I guess Trump will be sending them back to Mexico!!!

Appeals court rules Trump admin can temporarily continue to send asylum seekers back to Mexico
The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of President Trump Friday when it determined that the government can at least temporarily continue to send asylum seekers back to Mexico. The asylum program was scheduled to be shut down at midnight under an order from District Court Judge Richard Seeborg, but the White House had requested the appeals court to intervene.
Yes, you read that right. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Trump. Stop and let that sink in for a moment.

Obviously, it's not over till the fat lady (or the USSC) sings. But it is simply alarming how many anti-Trump Federal Court rulings are overturned on a appeal. Generally speaking most generic court decisions are not appealed, and many that are, are not determined to have enough merit to be heard. Of those that are heard, well less than half are ultimately overturned on appeal.

But the record for Trump breaks that trend. To date, there has not been a single case that has made it to the USSC that was not ruled in Trump's favor, and there have been quite a few overruled at the Appeals Court level. The reality is that the only times Trump has not "ultimately" prevailed in court is when he didn't appeal, which was generally because it made more sense to modify policy "just enough" to satisfy the court rather than take the time to challenge it.

These situations are basically nuisance rulings. Nothing more, nothing less.

The reality here folks, is that these lower level Federal Judges have nothing to lose by ruling against the President. They know that this will be popular with their liberal ilk, even if they are eventually overturned. A ruling like this (where the court ruled that the current President does not have the same executive power as the previous President are the silly ones).  But it's all part of the so called "resistance" even as some would argue that there is no such thing.

The pure statistics of this, demands that there really isn't a better explanation.

You'r bigoted President has won another assault on American integrity and standing in the world.

President Donald Trump finally got to implement a ban on transgender people in the military on Friday — nearly two years after he shot off tweets declaring the military “will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity.”

Lt. Col. Carla M. Gleason, a Pentagon spokesperson, told BuzzFeed News, “We are pleased that we are able to create and implement our own accessions policy,” adding that she is “not aware of any anecdotes up to this point” of military applicants or service members being penalized under the new rules.

The Pentagon has used a rhetorical sleight of hand to insist the new policy doesn’t actually ban transgender people, arguing service members can simply pretend they’re not and serve as their birth sex.

But it is certainly a ban.

You are going to regret your support for the expansion of executive power. Once the precident is set, when the next President decides that climate change is a national emergency, you will be hypocritical and condemn the President for using the executive power to pursue policies you disagree with.

That ship has already sailed. Obama spent eight years illegally writing law with his own pen. That's why Trump has been able to overturn so many of them.

Liberals are now calling illegal aliens a "human pestilence". Trump exposes them again.

I think what you "mean" to say is that the President has won a couple of more court cases that the left "originally" demanded he lost, because the lower court ruling of an anti-Trump district Judge was overturned.

Here is a clue Roger...

I was declared ineligible for military service because they could not guarantee that I could be provided with cortisone ointment if my eczema flared up.

You were declared ineligible for military service because they wouldn't guarantee you the orthotics needed to help with your flat feet.

Why on god's green earth should the military be forced to accept someone who wants a major surgery (on the military dime) and then extremely expensive daily hormone and medical treatments required for post surgery.

Cortisone ointment is like $5.00 a bottle.
A custom orthotic is a couple hundred dollars.

The cost of becoming transgender is into six figures. It's much more medically intrusive. While I might break out if I don't get my ointment and you might get sore feet, their entire operation can be hampered if they cannot be guaranteed their medication.

Imagine that person on the front lines, and the Captain having to figure out every day how to get that person their shots and meds?

It has nothing to do with bigotry.
