The whistleblower's attorney, Andrew Bakaj, had no comment when asked about the claim that the individual did not have direct knowledge of the communication in question. When asked if the complaint deals with Ukraine, Bakaj again had no comment.

Two points.
1: The President does not deny that the conventions took place.
2: The President does not deny that the discussion was about getting an investigation into Biden's son.

"Assuming the reporting is true, I see three crimes here: (1) extortion by the president which is basically using a threat of withholding aid to obtain something of value, (2) a second crime is conspiracy to engage in extortion between the president and Rudy Giuliani, and (3) conspiracy to violate federal election law between the president and Rudy Giuliani to obtain foreign interference in the U.S. election."
Bottom line Scott is the President has been caught colluding with a foreign nation to get dirt on his strongest opponent in the next election.
This is the same damn thing as the meeting in the Gold Tower meeting to get dirt on his opponent. The only difference is that the President himself is party to the collusion.
