is that Andrew McCabe, the acting director of the FBI, somehow felt as though it was his duty to the nation to undermine pretty much everyone in authority. Obviously McCabe never had any issue with the fact that doing so also undermined the very fabric of our Constitutional Republic. In that light, it's important to understand that most every coup ever drawn up was carried out by people who very likely believed that they had good intentions.

McCabes intentions are literally irrelevant.

What this goes to is the very essence of the so called "deep state" and whether or not we, as Americans, want to continue to place our trust in those we elect to run a transparent government, or whether we would prefer (as McCabe clearly advocates) that unelected deep state actors should be calling the shots. Or at least, whether they should be, when and if, they find themselves in political disagreement with those elected to actually be in charge.

McCabe seems to be arguing:

  • The elected officials are the bad guys.
  • The unelected deep state officials are the good guys.

Make no mistake, not only is McCabe claiming that the FBI acted as their own deep state adversary to the Administration (including the Department of Justice), but McCabe is clearly making the argument that this was an admirable (if not necessary) thing for them to do. The coldheartedtruth is that he not only admits that there is a deep state competing with elected officials for control, but suggests openly that the deep state should win such competitions.

Now obviously had any of this happened five years ago, there would have been almost no American who would have not had sirens going off at the blatant attempts of our deep state to undermine our electoral government. Liberals would have clutching pearls, because it would have been an affront to our duly elected Democratic President. The media would have been acting as if it was the end of the world for the exact same reason. Most conservatives would have been smart enough to understand that if it happens to a Democrat, it could happen to a Republican.

But with a large share of our population suffering from Trump derangement syndrome, there is actually a growing opinion that a deep state temporing the actions of our elected leaders is actually a good thing. The Federal Government is no longer something for the President and his Administration to lead, following the course that they promised the American public when they were elected. Today, many feel that the Federal Government should suddenly be independent of any Administrative control by the very people elected to do run it.

Amazingly, there are liberals out there who see the Administration providing Federal agencies with goals to look to and directions to follow, as unethical, unprecedented, or even illegal. They seem to forget that it's actually the fundamental constitutional duty of the elected administrative officials to put people in charge of these agencies and provide them with this very direction.

It's not illegal. It's their job.

This is the way our government has worked through 44 different administrations.

McCabe, the media, and liberals obviously believe it no longer should work that way.

If you ask them why?  Can they provide you with any explanation other than "Trump" ?

Ex-Mercenary CEO Erik Prince admits to Trump Tower meet with Donald Jr. and Saudi Emissary

Erik Prince, former head of mercenary business Blackwater, revealed in a bombshell interview Friday that he attended a meeting in Trump Tower with Donald Trump Jr. and a representative of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to discuss “Iran policy” during the presidential campaign.

The interview marked the first time Prince has publicly acknowledged such a meeting. Prince said in congressional testimony in 2017 that he had no “official” or “unofficial” role in the campaign — other than a “yard sign” and writing “papers” — according to the transcript of his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee. Nor did he mention the meeting in his testimony, according to transcripts.

The New York Times reported last year that Prince organized the 2016 meeting at Trump Tower with President Donald Trump’s eldest son and Lebanese-American businessman George Nader. Nader revealed at the meeting that the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia wanted to aid Trump in his bid for the presidency, according to the newspaper.

The meeting also reportedly included now-top White House aide Stephen Miller and Israeli social media expert Joel Zamel.

The August meeting is yet another secret huddle with a representative of foreign governments that may have provided illegal international aid to sway the American election. Just months earlier Donald Jr. and the president’s son-in-law and now senior White House aide Jared Kushner met at Trump Tower with a Russian lawyer connected to the Kremlin.

Prince, brother of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, acknowledged the meeting in an on-camera interview on Al Jazeera’s “Head to Head” aired Friday.

Asked by host Mehdi Hasan why he didn’t reveal the meeting in his congressional testimony, Prince insisted he had. When his actual response was read back to him, he suggested the transcript was “wrong,” drawing titters from the interview audience.

He later also insisted that “not all of the discussion that day was transcribed.”

A lawyer for Trump’s son confirmed to the Times after its story that “prior to the 2016 election, Donald Trump Jr. recalls a meeting with Erik Prince, George Nader and another individual who may be Joel Zamel.”

I rarely agree with silver spoon up ass bill Maher.

"On Friday’s broadcast of HBO’s “Real Time,” host Bill Maher stated that the debate over Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) “became an issue for the Democrats of, we can’t censure this person. Because it’s a woman, and a person of color.”

Maher began by saying that people can criticize Israel without being antisemitic, and Omar “might be” an antisemite."

Might, no Son, she is and proudly so like Obama.

Not one.

Not at any time.

Look at the title of McCabe's book?

“The Threat: How the FBI Protects America in the Age of Terror and Trump.”

He openly admits that he believes that the FBI had to "protect" America from the President that they had just duly elected, fair and square.

He openly admits that he felt that it was up to the FBI to undo the election and "protect" Americans from Trump.

You may agree with him...

But if you do, then you are openly advocating that not only does a deep state exist, but that you believe it "should" exist.

CHT is Woodstock for the cognitive and psychological liars.

Comedian and talk-show host Bill Maher shared his thoughts on the annual Conservative Political Action Committee (CPAC), criticizing a speaker’s comment about God's opinion on President Donald Trump and calling it a “virtual Woodstock of the mentally impaired.”

During his show on Friday, Maher said the annual convention featured a variety of speakers including, Glenn Beck, Representative Devin Nunes, Judge Jeanine Pirro and even Trump, himself. In criticizing the lineup of speakers, he called the conference a "virtual Woodstock of the mentally impaired."

Maher also told his viewers to stop acting surprised that Trump thinks he’s God’s gift to America because that’s the message some of his supporters are sending. The illustrate his point, he highlighted a segment of a speech of Mike Lindell, the inventor of MyPillow, delivered at CPAC.

In the speech, Lindell said “of course” Trump was the “greatest president in history” because he was “chosen by God.” The belief that God wanted Trump to win the election wasn’t unique to the MyPillow inventor and was a sentiment press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders expressed as well.

“I think God calls all of us to fill different roles at different times and I think that he wanted Donald Trump to become president, and that’s why he’s there,” Sanders said in January.

Another supporter said Trump’s election victory was God “giving us one more chance” and a recent poll found 25 percent of voters thought God wanted Trump to win the election.

Maher also called attention to the comparison that’s been made between Trump and King Cyrus. Cyrus ruled over Persia and is credited in the Bible with freeing the Jewish people living in Babylonia from captivity so they could build a temple in Jerusalem.

During a 2018 meeting in the Oval Office, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu summarized the story of King Cyrus and pointed to several people throughout history who took similar action, including Lord Arthur Balfour and former President Harry Truman.

“And we remember how, a few weeks ago, President Donald J. Trump, recognized Jerusalem as Israel’s capital,” Netanyahu said, according to the Times of Israel. “Mr. President, this will be remembered by our people throughout the ages. Others talked about it, you did it.”

Evangelicals have also made the comparison, and Maher claimed they did to solve a problem Trump created.

“They want to support a Republican president, but this particular one happens to be the least Christian one ever,” Maher said. “A man who loves flesh peddling, coveting, cursing, cheating, bullying, bragging, sloth, adultery and ripping off charities.”

Maher further described Trump as a man who “lies more than most of us pee” and could “go into a confessional booth and never come out.”

While Cyrus was a vessel for God’s will, Maher criticized the comparison with Trump, who he said is the “antithesis of what Christians are supposed to believe in.” Maher added that for the analogy to be accurate, Trump would have to be a foreign leader, as Cyrus was, helping America, which is the Jewish people in the comparison.

Ultimately, Maher reasoned that the comparison between Trump and Cyrus was proof that, "The Bible will always be used as a justifier for whatever you want."

In spite of the fact that there is no reasonable cause for such action?

Whitewater 34 years ago, Nixon said the same things.

Actually it's called the Constitution, Roger.

Fourth amendment clearly states:

"no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause"

I am sure that more people than Judicial watch understand how to read the constitution.

According to our laws, not only are violations of the fourth Amendment something that can get a case tossed out, but if someone with subpoena or warrant power does so "knowingly" without probable cause, it can be deemed to be against the law.

I believe that he has in one way or another cooperative with the Russians. He may have isolated himself by the use of others, but they acted upon the direction of the candidate and or President.

But of course, there is no actual evidence of it.

The House Intelligence Report.
The Senate Intelligence Report.

We all wait breathlessly for the Mueller Report. But I think we all sort of already understand that he has also found no evidence of it.

So after four investigations encompassing nearly three years of looking...

be careful what you wish for, alky...

It’s been said, “Law-abiding gun owners have over 300 million guns…and 12 trillion rounds of ammo. If we were a problem, you’d know it!”

But what if that “300 million” estimate is wrong?

According to these calculations, it is.

We believe that the correct number is much higher — somewhere between 412 and 660 million. You may wonder how we came to that number, so buckle up (and cringe, if you’re a math-phobe, although it never gets too theoretical): unlike most of the academics and reporters we linked above, we’re going to use publicly available data, and show our work.

What if we told you that one ATF computer system logged, by serial number, 252,000,000 unique firearms, and represented only those firearms manufactured, imported or sold by a relatively small number of the nation’s tens of thousands of Federal Firearms Licensees?

Absent a better idea, we can say that the US inventory of firearms is almost certainly between 412 and 660 million, not the lower numbers recently trumpeted in the media.

Weapons Man goes into great detail to explain the logic behind the calculation and after reviewing his work (particularly the numbers from the FFL on NICS checks), I’m convinced we own upwards of 600 million guns in America – which is more than double than what is being reported by the media.

So, I guess the saying really is true.

“Law-abiding gun owners have over 600 million guns… and 25 trillion rounds of ammo. If we were a problem, you’d know it!”
