C'mon Trump. You're not a socialist? Let's not lower yourself to the liberal level of "banning" things as a knee jerk reaction.— C.H. Truth (@C_H_Truth) September 12, 2019
We don't ban guns because some people are idiots. So why would we ban vape juice because some people are idiots? Stand up to this! Do the right thing! pic.twitter.com/MTSdtotzAS
First of all, the medical issues are not coming from anyone vaping over the counter flavored vape juice. Rather it comes almost exclusively from people buying "cartridges" off the street, most of which include THC. Most, if not all of the deaths, have nothing to do with that is being banned.
It's a classic case of attempting to skirt the issue of holding people accountable in favor of attempting to regulate tools used by those people to break the law. There are a hundred and one different ways to deal with this sort of problem without taking vape away from the fifteen million Americans using it responsibly and without medical issues.
Not sure if this will even go through, or if cooler heads prevail. whole hysteria has been caused over almost nothing in the grand scheme of things. Four hundred or so people have gotten sick and six people have died from what doctors consider vape related causes so far. That's about a reasonable day's work for cigarettes and alcohol, and nobody is pushing to ban those products. This is another case of media gas lighting of the public, and another example of a knee jerk political reaction.

Banning flavored vape juice is the wrong thing to do
This is really much like gun control arguments
And do you realize what is atomized to create the vape you dumb fuck???? Why don't you buy a Juul and start inhaling and get back to me on how you are making out?????? BTW, that substance you vape condenses in your lungs.....do you think that is a smart thing to do??????? bWAAAAAAAAA!!!! I am sure you allow your spawn to kill themselves...!!!!
What I realize Denny...
Is that vaping is seriously better for you than smoking. Most of the people I know who vape are using it as a replacement for cigarettes. You ban vaping and people will go back to cigarettes.
Moreover, 400 people is not an outbreak or an epidemic when you consider there are around 15 million people using the product. Moreover the products being banned are not even the products that caused the sicknesses or the handful of deaths.
Good god... it's amazing that you are actually "siding" with Trump on this one! Is it just to argue with me or do you think Trump is actually right?
I think there would be more research needed before you can say vaping is better than smoking.
I do know that while it may reduce a risk of lung cancer (depending on actually what you are inhaling) it doesn't reduce the risk of heart disease since vaping is just another delivery system for nicotine.
While I agree banning might be too draconian at this point, better labeling might be in order to better inform the user what exactly it is they are inhaling.
And if he/she decides to vape at that point, then it's on him/her/non-specified gender.
This is one the reasons legalizing marijuana is a stupid idea.
Deaths via vaping in 2019: 6
Deaths via guns in 2019: 10,018
Guess which one NRA prostitue DonaldTrump
is planning to ban? 😉
Well Common
I am going to disagree. I see people buying and using vaping liquids and THC products (where it is legal) as not much different than people buying guns.
These can be dangerous products in the wrong hands, but that should not prevent the vast majority of Americans to choose for themselves whether to own or used these products.
You smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, vape, or smoke pot and all can have adverse medical consequences, especially if not done in moderation.
Likewise, there are always safety concerns when having a gun in your house, especially if you are careless with it.
But legal adults should be allowed to make those choices, and the laws should only prevent people from abusing these products in manners that affect the rest of the country.
While people will bring up healthcare costs, that becomes a slippery slope. Do we also mandate some sort of exercise program so that people don't overeat or get out of shape and end up in the hospital more?
All of this is government overreach in favor of denying freedoms, all in the name of some sort of social consciousness that almost never actually directly applies to what is being done.
Alky, your team Won.

I will point out one critical difference; with a gun, you know what you are getting. With a vaping vial, you don't really know what you are getting. You are depending on the manufacturer to sale you a product that is relatively safe to ingest.
But with so little regulation of the vaping industry, you don't know for sure.
Anyway as it stands right now, I wouldn't vape. That is my personnel choice.
Is that vaping is seriously better for you than smoking.
Yeah, only a handful of deaths to date is much better Lil Scotty!!!!! BWAAAAAAAAA!!!!! What about high capacity magazines.....do you think those are better than single shots??????
@catturd2
I wonder if they'll let Andrew McCabe vape in prison.
