Changing the subject: Trump was absolutely wrong to state at the Prayer Breakfast that he does not like those "who use their faith as justification for doing what they know is wrong."

That statement is itself completely wrong.

Anyone who reads Mitt Romney's statement can see that he was deeply, prayerfully struggling to make his vote decision only on the basis of what he sincerely thinks is right.

Romney's conscious said...

Wrong. And his state disapproves of his actions by a huge margin.

But like most Dems he thinks he's the smartest guy in the room.

And he's not.

Mark Stein points out that Romney is the very reason we have Trump, that Romney let himself get pushed around so voters went to someone who doesn't.

heh:

(Bloomberg) -- The White House is weighing a plan to dismiss Alexander Vindman from the National Security Council after he testified in President Donald Trump’s impeachment inquiry, preparing to position the move as part of a broader effort to shrink the foreign policy bureaucracy, two people familiar with the matter said.

Any moves would come after the Senate on Wednesday acquitted Trump on a near party-line vote at the conclusion of the two-week impeachment trial. The White House intends to portray any house-cleaning as part of a downsizing of the NSC staff, not retaliation, according to the people.

The first thing Trump should do is purge his administration of all the disloyal elements.

Any bureaucrat who thinks he's in charge of policy instead of the elected commander in Chief should be sent to the street.

The irony of the whole impeachment fiasco it that the person who was hurt the most was Joe Biden.

When you get to know Democrat politicians, they really are that stupid.

and several of those stupid democrat chickens came home to roost this week -

on monday the dems completely screwed the pooch in iowa...

on tuesday trump destroyed them in the SOTU...

on wednesday trump was acquitted...
