So Garland just flat out lied under oath - but his agency charges Bannon with a crime?

Democrats flaunt the laws again and again and their crazy followers cheer!

Contempt of Congress has never been considered a serious crime. Eric Holder was found in Contempt of Congress for refusing to turn over subpoenaed documents in the fast and furious investigation. You know, the case where the US Government was selling arms to drug cartels who were then using them while fighting American law enforcement. No charges were brought because, of course, Eric Holder was in charge and wouldn't think of his own DOJ pressing charges against himself. He basically immunized himself from any consequences.  Yet, for the exact same "contempt of congress" action of refusing to turn over documents, the Garland DOJ has pressed ahead with an indictment against Bannon. 

What a complete and total hypocrite! But it gets worse.


Now it appears that Garland has lied under oath in a congressional hearing. That would also constitute "Contempt of Congress". But Democrats are hypocrites who believe that they are above the law and will not hold a vote to hold him in contempt and even if they did, Garland will not charge himself. So once again the Democrats have turned the Department of Justice into their own personal political justice arm. Go after Republicans, and leave Democrats free to break the law without any consequences.

Not a day goes by that I'm not thankful that this sniveling, lying little shit did not make it onto the USSC.

And it speaks volumes to the judgment and motives of 0linsky for even nominating him.

I'm not kidding, because under the constitution, this terrible news is quite likely..

Starting on January of 2023, the slow motion coup will succeed by July 4th of 2023.

The Republican lead house of Representatives will appoint Donald Trump as the Speaker of the House of Representatives. In January of 2023. The Speaker doesn't need to be a member of the house of Representatives.

They will then impeach and convict the President and the Vice President.

If Senator Cruz and 11 other Republicans call the Senate into session, it would require 9 Republicans to convict Biden and Kamala Harris.

And he will be sworn in on July 4th by a judge appointed by Trump.
