The results of this likely battleground state poll is striking...

TROUBLE FOR DEMS IN BATTLEGROUND STATES

You can go to this link and look at the results for yourself. There are a bunch of interesting questions, but the consistent factor to consider is that Indepenents are siding with Republicans on pretty much every single issue. They blame Biden for inflation, say that America cannot afford his spending. Indepenends believe we are on the wrong track, they back Israel over Palestine, and they believe that Democrats have been too weak in regards to the Wuhan lab leak theory and too quick to say such a theory is racist. But the one that really stuck out to me was on Critical Race Theory.

Finally, we come to Critical Race Theory, the racist ideology to which the Democratic Party is now irrevocably committed. Respondents were asked whether they agree with the idea that “White Americans are inherently racist whether they know it or not because they benefit from the American culture of systematic racism and white privilege.” The extraordinary thing, in my opinion, is that Democrats actually buy that bulls**t by 55% to 39%. These people, I take it, are masochists suffering from psychological problems not suitable for discussion on a family web site.

Happily, this is one more issue where Independents align firmly with Republicans. By 65% to 30%, they reject the “white privilege” hypothesis. On this issue, Independents may be even stronger than Republicans, who reject “white privilege” and “unconscious racism” by 63% to 33%.

Here is another one: respondents were asked whether they agree that “The United States was founded on the practice of slavery and white supremacy which continues to this day.” You might think that no one could be so ignorant as to agree with that claim, but “strong Democrats,” by an astonishing 67% to 28%, subscribe to what can only be termed vicious anti-Americanism. But here again, they are in a boat by themselves: Republicans reject this revisionist twisting of our history by 68% to 27%, and Independents do so by an even wider margin, 76% to 20%. The Democrats are determined to sink or swim with Critical Race Theory, and it looks to me like they are going to sink.

The truth is that Independents might have been turned off by Trump, but they seemed more turned off by Democratic Policies. Now that Trump is not on the ballot, one has to look for Independent to fall back where they historically and consistently remain... moderate conservatives. This has been, after all, a slightly right leaning country and that has not changed.

For Democrats, they cannot help themselves. They believe that they won some sort of culture war with the election of Joe Biden. But if we are all being honest, the 2020 election was 90% about Trump and maybe 10% about Biden. Voters voted against Trump, rather than for Biden. Most certainly they did not vote for six trillion dollars in spending,  border issues, a rise in crime, and the Critical Race Theory.

If you want to know which side of the partisan equation is going off on their own, just track how the Independents are falling. Democrats are trying to "reshape" the country and everyone other than Democrats reject it.

U.S. stocks jumped to session highs on Thursday after President Joe Biden declared that the White House struck an infrastructure deal with a bipartisan group of senators.

The S&P 500 rose 0.6% to hit an all-time high, retaking its previous record from June 14 and fully recouping the losses triggered by the Federal Reserve’s surprise policy pivot. The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 340 points, or 1%, sitting about 2.5% from its all-time high. The Nasdaq Composite jumped 0.7% to reach another record.

Nearly all COVID-19 deaths in the U.S. now are in people who weren’t vaccinated, a staggering demonstration of how effective the shots have been and an indication that deaths per day
— now down to under 300 — could be practically zero if everyone eligible got the vaccine.

An Associated Press analysis of available government data from May shows that “breakthrough” infections in fully vaccinated people accounted for fewer than 1,200 of more than 853,000 COVID-19 hospitalizations. That’s about 0.1%.

TROUBLE LOOMING FOR TRUMPSTERS?

Anti-Trump Group May Create New Party

June 24, 2021 at 4:33 pm EDT By Taegan Goddard 14 Comments

“A group of Republicans unhappy with the course of the GOP is forming the Renew America Movement organization to recruit and support candidates in the most competitive 2022 House and Senate races,” Bloomberg reports.

“The group plans to raise ‘tens of millions’ of dollars to support or oppose candidates, regardless of party, to defeat ‘radical Republicans’ who support former President Donald Trump in four to five Senate races and about two dozen House races in next year’s midterm elections. It will also recruit candidates to run in GOP primaries or as independents under the Renew America Movement banner.

“Evan McMullin, who unsuccessfully ran for president in 2016 as an independent and is a leader of the effort, said the group wants to push the GOP back to its traditional principles and create a new party if necessary for those conservatives who believe the Republican Party has become too extreme.”

RELATED: No, this photo doesn't show Joe Biden engaging in disturbing behavior with a boy

Some of the photos used in the posts were taken at various White House events over the years, and in multiple cases the parents have spoken out against claims that Biden behaved inappropriately around their children.

One often-used photo shows Biden touching a young girl’s arm as he leans in to whisper something as she looks slightly uncomfortable.

The image shows Maggie Coons, the daughter of Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware, during her father’s swearing-in ceremony in January 2015.

After the clip went viral, Sen. Coons, a Democrat, told Fox News host Chris Wallace that Biden was simply offering her reassurance and that his daughter didn’t think he was creepy. Coons said that Biden, who held Coons’ Senate seat before resigning to serve as vice president, has known his children their whole lives.

"I could hear him," Coons said in the interview. "He was leaning forward and whispering some encouragement to her about how, when he was sworn in, his own daughter Ashley was 13 and she felt awkward and uncomfortable."

Carly Melin, former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, spoke out on Twitter when a 2014 photo she took with Biden and former U.S. Rep. Rick Nolan, D-Minn., became the subject of a Twitter thread by conservative columnist Richard Armande Mills. In the image, Melin and Biden are both holding Melin’s son. Mills, a conservative columnist for Turning Point USA, wrote in the tweet that Biden is "an open sexual predator."

"Sir, I don’t know you," Melin responded. "You have tweeted out multiple photos of my infant son in a disturbing, misconstrued attempt to advance your political viewpoint. Delete all tweets that include my son. I’ve reported your behavior to Twitter. Thank you."

Our ruling

Social media users claim that Biden is a pedophile. There is zero evidence — no accusations, testimonies, arrests or investigations — that gives this claim any credibility.

Photos that supposedly support the claim are taken out of context or have been directly contradicted by the families involved.

We rate this Pants on Fire.

Count Michigan out of your ass.

Lansing — A long-awaited report on the 2020 election from a GOP-controlled Michigan Senate committee recommended that Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel consider investigating individuals who pushed false claims "to raise money or publicity for their own ends."

The report also delved into controversial claims made after the election, including that hundreds of dead people voted and almost 290,000 illegal votes were cast by absentee ballot.

While the investigation found that there are "glaring issues that must be addressed" in state election law, it added there is "no evidence presented at this time" to prove "significant acts of fraud" occurred to subvert the will of voters. The committee recommended giving county clerks the ability to remove deceased voters from the Qualified Voter File, opposed the mass mailing of absentee voter applications and urged the Michigan Bureau of Elections to investigate possible partisan poll worker recruitment in Detroit and Wayne County.

The findings from the committee came as Republican lawmakers continue to push bills to expand voter identification requirements and block the mailing of unsolicited absentee ballot applications. However, the report's conclusions directly conflict with the statements of some GOP activists and Trump himself, who have levied unsubstantiated claims of widespread wrongdoing in Michigan and sought to overturn the battleground state's election results based on those assertions.

The Oversight Committee voted 3-1 Wednesday morning to adopt McBroom's report, which was described as an "initial" examination. Only Sen. Jeff Irwin of Ann Arbor, the lone Democrat on the panel, opposed the report. Irwin said the document landed on "some good conclusions" but contended Michigan already has laws in place to protect against irregularities.

Michigan Pennsylvania and again Wisconsin and again unless they Jim Crow in Texas it might be considered competitive

And Georgia and Arizona etc

The numbers don't help you understand because you choose to believe. Objective people can understand more than you Scott.

From Gallup comes news that its regular polling on party affiliation shows the largest quarterly gap in major party affiliation since 2012, with 49 percent of U.S. adults identifying themselves as either Democrats (30 percent) or as Democratic-leaning independents (19 percent), while 40 percent call themselves Republicans (25 percent) or Republican-leaning independents (15 percent).

That in itself is not good news for the GOP, though it has managed to stay relatively competitive despite persistently trailing Democrats in party affiliation. As Gallup notes:

Republican advantages have generally been rare and short-lived, but occurred when Americans rallied around incumbent Republican presidents George H.W. Bush after the 1991 U.S. victory in the Gulf War and George W. Bush after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The GOP also had brief leads in party affiliation in the periods surrounding Republican electoral successes in the 1994, 2010 and 2014 midterm elections.

The bigger problem with a relatively small and slightly shrinking party that has just lost a national election is that the kind of revisions in message and leadership such parties sometimes need to expand their appeal may be more difficult to secure when its membership is limited to its “base.”

If we turnout the Titanic is still sinking

Of course, our measure of ideology isn’t any more “real” than a measure based on roll-call votes, but it is perhaps a closer approximation of how the country sees the ideology of these politicians. On the one hand, votes are real while talk is cheap. On the other hand, senators can only vote on the issues that are brought to the floor for a vote, and their voting decisions are often strategic. For instance, much of what they vote on is driven by party loyalty, whereas they can often express more nuance in public statements or even campaign ads. That’s why issues like abortion and a politician’s stance on it may loom large in activists’ minds, even if these issues rarely come up for votes in Congress.

Political scientists like to point out that ideology and party are not the same thing. And yet, our measure of ideology among political activists suggests it’s even trickier than we think. We know that the Republican Party is changing. Longtime conservatives like Romney and Cheney say that the party has abandoned conservative principles and that they’re holding out hope the GOP will return to them. Our research suggests another possibility, though: Conservative principles themselves are changing. The civil war in the Republican Party, to the extent there is one, isn’t between conservatism and some new form of populism. Instead, it’s between the old view of conservatism and the new one. That suggests a very different future for the Republican Party — one in which reactions to Trump influence who is thought of as conservative more than views on taxes or spending.

This story and additional data is also available on YouGov.

It's the most dangerous era in the history of the United States of America because you have been gaslighted..

General Michael Flynn issued a warning to America earlier this week during an appearance on Patrick Byrne’s Steel Truth podcast.

Responding to host Ann Vandersteel, who suggested a Deep State false flag could be on the horizon, serving as a distraction from the theft of the 2020 election.

“There is going to be something that is going to happen and I’m afraid that what it’s going to do is that it’s going to further divide the country,” he responded. “It’s not going to be as dramatic as something you’re talking about with 9-11 and the stupidity of this nonsense of UFOs and this apocalyptic crap is such garbage.”

He called for people to “face reality,” saying, “They are going to continue to go after Donald Trump, okay? They’re going to continue to go after Donald Trump.”

Flynn went on, telling Byrne and Vandersteel, “I’m glad to see the president finally getting out and doing rallies. He’s going to be doing one in Sarasota here on the 4th of July. I think he’s going to up in Ohio Saturday. So he’s going to get back out and he’s going to light the world on fire, because I know they are going to go after him.”

“And whenever they go after him it’s never pretty,” he stated. “It’s going to be ugly and that creates a lot of media attraction and everybody has to cover it. What does it mean? What is it going to do? And it keeps everybody off of the election fraud.”

“As I said at the beginning of the show, now repeat after me, ‘the 2020 presidential election was stolen.’ There is no doubt in my mind anymore. There is none. Too much evidence has come out, and the truth will continue to come out.”

Flynn warned the next staged event will likely come sooner than later, predicting, “Something is going to happen. I don’t think we’re going to have to wait until the end of summer. I think it’s going to happen here fairly soon…because they must create noise prior to the Arizona audit starting to really bubble out. They are gonna have to do something.”

President Joe Biden promised this week to increase the pay of federal firefighters, some of whom make just $13 an hour to perform life-threatening work that is only intensifying as fires become deadlier and more frequent.

“There’s an old expression: God made man, and then he made a few firefighters. They have the higher incidence of severe injuries than police officers do. They are incredibly, incredibly brave [in] what they do. They run to the fire,” Biden said during a Tuesday meeting with the Federal Emergency Management Agency administrator and senior advisors from the Department of Homeland Security.

OUR BIZARRE WHISPERING PRESIDENT

Earlier today, Joe Biden bragged about the “money” he is sending out to various constituencies. As Paul notes, the wheel is still in spin on these spending bills. But for the moment, a different question: does anyone seriously believe that Joe Biden is in possession of his faculties, or is remotely capable of discharging his duties as president? I doubt it:

It is actually rather entertaining to watch the Democratic Party press pretend that we have a functioning president. The entertainment value will be gone, of course, the first time there is a crisis. And no president has ever gotten through a term in office without a crisis.

Another GOP trump talking point tossed out of the fraud arena!!!!! BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! Lil Schitty will declare FAKE!!!!!

A Georgia judge on Thursday dismissed most of a lawsuit that alleged there were fraudulent mail-in ballots in Fulton County from the 2020 presidential election, dealing a potential blow to a group of local voters that has pushed to inspect all 147,000 absentee ballots cast in the state’s largest county last November.
Superior Court Judge Brian Amero on Thursday dismissed seven of the lawsuit’s nine claims against Fulton County officials on the basis of Georgia’s sovereign immunity laws. Amero did not dismiss two counts in the lawsuit that sought digital images of the mail-in ballots through the state’s open records law.
Fulton County election officials and local representatives have repeatedly asserted that there has been no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election, a claim perpetuated by former president Donald Trump, who has continued to baselessly allege that the election was stolen from him. President Biden won Georgia by fewer than 12,000 votes, the first time the state had gone for a Democrat since 1992.

Amero’s ruling prompted a blistering statement from Robb Pitts, chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, who called on “this whole circus” to end. Georgia officials have already conducted three audits of the 2020 election ballots, including a hand recount, which produced no evidence of widespread fraud.
“This lawsuit is the result of meritless claims and the Big Lie. The votes have been counted three times, including a hand recount, and no evidence of widespread fraud was found,” Pitts said.
“Last year, I told President Trump and others who push the Big Lie to ‘put up or shut up.’ It’s been six months and still no proof of wrongdoing has been produced. Enough is enough — this whole circus must end,” Pitts added.
Don Samuel, an attorney for the Fulton County elections board, told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that they plan to file to have the rest of the lawsuit dismissed, too, and that Amero’s ruling means the plaintiffs cannot inspect the absentee ballots with high-powered microscopes as they had planned.

“That litigation is finished,” Samuel told the Journal-Constitution. “Is there going to be an audit? Not right now. … There’s no discovery permitted. There’s no lawsuit pending anymore.”
Garland Favorito, the lead plaintiff, did not immediately respond to a request for comment Thursday. On Twitter, he cast the ruling as a win for himself and the other petitioners, suggesting that his group’s examination of Fulton County’s absentee ballots could and would still go forward.
Amero last month had ordered Fulton County to allow Favorito’s group to inspect all 147,000 mail-in ballots, the latest instance of a local government being forced to undergo a third-party inspection of its election practices amid baseless claims by Trump and others in the GOP.
Amy Gardner contributed to this report.

It’s hard to believe that a Senator as sophisticated as Rob Portman is a knowing participant in the double-cross system that has been presented to us under the rubric of a “bipartisan deal.” What’s the deal? The editors of the Wall Street Journal describe it bluntly as a “double cross” in their lead editorial (“Instant Bipartisan Double Cross”) this morning:

Mr. Biden stood with five Democratic and five Republican Senators at the White House and endorsed their trillion-dollar infrastructure outline. Back-slapping and self-plaudits all around. But two hours later the President said he won’t sign the infrastructure bill unless the Senate also passes the other $3 trillion or more he has proposed in tax increases and multiple new entitlement programs.

“What we agreed on today is what we could agree on. The physical infrastructure. There’s no agreement on the rest,” Mr. Biden said. “If this is the only thing that comes to me, I’m not signing it.” Mrs. Pelosi issued the same ultimatum: “We will not take up a bill in the House until the Senate passes the bipartisan bill and a reconciliation bill” (that could pass without GOP support).

Most politicians at least wait a decent interval to pull a double cross. But Mrs. Pelosi and Mr. Biden are trying to prevent a revolt on the left. So they are now holding a bipartisan deal hostage to the left’s demands. This is political blackmail aimed at Democrats like Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema who are part of the bipartisan Senate Gang of 10: Unless they sign on to all of the progressive tax-and-spend agenda, they won’t get their bipartisan deal. And Mr. Biden and progressives will blame them for the failure.

This is remarkable bad faith even for Washington…Thursday’s comments make clear this exercise isn’t bipartisan at all. The Pelosi-Biden political goal is to use this Senate deal as leverage to jam through the rest of their progressive wish list.

The question is why Senate Republicans would sign on to this deal when they are being told to their faces they’ll be double-crossed.

Here Are The 9 Most Terrifying Criminals From The January 6 Capitol Attack

Sentencing is beginning for the insurrectionists who tried to take over our country with selfie sticks and buffalo costumes. Luckily, they didn't succeed.

Here are the 9 most terrifying criminals from that dark day of January 6, 2021 -- a day that will go down in infamy:

Buffalo Guy -- Look at this face: truly terrifying. Legal experts all agree that since he stood up in front of the congressional chambers, he is now legally our ruler. Bow down

Knittin' MeeMaw Gunderson -- Wow. Terror. Horror. Truly the face of a criminal. OK, technically she was storming the Kansas state capitol and not the one in D.C., but still -- she's such a terrorist her terror spreads across the whole land.

The guy who put his feet on Pelosi's desk -- The act of a madman. The nation will never recover. THAT IS MAHOGANY!

The massive army of robot assassins who literally murdered AOC -- These guys were ruthless. RIP AOC. Fs in the chat for the world's smartest socialist.

The deadly lectern thief -- Whole chapters in future history textbooks will be written about this guy, who literally walked into the building and walked out with a piece of wood. We're talking John Wilkes Booth levels of impact on our country.

This squirrel -- Just look at him. He's clearly up to something.

This pigeon -- Dastardly.

These professional insurrectionists who were having quite a bit of trouble climbing a wall -- Had they succeeded in climbing the wall, the law of the land would have mandated that we make them our rulers. They would have had to fight Buffalo Guy in unarmed combat for the honor though.

And the mastermind behind it all: this deranged lunatic who specifically told everyone to remain peaceful -- This psycho said, "I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard." Truly the rallying cry of a madman.

In a recent New York Magazine interview, Democratic pollster David Shor weighed in on his party’s performance in the 2020 election. Based on the interview, it appears that Democrats continue to interpret 2022 in the context of demographics, race and class and less about voters’ belief systems and positions on issues.

Give him credit: Shor does recognize that white liberal elites are pushing the party to the left and alienating certain voter groups, including Hispanics.

“We’ve ended up in a situation where white liberals are more left wing than Black and Hispanic Democrats on pretty much every issue: taxes, health care, policing, and even on racial issues or various measures of ‘racial resentment,’” he told the magazine. “So as white liberals increasingly define the party’s image and messaging, that’s going to turn off nonwhite conservative Democrats and push them against us.”

That’s not exactly what the progressives in the party want to hear. But failing to understand the electorate is a sure way to lose elections.

The Pet Rock Biden fucks up on the United States of America Constitution.

The deal that was all Biden
Smoke, mirrors and lies.

President Joe Biden said Thursday he would not sign a bipartisan infrastructure deal with moderate Republican senators without an additional partisan funding package for entitlements.

“I control that. If they don’t come, I’m not signing it. Real simple,” Biden said"

Funny, how , well, fucked up he is making D.C. , unbridled disfunction

Nellis AFB staged its first ever drag queen show on June 17th called ‘Drag-u-Nellis’ – which it said was important in teaching military personnel the “significance of Drag in the LGBT+ Community.”

“Ensuring our ranks reflect and are inclusive of the American people is essential to the morale, cohesion, and readiness of the military. Nellis Air Force Base is committed to providing and championing an environment that is characterized by equal opportunity, diversity and inclusion.”

Scottie says:
Independents are siding with the GOP (multiple polls) and Goddard is talking about a new Party?

James says:
Maybe Scott can supply us with those "multiple polls" (we will need something other than his favorite go-to, Rasmussen).

And no, Goddard is not talking about a new party. Bloomberg and anti-Trump Republicans (of which there are many) are.

Not to win, just to completely sink any chances Trump supporters have.

Here's what "Goddard" really said.
________

_______

Evem Scot should support this. He KNOWS what a ruination Trump has made of the GOP.

The Republican Party has left you, Scott. You know it has.

The Obama revolution has come and gone. We have skipped past it to the Soviet Union of Chernenko and Andropov, of gerontocrats building the tyranny with the beams of revolution. The decline is everywhere as the theories fail, the factories close, and the stores stand empty.

The youth are being rallied to cheer for the revolutionary tyranny of Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi, and Chuck Schumer who are promising a new era in history no one believes in anymore. Since the election their cause is no longer free college, it’s federalizing elections through H.R.1.

Federalizing elections, eliminating the filibuster, and packing the Supreme Court are compelling issues in Washington D.C., but the regime plotting new coups has little to say to the ordinary people facing high prices for gas and bread. Land, Bread, and Peace has given way to a race for total power over the country as the revolution of Hope, Crisis and Change comes of age.

There’s no change without crisis, and without hope, there’s only hate.

U.S. Planning to Evacuate Afghan Interpreters
June 24, 2021 at 7:00 pm EDT By Taegan Goddard 97 Comments
“The White House and Pentagon intend to evacuate thousands of Afghan interpreters and their families to a third country as they await U.S. visa processing,” Politico reports.

“The issue of Afghan interpreters and translators has become a major sticking point in the rush to move thousands of American troops and tons of equipment out of the country by September. … The thousands of interpreters who worked side by side with U.S. troops for two decades have remained in limbo, however, leading to scrambling in Washington to find a way to protect them from the Taliban and others once U.S. forces are gone.”

SO glad to hear this. Without this, we would lose all credibility in the future with those who work with us against repressive forces.

Since significant percentages of conservative Republicans who would never vote for a Democrat, they may actually show up vote for Taylor.

Miles Taylor, the former Trump official once known only as “Anonymous” for the dramatic New York Times op-ed he wrote revealing an internal resistance to the Trump administration, said he would run against the former president in 2024.

“If Trump somehow wins the GOP nomination in 2024, I will run against him as an independent. And recruit more conservatives to do the same,” Taylor wrote in a tweet. “We will split the vote and sink him.”

This is not a joke.

— Miles Taylor (@MilesTaylorUSA) June 25, 2021

When Ralph Nader ran as an independent candidate in 2000, gave Florida and other states to George W Bush.

If the Republicans want to win the White House again, they should nominate a different conservative candidate, not a Trump supporter.

TWO INTERESTING THINGS JUST IN FROM TEXAS:

Few Texas Voters INCLUDING EVEN REPUBLICANS Think Voter Fraud Is Common
June 25, 2021 at 10:08 am EDT By Taegan Goddard

A new University of Texas/Texas Tribune Poll
finds just 19% of Texas voters indicated they think ineligible people frequently cast ballots.

A bulk of voters — 42% — believe ineligible votes are rarely or never cast.

Even among Republicans, a minority of voters — 31% — believe ineligible votes are frequently cast.

The backdrop:
“Texas lawmakers are poised for a special legislative session to again take up new voting restrictions after Democrats staged a dramatic walkout to scuttle the changes during this spring’s regular session.”

Big Majority of Texans Oppose New Gun Law
June 25, 2021 at 10:06 am EDT By Taegan Goddard 4 Comments
A new Quinnipiac Poll in Texas finds 74% of registered voters oppose the new law that allows permitless carry of handguns in the state — including 58% of Republicans.

Looks like even Texans don't want to return to the Old West.
