Regarding the Vogue cover:
Both the Harris campaign and the editors of Vogue had agreed on a cover that would show Harris in a baby blue pants suit. For some reason the editors switched to the present cover, which shows Harris wearing what look like old fashioned tennis shoes (which she did wear at times on the campaign).
