The Chauvin trial - all you need to know....

A new reality?

It started off with the prosecution arguing that Officer Chauvin put his knee across George Floyd's neck and choked the life out of him.

Twelve days later the prosecution is arguing with defense witness as to whether or not Officer Chauvin's knee restraint was inflicting any pain and whether it should or should not be considered use of force.

Angry at who? Blacks have only themselves to blame. They did a banner job of driving veteran cops from the force, and creating an environment where only the below average and inexperienced/unqualified remain. So a stupid rookie fucks up and kills one of them.

Gee pederast, we never saw THAT coming.

Fucking moron.

Daunte Wright choked a woman and threatened to shoot her if she did not hand over $820 she had stuffed in her bra, court papers obtained by DailyMail.com allege.

Wright was due to face trial on a charge of attempted aggravated robbery – with a possible maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Charging papers say he and a second man, Emajay Driver went to a home shared by two women in Osseo, Minnesota ‘to party’ in December 2019. At the time, Wright was 19 and Driver was 18.

The women asked them to leave around 2.30 am on December 1, but they said they didn’t have a ride and the women – who are not identified in the court documents – allowed them to sleep on the floor.

In the morning, one of the women went to the bank to get her $820 rent money which she gave to the other woman and then left for work. As Wright, Driver and the second woman were leaving, Wright allegedly tried to hold up the woman.

‘The three of them were walking to the door to exit the apartment and defendant Wright turned around and blocked the door preventing victim from leaving,’ says the report, written by Osseo Police Officer Shane Mikkelson.

‘Defendant Wright then pulled a black handgun with silver trim out from either his right waistband or his right coat pocket and pointed it at victim and demanded the rent money,’ continued Mikkelson.

‘Victim said “Are you serious?” Defendant Wright replied: “Give me the f**king money, I know you have it.”

And yet ANOTHER hero -

The Wisconsin cop who shot Jacob Blake in August is back on the job after returning from administrative leave.

Kenosha Officer Rusten Sheskey returned to duty on March 31, Police Chief Daniel Miskinis said in a statement Tuesday.

The white officer was not charged for shooting Blake seven times during a domestic dispute. Blake was armed with a knife and Sheskey believed he would be stabbed, prosecutors found.

Police brass said the officer was following departmental policy when he shot Blake in the back, leaving him paralyzed.

“Although this incident has been reviewed at multiple levels, I know that some will not be pleased with the outcome; however, given the facts, the only lawful and appropriate decision was made,” Miskinis said in the statement.

A new reality?

It started off with the prosecution arguing that Officer Chauvin put his knee across George Floyd's neck and choked the life out of him.

Further research has shown that the knee hold contributed to his death. Upon further analysis and evidence, that the prone position, the application of the neck compression and the body weight of the victim, caused his inability to breathe, which eventual lead to his death by asphyxiation, the inability to breathe. As he approached his death, he could no longer call out for his mother and he quit breathing.

At that point in time, had officer Chauvin released him and performed CPR, he had approximately three minutes to perform CPR and perhaps saved his life, at least enough time, until the ambulance arrived and turned over the life saving actions to the paramedics, who would have possibly kept him alive until he was admitted to the hospital emergency department.

The cause of death is clear, that officer Chauvin's lack of action, caused the death of George Floyd Jr.

Once a person quits breathing, if life saving action aren't performed within approximately three minutes, the brain quits sending signals to the heart and lungs. Asphyxiation was the cause of death in this case.

Just another dead black man. Even thought he had a lot of problems in his personal life.

His parents are justifiably upset at his death. The loss of a child is one of the most heartbreaking events anyone could bear. Certainly our sympathies go out to them.

But Daunte Wright’s father called him “a great kid.” He said he was “a normal kid. He was never in serious trouble. He enjoyed spending time with his 2-year-old son. He loved his son.”

Great kids don’t fight with and then flee the cops. Great kids don’t bring the police around because they’re waving guns. Great kids aren’t arrested for aggravated robbery or for dealing drugs.

Or, in the community Daunte Wright came from, maybe they do. Maybe that’s great.

If so, that’s a lot bigger problem than the incompetence of the politicians and police in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.

But that isn’t something you’ll hear much about, is it?

You aren’t even allowed to talk about the fact that this 20-year-old kid had already messed up his life and may have been well on his way to becoming a career criminal. Daunte Wright had perpetuated the cycle of out-of-wedlock childbirth, academic failure, the inability to learn and deploy a marketable skill, and escalating criminal behavior that so horrifically afflicts the black community in this country.

If Daunte Wright’s life was “great” and not substandard, then we will never be rid of these tragedies. And they’re all fundamentally the same — career criminal on the fringe of society, a failure in life, involved in drugs (if not high at the time; we’ll know later what the toxicology report shows), likely faced with prolonged jail time upon arrest and resisting arrest.

How do you prevent deaths like Daunte Wright’s? You try to prevent young men from living lives like Daunte Wright’s.

But you aren’t allowed to say that. Neither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris, both of whom had the opportunity to lead but instead chose to pander to the mob, would say it. Nor would Minnesota’s Gov. Tim Walz, another pandering Democrat responsible for more of his state’s destruction than perhaps all of his predecessors combined.

Wright’s family hired — of course! — the race-hustling attorney Ben Crump, who has made his entire livelihood trying cases like this in the media as the cities where they happen burn. Crump’s street-criminal clients, or more specifically their families, often pull nice settlements out of local governments despite weak evidence of actual malfeasance.

This case, owing to the Barney Fife nature of the gunplay involved, might be Ben Crump’s best yet. Which isn’t saying much.

So he was on the scene in Brooklyn Center almost before the body was cold.

“Daunte Wright’s life matters,” Crump said.

Well, of course it matters. It matters to Ben Crump. Daunte Wright will be a nice paycheck for him. And so will the next Daunte Wright, and the one after that. Before too long, Ben Crump will be able to buy a million-dollar house in Topanga Canyon near Black Lives Matter founder Patrisse Cullors’ fresh crib.

It isn’t a coincidence that nobody is interested in preventing lives like Daunte Wright’s but rather celebrating them. Daunte Wright’s funeral will be a lot bigger deal than David Dorn’s. There will be murals painted and stores burned and looted in his honor.

And then there will be a fat settlement. Daunte Wright will end up worth a whole lot more dead than he ever was alive.

So long as this tragic cycle can’t be called out for the horrific farce that it is, it will continue. But it can’t. And the next Daunte Wright will only keep the wheel turning around and around.

The Curse of Aaron

This is why black radicals have made the dismantling of police such a top priority. A black criminal’s moment of arrest is the only point in the process where there exists a small risk of harm. Once a black suspect enters the system, between the gullible whites who have within them that thing called conscience, and the conscienceless shysters who not only love defending Aarons but creating them, he knows he’ll be treated justly and with compassion.

In the play, things do not conclude well for Aaron. In the final scene, Lucius, the new emperor, orders him buried to his neck to die a slow death from hunger and dehydration (though Lucius keeps his word about not harming the child).

Cold-blooded to the end, as he’s being buried alive, Aaron utters what are likely the most hard-boiled lines the Bard ever penned:

O, why should wrath be mute, and fury dumb?
I am no baby, I, that with base prayers
I should repent the evils I have done:
If one good deed in all my life I did,
I do repent it from my very soul.

Thug life Shakespeare!

Here we get one final glimpse into Aaron’s psyche. “Why should wrath be mute and fury dumb?” Aaron, filled with wrath and fury (for whatever, or for no, reason), saw his acts of violence as “expression.” He was simply “being heard.” It’s not about the lives he destroyed, but about his “right” to give voice to his anger.

Aaron was merely rejecting silence via “peaceful protest.”

Still, in the final act, he’s as doomed as those he victimized.

Because while Aarons express fury, they also engender it. Aarons make no friends and many enemies. It’s a risky road for a stagnant demographic surrounded by a growing demographic of people who don’t exactly share Lucius’ “thing called conscience,” especially when it comes to blacks.

Black Americans should be wary of their own leaders, and the leaders of certain other communities, who encourage the Aaron path. As fun as it is to watch the character, and, I’m sure, to play the character, in the end, he meets a very bad fate. Dying in misery, mourned by none.

To be, or not to be, Aaron. That is the question facing black America in 2021.

The New York Times article makes sense for the defense today.

"The defense for the former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin is expected to call medical witnesses to the stand as soon as Wednesday, in the hopes of combating the claims of earlier witnesses who testified that George Floyd died from a deprivation of oxygen.

For the first time in the trial, a witness testified on Tuesday that Mr. Chauvin was justified when he knelt on Mr. Floyd for more than nine minutes. But the defense will want to broaden its case by calling medical witnesses who can provide expert testimony on Mr. Floyd’s cause of death."

The experts provided strong evidence of aspects.

The defense may retreat and blame the crowd threats.

It's hard to discredit the prosecution's witnesses.

Hundreds of Companies Unite to Oppose Voting Limits

“Amazon, BlackRock, Google, Warren Buffett and hundreds of other companies and executives signed on to a new statement released on Wednesday opposing ‘any discriminatory legislation’ that would make it harder for people to vote,” the New York Times reports [link at politicalwire.com].

“It was the biggest show of solidarity so far by the business community as companies around the country try to navigate the partisan uproar over Republican efforts to enact new election rules in almost every state.”

Intelligence Officials Reassert Their Role Post-Trump
CNN:

[link at politicalwire.com]
“While Trump was in the White House, the intelligence community was forced to walk a political tightrope, calibrating its assessments — or sometimes withholding them altogether — to avoid the wrath of a mercurial president who was prone to bristling and ignoring politically inconvenient information. This was particularly true whenever the assessment related to Russian interference in US elections, a topic that officials learned to avoid raising with Trump.

“In speaking to CNN, many of these same career intelligence officials said the difference is like night and day, describing what largely amounts to a much-appreciated return to business as usual during Biden’s first few months in office.

"White House officials are engaging with the substance of intelligence briefs, heeding assessments from experienced analysts and operators, and, at least for now, largely sticking by an early pledge to listen even when those assessments might contradict the White House’s political agenda.”
______

In other words, we now have a President who is behaving the way a decent, conscientious President should.

Speaking of rules why should Hunter get away with lying on a gun background check, a federal offense?

When Trump was in the white house we were subjected to daily "leaks" from "anonymous" intelligence "sources" by the FAKE NEWS media.

They often turned out totally false.

50 former "intelligence" officials influenced the 2020 election by blaming the Hunter laptop on Russian disinformation. They lied.

Some are now in the Biden administration.

The New York Times hired 50 (I believe) reporters after Trump was elected to investigate Trump/Russia collusion. There wasn't any, despite Schiff's blatant lies and the lies of the media's "sources".

A fair press would do the same with the election fraud a majority of Americans believe happened.

Instead they fed a fake "insurrection" narrative.
