The indictment of Igor Danchenko, the primary source for the discredited Steele dossier, provides damning evidence alleging the Russian analyst repeatedly lied to the FBI. But it's only part of a larger portrait emerging in federal court records chronicling how the U.S. government was bamboozled into investigating Donald Trump for Russia collusion by a circle of players connected to Hillary Clinton.
The dossier, funded by Clinton's campaign law firm during the height of the 2016 campaign, became prime evidence used by the FBI to justify FISA surveillance warrants targeting the Trump campaign and former adviser Carter Page, even though agents were never able to verify most of the allegations and in some cases debunked them as false or Russian disinformation.
To be honest, this seems to be a manner for the media to throw a washed up politician (Hillary Clinton) under the bus in order to protect the integrity of the FBI. We are now supposed to believe that the FBI was just unwittingly involved because they were fooled by Clinton and her games?
Now is it possible that some of the FBI accepted the false premise and false evidence because they of Trump derangement syndrome. They hated Trump so much that they were allowed themselves to believe what was being peddled. Unfortunately for that argument, there is plenty of evidence regarding many FBI agents who absolutely knew they were pushing a false narrative and absolutely openly going after Trump for political reasons.
Either way, the Durham special counsel is at least uncovering what others apparently couldn't. Of course not many people care about Hillary Clinton or her minions associated with her failed Presidential bid. At this point, Durham is simply doing a job that many are just not interested in.

You actually believe that MSM is Democratic conspiracy to get rid of Trump and the FBI is part of the same conspiracy movement.
The real Coldheartedtruth is bill was passed @
Former President Donald Trump released a statement before the vote, saying that progressives are “being lied to and played” by moderate Democrats.
“So interesting to watch the so-called Democrat “Progressives” being lied to and played by the Democrat Moderates,” Trump said. “It used to be the other way around. Let’s see if the Progressives fold, and how long it will take them to do so?”
The so-called bipartisan infrastructure bill passed through the Senate with 19 Senate Republicans despite strong opposition from Senate conservatives.
Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN) said in August that Republicans are “complicit” by supporting the bipartisan bill, as it would lead to the passage of the Democrats’ Build Back Better Act.
Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN), the chairman of the Republican Study Committee (RSC), has consistently rallied Republicans against supporting the bipartisan bill.
Since August, Banks has noted that the bill would not actually fund infrastructure, while it adds to the debt and is rotten with leftist carveouts:
The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) found that the bill would add $256 billion to the deficit, and the Penn-Wharton Budget Model said the bill would add no “significant” level of economic growth.
The bipartisan infrastructure would also advance leftist priorities by:
Defines “gender identity” as a protected class.Doles out “digital equity” grants partly based on racial or ethnic minority status.State-mandated carbon reduction programContains funding for “zero-emission vehicles”Addresses “over-the-road bus tolling equity”Contains the word “equity” 64 timesProvides roughly $2.5 billion to help the U.S. government expand the border processing stations used by migrants from poor Central American nations and other regions around the world.
Notably, the so-called bipartisan infrastructure bill does not contain any sizable conservative victories.
The legislation calls for a study to review the potential impact of revoking the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline, even though it does not restore the job-creating project. The bill also has billions of dollars for border crossers and zero dollars for a border wall.
The bill now goes to President Joe Biden’s desk to sign.

Sleepy Joe's strategy to unite the Democratic party worked as I have been saying since he was sworn in on January 20th.
The president and first lady Jill Biden delayed plans to travel Friday evening to their house in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Instead, Biden spoke to House leaders, moderates and progressives, said a White House official who described the conversations on condition of anonymity.
Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash., leader of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, said Biden even called her mother in India, though it was unclear why.
“This was not to bribe me, this is when it was all done,” Jayapal told reporters. The lawmaker said her mother told her she “just kept screaming like a little girl.”
In a two-sentence statement, the five moderates said that if the fiscal estimates on the social and environment bill raise problems, “we remain committed to working to resolve any discrepancies” to pass it. The five included Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., leader of a group of centrists who this summer repeatedly pressured House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., to schedule earlier votes on the infrastructure bill.
In exchange, progressives agreed to back the infrastructure measure, which they’d spent months holding hostage in an effort to pressure moderates to back the larger bill.
The day marked a rare detente between Democrats’ moderate and progressive wings that party leaders hope will continue this fall. The rival factions have spent recent weeks accusing each other of jeopardizing Biden’s and the party’s success by overplaying their hands and expressed a deep distrust of each other.
But Friday night, Jayapal suggested they would work together moving forward.
“Let me tell you, we’re going to trust each other because the Democratic Party is together on this. We are united that it is important for us to get both bills done,” she said.
The agreement came together after the White House issued a statement from Biden explicitly urging Democrats to support both bills. “I am confident that during the week of November 15, the House will pass the Build Back Better Act,” he said.
When party leaders announced early in the day that the social and environment measure would be delayed, the scrambled plans cast a fresh pall over the party.
Democrats have struggled for months to take advantage of their control of the White House and Congress by advancing their top priorities. That’s been hard, in part because of Democrats’ slender majorities, with bitter internal divisions forcing House leaders to miss several self-imposed deadlines for votes.
“Welcome to my world,” Pelosi told reporters, adding, “We are not a lockstep party.”
Progressives had long demanded that the two massive bills be voted on together to pressure moderates to support the larger, more expansive social measure.
Democrats’ day turned tumultuous early after a half-dozen moderates demanded the CBO cost estimate of the sprawling package of health, education, family and climate change initiatives before they would vote for it.
Party leaders said that would take days or more. But with Friday’s delayed vote and lawmakers leaving town for a week’s break, those budget estimates should be ready by the time a vote is held.
The infrastructure measure cleared the Senate in August with bipartisan support. The package would provide huge sums for highway, mass transit, broadband, airport, drinking and waste water, power grids and other projects.
But it became a pawn in the long struggle for power between progressives and moderates. Early Friday, Jayapal said the White House and Congress’ nonpartisan Joint Committee on Taxation had provided all the fiscal information lawmakers needed for the broad bill. She suggested that progressives would oppose the infrastructure bill unless the two measures were voted on together.
But that changed after the two Democratic factions reached their agreement.
What are the other top-line numbers?
Roads and bridges: $110 billion. The biggest-ticket item in the bill is money for building and repairing roads and bridges across the country. Many senators are already touting projects in their home states that will benefit from the funding. Sens. Joe Manchin III (D-W.Va.) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) were both instrumental in crafting the bipartisan plan, and it is notable that the bill includes specific funding earmarked for Appalachian and Alaskan highways. There is also funding for transportation research at universities, funding for Puerto Rico’s highways and money for “congestion relief” efforts in cities.
Railroads: $66 billion. The U.S. passenger rail system, a favorite of Biden’s, receives a large chunk of funding for upgrades and maintenance. There is substantial funding earmarked for the Northeast Corridor, the heavily traveled route from Boston to D.C. The bill also has money for freight rail safety and calls for stations that average 40 passengers a day to have a station agent on duty. Some were disappointed that the bill does not specifically call for high-speed-rail investment as seen in other countries.
[Democrats release $3.5 trillion budget blueprint]
Power grid: $65 billion. The plan has substantial funding for “grid reliability and resiliency,” a fancy way of saying updates to older power lines and cables and investments in ways to ensure the power grid is not hacked. As part of the bill’s efforts to address climate change, the power-grid section also has funding to support the development and adaptation of clean-energy technology.
Broadband: $65 billion. There is a major focus in the bill on expanding broadband in rural areas and low-income communities. This has been a bipartisan priority for years, but the White House estimates that about 30 million Americans still do not have reliable Internet access, which became a major issue for schooling and work during the pandemic. About $14 billion of the funding would go toward making monthly Internet bills more affordable for low-income Americans.
[Senate infrastructure bill sets stage for massive effort to make broadband more available and affordable]
Water (especially pipes): $55 billion. After the Flint, Mich., lead contamination crisis, there is a renewed focus on ensuring U.S. water infrastructure gets upgraded. The bill includes $15 billion specifically for lead-pipe replacement. There is also $10 billion to clean up man-made chemicals known as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. The bill also sets aside money for clean drinking water for tribal communities.
‘Resilience’: $47 billion. The resiliency funding falls mainly into two categories: cybersecurity and climate-change mitigation. There is funding to help protect infrastructure from attacks along with funding to address droughts, flooding, wildfire mitigation, coastal erosion and other big issues affecting many parts of the nation as weather patterns become more extreme.
Public transit: $39 billion. Senators and the White House have been citing a Transportation Department estimate that 40 percent of buses and 23 percent of subway and rail cars are in poor shape. The funding would go a long way toward upgrades. There is also money for new bus routes and making public transit more accessible to seniors and Americans with disabilities.
Airports: $25 billion. Biden famously described New York City’s LaGuardia in 2014 as a “Third World country” airport. The bill contains funding for major upgrades and expansions at U.S. airports. About $5 billion would go specifically toward upgrading air traffic control towers and systems.
[For first time, average pay for supermarket and restaurant workers tops $15 an hour]
Remediation: $21 billion. This part of the bill includes funds to clean up brownfield and Superfund sites, abandoned mines and old oil and gas wells that need to be plugged.
Ports: $17 billion. There is a significant investment in various port infrastructure. About half the money goes to the Army Corps of Engineers. There is also money for the Coast Guard and for ferry terminals and efforts to reduce truck emissions at ports.
Safety: $11 billion. The bulk of the funding in this section is for highway safety, but there is also funding for pedestrian safety, pipeline safety and even ways to prevent vehicle incidents involving animals.
Western water infrastructure: $8 billion. As parts of the West continue to suffer droughts, the bill designates several billions to invest in water treatment, storage and reuse facilities to help mitigate these issues. Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) was one of the major negotiators of the package, and her state is one of many in the West that has had drought issues in recent years.
Electric-vehicle charging stations: $7.5 billion. The United States has about 43,000 charging stations. Biden has set a goal of having half of new cars electric by 2030, which will require significantly more charging stations across the nation.
Electric school buses: $7.5 billion. The bill makes a major push to replace existing school buses with zero-emissions buses. Specific funding is set aside to help lower-income, rural and tribal communities replace their bus fleets.

Rodgers — sometimes charming, often patronizing, always selfish — has caved to expectation for a change. On Friday, he provided what many had demanded all week after he was exposed for misleading the public about his covid-19 vaccination status: an explanation.
He should have kept his mouth shut.
“I realize I’m in the crosshairs of the woke mob right now,” Rodgers said during his regular appearance on The Pat McAfee Show. “So before my final nail gets put in my cancel culture casket, I think I would like to set the record straight on so many of the blatant lies that are out there about myself.”
When a preamble uses “woke mob” and “cancel culture” as a throat-clearing exercise, buckle up.
Rodgers proceeded to paint himself as a victim. Instead of limiting his argument to a legitimate concern — he said he could not take either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccines because he is allergic to an ingredient in them and also shared concerns that many have about the Johnson & Johnson shot — Rodgers drifted into conspiracy theories and tired, facile anti-vaccine opinions.
The Three Socialist Stooges still believe.

In 24 hours the Justice Department confirmed the dossier was fake and confirmed Ashley Biden's diary was real.
That blows 2 major leftist narratives... let the screeching begin.
confirming we have a sexual predator in the White House
Democrats will continue to negotiate over the larger social spending package, which includes an array of policies like universal pre-K, four weeks of paid family leave, health care access for low-income Americans and climate provisions.
The legislation as written in the House still faces an uphill battle in the Senate, with key centrists like Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) opposed to certain parts of the bill, including the paid leave policy.
Still, House Democrats’ forward progress is a huge relief for party leaders after months of public sparring that came with significant costs – from Biden’s plunging poll numbers to an election night thrashing this week that saw Republicans triumph in deep-blue areas, foreshadowing a potentially disastrous midterm for the party next year.
Members on Pelosi's left flank have insisted for months that the social spending bill move together with the infrastructure proposal, and liberal opposition, helped scuttle previous attempts to move the infrastructure bill forward over the last two months.
The moderate Democrats committed to voting on passage of the social spending bill no later than Nov. 15, requiring a quick turnaround on the official budgetary analysis on potential costs.
“We commit to voting for the Build Back Better Act in its current form other than technical changes, as expeditiously as we receive fiscal information from the Congressional Budget Office — but no later than the week of Nov. 15,” the five moderate holdouts said in a statement.

The Labor Department's Bureau of Labor Statistics announced on Friday that 100,450,000 people in this country were not in the labor force in October, up 38,000 from the 100,412,000 in September.
This is the 14th straight month that this "not in the labor force" number has remained above 100,000,000.
Persons who are neither employed nor unemployed are not in the labor force. This category includes retired persons, students, those taking care of children or other family members, and others who are neither working nor seeking work.

The Wall Street Journal reports that bottom up is is working for people without a college degree.
U.S. companies are downsizing the hiring process.
Beauty product retailer The Body Shop is dropping educational requirements and background checks for job applicants. United Parcel Service Inc. is making some job offers in as little as 10 minutes. CVS Health Inc. no longer requires college graduates to submit their grades.
In a labor market where job openings outnumber applicants, companies are brainstorming how to get more candidates in the door and to the floor. The hiring overhaul signals a potentially broad rethink of job qualifications, a change that could help millions of people enter jobs previously out of reach, according to economists and workforce experts.
Employers added 531,000 jobs in October and the unemployment rate fell to 4.6% from 4.8%, the Labor Department reported Friday, indicating that companies are filling openings at a faster clip than in recent months.
A lot has changed since the aftermath of the 2008-09 recession, when high unemployment and a flood of applicants provided companies with their pick of candidates. Many employers raised job qualifications—for instance, asking for bachelor’s degrees for IT help-desk jobs and construction supervisors, work historically held by high-school graduates. Some bumped up minimum work-experience,but.
New data from labor-market analytics firm EMSI Burning Glass and the Conference Board, a private research group, suggest that 1.4 million jobs will open to people without college degrees in the next five years if employers continue to lower educational requirements at the current rate. In January 2019, 42% of employment ads for insurance sales agents called for a bachelor’s degree, the data show. In September 2021, 26% did.
Loosening requirements opens opportunities to some of the nearly two-thirds of American adults who don’t have bachelor’s degrees but may have the skills or aptitude to perform many well-paying jobs.
The shift may already be narrowing the gap in unemployment rates between college graduates and those without degrees. In October, the jobless rate for workers with only a high-school diploma fell to 5.4% from 5.8% in September, according to the Labor Department. The rate for college graduates dropped to 2.4% in October from 2.5% a month earlier.
This will reverse top down economics.
The very "top-down" economics imposed upon us by, yep, you guessed it, GOVERNMENT.:

Special counsel John Durham’s latest indictment is an important step in unraveling what really happened in the long tale of false Russia-collusion allegations against the 2016 Trump presidential campaign. The facts in the indictment add to the evidence that this was from first to last a dirty trick by Hillary Clinton's campaign—and that the media were its gullible promoters.
Mr. Durham this week indicted Igor Danchenko, a Russian national who worked at the Brookings Institution in Washington and who was the main source for Christopher Steele’s dossier claiming Donald Trump was in secret cahoots with Russia. The FBI interviewed Mr. Danchenko in 2017 as part of its investigation of the dossier, and the indictment claims Mr. Danchenko lied repeatedly, depriving the FBI of crucial information. (Mr. Danchenko’s lawyer has indicated his client will plead not guilty.)
Mostly notably, the Russian hid the extent that he was working with a Democratic public-relations executive with ties to Hillary Clinton. Press reports have identified the executive as Charles Dolan, a Clinton associate who in 2016 was actively working to make Hillary the President. The indictment suggests Mr. Dolan was behind several of the salacious and derogatory claims about Mr. Trump that Mr. Danchenko fed to Mr. Steele. Mr. Dolan’s attorney told the New York Times that his client could not comment on an ongoing case.
The purpose was to present the FBI with oppo-research that masqueraded as “intelligence,” and it worked. Mrs. Clinton lost the election, but the Russia tale sabotaged an incoming President with relentless media assaults and a special counsel investigation. The country spent years obsessing over the Trump conspiracy that didn’t exist—rather than the Clinton conspiracy that did.
This Durham indictment reads like a story with more to come, but some lessons are already clear. One question is why the country is only now learning these facts. The Durham indictments treat the FBI as the duped party, but the record shows former FBI director James Comey and his investigators knew from the summer of 2016 that Clinton campaign fingerprints were all over the dossier.
The Washington Post this week offered a first sign of media self-reflection, noting the Durham indictments “cast new uncertainty on some past reporting on the dossier by news organizations,” including its own. Yes they do.
Former Attorney General Bill Barr, who was also vilified by the press, deserves credit for giving Mr. Durham the status of a special counsel to protect his investigation after the change in administrations. Mr. Durham is telling a story that many, if not most, in Washington would prefer to stay hidden. All the more reason for him to keep telling the public the facts, and holding people accountable.
I'm not sure about this but because it happened so long ago that it really doesn't matter anymore..
Because the former President just got the best deal in decades since the New Deal.
Plus Comey is not longer in charge of the FBI.
Wray is not a partisan person..
He's not J. Edgar Hoover.
