Former Trump administration official Miles Taylor has slammed the Republican Party, arguing that the GOP represents a greater threat to the country than U.S.-designated terrorist groups ISIS and Al Qaeda.
Taylor served as the chief of staff to the secretary of Homeland Security under former President Donald Trump from February 2019 to September 2019 and worked for the Department of Homeland Security in the previous administration for more than two years. However, Taylor went on to publicly condemn Trump and work with conservative groups to campaign against the former president ahead of the 2020 election.
During a Thursday evening interview with MSNBC, Taylor touted his credentials working in national security and said that the present-day Republican Party represents the "number one national security threat" to the country. Notably, Taylor still described himself as a member of the GOP.
"I'm a national security guy. I've worked in national security against ISIS and Al Qaeda and Russia," he said. "And the number one national security threat I've ever seen in my life to this country's democracy is the party that I'm in, the Republican Party." Taylor reiterated that the GOP "is the number one national security threat to the United States of America."
Hey goat fucker......here's a logical explanation for gas price increases, something you could not do or care about!!!! Oil cracking ban you stole from cramps was not only a lie.....it was made up with no basis......You can thank me at your convenience !!!!! bwaaaaaapaaaaaa!!!!
Energy. Household energy costs are up 6.5% year-over-year, while gasoline is up 45%. Prices are still in what you might call the normal range, since they plunged last year and recovered this year. Gas prices, for instance, are still just 11% above 2019 levels. But the global recovery is prompting a burst in demand for oil, while producers are keeping supply relatively tight. Energy prices are volatile, of course, but that doesn’t make inflation less painful. The sooner the transition arrives, the better.
A pedophile and the Jewish Laser QAnon troll squad drew a huge crowd!
The ever-controversial Republican Representatives Matt Gaetz and Marjorie Taylor Greene decided to show up in southern California on Saturday for a “free speech rally” despite the third cancellation of their “America First” rally earlier in the day, this time by the city of Anaheim.
According to a local newspaper report, Gaetz and Green dropped by Riverside City Hall to hold a “free speech rally” Saturday evening.
The rally was originally scheduled to take place at the Pacific Hills Banquet and Event Center in Laguna Hills, but the event was canceled because venue manager Javad Mirtavoosi said “we just wanted to steer clear of that.” The rally was then slated to move to Riverside Convention Center, but the manager there also canceled the planned gathering.
Their last try was Anaheim Event Center, with the rally scheduled for Saturday evening, but that event got canceled as of Saturday morning after the City of Anaheim “shared public safety concerns” with the venue.
Riverside Press-Enterprise reporter Jeff Horseman wrote today that the pair decided that their second choice, Riverside, would become their first choice. And, although they did not venture to the Riverside Convention Center, according to Horseman’s report they drew a crowd of more than 100 at Riverside City Hall.
Even Orange County California doesn't MISS Trump as much as you know who!
“They spoke before a cheering crowd of more than 100 who waved Greene and Gaetz signs.
Greene took the microphone first.
“We won’t back down,” she said. “The radical left wants to threaten you, they want to harass you, they want to target you, and they want to cancel you.”
“And here’s what we’re going to do, America. You’ve got two members of Congress right here and we refuse to be canceled because we won’t let you be canceled.”
Greene praised former President Donald Trump, saying “the press and the lying fake news media harassed him and smeared him to make America hate him,” she said. “But do we hate him?”
“No!,” the crowd shouted.
Trump, Greene said, “showed us America First policies. And these are the policies that are going to save our country and stop the Communists that are trying to destroy our freedom!”
Later, Gaetz took the stage to shouts of “U.S.A.”
“Marjorie and I called out the (Make America Great Again) army a few hours ago and you are here because you love America,” he said. “They may try to cancel us online. They may try to pursue us in real life. They may try to shut down our venues. But we will take take this fight to them in the courts, in the halls of Congress and if necessary, in the streets!”
Horseman kept up a running thread of Tweets on the event beginning at about 3:45 p.m. A sample:

A traveler receives a COVID-19 vaccine at Miami International, on June 23, 2021. (Saul Martinez/The New York Times) After Sherri Tenpenny, a Cleveland-area doctor, falsely suggested during a hearing last month in the Ohio House of Representatives that COVID vaccines left people “magnetized” and could “interface” with 5G cellular towers, Republican lawmakers thanked her for her “enlightening” testimony.
In Congress, Republicans who once praised the Trump administration for its work facilitating the swift development of the vaccines now wage campaigns of vaccine misinformation, sowing doubts about safety and effectiveness from the Capitol.

And this past week, Republican state lawmakers in Tennessee successfully pressured health officials to stop outreach to children for all vaccines. The guidance prohibits sending reminders about the second dose of a COVID vaccine to adolescents who had received one shot and communicating about routine inoculations, like the flu shot.
A wave of opposition to COVID vaccines has risen within the Republican Party as conservative news outlets produce a steady diet of misinformation about vaccines and some GOP lawmakers invite anti-vaccination conspiracy theorists to testify in statehouses and Congress. With very little resistance from party leaders, these Republican efforts have elevated falsehoods and doubts about vaccinations from the fringes of American life to the center of our political conversation.
It is a pattern that was seen throughout the Trump administration: Rather than rebuke conspiratorial thinking and inaccuracies when they begin spreading among their party’s base, many Republicans tolerate extre

"President Trump missed his July 4th goal on vaccination rates. He's blaming Facebook and social media instead."
"The President's Press Secretary Kayleigh Mceneny said in response to questions about the administrations failures to get people vaccinated, that they would be targeting Facebook post and 'fake news'.
"However the administration refused to answer questions on why Vice President Pence said he would not trust the vaccine while campaigning last year. Also the President continued to wear a mask after being vaccinated, which no doubt raised doubts in the efficacy of the vaccines"
"So while 'fake news' and social media seem to be President Trump's go to scapegoat, the administration is refusing to look at it's own actions and failed messaging as to why it missed it's own vaccination target."
"Furthermore, Mceneny, when pressed by PBS reporter Yamiche Alcindor, failed to provide any evidence or data to show their claim that social media and fake news was the responsible factor in why vaccination rates failed."
"Constitutional Law Professor Laurence Tribe noted the uncharted danger of a Presidential Administration targeting a free press and our First Amendment over what he perceived to simply be it's own messaging failure resulting in deaths of unvaccinated people."
SAN FRANCISCO — Two grandmothers stabbed and a third punched in the face in broad daylight. An 84-year-old man fatally shoved to the ground while on his morning walk. In the past seven months, at least seven older Asian residents have been brutally attacked in San Francisco, a city with one of the largest Asian American populations and the oldest Chinatown in the country.
“It’s a horrible feeling to be afraid in your own community,” said John Hamasaki, who is a member of San Francisco’s Police Commission and who is ethnically Japanese. “People are genuinely afraid to go outside, to walk down the street alone.”
The attacks first shocked and angered Asian American residents in the city. But the question of what to do about the violence has now become a source of division.
Many residents of Chinese descent are calling for a significant increase in police patrols. The city’s Asian American leaders, however, said they would rather explore solutions that do not involve law enforcement. One of the most proudly liberal cities in the country is torn between its commitment to criminal justice reforms in the wake of George Floyd’s killing and the brutal reality of the city’s most vulnerable residents being stabbed in the middle of the day on busy city streets.

Michigan Senate Repeals Emergency Powers Law, Whitmer Unable to Veto
The Michigan State Senate took away Gretchen Whitmer’s emergency powers in a 20 to 15 vote on Friday. It now goes to the lower house where it will pass easily and cannot be vetoed by Whitmer.
Opposition to Whitmer got 340,000 valid signatures on a petition that allows just the legislature to have the final word on the matter. The power to declare an emergency now belongs to the legislature.
The petition was circulated by UnlockMichigan. The first attempt in April was voted down by the Board of State Canvassers in a 2 to 2 tie. This time they passed it by a 3 to 0 vote. That sent it to the Senate and now on to the House.
The petition aimed at the 1945 Emergency Powers Act that allowed Whitmer to destroy the state’s economy and during which she used the full power of the state to persecute anyone who would not play her game.
State Sen. Tom Barrett, a Republican, told colleagues:
“This initiative represents a people’s veto of this governor and the unlimited power that she’s tried to claim during this pandemic.”
WASHINGTON D.C. (7News) — Four people were shot outside of Saturday night's Nationals game during the 6th inning, causing players to run off the field and fans toward the exits. According to Washington Nationals on Twitter, a shooting was reported outside of the Third Base Gate at Nationals Park.
D.C. Police say two people were shot in the 1500 block of South Capitol Street, SW. In addition, police say two more victims walked into local hospitals for treatment of gunshot wounds.
Police say one of the victims of the shooting was a fan in the area to attend the game.
Due to the reports, the Nationals-Padres game was suspended and will resume at 1:05 p.m. on Sunday, the Padres were leading 8-4.
The incident happened at about 9:30 p.m. when shots were heard during the game. Videos from the park show fans running away from the field in panic.

Yale Professor Wants Your Kids To See Sex At Pride Parades So They’re Not ‘Homophobes’ A Yale associate professor is openly calling for children to witness public sex acts in order to combat 'racism and homophobia.'
It has become increasingly apparent that LGBT activists want to sexualize children. Just when you think that such attempts couldn’t be any more bold, there’s always a left-wing academic, children’s TV show, or public figure eager to push for the needle towards the acceptance of pedophilia.
The latest example comes from Yale University associate professor of Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Joseph J. Fischel, who shamelessly came out in favor of exposing children to public sex acts in his gut-wrenching article titled “Keep Pride Nude” in the Boston Review.
Fischel, who proclaims in his Twitter bio that he is “gay for pay,” attempts to justify his argument that children should be exposed to public displays of kink and gay sexuality by taking the laughable position that such exposure will help combat “racism and homophobia.” full article https://thefederalist.com/2021/07/14/yale-professor-wants-your-kids-to-see-sex-at-pride-parades-so-theyre-not-homophobes/

If you are a parent, or even a compassionate older sister or brother, you may well have dealt with this one at some point. And you know it’s not effective to say, “No, there are no monsters under the bed.” Fear of the monster is its own validation. Sooner or later you will be crawling on the floor, scolding all monsters to go away, perhaps spraying Magic Monster Powder or chanting anti-monster spells — all to prove how very seriously you take the threat of monsters, especially those that hide under beds. The same logic, if we can call it that, props up the remaining election audit efforts around the country. Republican officials are no longer defending audits by claiming the election was stolen. “This is not about Trump. This is not about overturning the election,” Arizona state Senate President Karen Fann insisted the other day. She is a driving force behind the expensive monster hunt masquerading as an audit of more than 2 million Maricopa County votes. Nearly three months into this gigantic goat rodeo, with no end in sight, Fann explained: “This has never been about anything other than election integrity.” In other words, the author of the Arizona audit — which will cost Maricopa County taxpayers almost $3 million — is not claiming there are any actual monsters under the bed. However, some people are afraid there might be monsters. And only a monster hunt can reassure them. But it’s not that simple. The fact is, many monster hunts have already taken place. There have been counts and recounts, audits and re-audits, lawsuits, hearings, legislative investigations in places from Philadelphia to Phoenix, Atlanta to Ann Arbor. The floorboards of America’s polling places are worn with the knee marks of monster hunters searching for that which is not actually there. The man former president Donald Trump selected to keep our rooms monster-free, former Homeland Security cybersecurity czar Christopher Krebs, said the election was “the most secure” ever. The fabric of America is ripping and the lore of the country is crumbling. A new generation of thinkers and leaders will have to piece her together again.
By the year 2044, America will be composed mostly of people of color. Black, Native American, Latinx, Asian American and Pacific Islander citizens will shape American democracy. These rapidly changing demographics are casting a wide net of influence over our culture and a shadow over our politics.
The answer to the question who do we want to be is frequently answered at the ballot box. Which explains the vigorous effort to keep the voting pathway as white and as narrow as possible. Frightened people will do desperate things. And they don’t care about playing by
As of the end of June, 17 states have enacted 28 new laws restricting voting access. And more bills are moving through state legislatures as you read this. Collectively, Republican lawmakers have introduced at least 389 restrictive bills in 48 states during 2021 legislative sessions, according to the Brennan Center for Justice.

Progressive Dems fight to defund the police as party moves on
It’s their hill to defund on.
Progressive Democrats are irked by talk from President Biden and national Democrats looking to move the party away from the anti-police rhetoric of 2020.
“Since the last election the moderates have been moving away from it,” state Sen. Jabari Brisport told The Post. Brisport — a socialist — warned that embracing cops would bring consequences from his perennially restive comrades.
“I think hiring more cops after we just saw the largest protest our nation has ever seen against police violence is extremely tone deaf and does not build the base and will probably hurt us in the 2022 elections,” Brisport said.
During a summer of violence in 2020, defund the police became a battle cry for Democrats from coast to coast. In New York, the City Council passed a budget slashing a billion dollars from the NYPD. Its undercover anti-crime unit was disbanded. Lefty Minneapolis lawmakers moved to completely defund their department and (promptly backed down in the wake of a crime surge) continues: https://nypost.com/2021/07/17/progressive-dems-fight-to-defund-the-police-as-party-moves-on/
I thought democrats said republicans were the ones for defunding police?
In the close of the First World War, Ferdinand Foch, the Supreme Allied Commander, rejected a ceasefire request from the Germans. The two sides were actively negotiating the Armistice; it was clear that the end of the war was imminent. Still, the negotiations continued for several more days, and between Foch’s refusal, on November 8, 1918, and the signing of the Armistice, just after 5 a.m. on November 11th, nearly seven thousand men were killed and thousands more were injured. News that the war would end at 11 a.m. that day was transmitted immediately to both Allied and Central commanders. Still, as Adam Hochschild detailed in a 2018 essay for The New Yorker, the fighting continued: there were more casualties on the final day of the First World War than on D Day, in 1944. The last American killed in combat died at 10:59 a.m.
A century later, we are again losing Americans to a war that could already have ended. Nearly all covid-19 deaths in the United States are now avoidable. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, data suggest that more than ninety-nine per cent of covid deaths in recent months were among Americans who weren’t fully vaccinated—a finding so extraordinary that one might question its accuracy if similar statistics weren’t being reported in study after study after study. Six months after the covid vaccines became available, more than forty per cent of American adults have not been fully vaccinated. The broad numbers don’t tell the full story: vaccine uptake is hugely variable across the U.S., and so more contagious variants are struggling to spread in some communities while inflicting real damage in others. Democrats are far more likely than Republicans to have been immunized; Vermont’s immunization rate is roughly twice that of Mississippi, where fifty-seven per cent of adults have not been fully immunized. Last month, half of American adults said that they lived in a household in which everyone had been at least partially vaccinated, even as a quarter reported that no one in their household had received a single dose. We are, increasingly, living in two Americas.
COVID-19 cases among unvaccinated surge, making up 94% of all cases in Louisiana since May
July 13, 2021
The Louisiana Department of Health warns that COVID-19 cases among people who are not yet fully vaccinated are surging, and all people in Louisiana, especially those who are not yet vaccinated, are at an elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 as the more contagious Delta variant continues to spread.
Louisiana is currently experiencing widespread increases in the spread of COVID-19. Since early May, 19,200 new COVID-19 cases have been reported among Louisiana residents, with 94% of these cases occurring among individuals who were not fully vaccinated. On July 13, LDH announced 9 additional COVID-19 deaths; all individuals were unvaccinated.
LDH reaffirms the following guidance for individuals in Louisiana:
If you are not yet fully vaccinated you should mask and distance in public settings and particularly indoors, for your safety and for the safety of those around you.If you are fully vaccinated you have very good, but not absolute protection. Your risk, while relatively small, will increase as the amount of COVID-19 circulating in your community increases. Masking and distancing particularly when indoors will increase your safety should you desire extra protection. If you are at increased risk for complications of COVID-19 by virtue of advanced age or underlying medical condition or have a member of your household family unit who is, LDH strongly recommends you consider masking and distancing when indoors and/or in close proximity to others for added protection.
“The data are very clear,” said Dr. Joseph Kanter, Louisiana’s State Health Officer. “COVID-19 cases among unvaccinated people in Louisiana are surging. COVID-19 hospitalizations, percent positivity and COVID-19 outbreaks are all on the rise. All people in Louisiana, especially those who are not yet vaccinated, should know they are now at increased risk of exposure to COVID-19 due to the more transmissible Delta variant, and they should consider their personal risk and their family’s risk.”

The people like Thecoldheartedtruth are responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands American people who believe the lies about vaccines and masking.

DEADLIER THAN COVID: The Panic Pandemic. The worst plague to hit America last year, I argue in City Journal, was the moral panic that swept the nation’s guiding institutions — and the laptop class that prospered at the expense of the most vulnerable members of society.
Instead of keeping calm and carrying on, the American elite flouted the norms of governance, journalism, academic freedom—and, worst of all, science. They misled the public about the origins of the virus and the true risk that it posed. Ignoring their own carefully prepared plans for a pandemic, they claimed unprecedented powers to impose untested strategies, with terrible collateral damage. As evidence of their mistakes mounted, they stifled debate by vilifying dissenters, censoring criticism, and suppressing scientific research.
If, as seems increasingly plausible, the coronavirus that causes Covid-19 leaked out of a laboratory in Wuhan, it is the costliest blunder ever committed by scientists. Whatever the pandemic’s origin, the response to it is the worst mistake in the history of the public-health profession.
While the journalistic and scientific establishments panicked (et tu, Scientific American?), a few scientists and leaders kept calm. Instead of blindly following Anthony Fauci’s version of “the science,” Florida’s governor, Ron DeSantis, consulted with Scott Atlas of the Hoover Institution and the scientists behind the Great Barrington Declaration, who were astonished to speak with a politician already familiar with just about every study they mentioned to him.
“DeSantis was an incredible outlier,” Atlas says. “He dug up the data and read the scientific papers and analyzed it all himself. In our discussions, he’d bounce ideas off me, but he was already on top of the details of everything. He always had the perspective to see the larger harms of lockdowns and the need to concentrate testing and other resources on the elderly. And he has been proven correct.”
Yes, he has, but Fauci and his followers will never admit it. Now they’re calling for even stricter social-media censorship of their critics — and threatening even greater power grabs in the future.

After Sherri Tenpenny, a Cleveland-area doctor, falsely suggested during a hearing last month in the Ohio House of Representatives that COVID vaccines left people “magnetized” and could “interface” with 5G cellular towers, Republican lawmakers thanked her for her “enlightening” testimony.

The United States recorded 79,310 new cases of COVID-19, more than any other country in the world, according to Johns Hopkins University.
The soaring number matches the level hit in October 2020, a record at the time, though it would not remain so for long.

4 shot outside Nationals Park during Nationals-Padres game, police say
This is a black eye for Washington DC and the US. If these doesn't push him to fund city police departments, I don't know what will.

Yale Professor Wants Your Kids To See Sex At Pride Parades So They’re Not ‘Homophobes’
A Yale associate professor is openly calling for children to witness public sex acts in order to combat 'racism and homophobia.'
Fischel, who proclaims in his Twitter bio that he is “gay for pay,” attempts to justify his argument that children should be exposed to public displays of kink and gay sexuality by taking the laughable position that such exposure will help combat “racism and homophobia.”

There’s a monster under the bed.
Nearly three months into this gigantic goat rodeo, with no end in sight, Fann explained: “This has never been about anything other than election integrity.”
In other words, the author of the Arizona audit — which will cost Maricopa County taxpayers almost $3 million — is not claiming there are any actual monsters under the bed.
Trump’s senior law enforcement official, then-Attorney General William P. Barr, said “we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome.”

Lefty Minneapolis lawmakers moved to completely defund their department and (promptly backed down in the wake of a crime surge)

They believe the MSM is Pravda
