Iowa "almost" counted!

Sanders increased his lead in total votes by about 6000, is about 2500 ahead after the final alignment and has pulled effectively even in the state delegate count.

With 96% reporting, all that is left is the satellites, in which the Sanders team felt they did very well with. It looks as though this is Sanders to lose at this point, but there certainly seems to be little fanfare and quite a bit of lost in the shuffle.

Not sure at this point, why they have not provided more information on the actual delegate count? Are they really waiting for the lasts 4% to make a determination on the final 14 delegates? If I had to guess, I would say that both Sanders and Buttigieg will both end up with 15, Warren will collect 8 total, Biden picks up 2, and Klobuchar picks up 1. But I could be wrong!
