Now of course, there really isn't any structural difference between what Trump's order includes and what was passed when Slow Joe was Vice President. There is no more reason to believe that it puts anyone at risk than it did when the same thing was done when Slow Joe was Vice President. Lastly, there is nothing in the executive order that "layouts" anything regarding any sort of "road map" to any permanent cuts. That is simply a blatant lie disguised as a fear rhetoric.
Do you believe Biden? That really is the question here, folks. If you truly believe that a payroll tax vacations are a danger to society when enacted by Trump, but a big help to Americans and the Economy when done by Obama, then just go ahead and lock step your way to the voting booth and vote for whomever the MSM tells you to!
