More misconduct found in the Rittenhouse case

Man simply known as Jump kick man has been known to prosecution from beginning of case, but identity was not turned over to the defense until after trial.

Another convicted felon who ironically was prosecuted once previous by Kraus and is currently awaiting prosecution by both Kraus and Binger. This is four convicted felons that Rittenhouse shot back at during the course of the riots.

A career criminal and convicted felon with an open domestic violence charge has claimed to be the unidentified male at whom Kyle Rittenhouse shot twice at close range but missed, on the night of August 25, 2020. Rittenhouse has been charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety of the man known in trial only as ‘jump-kick man,’ for the flying kick he took at the teenager’s head as Rittenhouse was attacked minutes after he shot Joseph Rosenbaum dead.
Now Maurice Freeland, 39, has admitted that he was the one who kicked Rittenhouse in the head and narrowly avoided being shot as a result, after the then 17-year-old stumbled to the ground as he attempted to flee. Now it has emerged that the same is true of ‘jump-kick man’ who was on bond that night for an alleged assault on his girlfriend that included kicking her in the ribcage having thrown her to the floor.

Speaking of unfair justice. I remember that day.

Muhammad A. Aziz stood up in a New York City courtroom on Thursday, 55 years after he and two other men were found guilty of murdering Malcolm X, and began to speak.

Minutes later, he would walk out of the courtroom an innocent man in the eyes of the law, his conviction in the assassination of one of the most influential Black leaders of the civil rights era overturned by a judge. But first he addressed a silent room.

“I do not need this court, these prosecutors or a piece of paper to tell me I am innocent,” he said in a stern voice that did not shake or falter. “I am an 83-year-old man who was victimized by the criminal justice system.”

Mr. Aziz and his co-defendant, Khalil Islam, were exonerated on Thursday after a review initiated by the Manhattan district attorney, Cyrus R. Vance Jr., found that they had not received a fair trial. The investigation found that evidence pointing toward their innocence had been withheld by some of the country’s most prominent law enforcement agencies, and that at least some information was suppressed on the order of the longtime director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, J. Edgar Hoover.

Hoover's name should be removed from the FBI building..

Judge Ejects MSNBC from Kyle Rittenhouse Courthouse After ‘Extremely Serious’ Incident of Freelancer Allegedly Following Jury Bus

Judge Bruce Schroeder has ejected liberal cable news organization MSNBC from the Kenosha County Courthouse for the remaining duration of the Kyle Rittenhouse homicide trial.

Schroeder said the court received a report from the Kenosha Police Department that an individual who indicated he was employed by MSNBC ran a red light while authorities think he may have been following a “sealed bus” containing the Rittenhouse jury.  But NBC News said the authorities were mistaken as to the individual’s intent.

Judge Bans MSNBC from Kyle Rittenhouse Courthouse

“The matter is under further investigation at this point,” Schroeder said. However, the judge said he felt compelled to take immediate action to ensure the safety of the jury and the sanctity of the trial.

“I have instructed that no one from MSNBC news will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial,” Schroeder said. “This is a very serious matter, and I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely, it would go without much thinking that someone who is following a jury bus — that is a very — it’s an extremely serious matter — and will be referred to the proper authorities for further action.”

The individual ticketed, who Schroeder identified as James Morrison, said he was operating under the supervision of Irene Byon. Schroeder said Morrison identified Byon as an MSNBC manager in New York.

In a subsequent statement to Law&Crime, NBC News characterized the situation differently.

“Last night, a freelancer received a traffic citation,” an NBC News spokesperson said. “While the traffic violation took place near the jury van, the freelancer never contacted or intended to contact the jurors during deliberations, and never photographed or intended to photograph them. We regret the incident and will fully cooperate with the authorities on any investigation.”

House readies Thursday evening vote on $2 trillion spending plan backed by Biden
By Tony Romm
November 18 at 5:25 PM PST
House Democrats late Thursday appeared on track to adopt on a sprawling, more than $2 trillion package to overhaul the country’s health care, education, climate, immigration and tax laws, seeking to seize on their recent legislative successes and advance the next piece of President Biden’s economic agenda.
The swift, new push toward passage marked a stark turn for Democrats after months of intense, internal wrangling, reflecting the growing sense of accord among liberals and moderates over the once-contentious spending bill. Its adoption would notch another major milestone for Democrats just days after Biden signed into law a separate effort to invest $1.2 trillion in the nation’s infrastructure.
“At the close of the debate, all that remains is to take up the vote — so that we can pass this legislation and achieve President Biden’s vision to build back better,” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) told members of her caucus Thursday evening.
Democrats forged ahead toward the vote after they finally had in hand an analysis of the proposal’s spending provisions from the Congressional Budget Office. Moderate Democrats had demanded the data to assess whether their party’s more than $2 trillion in new initiatives are financed in full.
[With infrastructure victory in hand, Democrats brace for battle over $2 trillion spending bill]
The CBO analysis found that the bill would result in net increase in the deficit totaling $367 billion over the next decade. But the estimate did not include the full savings that could be achieved from some of the Democrats’ revenue-raising provisions, including a plan to empower the Internal Revenue Service to recapture unpaid federal taxes. The White House has said that IRS enforcement alone could capture roughly $400 billion in additional revenue.
With that amount factored into the final estimate, Treasury Secretary Janet L. Yellen said in a statement Thursday evening that the legislation, known as the Build Back Better Act, “is fully paid for,” adding that over time it would help reduce the deficit as a result of tax policies that “ask the wealthiest Americans and large corporations to pay their fair share.”
The news appeared to satisfy some moderate lawmakers, who met privately with top White House officials earlier Thursday. Shortly after exiting the gathering, Rep. Stephanie Murphy of Florida, one of the leaders of the centrist-leaning Blue Dog Coalition, said in a statement she intended to vote for the bill despite some additional “reservations about the overall size of the legislation.”
“I think we were all united around the desire to have complete information,” Murphy later told reporters.
Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.), another party centrist, similarly expressed optimism about the package as he told reporters he continued to review the spending data.

[With infrastructure victory in hand, Democrats brace for battle over $2 trillion spending bill]
The late statements of supports provided a fresh jolt of good news for Democrats who had struggled for months to advance Biden’s broader economic policy agenda.
The roughly $2 trillion measure is vast in its scope: It aims to expand Medicare to include new hearing benefits, lower the cost of some prescription drugs for millions of seniors, provide free prekindergarten for all American children and invest new sums to combat climate change. It proposes a slew of new aid to help low-income families in greatest need, and it covers its spending through new taxes targeting millionaires as well as corporations that currently pay nothing in federal taxes.
[The second biggest program in the Democrats' spending bill gives billions to the rich]
Opening debate earlier Thursday in the House, top Democrats took to the floor to stress the popularity of the president’s vast spending agenda.
“Virtually every poll on this piece of legislation has shown overwhelming support for each of the elements we are proposing,” said Rep. John Yarmuth (D-Ky.), chairman of the chamber’s Budget Committee, which helped craft the legislation.

CBO: Social spending bill will increase the deficit by less than 0.5%

The Congressional Budget Office dropped its analysis of the $1.8 trillion social spending bill today, and the first thing to know is that they estimate it at $1.6 trillion over ten years.

So it's now officially the $1.6 trillion social spending bill. They also figure that it will raise about $1.3 trillion in revenue over ten years. The total effect on the deficit is $367 billion over ten years.

However, this doesn't count the revenue raised by going after tax cheats, which would raise at least $200 billion over ten years according to earlier CBO projections. That brings the effect on the deficit down to $167 billion over ten years, possibly even less.

That's about $16 billion per year, which comes to a net increase in the deficit of one half of one percent. That's 0.5%.

Note that this is a ceiling. If the tax cheats generate more revenue, as many economists think they will, the effect on the deficit could be close to zero.

This is about as good as it gets in the real world, and it ought to satisfy the hawkiest of the fiscal hawks. It's time to vote.

This will get both of the Senators we need to change the economy in unprecedented ways.

For individuals, the basic tax rates would stay unchanged for all but top earners. Those with adjusted gross income over $10 million would pay a 5% surtax and those with income over $25 million would pay an additional 3%. three percent is not huge numbers

Cast aside during the negotiations were Biden administration proposals to tax unrealized capital gains at death and require banks to report annual account flows to the IRS. They will find tax cheats

Democrats are using a special legislative process called reconciliation that requires just a simple majority in the Senate, allowing them to skirt the 60-vote threshold for most legislation in the Senate and advance the bill over Republican opposition. Reconciliation comes with limits on what lawmakers can pass through the process, and Democrats are bracing for some of the bill’s measures, including its immigration provisions, to run afoul of reconciliation’s strictures and be removed from the legislation.

For months, Democrats tied the education, healthcare and climate package to a separate, bipartisan infrastructure bill. Many Democrats viewed the $1 trillion public works package as insufficient on its own and sought to create more pressure for the passage of the education, healthcare and climate effort by holding up the infrastructure bill.

That created a stalemate between progressives and centrists in the House until earlier this month, when the House passed the infrastructure bill after centrist Democrats signaled their support for the education, climate and healthcare bill. Mr. Biden signed the public works legislation into law earlier this week.

The reconciliation process will take time but it looks like both sides are happy Thanksgiving dinner!

Biden this week signed a $1 trillion package of highway and other infrastructure projects, which he’s spent recent days promoting around the country. But he’s been battered recently by falling approval numbers in polls, reflecting voters’ concerns over inflation, supply chain delays and the persistent coronavirus pandemic.

After months of talks, Democrats appeared eager to wrap it up, shelving lingering differences to begin selling the package back home. House Democrats said they were planning 1,000 events across the country by year’s end to pitch the measure’s benefits to voters. They face 2022 midterm elections in which Republicans have strong hopes for capturing control of the House and Senate.

Politico reports

CBO said more aggressive IRS enforcement could bring in $207 billion over a decade, while the White House has predicted almost double that in savings. The difference doesn’t seem likely to endanger support from price-wary centrists, however. And if the administration’s estimate bears itself out, it could bolster Democrats’ arguments that the bill is “paid for.”

“This idea that we're going to pay for it by going after tax cheats — based on long experience, CBO says that is not true,” Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) said. “So if we're worried about inflation, just intuitively to me, pumping more money into this economy is going to increase the risk of stagflation. If you wanted a plan to wreck the economy, I'm not sure you could do better than that." Only rich people will get caught cheating on their taxes Senator Cassidy

Even as House lawmakers impatiently awaited details on vote timing — many have planned trips either out of the country or weekend fundraising events before Thanksgiving — Democrats have seen decidedly low drama this week compared to the months of tense standoffs between the party’s progressive and centrist wings.

Instead, much of lawmakers’ attention this week was focused elsewhere, primarily on Democrats’ successful effort to censure Rep. Paul Gosar for a cartoon video he posted that depicted him killing Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

But Democrats are now eager for a different set of headlines. This week’s pivotal vote on Biden’s plan to expand the safety net, which caps eight months of infighting, is a fresh chance for party leaders to promote a bill they see as broadly popular.

Pravda aka Breitbart

The CBO found the the bipartisan bill would add $256 billion to the deficit.

This means that the Build Back Better infrastructure agenda would add $623 billion to the deficit, while Americans continue to face soaring inflation.

Club Growth President David McIntosh released a statement Thursday, noting that swing districts broke their promise not to raise the deficit:

The CBO has spoken: Biden’s so-called “Build Back Better” Bill will add $367 billion to the deficit over 10 years. Representatives Josh Gottheimer (NJ-05), Ed Case (HI-01), Stephanie Murphy (FL-07), Kurt Schrader (OR-05), and Kathleen Rice (NY-04) promised their constituents that they would not raise the deficit. If they break their word and vote for this bill, they’re betraying their constituents. In September, Biden said the reconciliation bill would cost, ‘zero,’ and Biden has called the CBO the ‘gold standard.’ But with his embrace of the radical left it should come to no surprise that he’s walking away from any semblance of good judgement or fiscal responsibility. Now he is asking the Democrats in the House to support a bill that we clearly can’t afford while his other stimulus bills cause massive inflation.

McIntosh continued, “While American families are facing failing schools and skyrocketing prices, Democrats are going on a socialist spending spree, and they should expect their constituents to hold them accountable for their support of these reckless policies.”

They are afraid of teaching children there are still laws that treat people unfairly based on their race. Today, these systems may not seem as directly racist, but there are still rules and laws that impact certain groups of people more than others. For example, kids in mostly Black neighborhoods often go to schools that have less money for books and supplies compared to kids that go to schools in mostly White neighborhoods. Systemic racism can be hard to see but being an upstander means learning to see unfair rules and laws and speaking out or taking action against them scares Republicans.

The Bankrupt Brandon Better bill is garbage and the white house and president Klain are, of course, LYING.

The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) found Thursday that the Democrats’ mammoth legislation would cost $750 billion over five years.

The CBO found that the Build Back Better Act would add $367 billion to the deficit; the Democrats’ official price tag is $1.75 trillion. President Joe Biden and other Democrats have claimed the bill would cost zero dollars.

The nonpartisan organization also found that the bill would add roughly $160 billion to the deficit over ten years, and almost $750 billion over five years.

The Build Back Better Act contains arbitrary policy sunsets and expirations to make the cost of the legislation appear lower and have the legislation comply with the rules for budgetary reconciliation.

The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget found that the legislation would cost $4.91 trillion if many of the policies and programs with sunsets did not expire.

This includes permanent extensions of:

Extending the increase in the Child Tax Credit (CTC)
Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)
universal pre-kindergarten and child care subsidies
Affordable Care Act increased subsidies

A local TV anchor in Colorado tore into right-wing lawmaker and conspiracy theorist Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Colo.) over the “the cruel, false, and bigoted things she says for attention and fundraising.”

In a commentary for 9NEWS in Denver, Kyle Clark also demanded that news outlets hold her accountable.

“We hold Congresswoman Boebert to a far lower standard” than other lawmakers, Clark said after Boebert launched an Islamophobic attack on Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn) and falsely smeared her as being in something called a “Jihad squad.”

Clark appeared to have reached his limit in the on-air commentary.

“If we held her to the same standard as every other elected Republican and Democrat in Colorado, we would be here near nightly chronicling the cruel, false and bigoted things that Boebert says for attention and fundraising.

He added:

“This is not about politics, assuming politics is still about things like taxes, national security, health care, jobs and public lands. This is about us, as journalists, recognizing that we’ll hold a politician accountable if they say something vile once, but we won’t do it if they do it every day.”

He called it an unfair double-standard for politicians of both parties who display human decency.

It’s the Washington equivalent of a new Beyoncé album dropping: The Congressional Budget Office just released its “score” of the latest version of the Build Back Better bill. The House hopes to pass the bill Thursday night, and centrist Democrats may have been waiting to hear a bad deficit score to cut back or kill the bill.

But it turned out that the CBO score looks quite good for the BBB. It found that the bill will increase the deficit, but within a margin that should permit an important principle to kick in: While we should take the CBO’s analysis into account, we should also remember that there’s always a good bit of uncertainty in its projections.
Let’s first review what CBO found. Taking into account the various provisions, the CBO estimated that in total, the BBB would increase the deficit by $367 billion over 10 years.

WASHINGTON — The House of Representatives returned to finish consideration of President Joe Biden's sweeping safety net and climate package on Friday morning after Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy delayed the vote with a meandering, sometimes angry, speech that broke a House record for its length.

McCarthy, who began speaking at 8:38 p.m., brought his marathon speech to an end at around 5:04 a.m. to cheers and applause from House Republicans. He had long since crossed the eight-hour mark and broken a record set by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., for the longest speech on the House floor.

Pelosi gaveled back into session to close out debate shortly after 8 a.m. with a dig at McCarthy: "As a courtesy to my colleagues, I will be brief." Democrats are anticipating a vote later Friday morning.

“With the passage of the Build Back Better Act, we, this Democratic Congress, are taking our place in the long and honorable heritage of our democracy, with legislation that will be the pillar of health and financial security in America," she said. "It will be historic in forging landmark progress for our nation.”

McCarthy criticized the bill as reckless and inveighed against Biden's presidency overall. He also discussed unrelated matters like the Southern border, Afghanistan policy, recruitment of police officers, poll numbers and the problem with "one-party rule."

A senior Democratic aide told NBC News that McCarthy was “welcome to continue his raving as late into the night as he wants. The House will return and vote first thing Friday morning so the American people know heading into Thanksgiving week that House Democrats are fighting with President Biden to Build Back Better.”

The Democrats need to point out that it is your Thanksgiving dinner!

Led by Senator Ron Johnson, G.O.P. officials want to eliminate a bipartisan elections agency — and maybe send its members to jail.

After Joseph R. Biden Jr. won Wisconsin by 20,682 votes out of 3.3 million cast, Republicans began making evidence-free claims of fraudulent votes cast from nursing homes across the state.

Republicans in Wisconsin are engaged in an all-out assault on the state’s election system, building off their attempts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential race by pressing to give themselves full control over voting in the state.

The Republican effort — broader and more forceful than that in any other state where allies of former President Donald J. Trump are trying to overhaul elections — takes direct aim at the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission, an agency Republicans created half a decade ago that has been under attack since the chaotic aftermath of last year’s election.

The firestorm picked up late last month after a long-awaited report on the 2020 results that was ordered by Republican state legislators found no evidence of fraud but made dozens of suggestions for the election commission and the G.O.P.-led Legislature, turbocharging Republican demands for more control of elections.

The Food and Drug Administration has given its OK for fully vaccinated Americans who are age 18 and older to receive a COVID-19 booster shot.

The FDA on Thursday granted emergency use authorization for a third dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna vaccines, which had already been available to people 65 and older and to anyone 18 years and older who is at elevated risk of contracting COVID-19.

"The FDA has determined that the currently available data support expanding the eligibility of a single booster dose of the Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines to individuals 18 years of age and older," said Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., director of the FDA's Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research. "Streamlining the eligibility criteria and making booster doses available to all individuals 18 years of age and older will also help to eliminate confusion about who may receive a booster dose and ensure booster doses are available to all who may need one."

The pandemic will end soon!

"But this administration WILL BE JUDGED

reduced inequality,
spread opportunity,
created the material basis for greater national unity.

“It is doing that.”

IN OTHER WORDS, Biden is moving us in that direction,
reducing the inequality caused by the fiasco of the Trump administraty,
spreading opporutnities truncated by the Trump fiasco,
and creating the BASIS for the greater national unity Trump destroyed and wants to keep destroying for his own selfish ends and the selfish ends of other millionaires and billionaires.

And it SCARES YOU TO DEATH THAT HE MAY ACTUALLY ACCOMPLISH THAT.

I THINK AND HOPE HE WILL.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

On one key question — how much money will be raised by providing $80 billion to increase IRS enforcement on rich tax cheats — the CBO said it would raise $207 billion over 10 years, meaning the net savings would be $127 billion.
But while the $207 billion in savings wasn’t included in CBO’s top-line numbers, the $80 billion in enforcement was. Subtract that $207 billion, and it means the CBO thinks this bill will raise the deficit by only $160 billion.

That’s $16 billion a year. In the scope of the federal budget, that’s a tiny amount.
On top of this, many people think CBO’s figure on the cost savings from tax enforcement is a drastic underestimate. The Treasury Department estimates that it would generate $400 billion in revenue, for a net savings of $320 billion, almost $200 billion more than CBO thinks. If Treasury is right, the bill’s effect on the deficit is almost nothing.

House Democrats on Friday succeeded in their months-long quest to pass a behemoth social spending bill, but the legislation still needs to be hammered out by the Senate before it can become law.

Why it matters: The $1.75 trillion bill would tackle a host of Democratic priorities on health care, education and climate change and is a centerpiece of President Biden’s economic agenda.

If it ultimately passes the Senate, it will be the most significant expansion of the social safety net by the government since the 1960s.

Could the whole thing still fall apart? Sure.
The House shouldn’t be a problem; after having voted yes on Friday (and in preliminary votes even earlier) there’s little incentive to kill the bill when it returns.
But all it takes is a single Democratic senator to bring everything down.
Still, it does seem unlikely that events would have reached this stage without some confidence that Manchin and Sinema would be on board, and one would imagine that those senators would have given more of an indication long before now if they intended to oppose final passage.
Which gets back to the point about shared incentives: Even as both Manchin and Sinema have strong electoral incentives to establish themselves as clearly more moderate than the party, they also have incentives for the party to thrive overall.

“So it sure looks likely that some version of Build Back Better, modified by the Senate, will wind up passing.
And if that happens, this will have been (for better or worse) one of the most productive Congresses in a long time. With one year remaining to do more.”

SO THE CONGRESS WILL FINALLY DO SOMETHING!!!

A concerted effort to completely destroy the US would do nothing different than what is contained within the Bankrupt Brandon Better bill.:

“About 6.5 million aliens (non-U.S. nationals) would receive parole,” say the notes to the CBO’s $121.7 billion cost estimate. The November 18 note continues:

A few million other people, most of whom are already in the United States, would gain LPR [legal permanent residence, or green cards] status through the provisions in sections 60002 and 60003 or as immediate relatives of those who gain LPR status under the bill.

This one is a big deal.

The Biden administration had tried to block states from using American Rescue Plan funds to cut taxes for working families hit by COVID. States sued and won.

Huge for @AGRutledge, @AGSteveMarshall, and @AGToddRokita

Democrats hate people returning tax dollars

they always want more

FACT CHECK - TRUE

A coup?????? Lollipop

BETHESDA, Md. (AP) — President Joe Biden will briefly transfer power to Vice President Kamala Harris on Friday when he undergoes a “routine colonoscopy” at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, the White House said.

Biden drove early Friday to the medical center in the Washington suburbs for his first routine physical exam as president. Press secretary Jen Psaki said Biden would be under anesthesia during the procedure and would transfer power to Harris.

“As was the case when President George W. Bush had the same procedure in 2002 and 2007, and following the process set out in the Constitution, President Biden will transfer power to the Vice President for the brief period of time when he is under anesthesia,” she said. “The Vice President will work from her office in the West Wing during this time.”

Odd that the presidents "routine" physical wasn't on his schedule yesterday

and was announced at 6 AM today

he did have a strenuous day yesterday, went on a field trip and read from a teleprompter.

Couldn't figure out where to stand despite people pointing and the physical location marked with blue tape.

nothing strange at all

it was another "routine" day

Nothing routine about a colonoscopy.

And I submit a routine screening would be contraindicated for a man of his age.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

The President will be 79 on Saturday. So colonoscopy is routine.

I have had three of them when I was very ill.

tax cheats are not cheating
So why are they called tax cheats

That's a question best asked of Biden's propaganda ministers. No doubt it work on unthinking such are yourself.

BTW the middle class will get a feeling paying new taxes levy against while the bill gives the biggest tax break in history to the rich. Which they will gladly take advantage of.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

The IRS isn't going after the vast majority of Americans. They will find out who cheated and make them pay for bill..

Most "routine" things are scheduled in advance, no ?

And appear on public schedules for people like the president ?

guess nothing odd here

just another "routine" day for the president

The Steele memos had nothing to do with the initiation of the investigation, and they did not undermine the evidence of the Russian attack and Trump wrongdoing. But those facts didn’t matter to Trump and his gang.

In early October, a month before Election Day, the Russians struck again. A half-hour after the news hit that Trump had been caught on video boasting that he could “grab” women “by the pussy,” WikiLeaks began disseminating emails that Russian hackers had pilfered from John Podesta, a top Clinton aide. But this time, it wasn’t a dump. WikiLeaks spread the release of the Moscow-swiped documents over the remaining weeks of the campaign. These emails provided Trump potent political ammunition and yielded a steady stream of stories in the press that often impeded the endeavors of the Clinton campaign to present a message of its own. This created a huge obstacle to the Clinton team and, no doubt, had an impact on the ultimate outcome of the election. She had a significant approval margin until this came out.

This phase of the Russian-WikiLeaks operation looked like—and it was—a brazen attempt to rescue Trump’s presidential bid. The Obama administration had released a statement blaming Moscow for the earlier hack of the Democratic National Committee, but this statement came out hours before the Access Hollywood video and the subsequent Podesta emails release. It was lost in the shuffle. And in the weeks ahead, the Obama White House, for good or bad, opted to play down the Russian attack, out of fear of coming across as trying to influence the election. (Remember how Trump was baselessly charging the election was being rigged against him?) The administration focused instead on making sure the Russians, who had already hacked into a few state voting systems, couldn’t mess with voting and vote-counting. (Meanwhile, the Kremlin’s cyber warriors were mounting a covert social media operation, using Facebook and other platforms, to sow political discord in the United States and assist Trump.)

With good reason. There's no way to estimate the revenue raised as oppose to the cost of going after the rich.

And as I said before these "tax cheats" are actually obeying the federal tax code. Taking advantage of every tax break allowed by law.

If Democrats were serious, they would close the tax loopholes, Instead the Democrats gave the rich the biggest tax break in history.

BWAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! Sure they are.....the only thing is they have not been caught.....look at trump and his game of changing the value of property......yeah all legal untll caught, which may be happening now!!!!!

Government revenue projections have ALWAYS been bullshit, from the federal level to the local level. Whether it's calculating revenues on legalized pot sales, projections on revenues to cover public pension obligations, and now this - "recovering" money from "tax cheats."

This is one of the greatest political lies ever told, and the usual suspects parrot it and plagiarize it.

LOL. Fucking idiots.

rrb said...

I see.

So the IRS has been grossly incompetent, and the answer is to add 70,000 agents to a grossly incompetent agency.

Makes sense to imbeciles like you and the alky, BWAA.

To the rest of us who live in reality, not so much.

New poll: massive chasm between credentialed laptop class and working-class.

On the Economy, Biden has a 1% surplus approval from white college grads, and a stunning -54% deficit among working-class.

Biden is great for credentialed ruling class, awful for everyday citizens.
