Parnas has not only been indicted, but he has been charged, is awaiting trial, and out on bail. Let's be clear, Parnas is indicted over campaign fraud and will likely be found guilty.
The upcoming trial will have little to do with Trump. Parnas and his partners illegally raised upwards of $325 million dollars from foreign donors for a particular Congressional candidate (thought to be Pete Sessions) and fudged the means in which that money was raised. There is some mention of Parnas and his group looking to gain political influence within Ukraine, but there doesn't appear to be specific charges regarding that.
PARNAS, 47, FRUMAN, 53, CORREIA, 44, all Florida residents, and KUKUSHKIN, 46, a California resident, are each charged with one count of conspiring to violate the ban on foreign donations and contributions in connection with federal and state elections, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. PARNAS and FRUMAN are also each charged with one count of conspiring to make contributions in connection with federal elections in the names of others, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison; one count of making false statements, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison; and one count of falsifying records to obstruct the administration of a matter within the jurisdiction of the FEC, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
Obviously, Parnas is facing upwards of 30 years in prison and would like nothing more than to leverage possible information (or cooperation) to reduce his potential prison time. But does he actually have any real information? Gowdy suspects not. I tend to agree.

This is just another "distraction" because Democrats (and people like yourself) know that this is going to end in the Senate within the next few weeks (if even that) and that once it does, the Democrat's will have zero leverage (political or otherwise) to continue to beat the dead horse!
