Yes, Biden dominated mail in ballots but...
The next two columns are what exit polling showed specific for the State of Pennsylvania. 92% of Democrats, 7% of Republicans, and 52% of Independents voted for Biden. Meanwhile, 8% of Democrats, 91% of Republicans, and 44% of Independents voted for Trump.
You can then use those numbers to calculate the number of expected raw vote totals for each candidate based on what has been provided. Obviously those numbers are not absolute, but are the best representation of what we might have expected based on what we know.
What is shows is that Biden should have won approximately 67% of the mail in vote, or slightly more than 2 times what Trump got. This would add up to what we see in the spreadsheet. Biden winning the count 1.758 million votes to 833K and recording approximately 925K more votes than Trump in the mail ballot counts.

But some people argue even within the Demographic partisan breakdown, that it's possible that Biden got better percentages than Trump in mail in ballots. Fair enough. So let's give five percent to Biden in both the Democrat and GOP vote total and add 10% to his share of the Independents. Let's see that that looks like.
As you can see, the super-turbo charged Biden mail-in advantage on steroids would actually garner him a 1.217 million vote advantage over Trump, or nearly a 300,000 larger vote advantage than he would have if we just assumed that Democrats, Republicans, and Independents were true to form.
But here is the kicker... Trump won the same day vote in Pennsylvania by 1,321,889 votes (2,731,230 - 1,409,341) - meaning he would still be ahead by over 100,000 votes even if you supercharged the Biden advantage in mail in voting.
What "actually" happened is that Biden won the mail in ballot county by over 1.4 million votes, or by the margin of over 3.3 to 1 (1995691-595538).
That would take Biden winning 100% of the Democratic ballot count, 15% of the Republican vote and 70% of the Independent votes (or some wild percentages around those ranges). Is it any wonder that the back of the envelope calculations made it look like Biden was not going to be able to catch Trump in Pennsylvania and is it any wonder why even the Biden campaign was virtually conceding on election night that they would need to get to 270 without Pennsylvania?
It's one thing for a count to shock the pundits, but it's quite another to shock the campaign itself.

SWEDEN GIVES UP ON THE “SWEDISH EXPERIMENT”
As we have noted often on Power Line, Sweden took a different approach to the Wuhan coronavirus than that of its neighbors and, pretty much, the rest of Europe. It eschewed harsh lockdown measures. The hope was that Sweden could avoid an economic meltdown.
There was also the hope that Swedes might fairly quickly develop herd immunity to the virus. However, it’s important to note that Sweden did not go all in on achieving herd immunity. Authorities strongly recommended social distancing, working from home, and avoiding unnecessary travel, among other precautions. Apparently, compliance was fairly high.
Since embarking on its experiment, Sweden has been extremely hard hit by the pandemic, compared to its neighbors. According to Worldometer, there have been 689 deaths from the virus per one million people in Sweden. In Norway there have been only 65; in Denmark 147; in Finland 74. (However, Sweden’s per capita death number compares favorably to those of the U.S. and big European nations like the UK, Spain, France, and Italy.)
Nor have the Swedes developed herd immunity. In the last two months, new reported cases have skyrocketed — from a previous high of around 1,500 new cases per day (in July) to around 6,500 per day now.
New cases are spiking almost everywhere. However, Sweden’s spike is more pronounced than Norway’s, even though the Norwegians made no effort to achieve herd immunity. Reportedly, hospitalizations are rising faster in Sweden than any other European country
Dr. Anders Tegnell, the civil servant who pushed for the Swedish experiment, now says “we see no signs of immunity in the population that are slowing down the infection right now.” “The issue of herd immunity,” he adds, “is difficult.”
What about the economic benefits of not shutting down the economy? According to Lars Calmfors, professor emeritus in International Economics at Stockholm University, Sweden’s decline in GDP is considerably smaller than the drop in southern European countries and the United Kingdom, and is one to three percentage points smaller than in Denmark, Germany and the United States. However, Sweden’s decline in GDP exceeds that of Finland and Norway.
Calmfors points out that such comparisons can be misleading due to differences in the structure of various national economies. However, he concludes that the benefit Sweden’s economy accrued hasn’t been worth the excess (in comparison to its neighbors) loss of lives. I think he’s right, absent evidence of other adverse health consequences (e.g. a spike in suicides or deaths and serious illnesses from medical procedures foregone) that Sweden’s neighbors have incurred and Sweden has avoided.
The Swedish government appears to agree. Sweden has backed away from its experiment. Authorities have banned gatherings of more than eight people. Prime Minister Stefan Lofven is advising Swedes: “Don’t go to the gym, don’t go the library, don’t have dinner out, don’t have parties — cancel!”
Swedes can be excused for saying “now he tells us.”
The video was of election workers at the State Farm Arena in Fulton County. According to the affidavits of Republican poll watchers, they and the press were asked to leave at around 10 p.m., told that the vote counting was going to stop until the morning. But when the press and the Republican observers left, four election workers stayed behind, continuing to count without any observers, in violation of the law, said the Trump campaign team, and pulling out suitcases (boxes) described as ballots that were hidden under a desk away from all the other ballots. Then they allegedly scan and count ballots, unobserved, for hours, according to the campaign team. They had three machines there that could scan up to thousands of ballots an hour each.
