To this day the closest thing to a witness that the President had was that the GOP got to choose one of the four legal experts to make the case that the House did not have a legitimate impeachment case.
The only time in the world that the prosecution would garner 18 witnesses, allow none for the defense, hide transcripts, leak selectively to the media, and only parade out a handful of irrelevant and anti-Trump witnesses for public display...
