This was a lawsuit trying to force the courts to release Stormy Daniels from her non-disclosure agreement. The courts, quite obviously saw this as sort of "moot" at this point, since Stormy has already violated it, and lost previous court cases on the subject. Moreover, there had been no legal attempts on the part of the President (or his legal team) to enforce the agreement at this point.
The main goal for Stormy and Avenatti was to keep a court case open for publicity sake and to be able to legally take depositions from Trump, Cohen and others involved. Something to keep Avenatti relevant and newsworthy. Their claims that this was a victory flies in the face of the very reason they opened this suit.
If you recall, Avenatti also took swipes at the last decision (which was the order for Daniels to pay Trump for his legal costs) by saying that it was a temporary victory and that overall the money was a drop in the bucket compared to what she was going to eventually win.
One might think that Avenatti might go away after this? Doubt it.

Omar had been an enthusiastic supporter of the Green New Deal and wanted to save the earth, but then she noticed something very disturbing when looking at a map of the earth: Earth is the planet on which Israel resides.
“You’ve been hypnotized by the Jews!” Omar accused a surprised Ocasio-Cortez. Omar then ripped up a copy of the Green New Deal. “This is just a plot to help Israel keep existing! Did AIPAC pay you off?”
Ocasio-Cortez was very apologetic, saying she hadn’t considered how her plan would affect Israel. She then vowed to change her plan so it might save the whole planet except where Israel resides.
“This is, like, a learning process,” Ocasio-Cortez later told reporters. “When I made the Green New Deal, I thought weather like storms and earthquakes were all caused by climate change, but now I’ve learned from Representative Omar that lots of that is actually from Jewish-controlled weather machines. So for the next version of the Green New Deal we will have to keep that in mind.”

I also can't imagine anybody else getting elected from MN-5. They knew exactly who they were voting for.
