Liberals don't want fairness. They want things to be unfair to their advantage
According to Grosskreutz's own testimony:
- He is affiliated (aka a member) of a violent group associated with Antifa
- He was illegally carrying a concealed handgun that he had no permit for
- He pulled out his gun and ran after Rittenhouse
- He got within 3-4 feet of Rittenhouse who had fallen to the ground
- He then aimed the loaded handgun at Rittenhouse's head
Now check me if I am wrong, but you cannot carry a concealed handgun without a permit. I believe that happens to be a crime. Chasing after someone with a loaded gun in hand is threatening behavior that could constitute assault with a deadly weapon. Aiming a gun at someone can certainly be constituted as the sort of threatening behavior that rises to assault with a deadly weapon and could constitute bigger charges if you convince a jury that Grosskreutz was planning on shooting
Under the laws of almost every state, you don't have to use a deadly weapon to get charged with assault. You just have to threaten or demonstrate a threat. For the same reasons that the jury found Rittenhouse not guilty of a crime when he shot Grosskreutz, another jury certainly might conclude that Grosskreutz actions provoked a threat and made Rittenhouse fear for his life. That is the very definition of that version of assault with a deadly weapon.
In other words, the actions of Grosskreutz were such that these same prosecutors could have charged him with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, assault with a deadly weapon, and quite possibly attempted murder (if you argue that he planned on shooting). They have Grosskreutz dead to rights on the gun charge, an impartial jury has determined that his actions were threatening to Rittenhouse meaning that conviction on assault is a no-brainer. The only question is whether they can convince a jury that he actually meant to shoot.
Here is the kicker here folks.
Instead of charging the career criminal with an actual slam dunk case that would have most certainly ended with convictions, they went after the 17 year child with no criminal past with charges that they had to know had little chance of success. At the end of the day it was Grosskreutz who was provided the "privilege" of playing the victim, while it was Rittenhouse who suffered from completely unfair and totally unjustified prosecution as the these unfair and biased prosecutors tried to paint him the villian.
Why?
Because Grosskreutz is associated with the BLM violent Antifa crowd that so many liberals will defend to the end, while Rittenhouse is associated with the right. If not for politics, the man who was breaking the law would have been charged and convicted. Instead, because of politics a boy was charged with a crime that the prosecution never had any chance to prove in any fair court.

Meanhile, Trump's virus that would go away within a few days is crossing over into animals.
Lions, tigers, leopards all have tested positive for COVID: What we know about the virus in animals
USA TODAY
November 15, 2021, 3:38 PM
Conversations over the impact of COVID-19 on animals are back in the spotlight after the recent deaths of three snow leopards that tested positive for the virus at the Lincoln Children's Zoo in Nebraska.
During the pandemic, there have been multiple reports of zoo animals testing positive for COVID-19, including lions, tigers, gorillas, snow leopards and recently hyenas. There have also been reports of household animals like cats and dogs contracting the virus.
Most animals that contract the virus that causes COVID-19 in humans do recover. However, like humans, predisposed conditions can cause certain animals to experience more serious complications that could lead to death.
"Although we know that COVID-19 is primarily a human disease, over the past year and a half we've learned some animals are more susceptible to infection," Dr. Jose Arce, president of the American Veterinary Medical Association, told USA TODAY
How many animals died after getting COVID?
The amount of animals that have died after getting COVID-19 is not known, but there have been a few reports.
Last month, officials at the the Sioux Falls zoo said COVID-19 may have killed one of their rare snow leopards. A 13-year-old African lion with underlying health conditions at the Honolulu Zoo died last month after contracting the virus, Maui Now reported. And on Friday, officials at the Lincoln Children's Zoo reported multiple animals were infected with the deaths of three snow leopards from complications due to COVID-19.
'Protecting pets': Michigan cat becomes first pet in state to test positive for virus that causes COVID-19
'A major reservoir host': Deer in Iowa appear to be catching COVID-19 from humans. Could it happen in other states?
Last year, the first dog to test positive for COVID-19 in the U.S. died months later after his owners and vet made the decision to euthanize him. Buddy the German Shepherd remained ill, struggled to breath, lost weight and became increasingly lethargic before being put down.
How does COVID affect animals?
Arce said animals who contract the virus that causes COVID-19 in humans have mild symptoms like sneezing, lethargy and stuffy nose.
They usually recover quickly and can be treated with antibiotics and steroids like humans. He said most cases can be traced back to the animals' handler who most likely was in close proximity with the animals before testing positive for the virus.
"We don't deny there is possible cross contamination from animal to animal, but the good thing is there is very little exposure from animals to humans," Arce said.
He said some animals, like humans, may be more susceptible to serious complication from the virus due to predisposed conditions.
"If they are older with heart problems or other conditions, that will sometimes make animals more susceptible because their immune system is not able to combat the virus like healthy animals," he said.
What about vaccinating animals?
Some zoos began using an experimental vaccine from Zoetis, an animal health company, to vaccinate their animals against COVID-19.
Arce said it is too early to determine the effectiveness of the vaccine, but preliminary results have been positive.
The Cincinnati Zoo vaccinated 80 animals from skunks to pandas over the course of six weeks, according to an October press release from the zoo. They said negative reactions to the vaccine have not been observed and will continue to monitor them.
In June, tigers, bears and mountain lions received the vaccine at the Oakland Zoo. Officials at the Atlanta zoo were considering vaccinating 18 gorillas after they displayed COVID-19 symptoms after delta exposure.
Arce said people can help animals by getting vaccinated because those who don't can lead the virus to create more mutations that could affect animals.
"Getting vaccinated is important for public health and also animal health.'"
NO NO NO~ None of this is true, it's just another government plot to mislead us.
Few people ever use a firearm in self-defense—doing so is rare even for police officers—so the extreme elements of right-wing gun culture have to conjure the specter of impending catastrophe in order to maintain their political salience. Sometimes this manifests in deranged reveries of armed revolution, sometimes in overt fantasies of murdering urban minorities, and sometimes in the make-believe of resisting a supposedly tyrannical government. Right-wing gun culture is not unlike the wellness industry, in that it requires the cultivation of a sustained insecurity in its audience in order to facilitate the endless purchase of its products. You can never be too skinny, and you can never have too many guns to stop the impending communist takeover.

An unarmed young man was jogging through a white neighborhood and the people reacted like in the civil war era and the end of Reconciliation procedure. He was not the first man to face it.
And unfortunately it's not going away because of the tribal instincts of too many people.
Vaccinated English adults under 60 are dying at twice the rate of unvaccinated people the same age
And have been for six months. This chart may seem unbelievable or impossible, but it's correct, based on weekly data from the British government.
The brown line represents weekly deaths from all causes of vaccinated people aged 10-59, per 100,000 people.
The blue line represents weekly deaths from all causes of unvaccinated
people per 100,000 in the same age range.

hopefully we are following science and not going full speed ahead on an experimental vaccine which is not working like a vaccine.
Maybe this is why state media and FAKE NEWS and big tech are hiding any conflicting Covid information to the state narrative ?

The defense team said the mob outside of the courtroom were going to lynch the two white defendants...
BRUNSWICK, Ga. — Arguing Friday for a mistrial over what he called undue influence by the “woke mob” outside the courthouse, the embattled attorney representing one of three white men charged in Ahmaud Arbery’s killing likened the demonstrations to “a public lynching.”
Kevin Gough has been widely criticized over his repeated attempts to have demonstrations prohibited on courthouse grounds and high-profile civil rights leaders banned from the gallery.
In response to his remarks about the Revs. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, hundreds of Black clergy members descended on the courthouse Thursday. They hosted a prayer vigil before leading demonstrators on a march through Brunswick.
“This is not 1915. This is not 1923. There are not thousands of people outside with pitchforks and baseball bats,” said Gough, who represents William “Roddie” Bryan. “But I would respectfully submit to the court that this is the 21st century equivalent. This case has been infected by things that have nothing to do with the guilt or innocence of these defendants.”
Bryan, Travis McMichael, and his father, Greg McMichael, face murder and other charges in the Arbery’s Feb. 23, 2020, shooting. The men contend they were trying to detain Arbery, who they suspected in a series of the white neighborhood break-ins. He was Black.

Kyle Rittenhouse is a moment for conservatives to upgrade their software:
Prosecutors lie (Binger and Lunchbox)
Corrupt cops lie (Ataramian)
The state lies to protect its interests
This is why I support @LawSelfDefense's proposed Kyle's Law
Put the state on the hook for bringing false charges in a self-defense case
We need the on the books in all 50 states
Would be a great law and tribute to Rittenhouse

Kyle Rittenhouse did more to stop the rioting than any elected official in America.
He deserves a law in his honor
Fox news has made him a hero!
Newly acquitted shooter Kyle Rittenhouse declared with a smile in the backseat of a car in a clip on Fox News Friday night:
The Republicans will put a statue in the rotunda in the Capitol Building.
Rittenhouse is associated with the right.
Proud Boys sang in his honor just like Thecoldheartedtruth!
When is Ch FINALLY going to give us a thread on the totally innocent self defense shooting of the unarmed black jogger in Georgia?
Don't think there is a lot of controversy about it.. The white guy is going to jail - for a long time.
He can't claim self-defense.
And he can't claim he was making a citizen's arrest. In Georgia, you actually had to witness him committing a crime before making a citizen's arrest.
And even it he did, he would bound to police procedure in the use of deadly force.
Rittenhouse is associated with the right.
Rittenhouse is associated with the right because the left associated him with the right.
There is no evidence that he is
10 heinous lies about Kyle Rittenhouse debunked.
8. He “flashed white power signs” with Proud Boys. After spending three months in jail, Kyle was freed on $2 million bail two days after his 18th birthday last year, and went to a bar for a beer, with his mother and other adults, which is legal in Wisconsin. He posed for selfies with strangers at the bar, who the media say are Proud Boys, and was pictured making the OK sign with his thumb and forefinger. The false claim that this is a white supremacist sign comes from a 2017 hoax on the website 4chan, to punk liberals, who keep falling for it. Biden uses the gesture frequently. It was unwise to pose for the photo, but it does not mean Kyle is associated with white supremacists
Judge: Prosecutors can’t show Rittenhouse link to Proud Boys
MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A judge ruled Friday that prosecutors can’t argue that a man who shot three people during a protest against police brutality in Wisconsin is affiliated with the Proud Boys or that he attacked a woman months before the shootings, bolstering his position as he prepares for a politically charged trial.
Turley is a conspiracy theorist...
In our siloed society, people rely on news sources that tend to confirm their bias and presuppositions in such trials.
The problem is that such coverage is self-fulfilling.
By misrepresenting and not reporting key facts, media increased the likelihood that the acquittal will be read as confirmation of a racist trial in a racist justice system. That fuels the type of rioting that we saw in Kenosha after the shooting of Jacob Blake in a scuffling with police. Ironically, that case was also widely misrepresented in much of the media.
The Blake case was the subject of both state and federal investigations that rejected charges against the officer. Yet, the inaccurate coverage of that case continued to enrage viewers who were not fully informed of the facts leading up to the use of force. The various investigations found that the officers were required to arrest Blake on charges of third-degree sexual assault, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Two different officers used a taser on Blake, which failed. Investigations also found that Blake was armed and resisting arrest.
He actually believe that the MSM is a Democratic party employers.
This is classic propaganda..
Watch the video the man Riddenhouse posed with did not wear proud boys gear nor show any visible markings.
Riddenhouse was a celebrity, he can't control who serenades him in a bar.

Well he's right. The media is inciting a riot. (Not that they need much inciting to begin with.)

One year before the 2022 midterm elections, the United States of America, long the freest, most powerful and most successful nation on earth, is on the brink of total meltdown.
Power-obsessed politicians in thrall to a bizarre, quasi-religious ideology, seemingly oblivious to the destruction and suffering they’re causing, daily implement new agendas that crush America’s great middle class, her economy and her most hallowed institutions.
Staging this revolution from behind their shockingly senile puppet president, Joe Biden, they have fomented a full-scale invasion of the U.S. mainland, mandated that tens of millions of citizens be injected with an experimental new drug or lose their jobs, and heedlessly created Third World-style inflation, shortages, poverty, drug addiction and runaway crime. And they’re just getting started.
Ironically, America’s current ruling elites hate the very nation they govern, daily condemning it as irredeemably racist, when in reality it is indisputably the least racist nation in human history.
Ignoring reality at every turn, they manifest an abiding contempt for biology, the lessons of history, the fundamental laws of economics, the transcendent value of human life, and especially, for God and His laws.
On top of all this, their current figureheads – Joe Biden and Kamala Harris – are unlikable, meanspirited, pathologically dishonest, and in Biden’s case, cognitively disintegrating in real time before the entire world. Harris is so singularly repellant that the Biden administration has essentially kept her hidden since Day 1.
So phantasmagoric has 2021 become, Team Biden appears to be engaged in an “Alice in Wonderland”-type intramural competition to determine who in the administration can be the most deranged: Biden is winning, with his straight-faced claims that his planned multi-trillion-dollar spending orgy “costs zero dollars” and will reduce inflation. But Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is giving him stiff competition with his assertion that many of America’s highways are racist, as is Vice President Kamala Harris, who recently asked NASA if it can possibly “track trees” by race to assure “environmental justice.”
He actually believe that the MSM is a Democratic party employers.
Actually Roger...
What did he say that wasn't true? I watched MSNBC last night and they still had people going on saying things that were blatantly proven untrue in the trial. They obviously watched none of the trial and were still sticking to the "rhetoric" that you followed without evidence.
Turley is telling the absolute f-n truth. You just don't like the implications regarding that truth.
But tell me Roger...
You made almost no arguments about Kyle Rittenhouse being guilty that had anything to do with the trial. You talked about debunked stories regarding Rittenhouse being a "Proud Boy" and other lies... and where (if not the media) did you get those lies from?
Seriously Roger...
Tell us where he is wrong?
Myself if for any reason I killed another person I would not be smiling.
He feels no remorse about other people.
He got a fair trial and he was acquitted...
You and I both know friends or relatives who served...
They never smile about it....
You can't separate them..
They have opinions about it.
But you say that every single person on the news coverage is a Democratic hoax....

President Joe Biden continued his unbroken streak of seedy gaffes around children when he put his hands on a 7-year-old boy before offering to escort the child around the White House.
The latest cringeworthy exchange occurred Thursday while Biden was signing legislation to support first responders. That itself was interesting since he said last month that unvaccinated first responders should be fired.

“Freeland approached the prosecution to testify in exchange for immunity for other charges, including a DUI, but they rejected the offer, according to a source familiar with the discussions.”
This is a very significant claim.
Rittenhouse faces 12.5 years specifically for shooting at “jump kick man” - although his identity was allegedly unknown by the parties at trial.
He is now reportedly ID’ed, but Fox’s reporting - if correct - indicates prosecution spoke to him beforehand.
Not to editorialize here, but this is part of why I don’t like stories featuring anonymous sources.
This is a highly consequential claim that probably implies prosecutorial wrongdoing, but the public believing that reporting currently hinges on trusting Fox’s unnamed source.

Apology to Kenosha residents from a now former New York Times reporter who had their story withheld by the paper for obvious political purposes.
A note on Kenosha in light of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial: Until quite recently, the mainstream liberal argument was that burning down businesses for racial justice was both good and healthy. Burnings allowed for the expression of righteous rage, and the businesses all had insurance to rebuild.
When I was at the New York Times, I went to Kenosha to see about this, and it turned out to be not true. The part of Kenosha that people burned in the riots was the poor, multi-racial commercial district, full of small, underinsured cell phone shops and car lots. It was very sad to see and to hear from people who had suffered. Beyond the financial loss, small storefronts are quite meaningful to their owners and communities, which continuously baffles the Zoom-class.
Something odd happened with that story after I filed it. It didn’t run. It sat and sat.
Now it could be that the piece was just bad. I’ve sent in bad ones before, and I’ll do it again. A few weeks after I filed, an editor told me: The Times wouldn’t be able to run my Kenosha insurance debacle piece until after the 2020 election, so sorry.
There were a variety of reasons given—space, timing, tweaks here or there.
Eventually the election passed. Biden was in the White House. And my Kenosha story ran. Whatever the reason for holding the piece, covering the suffering after the riots was not a priority. The reality that brought Kyle Rittenhouse into the streets was one we reporters were meant to ignore. The old man who tried to put out a blaze at a Kenosha store had his jaw broken. The top editor of the Philadelphia Inquirer had to resign in June 2020 amid staff outcry for publishing a piece with the headline, “Buildings Matter, Too.”
If you lived in those neighborhoods on fire, you were not supposed to get an extinguisher. The proper response — the only acceptable response — was to see the brick and mortar torn down, to watch the fires burn and to say: thank you.

But you say that every single person on the news coverage is a Democratic hoax....
Roger... with more hyperbole because you cannot just make an argument.
It's not that "every single person" in the news is pushing a Democratic hoax. As I stated, CNN had about 8 or 9 real legal analysts talking about the trial. Not a one stated that they thought the jury got it wrong.
But they also had about 8 or 9 people who were not legal analysts, demanding that it was wrong and repeating the same rhetoric and flat out lies that that nothing to do with the trial. Demanding it was the worst decision ever and that it just clears the way for vigilante justice.
But if liberals believe that... then great. Perhaps the lack of rioting in Kenosha last night was because the potential rioters possibly thought there would be a whole army of Rittenhouses wandering around with assault rifles. It is not true, but it's cool if liberals believe it.

That's no defense. In Georgia you can't make a citizens arrest unless you witness a crime. They didn't witness any crime, they weren't in danger of life or bodily harm.
They had no authority to detain him much less shoot him.
