This is what it has come to...

So a truck driver  made the mistake of driving down 35W which had been overrun by protesters Sunday evening. There was no barricades or signs declaring the road closed. He lawfully turned onto the highway after delivering gas to a local gas station (which ironically was owned by a black family). He was the only driver from that company willing to make the journey into Minneapolis to provide the gas.

The driver noticed that other cars had turned around and was coming back up the off ramp in the wrong direction. The driver of the semi-truck stated that did not feel he had room for his much larger vehicle to make that sort of redirected turn around.

The truck driver tried to drive through (slowly accelerating and honking his horn according to witnesses), but stopped when a woman fell off her bike in front of his truck. Nobody was injured and there is no indication from any one investigating that the driver had any bad intent, or that he even knew that the highway was overrun when he entered.

After the driver stopped, the truck was overwhelmed by protesters, the man was pulled out of the truck and beaten severely, until some of the protesters came to his aid and prevented further damage.

The truck driver was declared (without a shred of evidence) by local Democrats and media to be a white supremacist who was looking to run down protesters. Governor Walz expressed horror that he believed that the man was going to kill hundreds of people and provided praise for the people who helped him after he got beaten by the protesters.

The driver was arrested after the event and is still sitting in jail spending possible attempted assault charges. None of the people who actually beat up the driver were arrested, nor are they being sought out by the police.

IN SEARCH OF THE ELUSIVE WHITE NATIONALIST

Minnesota House Majority Leader Ryan Winkler holds a position of great power and perfectly represents the DFL brand in state politics. From the minute a tanker truck driver landed among “protesters” walking north on the bridge through downtown Minneapolis on Highway 35W last night, Winkler couldn’t wait to declare that he had finally found the elusive white nationalist sought in the maelstrom of destruction that hit us last week. The truck driver has been charged with assault, though “it is still…unclear whether the event was intentional or accidental” and the driver himself was pulled from the truck and assaulted when the truck came to a stop. The local CBS affiliate reports the story here.

Widely sought in connection with the wave of terrorism that hit the Twin Cities last week, the elusive white nationalist has yet to be sighted. The incident was replayed over and over on local television last night, yet it never matched up with Winkler’s fevered tweet, now deleted.

all these democrats have left is to desperately cling to the white supremacist lie. the alky was peddling that bullshit around here yesterday like it was his fucking job.

to hear the left describe it you can't swing a dead cat without hitting the second coming of hitler himself, while what it really is is just another glaring example of psychological projection from the left.

like the sun rising in the east... you can always be certain that whatever they're accusing the right of doing they're actually doing themselves.

That description of what happened with the truck and the truck driver was, I hope, not biased. We may want to hear some other descriptions of what happened.

Here is my description of something else that happened yesterday.

An entirely peaceful protest in front of the White House was disrupted by tear gas and militant units who pushed the crowd away so that the President could walk over to a church where he posed for a photo op holding up a Bible.

That Bible contains words of Jesus about loving our fellow human as we love ourselves and even loving our enemies and turning the other cheek and not returning evil with evil, and stating that someday the first will be last and the last first, and the poor and the oppressed will have plenty.

a complete lie. it was the Park Police and they fired smoke canisters, not tear gas. and that was in reaction to officers being pelted with water bottles.

just like with the claims of white supremacists, you cocksuckers have to lie because the truth makes you look like the shit that you are.

fuck off pederast, you despicable piece of shit.

Religion News:
Police Forced Priest from Church Before Photo

“The photo opportunity had an eerie quality: Trump said relatively little, positioned stoically in front of the boarded-up church, which had been damaged the day before in a fire during protests sparked by the death of George Floyd.

“The church appeared to be completely abandoned. It was, in fact, abandoned, but not by choice: less than an hour before Trump’s arrival, armored police used tear gas to clear hundreds of peaceful demonstrators from Lafayette Square park, which is across the street from the church.

“Authorities also expelled at least one Episcopal priest and a seminarian from the church’s patio.”

The White House released a video last night glorifying Trump’s photo op.

Not Everyone Liked Trump’s Photo Op

A senior White House official told Axios that when they saw the tear gas clearing the crowd for President Trump to walk to the church with his entourage:

“I’ve never been more ashamed. I’m really honestly disgusted. I’m sick to my stomach. And they’re all celebrating it. They’re very very proud of themselves.”

The guy was driving a tanker truck...

If his intentions was to hurt people, do you suppose he would have stopped for a women who fell down, and then allowed himself to be drug out of his truck and beaten?

Sometimes the people who are blocking a highway are the ones in the wrong... not the guy trying to get home from work.

Quote of the Day

“We long ago lost sight of normal, but this was a singularly immoral act. The president used force against American citizens, not to protect property, but to soothe his own insecurities. We will all move on to the next outrage, but this was a true abuse of power and should not be forgotten.”
— Brendan Buck, former top aide to Speaker Paul Ryan (R), quoted by Politico.

The Washington Post:
Biden Speaks In Philadelphia

Joe Biden, in speech to the nation, denounced President Trump’s actions against protesters and vowed to heal racial wounds.

Said Biden:
“When peaceful protestors are dispersed by the order of the President from the doorstep of the people’s house, the White House — using tear gas and flash grenades — in order to stage a photo op at a noble church, we can be forgiven for believing that the president is more interested in power than in principle. More interested in serving the passions of his base than the needs of the people in his care.”

He added:
“Look, the presidency is a big job. Nobody will get everything right. And I won’t either. But I promise you this. I won’t traffic in fear and division. I won’t fan the flames of hate. I will seek to heal the racial wounds that have long plagued this country – not use them for political gain.”

Election Officials Contradict Barr on Counterfeit Ballots

“Current and former election administrators said it would be virtually impossible for a foreign country to produce and mail in phony absentee ballots without detection, an issue Attorney General William Barr raised as a serious possibility in an interview published Monday.”

The New York Times:
GOP Fears Trump Criticism of Mail Voting Will Hurt Them

“Republican officials and strategists warned that if a wide partisan gap over mail voting continues in November, Republicans could be at a disadvantage, an unintended repercussion of the president’s fear-mongering about mail ballots that could hurt his party’s chances, including his own.

“In Pennsylvania, Iowa, Indiana and New Mexico, all states voting on Tuesday that broadly extended the option to vote by mail this year, a higher share of Democrats than Republicans have embraced mail-in ballots.”

Jonathan Bernstein says:
Trump’s Re-Election Chances Are Dwindling

“After a month of bad news, President Donald Trump’s approval ratings have taken another hit. He’s in serious trouble for re-election.

“Most of the damage is on the disapproval side. On May 1, Trump was at 43.3% approval and 50.7% disapproval, according to the estimate at FiveThirtyEight, which is based on an adjusted average of all the polls out there. Now? Although his approval is down just a bit, to 42.9%, his disapproval is up another three percentage points and sits at 53.6%. Two months ago, Trump was getting his best approval numbers since his brief honeymoon; now, he’s lost all of that and is back to where he’s been for most of the past two years.

“As was the case last month, that means that his numbers resemble those of the last two elected presidents to be defeated for a second term, George H.W. Bush and Jimmy Carter. He’s solidly behind Barack Obama and George W. Bush, both of whom won re-election in reasonably contested efforts, and far behind landslide winners Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan and Bill Clinton.”

*** NOTICE OF CONSTANT SPAMMING and USE OF TAEGAN GODDARD's POLITICAL_LIRE ***

Regular readers of this blog know the constant spamming, lying and obsession for that left-wing Taegan Goddard blog by a certain poster. That poster james, also called the "pastor" (which he claims to be even if you can't tell by his actions) is the POS responsible and considers his mindless rude behavior his hobby. Sometimes he credits Taegan Goddard, sometimes he doesn't.

He has descended so far into TDS and desperation he fills every discussion thread with what people have described as an avalanche of spam. If this is being posted today is no different. He even gets his edited news from that site and spams that if he thinks it will hurt Trump. Every day he repeats what that site posts, regardless of topic. It gets so bad he feels the need to even repeat his spam multiple times in a single thread as well as posting in every active thread the very same spam.

He has exhibited the same mental deterioration as Joe Biden and his postings should be given the same consideration. Both their heads will probably explode when it becomes obvious that Trump will win a second term. Biden will not even notice his head did.

I'm JAMES'S FUCKING DADDY and I APPROVE OF THIS MESSAGE

NOTE TO READERS:
--Retired pastor James, an old white POS who will waterboy forever from his ultra-liberal GODdard and savior political_lire's blog.

No matter what the thread topic is.

And will try and do whatever it takes or approve of any means, legal or illegal, to dispose of a duly elected president.

Correction, my bad:
Make that 16 times a day, not 17.

The Washington Post says:
Trump Has Averaged 16 ‘False Claims’ Each Day

It’s no longer a question as to whether President Trump will exceed 20,000 false or misleading claims by the time his current term is completed. Instead, we have to ask: Will he top 25,000?

As of May 29, his 1,226th day in office, Trump had made 19,127 false or misleading claims, according to the Fact Checker’s database that analyzes, categorizes and tracks every suspect statement he has uttered. That’s almost 16 claims a day over the course of his presidency.

So far this year, he’s averaging just over 22 claims a day, similar to the pace he set in 2019.

The Washington Post needs to go back and re-assign all its "false" claims on President Trump regarding Russian/Trump "collusion" and instead credit those to themselves.

As well as all the "dossier" claims, Flynn claims, no spying claims etc. etc. etc.

Looks like a mountain of falsehoods for the FAKE NEWS Washington Post and political_lire and assisted by the lying "pastor".

and I won't even "post" the boilerplate here though I could.

Historians of America will say,

The President who holds the record for the number of proven lies told while in office was be Trump.

The President who holds the record for alienating our best and oldest allies was Trump.

The President who holds the record for destroying the progress being made against global warming and reversing some of the gains toward a more healthy planet was Trump.

The President who holds the record for worsening race relations by encouraging white supremacists, Neo-Nazis, KKKers, and and anti Semitic and other Aryan Nation groups to flourish was Trump.

The President who holds one of the records for increasing the gap between the wealthy and the poor was Trump.

The President who proudly announced that he had greatly improved America's relationships with the dictators of North Korea and Russia is remembered for naively worsening rather than bettering those relationships to their advantages, not ours.

The President who put millions of our people out of Obamacare by falsely promising to do away with it in order to replace it with something better is remembered and excoriated for that unkept promise.

And the list goes on and on and on...
