Many liberals and Democrats have been providing tips and tricks to deport-eligible illegals as to how to avoid ICE raids. Some of these are garden variety know your rights things, but others are suggestions that do not fall under such legal rights. To a large degree this is a fairly blatant attempt to provide a warning to those people in the country who are not here legally.
Make no mistake, ICE cannot deport them unless their presence in the country is actually breaking our immigration laws. ICE is simply attempting to do their job as a branch of our Law Enforcement community.
So here is the question. How is providing this aid and hindering our law enforcement not aiding and abetting or even the flat out obstruction of justice?
