Biggest lies about the Georgia law and why Democrats really hate it

Some of these have been debunked, while others still live on...
  • That the new law decreases the allowed time to vote. In fact the law extends the early voting times, adds an extra Saturday, and even allows for busier Counties to open on Sundays if they so choose. The original lie suggested that replacing "normal business hours" language regarding early voting with 9:00-5:00 was in fact limiting the election day voting hours. Election day hours remain the same with the caveat that if you are in line by 7:00 you are allowed to vote. Moreover, the 9:00-5:00 early voting requirement is the minimum required time,. Busier counties can be open from 7:00-7:00 to accommodate heavier early voting traffic .
  • That the new law makes it a crime for anyone to provide food or water for voters who are in line. Again, the new law does nothing of the sort. It only limits the food or water to either come from actual food and beverage vendors, handed out by poll workers, or be left at self service stations. This portion of the law would provide no hardship for anyone standing in line. The only limitations being placed are on the advocacy groups who have made it a habit of handing out water while implicitly or even explicitly campaigning at a polling station against Federal law.
  • That the new law is reducing the number of drop boxes. Another complete fabrication. In fact, there is nothing in the current law that allows or any drop boxes of any sort. Drop boxes came about because of Covid and because of a one time executive order specific 2020 election. Without the new law, there would be no drop boxes anywhere. So the new law actually codifies the concept of drop boxes into the law and will require every county to have at least one drop box. It does not limit the amount of drop boxes to that amount, but rather offers that counties should have one drop box for every polling station. While this might end up being less drop boxes than some counties saw in 2020, we have to keep in mind that the entire concept of drop-boxes were a reaction to the pandemic (which will not likely be an issue in our subsequent elections).
  • That the new law is making it harder to submit an absentee ballot. This is tied to the law requirement that the driver's license or state ID number be entered on the ballot and verified by the election workers. This would only be harder on someone who does not actually have the driver's license or ID to get the number from. Considering Georgia has a voter ID law for those who vote in person, the requirement to provide ID to vote absentee seems logical. Obviously this should make it virtually impossible for dead people to vote (assuming their death certificate has been submitted and ID indefinitely suspended). It also reduces the possibilities of fraud in many other situations.
What do the Democrats not like about the law?
  • That is provides greater election authority to the State Election board and removes it from the Secretary of State and individual counties. This might be the biggest problem that the Democrats see. Their candidates live or die based almost entirely on the ballot counts that come from a handful of large counties generally run exclusively by Democrats. They really are not going to like giving up the control that these counties currently have. More to the point, the election board will have greater authority to perform performance reviews of the local officials and replace or suspend those officials who are not measuring up. When your bread and butter relies on your big counties taking days or even weeks to finish their counts, randomly finding new ballots along the way, these sorts of performance reviews are not welcome.
  • That counties will be required to provide and publish the total number of votes cast by each method by 10:00 PM on election night. The publishing of the total vote totals is quite interesting and likely reflects the 2020 issues where a couple of major Democratic counties made middle of the night determinations that they had tens of thousands more ballots than they first believed. The concept of these large Democratic counties continuing to "find" new ballots to count (sometimes days later) is an amazing concept when you stop to think about it. But by simply looking at the voter roll signatures, along with absentee ballot signatures should make knowing the total number of votes not all that difficult. Once that total has been determined and declared, we should not be seeing any more "found" ballots popping up in these counties. At least not without a very good explanation.
  • That counties will be required to  be done counting all absentee or mail-in votes by 5:00 the next day. This one will especially stick in the craw of Democrats and the ability of their large counties to deliver the big push, many times after everyone else has finished their counts. Almost as if they want everyone else to finish so they can see what they might "need" before finishing their own counts. Obviously absentee ballots are the most prone to possible fraud. With the total number already declared the night before and the requirement that they all be counted by the next day, that will eliminate much of the possibility of any tampering.
  • That workers from other smaller counties will be required to assist with the counts of larger counties. This is tied to the previous portion of the law that will requires all counties provide their results in a more timely manner. Again, in theory this should be a welcome condition for these larger counties often times burdened with large number of ballots. But it also would mean that workers from smaller counties (most likely Republicans) would be present to muddy up the waters for them. No longer will there be five Democratic operatives working all alone in the middle of the night feeding the same ballots through multiple times (as caught on tape). In theory those larger counties would have much needed help from other workers and not be placed in a position where they are alone in the middle of the night counting votes. Should be a good thing, but I suspect many Democrats don't like the idea of Republican poll workers crashing their ballot counting parties.
  • Pretty much nobody will be allowed to send out unsolicited absentee ballots. Another change that obviously reduces the chances of voter fraud, without actually preventing anyone who wants to vote absentee to be able to. If they request a ballot, they get one. If they don't request one than it will no longer be legal to just send it anyways. This avoids problems with people who may have moved having a ballot that they want sent to a new address, being sent to a wrong address as well as preventing other types of issues. From a voter standpoint, the idea that you (and you alone) are in control of any absentee ballot being sent in your name should be comforting for the voter. Not so much for the Democratic Party.
  • The law also will require larger precincts to be split in subsequent elections if they cannot keep lines under a certain time limit. Obviously, this should make for an easier and more transparent voting experience, and also means that there would be less chance to see the sort of statistical anomalies that these larger precincts seem to produce. But for some reason this is another issue that Democrats were against.
  • Other security measures regarding special paper being used on mail in ballots and other types of tests and images being made public before the election are being enacted, and were done so over the objection of Democrats in Georgia. Democrats claim that they are worried about the cost of some of these security changes and that they would like to see more input from the local officials (guessing the Democrats in charge of the big counties) before enacting these changes. Obviously they lost that argument.

The Devil went down to Georgia
He was lookin' for a soul to steal
He was in a bind 'cause he was way behind
And he was willin' to make a deal
When he came across this young man
Sawin' on a fiddle and playin' it hot
And the Devil jumped upon a hickory stump
And said, "Boy, let me tell you what"

"I guess you didn't know it, but I'm a fiddle player, too
And if you'd care to take a dare, I'll make a bet with you
Now you play pretty good fiddle, boy, but give the Devil his due
I'll bet a fiddle of gold against your soul
'Cause I think I'm better than you"

The boy said, "My name's Johnny, and it might be a sin
But I'll take your bet, you're gonna regret
'Cause I am the best that's ever has been

Johnny, rosin up your bow and play your fiddle hard
'Cause Hell's broke loose in Georgia and the Devil deals the cards
And if you win, you get this shiny fiddle made of gold
But if you lose, the devil gets your soul

The Devil opened up his case and he said, "I'll start this show"
And fire flew from his fingertips as he rosined up his bow
And he pulled the bow across the strings and it made a evil hiss
And a band of demons joined in, and it sounded somethin' like this

When the Devil finished
Johnny said, "Well, you're pretty good ol' son
But sit down in that chair right there
And let me show you how it's done"

"Fire on the Mountain", run, boys, run
The Devil's in the house of the risin' sun
Chicken in the bread pan pickin' out dough
Granny, does your dog bite? No, child, no

The Devil bowed his head because he knew that he'd been beat
And he laid that golden fiddle on the ground at Johnny's feet
Johnny said, "Devil, just come on back if you ever wanna try again
I done told you once, you son of a bitch
I'm the best that's ever been" he played

"Fire on the Mountain", run, boys, run
The Devil's in the house of the risin' sun
The chicken in the bread pan pickin' out dough
Granny, will your dog bite? No, child, no

On every major issue facing the nation today, the response from the left is always, consistently a pile of fucking LIES. And they get away with it because of their ability to cancel a person or even a corporation with the brand of "racist" which everyone fears more than anything.

Somehow we need to find the courage to tell the left - GO FUCK YOURSELF - every time they pull this shit. And these "woke" assholes need to be publicly exposed, mocked, and shamed. Don't cancel them. Which is what I wrote.

Current law provides for no drop boxes. The new law will require one drop box per voting precinct, which is obviously an improvement over the previous laws.

But herein lies the problem, Roger. Many Governors went too far in their executive orders that created things like drop boxes, extended voting times, loosening of absentee requirements, and such because of Covid. The courts have already ruled several of these illegal and ordered they not be used in future elections.

Much of the criticism of this was the idea that these Governors were attempting to bypass legislation and that their idea would be that once they provided these things (on an emergency basis) that they would be expected in future elections.

Drop boxes were specifically provided because it would avoid people from having to to into a building and deliver their ballots... because it was better for social distancing, etc. The "emergency" means to do this was basd on Covid, not based on anything else.

So the fact that drop boxes will still used in Georgia is an improvement over the previous law. Without that law, there would be zero drop boxes for the 2022 election and every election moving forward.

We cannot expect that every executive decision made because of Covid be codified into law by Legislature as a continuing means. Much of it was designed for a one time shot, Federal Government provided financial assistance to help get these things down, all as a reaction to Covid.

it's dishonest to say that something in between where the Georgia law stood and what was done to accommodate Covid is a step backwards. There was never any way that what happened in 2020 would ever be normalized to every election.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

The bottom line is that they are trying to decrease the turnout. Because just a few thousand votes in Georgia gave the Democrats the Senate majority and again the White House.

You don't like the Jim Crow rhetoric, but the underlying reason is to keep the majority of Americans to choose their leaders Scott. It's not liberal vs conservatives. We the people matter.

There was never any way that what happened in 2020 would ever be normalized to every election.

And this is what infuriates democrats the most. They never gave a flying fuck about Covid or enacting special rules to keep people safe from it. What they saw and moved to capitalize on and exploit was voting methods that obviously favored THEM.

All one needs to do is look at the rhetoric being thrown about regarding the electoral measures being debated and ask yourself one question -

Does this benefit the democrats or the GOP?

The truth is that laws like GA just passed don't benefit anyone. All it does is serve to return integrity to the process.

And THAT - returning integrity to the process - has democrats howling in pain, and LYING about it because telling the truth about it provides them with no benefit.

Integrity to a democrat is like garlic and a crucifix to a vampire.

C.H. Truth said...

Sorry Roger... zero evidence of that. Not a slice of evidence. They cannot point to one single voter (not one) who will not be able to vote because of any of these changes.

NOT ONE SINGLE VOTER Roger.

Not one. That is the bottom line and you cannot prove differently.

But what it WILL DO is make sure that no more absentee ballots will be counted without a valid signature or Identification. It will prevent those large Democratic counties from "finding" extra votes days later. It will also make sure that everyone is not sitting around waiting a week later for Fulton and other large Democratic counties to... finish.... their counting.

Scott,

For the 2020 election, there were 94 drop boxes across the four counties that make up the core of metropolitan Atlanta: Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett. The new law limits the same four counties to a total of, at most, 23 drop boxes, based on the latest voter registration data. The number could be lower depending on how many early-voting sites the counties provide.

There won’t just be fewer drop boxes. Instead of 24-hour access outdoors, the boxes must be placed indoors at government buildings and early-voting sites and will thus be unavailable for voters to drop off their ballots during evenings and other nonbusiness hours.

The measure is likely to have the effect of pushing absentee voters to return ballots through the mail.

The current Republican appointee has made the mail system much slower than before.

Like them or not, it's still an attempt to reduce voter turnout.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Putting the boxes inside buildings that would make people stand in lines for hours!

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Georgia counted the votes three times and found almost zero fraud.

C.H. Truth said...

WHAT FUCKING STUPID THING TO SAY, EVEN FOR YOU!!!!!!! Sad you feel that governors going too far to make voting easier does not warrant your approval!!!!!!

Well it does require a Judges approval and ultimately legislation (as the constitution requires States to follow election laws, not executive orders).

Had Roberts not been a ninny or had Coney Barrett been sworn in at the time, we would have never seen ANY of these executive actions executed without the legislation stepping in as well. But some of them slipped through 4-4 upholding prior to Coney Barret, but then once she joined Roberts had an odd change of heart and started voting with the majority and against these actions.

Since the election we have already had three executive orders (most regarding the handling of absentee ballots) overturned and the courts have ordered that election officials cannot follow them moving forward. There are still others waiting to see their date.

Keep in mind, Denny...

That many of these had nothing to do with making it easier to vote. They made it easier to vote without ID or the orders required poll workers to bypass normal security measures.

You want to extend hours for early voting or even election day voting. I have no issues with that, what-so-over. Extend it all you want. Make it 24-7 for ten weeks before the election. Whatever. All long as the voters have ID and are eligible they should have every access to vote.

But you keep the same security requirements for mail-in ballots as you do for voting in person. You make sure that every county is using the same process to count their votes and that it is done transparently and with poll watchers present and given access.

This law does far more to the "counting" process that it does to the voting process. That, Denny, is what has Democrats up in arms. They don't want any changes or any additional security or any additional supervision or any additional auditing done to how they "count" the ballots.

Have to wonder why, huh?

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Last year, Fulton County, which includes most of Atlanta, had two recreational vehicles that traversed the county during the early voting periods, effectively bringing polling sites to people at churches, parks and public libraries. In the November election, more than 11,200 people voted at the two vehicles in Fulton County.

Georgia has now outlawed this practice, unless the governor declares a state of emergency to allow it — something that Mr. Kemp, a Republican, is unlikely to do given that it could increase voter turnout in Atlanta.

____

My guess is that you will say that because the covid-19 pandemic is gone, that they don't have a reason to send RV's in minority neighborhoods

C.H. Truth said...

Well Roger... you can keep repeating yourself till you are blue in the face. It doesn't change that I am not disagreeing with the idea that the drop boxes will be different than they were in 2020.

They should be. Because many measures (that otherwise don't make sense) were implemented because of Covid. Drop boxes being one of them. Without the new law there would be ZERO drop boxes in the next election.

You do get that Roger? There is nothing in the current Georgia law that allows for Drop boxes and the Governor cannot just sign another executive action to allow them without an emergency (such as Covid).

We also have to look at the fact that several Drop boxes were believed to be tampered with and at least one went missing. That is the downside to having drop boxes accessible without any security. There is going to be a happy medium to making it easier to drop off a ballot and still maintaining the security of that ballot. Personally I would never drop my ballot off in a box on the street with nobody there to guard it. But that is just me.

Caliphate4vr said...

C.H. Truth said...

Same principle, Roger.

The previous law did not have mobile voting stations either. More to the point if Fulton county provides mobile voting, then why isn't mobile voting provided to everyone?

You can get away with something like that in an emergency executive action, but if you were to try to legislate mobile voting that is not accessible to everyone, then your law becomes unconstitutional under the 14th amendment and it would never fly.

The idea of providing mobile voting to the entire state is obviously something that might make sense to some degree, but I think it would have a very low cost effectives if you had to do it statewide (which they would) and in many places that would not benefit much from it.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

In the modern era it's quite simple to provide 24 hour surveillance cameras at every drop off box, instead of reducing the number and putting them inside voting locations.

If they change the rules, even we could agree.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

Scott, a few changes in the legislation could let the people decide.

A conservative view of HR 1

 is what it will do

Increase fraud by limiting the ability of states to clear out, update and improve voter registration databases. It also would require states to register as voters virtually anyone who interacts with government - including those who have come into the country illegally and are not citizens.Increase criminal voting by eliminating the ability of individual states to determine whether formerly incarcerated felons can vote and, instead, impose a federalized rule enabling all former felons to cast ballots.Increase unverified mail-in votingby eliminating individual states' ID and postmark requirements to request or submit mail-in ballots.Lengthen the duration of Election Dayby extending mail-in voting to a federally mandated 60-day window.

Finally, it would give us less of what we need:

It would destroy the Federal Election Commission (FEC) by turning it into a partisan organization governed by a simple majority.More regulations, less free speech. The FEC would appoint a free-speech czar who would play a large role in funding campaigns and determining what speech is acceptable. It also would risk reprising the Obama administration's use of the IRS to target conservative organizations and donors with mandated public disclosures.

As is the case with almost everything in Washington today, all of this is being done under the guise of eliminating and correcting racism. It is true that one of America's most shameful chapters was denying Blacks and women their right to vote in the past. But Democrats shamelessly ignore their party's central role in that history, particularly the Jim Crow era with its racist laws, enacted starting in the late 19th century and enforced until the mid-1960s in some Democratic-controlled southern states. In fairness, too many Republican leaders also failed to send a clear message in the 1960s and '70s that racism had no standing in the GOP and that race should not be used to divide America - so neither party has clean hands. But, today, Democrats continue to divide America racially, all while ignoring their leading role in past racism.

Whenever one party controls all of the levers of power, particularly in Washington, there is a danger that its appetite for control will expand to match its unrestricted authority. This might seem like a good thing to that party's followers at the time - but it surely will seem much less so when the opposing party eventually wins control and takes advantage of the unfair rules imposed previously, or responds with its own one-sided regulations. That's why our electoral system is strongest and at its best when it relies on bipartisan regulations and compromise, and allows states to play their lead role. A bipartisan approach that honors federalism will lead to solutions that are fair to all sides, and guarantee the rights of all legal voters. regardless of race.

If we want to unify this country, it starts with everyone having confidence in how we run elections. That can happen, but only if both parties have a seat at the table and if the primary objective is to increase the opportunity to vote legally while shutting down all avenues of election fraud - not simply skewing the election process to the advantage of a single party. Nationalizing our election laws, especially by the fiat of one party as in H.R.1 and S.1, is not "reform."

President Joe Biden's infrastructure plan.

By David

Fox News host Chris Wallace on Sunday pressed a top Republican, Sen. Roy Blunt (MO), over Republican opposition to President Joe Biden's infrastructure plan.

"We're talking about raising the corporate tax rate from 21% to 28," Wallace explained. "When President Trump came in it was 35 so it's still a tax cut from where it was in 2017."

Wallace noted that Republicans want to block a tax increase for large corporations and instead pay for infrastructure with new taxes and fees on the average person.

ADVERTISING

"They're going to say you're protecting the fat cats and putting it all on the backs of the working class?" the Fox News host explained.

Blunt argued that the massive cut in corporate taxes under former President Donald Trump unleashed economic growth.

Wallace pressed: "I haven't heard you say it today but some of your colleagues in the Republican Party are complaining about this is going to explode debt, this is going to explode deficits."

The Fox News host pointed out that under Trump's leadership, the United States added over $3 trillion to the national debt before the pandemic while cutting taxes by $1.5 trillion.

"I guess the question is, when I hear, for instance, Mitch McConnell talking about now about, 'Well, debt and deficits,' hasn't the Republican Party, haven't you lost your credibility on this issue?"

Blunt insisted that both Democrats and Republicans have bad records on controlling budget deficits. He then attacked Democrats over the latest infrastructure bill.

"You can't spread that blame around if you decide you're going to do it all by yourself," Blunt said.

Sedition against the former???

Glynn Wilson –

The acting U.S. attorney leading the investigation into those involved in the January 6 Capitol insurrection appeared on CBS’s “Sixty Minutes” on Sunday and admitted that prosecutors are looking into former President Donald Trump’s role in inciting the violent riot, that some of the conspirators who planned the attack in advance could ultimately be charged with sedition to overthrow the government, and some could be charged with murder for the death of a Capitol Police officer.

Michael R. Sherwin, a federal prosecutor from Miami held over in the Washington, D.C. bureau of the Department of Justice by the Biden administration to continue the investigation, talked about witnessing the rally and riot in person while out for a jog.

As attorneys often are in interviews, Sherwin did not come right out and say Trump would be charged, or that some members of right-wing militia groups would be charged with sedition. But when pressed by Scott Pelley, he said the prosecution team is looking at the evidence and have not ruled that out.

Sherwin restated claims he made shortly after the attack that prosecutors were examining the conduct of the former president, who urged his supporters to attend the rally and fired them up with baseless claims of a stolen election to “fight like hell.”

“It’s unequivocal that Trump was the magnet that brought the people to D.C. on the 6th. Now the question is, is he criminally culpable for everything that happened during the siege, during the breach?” Sherwin said. “We have people looking at everything.”

He also admitted under questioning that evidence the government obtained most likely meets the legal bar necessary to charge some of the suspects with sedition.

“I personally believe the evidence is trending toward that, and probably meets those elements,” Sherwin said. “I believe the facts do support those charges. And I think that, as we go forward, more facts will support that.”

He won't run next time because he will be in trouble.

According to the report seven lifeguard chiefs and captains made more than $300,000 in 2019. Dozens of others made over $200,000.

The highest-paid assistant chief lifeguard earned more than $390,000 - earning more than 1,000 of his peers.

Overtime pay drove up the earnings.

Forbes also found the top 10 highest paid lifeguards were men.

Well first of all....

Since when do lead prosecutors in cases go on national television and do interviews on ongoing investigations and cases? Seems a bit politically motivated and lacking in pretty much any and all integrity and professionalism. In fact, it's pretty much against every single bit of moral and ethical behavior for any investigator or prosecutor to make public statements about people they have not charged.

You bring it in court, or you shut the fuck up.

More to the point.... it's been three months.

Either they have evidence to bring these charges or they don't. So either charge someone or stop going on National television and implying that you have the evidence. If you did, then those charges would already have been brought.

What a fucking hack. He should be disbarred.

The Governor of Oregon

Iowa enacted absentee voting in 1915, yet Republican legislators have proposed shortening the return window which will almost guarantee thousands more voters see their ballots rejected each election. Eighty percent of Arizonans voted by mail in 2020 but Republicans want to sabotage the state’s permanent early voting list and drop people off the list if they skip voting in some elections. For the past 16 years, Georgia voters have enjoyed access to no-excuse absentee voting and Republicans want to end that altogether.

Inclusion, equity and accessibility are the future of voting. That vision seems to terrify Republicans and in states where they control the legislature they are actively working to disenfranchise voters by rolling back the historic expansion of voter access that occurred in 2020.

Exactly what I have been saying for years now

FDR was elected President in the throws of the ‘Great Depression’.
FDR knew that he would have to ‘Go Big’ to pull our Nation out of republican Herbert Hoover’s disaster.
FDR’s subsequent agenda, actions, and bills were called “The New Deal” and created the Greatest Economy in World History, a new vibrant and prosperous Middle Class, and lifted millions of American families out of poverty.
Now Joe Biden has a similar dilemma with an economy crushed by Covid and hundreds of thousands of businesses that have been forced to close their doors.
Joe knows he’ll have to go big to pull us out of this mess and is proposing what I call the ‘New Deal #2.’
My parents were hit hard with the ‘Great Depression’ scraping around for enough to eat while tending to sick parents. It was a very dark time for our Country, but FDR put people back to work and created Government programs and Agencies that opened opportunities for and helped common Americans because he realized, as President Joe Biden does, that the economy is built from the bottom up - not from the top down as many would have us believe. ‘Trickle Down’ for a number of reasons just never happens.
So, You go Joe - we’re behind you all the way.
It’s time!

King Charles

Charles Barkley says politicians 'divide and conquer' based on race to 'keep their grasp on money and power'

Charles Barkley says politicians seek to divide people based on race to "keep their grasp on money and power."

Barkley, a former athlete who is an analyst on Inside the NBA, said he finds "most white people and black people are great people," but politicians benefit by pitting them against one another.

"I think our system is set up where our politicians, whether they're Republicans or Democrats, are designed to make us not like each other, so they can keep their grasp [on] money and power," he said during a CBS broadcast prior to Saturday evening's March Madness games. "They divide and conquer."

Barkley said politicians don't have to live with the consequences of racial division because they don't live in the neighborhoods affected by their actions.

"We are so stupid, following our politicians, whether they are Republicans or Democrats, and their only job is, 'Hey, let's make these people not like each other. We don't live in their neighborhoods. We've all got money. Let's make the whites and blacks not like each other. Let's make rich people and poor people not like each other. Let's scramble the middle class.' I truly believe that in my heart," he added.

Obama hated Putin. We didn't know quite why that is.

It could be the Deep State hates Russia’s refusal to go ‘woke’ and the Kremlin’s gay propaganda law, which prevents the instruction of the homosexual lifestyle to minors. It could be because the Cold Warriors who remain have old Soviet grudges to settle. It could be because Russia is just an easy ‘bad guy’.

The Deep State has blamed everything on the Kremlin, and ignored the existential elephant threat in the room to America’s existence – the Chinese Communist Party. We are not saying the Kremlin is angelic, quite the opposite. However, Russia is simply not currently a threat to America’s existence. China definitely is, as we have witnessed by the recent coup where Beijing committed cyber acts of war.

Russia is a dangerous adversary, but you can sometimes work with dangerous adversaries. You can’t work with those who want to destroy you at all costs – like the CCP. President Trump found that out the hard way.

Let’s also admit another inconvenient (or convenient depending on your point of view) truth about Joe Biden – he doesn’t even know where he is, and is not running The White House. So who is? We think it is Barack Obama.

The Democrats are the second coming of the holocaust with the assistance of Phyzer according to......

changes in variants irrelevant.

“I cannot say strongly enough: The stories around variants and need for top up vaccines are FALSE. I am concerned there is a very malign reason behind all this. It is certainly not backed by the best ways to look at immunity. The claims always lack substance when examined, and utilize various tricks, like manipulating conditions for testing the effectiveness of antibodies. Antibodies are probably rather unimportant in host protection against this virus. There have been a few ‘natural experiments’, people who unfortunately cannot make antibodies, yet are able quite successfully to repel this virus. They definitely are better off with antibodies than without. I mention these rare patients because they show that antibodies are not essential to host immunity, so some contrived test in a lab of antibodies and engineered variant viruses do NOT justify need for top up vaccines.

“The only people who might remain vulnerable and need prophylaxis or treatment are those who are elderly and/or ill and do not wish to receive a vaccine (as is their right).

“The good news is that there are multiple choices available: hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, budesonide (inhaled steroid used in asthmatics), and of course oral Vitamin D, zinc, azithromycin etc. These reduce the severity to such an extent that this virus did not need to become a public health crisis.”

Do you feel the FDA does a good job regulating big pharma? In what ways does big pharma get around the regulator? Do you feel they did so for the mRNA injection?

“Until recently, I had high regard for global medicines regulators. When I was in Pfizer, and later CEO of a biotech I founded (Ziarco, later acquired by Novartis), we interacted respectfully with FDA, EMA, and the U.K. MHRA.
Always good quality interactions.

“Recently, I noticed that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) had made a grant to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)! Can that ever be appropriate? They’re funded by public money. They should never accept money from a private body.

“So here is an example where the U.K. regulator has a conflict of interest.

“The European Medicines Agency failed to require certain things as disclosed in the ‘hack’ of their files while reviewing the Pfizer vaccine.

“You can find examples on Reiner Fuellmich’s “Corona Committee” online.

“So I no longer believe the regulators are capable of protecting us. ‘Approval’ is therefore meaningless.

“Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg and I petitioned the EMA Dec 1, 2020 on the genetic vaccines. They ignored us.

“Recently, we wrote privately to them, warning of blood clots, they ignored us. When we went public with our letter, we were completely censored. Days later, more than ten countries paused use of a vaccine citing blood clots.

“I think the big money of pharma plus cash from BMGF creates the environment where saying no just isn’t an option for the regulator.

“I must return to the issue of ‘top up vaccines’ (booster shots) and it is this whole narrative which I fear will he exploited and used to gain unparalleled power over us.

“PLEASE warn every person not to go near top up vaccines. There is absolutely no need to them.

“As there’s no need for them, yet they’re being made in pharma, and regulators have stood aside (no safety testing), I can only deduce they will be used for nefarious purposes.

“For example, if someone wished to harm or kill a significant proportion of the worlds population over the next few years, the systems being put in place right now will enable it.

“It’s my considered view that it is entirely possible that this will be used for massive-scale depopulation.”
