Tiny house solution?

The problem here is that the price to build a tiny house is not at all tiny. Most of them are the size of a small camper, and in most cases are much more expensive to build than a camper of a similar cost. Now that could be that there is sort of a built in "premium" because tiny houses are sort of the rave with a certain type of person.

But if your plan is to build tiny houses for people to live in, why not just buy a bunch of small campers that can accomplish the same basic task, but at a cheaper cost? These campers could be moved to different locations if need be, and can be equipped with both heat and air conditioning for not much of a cost?

Or moreover, is it really cheaper to fill a lot with a bunch of tiny houses, when you could use the same lot to build an apartment building that would provide many more individual units at a much smaller cost? Of course, admitting that would bring us right back to the problem we currently have. Nobody wants to build low income apartments and nobody wants those low income apartments to be build in their neighborhood.

There's no value in these houses.

Better to just get the camper.
