Third debate to be bigger than second?
Steyer received two percent in two different CBS polls that just came out. One in Iowa and one in Nevada. If I understand the DNC rules (and who really does) that should count as two more polls and put him over the 4 poll threshold with one to spare. Gabbart also hit 2% in the ABC national poll which I believe puts her just one poll short.
