800,000 people have died on Fauci's watch - but still all dissenting opinions must be crushed!!!

Fauci Orchestrated 'Quick and Devastating' Takedown of Anti-Lockdown Experts
New emails released by a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request revealed that last year, outgoing National Institutes of Health Dir. Dr. Francis Collins instructed Dr. Anthony Fauci to carry out a “quick and devastating” takedown of The Great Barrington Declaration, a document authored by experts who advocated for herd immunity to stop the pandemic, and “focused protection” for the most vulnerable populations over universal lockdowns.
I am science!
In an email to Fauci dated Oct. 8, 2020, Collins vilified the Great Barrington Declaration as the work of “three fringe epidemiologists” that “seems to be getting a lot of attention. There needs to be a quick and devastating published takedown of its premises,” Collins told Fauci. “I don’t see anything like that online yet – is it underway?”

So a plan that would gather herd immunity for the younger and healthier  with a focused protection for the most vulnerable had to be crushed so that we instead could ask our children to mask, get vaccinated, and not go to school?

Let's not forget that out of the 800,000 who have died, less than 54,000 were under the age of 50 and less than 700 were under the age of 18. Seems that it might have been a good idea to allow those who were not dying from Covid to be provided a little liberty, while actually spending a little more time and effort protecting the those over 50 who account for 93% of all of our deaths. Think of all the economic turmoil that would have been avoided with that sort of strategy.

But nooooooooo! Not on Fauci's watch! Fauci is science, and Fauci says we must lock down our children, make sure nobody steps outside the door without a mask, but under no circumstances will we do anything different with the people who are actually dying.

Not sure how much of this is hubris versus just a good old fashioned man in search of power. But it will be fun come 2023, when the GOP takes over and starts some much "needed" investigations into the people making the decisions (who of course are still trying to blame Trump who hasn't been in office for 11 months).

Sarah Palin Urges Crowd Not to Get Vaccinated
December 20, 2021 at 11:09 am EST By Taegan Goddard 160 Comments

Sarah Palin gloated about being unvaccinated, telling an audience over the weekend that they should “stiffen” their spines against pressure to get vaccinated.

Said Palin:
“It’ll be over my dead body that I’ll have to get a shot.”

She added:
“If enough of us, though, rise up and say, ‘No, enough is enough’ — There are more of us than there are of them!”
____________

No there aren't,
and over her dead body could come true.

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

This is their interpretation of the highly biased information provided by Trump supporters like you

According to the declaration, “Current lockdown policies are producing devastating effects on short and long-term public health” that will lead to “greater excess mortality in years to come, with the working class and younger members of society carrying the heaviest burden. Keeping students out of school is a grave injustice. ”

“Keeping these measures in place until a vaccine is available will cause irreparable damage, with the underprivileged disproportionately harmed,” states the declaration.

“As immunity builds in the population, the risk of infection to all – including the vulnerable – falls,” the declaration continues. “We know that all populations will eventually reach herd immunity … Our goal should therefore be to minimize mortality and social harm until we reach herd immunity.”

This, it seems, was unacceptable to Collins and Fauci.

In an email to Fauci dated Oct. 8, 2020, Collins vilified the Great Barrington Declaration as the work of “three fringe epidemiologists” that “seems to be getting a lot of attention.”

“There needs to be a quick and devastating published takedown of its premises,” Collins told Fauci. “I don’t see anything like that online yet – is it underway?”

But Fauci’s record as the self-proclaimed representative of science inspires little confidence. During this pandemic alone, he’s been plagued by a number of flip-flops.

Objective science is open to debate. Once, in human history, it was heresy to suggest that the earth orbited the sun, rather than the other way around. Sadly, that closed-minded approach to the pursuit of knowledge has once again reared its ugly head.

Even if it was signed by hundreds of other people they probably didn't read it before they signed off. It doesn't provide reasonable proof.

From my email:

Dear Friends,

From the depth of our hearts, a belated thank you for signing the Great Barrington Declaration. With over , together we opened up the pandemic debate. While many governments continued with their failed lockdown and other restrictive policies, things have moved in the right direction. For example, most schools have re-opened, most countries prioritized older people for vaccination and Florida rejected restrictions in favor of focused protection without the negative consequences that lockdowners predicted.

While occasionally censored, we have not been silenced. Since authoring the Declaration in October 2020, the three of us have actively advocated for focused protection through social media, op-eds and interviews on, for example, vaccine passports and natural immunity.

We have also launched Collateral Global, a charity staffed with academics from across the world to document and disseminate information about the collateral damage of the restrictive measures so that we don’t repeat the mistakes of this pandemic and are able to inform future policy with evidence and analysis. Collateral Global is crowdfunding so that this work can be done to the highest possible standards. You are welcome to join us and help us in those efforts at www.collateralglobal.org, as well as follow us on Twitter, etc. We are also planning an initiative on scientific freedom soon.

With enormous gratitude,

The real news is that the BBB is not yet dead because they will remove the issue he opposed.

Progressive advocacy groups see parallels in that language to Manchin's firm declaration in June that he would vote against the For the People Act, a sweeping overhaul of voting and ethics rules. Democrats went back to the negotiating table and hammered out a revised bill that included many of the original priorities. In September, they introduced the Freedom to Vote Act, with Manchin as a co-sponsor — although the legislation would still need the support of 10 Republicans to pass.

Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., a moderate who worked with Manchin to craft the bipartisan infrastructure law, promised on Twitter to "help bring everyone back to the table" on an economic package.

"I am hopeful that we can find common ground to help lower prescription drug costs, cut taxes for middle class families with SALT, invest in pre-K for children, and accomplish other commonsense priorities," he said. (SALT refers to undoing the cap on deducting state and local taxes from federal taxes, which was imposed during the Trump administration.). Issues very popular in West Virginia

What could a revised bill include?
Manchin said Sunday that the government should focus on mitigating inflation and tackling the omicron variant of the coronavirus. He hinted at a road map to a potential revised bill, saying he is open to new programs as long as they are fully funded over 10 years.

"So if you're going to do something and do it, pick what our prized priorities are ... and you fund them for 10 years and you make sure they deliver the services for 10 years," Manchin said. "It's hard to deliver service for one year or three years or five years, and how are we going to continue them, unless it's going to put a burden, unless we have to go back and make adjustments? But we should be upfront and pick our priorities. That's the difference."

A senior Senate Democratic aide said there is "a window for three or four items" that are fully funded over a decade.

That would be a departure from the existing Build Back Better Act, which includes a broad range of programs, some of which expire after a few years. That was done to lower the sticker price as demanded by Manchin and centrist Sen. Kyrsten Sinema, D-Ariz.

DelBene identified the $250 to $300 monthly child cash payments, expanded Affordable Care Act subsidies, climate change provisions and economic development grants as focal points.

Manchin has previously suggested that the popular child tax credit payments in the Build Back Better Act should be a standalone bill. But that would need 60 votes to pass, which is extremely unlikely.

The child care tax credit is very personal in West Virginia.

Remember that he said that bill didn't represent the interest of the people in West Virginia?

I don't know if they will break it up or remove the provisions he opposes because he actually cares about the people of his state.

This is all laid out in Democrat Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s remarkable book, “The Real Anthony Fauci: Bill Gates, Big Pharma, and the Global War on Democracy and Public Health.”

An estimated 800,000 American deaths have been attributed to COVID. An estimated 388,000 Americans have been killed by “safe and effective” COVID vaccines.  This doesn’t include those merely injured with strokes or heart problems. (I personally have an acquaintance who suffered a stroke after getting the jab.) It includes many kinds of deaths.Safe, inexpensive, and effective life-saving therapeutics for COVID are readily available. Their use could have saved hundreds of thousands of lives.  Big Pharma is making billions of dollars from the production of the COVID vaccines and booster shots. “Pfizer expects to bring in $36 billion from worldwide sales of its COVID-19 vaccine. . . .Moderna will deliver fewer doses but is still expecting up to $18 billion in sales for the year for its COVID-19 vaccine. . . .     Therefore, it is no surprise that with the active help of a compliant, frightened Big Pharma-supported media, Fauci and his allies have ignored, banned, smeared, covered up, or censored word about these life-saving treatments that include monoclonal antibodies, ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, and the Zalenko COVID-19 Protocol among others. With the active support and encouragement of the Fauci-led health establishment, doctors have been fired or suspended from their hospitals for prescribing ivermectin to save their patients.  The Fauci-supported lockdowns and mask mandates have done immense damage to the American economy as well as the lives and businesses of millions of Americans, not to mention our precious and increasingly fragile civil rights spelled out in the Constitution. Most damning of all, Fauci himself “funded gain of function research at U.S. University labs and later in China. The CIA and the Pentagon through DARPA were all apparently working in tandem with Fauci to teach the Chinese how to weaponize bat virus. Dangerous pathogens were studied and made far more deadly to humans through all this research. Most people can see that this is all very sinister, and this man is not someone who should be running U.S. public health, but it’s even worse.  . . .  (Fauci’s) sordid past goes back to the AIDS crisis and his diabolical experiments on children which killed at least 85 children at least. The experiments were barbaric and illegal, but he did it anyway. He gained control of foster homes in 7 states and then turned the pharmaceutical industry loose on these children. The children were powerless with no legal representation and no guardian. They were tortured literally to death. Many of them did not even have HIV but were simply human guinea pigs. Those children who refused the drugs or were noncompliant were taken to Columbia hospital and had feeding tubes installed to administer the drugs. At least 85 died during the experiments. This atrocity wasn’t enough for him though, so he took the experiments to Africa where he killed many pregnant mothers.”

Trump got his booster, after Fox News goaded him to knock boosters
By Aaron Blake
December 20 at 11:01 AM PST
If you want a case-in-point of how coronavirus vaccine skepticism gets seeded on the right, you’d struggle to do better than former president Donald Trump’s August interview on Fox News.
And Trump’s new disclosure that he got his booster reinforces it.
To recap: Trump said in a new conversation with Bill O’Reilly that he has gotten his coronavirus booster. This follows on Trump having relatively frequently encouraged people to get the vaccine — even as he initially declined to do so and didn’t disclose getting vaccinated while in the White House. (The news only leaked out in March.)
Trump saying this is particularly important given the current natural-immunity push on the right; Trump was infected with the coronavirus in October 2020. Since then, he got the vaccine and a booster.

Manchin Made Private Offer to White House

December 20, 2021 at 2:06 pm EST By Taegan Goddard 143 Comments

“Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) last week made the White House a concrete counteroffer for its spending bill, saying he would accept a $1.8 trillion package that included universal prekindergarten for 10 years, an expansion of Obamacare, and hundreds of billions of dollars to combat climate change,” the Washington Post reports.

“But Manchin’s counteroffer excluded an extension of the expanded Child Tax Credit the administration has seen as a cornerstone of President Biden’s economic legacy, an omission difficult for the White House to accept in the high-stakes negotiations.”

Let me pose a serious question, Reverend....

How is it that you can ascertain that our policy was the correct policy?

A Medicare Advantage prescription drug plan (MAPD) is a Medicare Advantage plan that includes Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage.

Medicare Advantage is an alternative to Original Medicare, and it combines Medicare Part A and Part B into one, privately-administered plan. An MAPD also includes Part D coverage, so a person who selects an MAPD would have Parts A, B, and D coverage, all under one plan.

Note that in addition to the Medicare Advantage premiums, the enrollee still has to pay Part B premiums directly to the government. In most cases, this is in the form of a deduction from their Social Security check.

Almost all Medicare Advantage plans are MAPDs: 88 percent of Medicare Advantage plans included prescription drug coverage as of 2017.

See also this thread of more emails.

One of the claim made were that these three eminent scientists were "fringe epidemiologists."

By the way, Collins is not an epidemiologist of any kind -- he's a geneticist. By the credential games these assholes play when it suits him, he should recuse himself from the debate entirely.

But, as with all journalists and leftists: every journalist and every leftist with an opinion, which is all of them, are self-credentialing.

We can never debate these issues like global warming -- they're always "too important" for debate and dissent, so we proceed directly to suppression, censorship, propaganda and punishment of dissenters.

And the left's list of issues that are "too important" to allow discussion about is very long, and growing at an expodential (as Brandon would say) rate.

There is literally no objective manner to argue that the United State's overall policy response to Covid has been good in comparison to any other responses. There are only a few real first world countries who have suffered more death than the United States.

Given all of our medical and economic advantages over nearly every other country in the world and being led by supposedly top epidemiologists, there is no excuse for us not to be on the top countries in terms of limiting death.

But as it stands we lead in raw death count, and are one of the top countries in death per capita (not a good thing to lead in).

So there is literally no reason to believe that Fauci and gang have gotten any of this right. This is quite literally "BLIND FAITH" from liberals that what we are doing is correct.

Now I understand that the Reverend teaches people about how this guy came back from the dead, died for our sins, and how Jonas got swallowed by a whale, and how the earth was created in 6 days and such. That is religion and that is "BLIND FAITH".

But for us to have BLIND FAITH in Dr Fauci when he clearly deserves anything but... is really difficult to understand.

You lunatics actually believe it.

The insanity of the American and Western world is the great sadness of my old age. It is absolutely clear to me now, with the idiotic and groundless fake panic over “omicron,” which is killing no one, that this is the “crisis” our ruling elites have been waiting for; and they will not let go of it. The disproportionality between the enormous and incalculable economic, psychological, educational, cultural, and human damage the covid measures are causing, and the nearly non-existent benefit they are producing, is of no interest to our elites. They know it is not about health, and they are unreachable by argument and facts addressed to that disproportionality.

This is about consolidating their power and inculcating subservience in their populations. They have a long agenda to enact, and for it, they need blind obedience and total subservience. Brexit, Trump, and the AFD in the Bundestag shocked them; they want to make future such expressions of popular resistance impossible. You know their goals - global governance by unelected bureaucrats, open borders, end of the western nation-state and its historic populations, greatly diminished standard of living in the West (while they live large), to save mother earth from another of their non-existent crises, “climate change,” etc. In general, they need a passive population and total control to impose these widely despised, evil changes. And they see covid as their big chance. They will not voluntarily let go of it. They will never give us normal human life back - we will have to demand it.

It is high time for an enormous movement like the one that took place in your homeland in 1989. Only when millions of people go out on the streets happily and courageously and demand their freedom and a totally normal life, we would have a chance to get something like that from our really totalitarian governments and avoid a “China of the West”.

But I fear that the totally unjustified fear that the governments and media are so cleverly spreading through the population has made this impossible. And the few who understand it all don't want to risk anything.

If something like an enormous movement doesn't take place, then a wonderful 2500 years of civilization will end.

United States District Court Judge Thomas Hogan on Monday admonished an attorney representing accused MAGA rioter Ryan Nichols for spreading false information about the FBI being behind the unrest that occurred at the United States Capitol on January 6th.

As reported by Politico's Kyle Cheney, Judge Hogan warned attorney Joseph McBride against peddling false claims about January 6th being a "false flag" operation in his court.

"We’re getting a false narrative being produced that’s not appropriate to be relied upon," Hogan told McBride. "I’m not going to rely on anything about that in this case."

McBride earlier this year went on Tucker Carlson's show and falsely claimed that a man wearing red face paint spotted at the Capitol riots was clearly a government official who deliberately stoked violence to entrap Trump supporters.

"He is clearly a law enforcement officer," McBride claimed.

In reality, as Huffington Post reported, the man in question is actually a big fan of Tucker Carlson.

"He is mainly known to St. Louis Cardinals fans as 'Rally Runner,' HuffPost has learned, and he sprints around the outside of Busch Stadium during home games," the publication wrote earlier this month. "Based on the man’s Facebook posts, he appears to have a fairly difficult life and has a tenuous relationship with reality. And he’s a huge Tucker Carlson fan."

“Manchin’s private proposal to the White House — the details of which have not been previously reported — was made just days before a spectacular public collapse in negotiations.”

Friday Statement Blaming Manchin Killed Deal
December 20, 2021 at 3:17 pm EST By Taegan Goddard 223 Comments

Steve Clemons, who is very close to Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), writes in The Hill that President Biden and the West Virginia senator agreed to delay action on the Build Back Better bill until March or April.

“But then – bang! – the White House released a statement on Friday blaming Manchin for the delay. It tried to strike a positive tone about the future, but it targeted Manchin specifically and alone…

“I know Manchin. He believes in civility above all things… When I saw Manchin’s name in the presidential statement, I knew he would perceive it as a breach of process, a breach of spirit, a breach of Joe and Joe working this out so that politicians from Scranton and Charleston could find a way to align with those from Brooklyn and San Francisco.”

Jonathan Chait:
“It is possible Manchin will remain so angry about Biden’s anodyne statement that no deal will be possible. But it seems extremely easy for Biden to repair this damage and soothe Manchin’s bruised ego at absolutely no cost in policy. Politics is about making things better, not speaking truth to power.”

Really? It can still be worked out?

Sleepy Joe Biden has promised a great economic recovery and he has done the best job this century.

U.S. financial markets are outperforming the world by the biggest margin in the 21st century, and with good reason: America’s economy improved more in Joe Biden's first 12 months than any president during the past 50 years notwithstanding the contrary media narrative contributing to dour public opinion.

Exceptional returns from dollar-denominated assets, especially the S&P 500 Index in both absolute terms and relative to its global counterparts, can be attributed to record-low debt ratios enabling companies to reap the biggest profit margins since 1950. Corporate America is booming because the Biden administration's Covid-19 vaccination programs and $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan reduced the jobless rate to 4.2% in November from 6.2% in February, continuing an unprecedented rate of decline during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Consider that real, or inflation adjusted, gross domestic product surged at an average annual rate of 5.03% in each of the first three quarters of 2021, and is poised to expand 5.6% for the year based on the average estimate of more than 80 economists surveyed Bloomberg. If that forecast proves accurate, it would be more than 2.8 times the average between 2000 and 2019 and double the average since 1976.

All of which makes Biden's first year in the White House the standout among the seven previous presidents, based on 10 market and economic indicators given equal weight. According to data compiled by Bloomberg, no one comes close to matching Biden's combination of No. 1 and No. 2 rankings for each of the measures:

Gross domestic product (1)Profit growth (1) S&P 500 performance (2) Consumer credit (1) Non-farm payrolls (2) Manufacturing jobs (2) Business productivity (2) Dollar appreciation (2) S&P 500 relative performance (2)

Per capita disposable income, which rose 1.08% this year, is the only comparable weakness for Biden, trailing Donald Trump’s 2.17%, George W. Bush’s 2.01%, Jimmy Carter’s 1.80% and Ronald Reagan’s 1.42%.

GDP growth in every incoming administration during the past four decades never exceeded 2.74% until 2021. Biden is now positioned to surpass Carter (5.01%) as the GDP champion of presidents since 1976. Much of the credit goes to The American Rescue Plan, which poured $66 billion into 36 million households and reduced the child poverty rate by 50%, helping the U.S. recover faster from the pandemic than most other nations.

Politico:
“One day after sinking President Joe Biden’s signature social and climate spending legislation, Manchin laid out a path forward that could take months and still fail. He wants the legislation to go through Senate committees and focus on rolling back the 2017 Trump tax cuts.

“He also wants Democrats to stop trying to force him into compliance.”

The Corporate Media Collapse is Here
The audience for the "mainstream" media's big stars has disappeared

Who do you trust to give you the news in the midst of the total collapse in the prestige and reliability of American journalism: Glenn Greenwald or Chuck Todd? Matt Taibbi or Matt Lauer? Chris Rufo or Chris Wallace? Joe Rogan or Joe Scarborough? Candace Owens or Andrea Mitchell (or Nora O’Donnell or Gayle King)?

Let’s take the comparison a step further. I would wager that there are anonymous Twitter accounts and satirical media websites that are more trusted today than most major corporate outlets. The Babylon Bee or the Boston Globe? Cat Turd or George Stephanopoulos? Zero Hedge or CNBC? Techno Fog or Jeffrey Toobin?

As I’ve argued before, this collapse in the popularity of the corporate mouthpieces is most noticeable on social media sites like Twitter. Just scan the accounts of corporate media "star" journalists there, and you will see that most of them have lost their audience. Count the number of Likes and Retweets and Comments these corporate “stars” get — it’s embarrassingly low. One of the things that most irritated my fellow journalists was that I was not shy about pointing out that I had nearly 500,000 followers on Twitter while most of them had less than a tenth of that number — even though many of them worked at so-called “major” outlets.

Twitter (in particular) has accidentally revealed the relative unpopularity of America’s corporate media figures. Ari Melber has almost one million followers but he can't get 50 likes on most of his tweets. Chuck Todd has 2.1 million followers but he can't get 200 likes most days. Why does Andrea Mitchell’s account have 1.9 million followers and zero interest? Why doesn’t anyone care about George Stephanopoulos’ tweets either? Just look around at all these empty accounts: Savannah Guthrie, Bret Baier, Brian Stelter, Ezra Klein, Christiane Amanpour. Take your pick. They’re ghost towns.

The big corporate media outlets are busy trying to hide their unpopularity by “padding” a lot of social media accounts with fake followers. The so-called “bots” have to be added. The tweets have to be "boosted." The ratings have to be manipulated.

As I’ve pointed out before, our so-called "prestige" legacy outlets like the Washington Post have obviously lost their popularity as well. The Washington Post’s own Twitter account supposedly has 18.5 million Twitter followers but it can’t get 50 likes on most of its posts on any given day!

This helps to explain the corporate media’s war against Project Veritas and The Babylon Bee and Tucker Carlson (and many more). Liberals can read ratings just as well as the rest of us. They know that their audience has left them too. Why do you think The New York Times attacked The Babylon Bee in the first place? (That’s another war they lost badly by the way.)

One of the mental blocks that Americans have to overcome is the stubborn habit of thinking that the American corporate media is acting in good faith. Why do you think most corporate media journalists are in favor of “regulating” social media? Why do you think the regulation they favor involves conservative and independent journalists being censored and de-platformed? These people know that they’ve lost their audience and they don’t really appreciate the exposure on social media.

They can tell when their time is up.

It's official: Durham is investigating the Clinton Campaign.
Enter the Clinton Campaign Lawyers

The latest filings by Special Counsel John Durham reveal that lawyers for the Hillary Clinton Campaign now represent Christopher Steele primary subsource Igor Danchenko. In doing so, Durham reveals something else: that the Hillary Clinton Campaign and multiple former employees of the Hillary Clinton Campaign are under investigation.

Let’s walk through the latest developments.

Background

Igor Danchenko, the primary subsource of Christopher Steele, was arrested on November 3, 2021 for giving multiple false statements to federal officials during his 2017 interviews with the FBI. These included lies about Danchenko’s sources, his travels to Russia, and his falsified contacts with Sergei Millian. We laid out Danchenko’s indictment here.

Notably, Special Counsel John Durham alleges that one of Danchenko’s real “sources” was Charles Dolan, Jr. (perhaps first identified by Aaron Mate), who served in various leadership positions to elect Bill Clinton in the 1992 and 1996 campaigns and was an advisor to Hillary Clinton in her 2016 campaign for president. With Dolan’s involvement, the obvious question becomes whether he was the intermediary between the Clinton Campaign and Danchenko.

The Involvement of the Hillary Clinton Campaign

After all, we know that the Hillary Clinton Campaign paid for the Steele dossiers and the work by Fusion GPS. This was arranged through their attorneys (and the DNC attorneys) at Perkins Coie - notably Mark Elias and Michael Sussmann. Elias left the firm this summer. Sussmann was indicted in September 2021 by Special Counsel Durham for giving false statements relating to the Alfa Bank/Trump hoax.

The good times may extend into 2030. Biden's bipartisan $1.2 trillion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act bodes well for the economy and American labor because it will rebuild the nation's deteriorating roads and bridges as well as fund climate and broadband initiatives that create jobs. Even Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, who said his priority was preventing the Biden agenda, voted for the law along with 18 fellow Republicans.

Biden, like Carter, now faces the political fallout of the accelerating inflation from global supply chain breakdowns associated with the pandemic even though maintaining stable inflation and interest rates are the primary responsibility of the Federal Reserve, and the Fed said it's prepared to tighten monetary policy in history.

But, Biden, unlike Carter, benefits from the $29 trillion U.S. debt market. In contrast to the 1970s and early 1980s, confidence in the Fed’s ability to get inflation back under control is unimpaired, reflected in the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury note fluctuating below 1.7% as inflation hovers at 4.1%. When Carter was in the White House, investors lost confidence in the Fed, evidenced by the 10-year yield rising to 12.6% with inflation reaching 9.65%.

The clear message from the market that tells all other markets what to do is that the people with the most at stake are betting on the Biden economy.

Will the Public Finally See What Happened in the Capitol Tunnel?
When Americans finally view the surveillance footage, January 6 will make alleged police abuse at LaFayette Square look like a day in the (federal) park.

For months, Merrick Garland’s Department of Justice has tried every trick in the law books to conceal from Americans a massive trove of video evidence that captured all the activity at the Capitol complex on January 6.
Federal judges have played along, approving hundreds of protective orders to keep video clips—particularly footage recorded by the Capitol Police’s extensive closed-circuit television system—out of the public eye.

Time, however, is running out for the government.

Despite numerous discovery delays, Garland’s prosecutors are gradually turning over video evidence to defense attorneys as they prepare for trial. All surveillance video from the Capitol’s security system is designated “highly sensitive” government material; strict rules apply to the handling of every slice of footage.

There’s a reason why. As we have reported at American Greatness for months, one of the most scandalous untold stories about January 6 is egregious police misconduct that, in some instances, amounted to brutality by D.C. Metro and U.S. Capitol police. Had these attacks by law enforcement occured in any other public or private setting against leftist protesters, the national outrage would have resulted in mass firings and immediate calls for criminal investigations.

For example, the House of Representatives held two hearings last year related to its investigation into allegations of excessive force by members of the U.S. Park Police in LaFayette Square, located across the street from the White House, on June 1, 2020. Rioters protesting the death of George Floyd occupied the federal park for days, attacked law enforcement, set fires, and looted nearby property, which prompted the Secret Service to move President Trump to a safe location. An inspector general report later confirmed rioters assaulted federal officers with “bricks, rocks, caustic liquids, frozen water bottles, glass bottles, lit flares, rental scooters, and fireworks.”

But LaFayette Square rioters were portrayed as victims rather than perpetrators of the violence. One activist, Kishon McDonald, a 39-year-old Navy veteran, testified to the House Natural Resources Committee in June 2020 that “police started throwing tear gas and flash-bang grenades at us for no reason . . . We were retreating. Using weapons on us was ridiculous. It just made the situation dangerous.” Officers also were accused of hitting protesters with riot shields and batons.

A similar yet more violent situation played out on Capitol Hill on January 6. Open-source video and testimonial evidence show Capitol and D.C. Metro police officers using flashbangs, “sting balls” filled with rubber projectiles, and excessive amounts of tear gas against peaceful protesters assembled outside the building an hour before the building even was breached. Other first-hand accounts describe physical assaults by police; one clip circulated on Twitter in late November shows several D.C. Metro police officers taking down and beating a protester who apparently breached a security line

Coldheartedtruth Teller said...

You are all deep state conspiracy theorists.

Lying to Congress pales in comparison to what Wray has been up to during the first year of Biden’s administration.

Wray has been in full cooperation with the DoJ initiative to target protesting parents as domestic terrorists.Wray approved the FBI raid to seize working documents of reporters employed by Project Veritas.Wray has dispatched hundreds of agents across the country to identify and interview anyone who attended the January 6 protest in Washington D.C.A high-level whistleblower is even alleging that resources are being redirected from Islamic terrorism to “white supremacist” investigations, with the definition of “white supremacist” being somewhat flexible.

What do these actions have in common?  They are all unconstitutional acts of government intimidation of citizens for exercising their 1st Amendment rights.  Clearly, neither ethics nor fidelity to the Constitution is guiding principles at Wray’s FBI.

A common denominator among all of these directors is that none came from the policing or investigating side of law enforcement.  They all came from the prosecution side.  They all made their mark as political appointees of various presidents.  Leadership of the FBI was the plumb assignment that each was given as a reward for pleasing various political sponsors.  The last three FBI Directors are all the embodiment of D.C. swamp creatures.

Placing political creatures in charge of a supposedly nonpartisan agency inevitably leads to partisan behavior.  As long as the FBI is going to play politics, it might as well play for the team that stands for ever-increasing government size and power -- the Democrats.

After 20+ years of such leadership, the culture at the FBI has changed.  Is the oath of office still meaningful to agents?  The fact that there have been few whistleblowers to the various scandals involving the FBI speaks volumes.  Far too many agents are just following orders, not testing those orders for constitutionality, as their oath requires.

That is the heart of the problem.  Bad leaders can be replaced overnight.  A corrupted culture requires years to rebuild.

This is part one of a three-part series on FBI corruption.

Quentin Smith is a military veteran and retired FBI Special Agent who served in the bureau for nearly 29 years and now lives in Idaho.

Authoritarian governments were created when the existing government entities were dismantled and replaced with loyalists to the new leader like Hitler and Mussolini.

It's happening in Eastern Europe where the Soviet Union had collapsed completely, during the Reagan and George HW Bush years. Bush did a great job.

That is you, here... trying to explain how both Trump and Obama could have had better first years in the Market, but Biden is still in the top two.

Well Coldheart... you see, there was a blowout.

This is the difference between you and I.

You assume what you are being told is true if you like the source. I double check everyone, because most everyone in the media pretty much fudges the truth wherever and whenever they can.

This was soooo simple to look up and I know it was wrong because I actually invest in the market.

There’s one category of vulnerability from which it’s possible to escape. A recent analysis examined covid hospitalizations between June and September—the post-Delta, pre-Omicron period. It found that eighty-five per cent of hospitalized people were unvaccinated. How will Omicron change this picture? It’s too early to say for certain, but, as the new variant starts to displace Delta, a rule of thumb is emerging: to maintain a similar level of protection, you need one more dose than you did before. If two doses of an mRNA vaccine were enough to prevent a Delta infection, then three are needed for Omicron; if you’ve received two shots and you get a breakthrough Omicron infection, you’ll be reasonably protected against severe disease, but you’ll be safer if you’ve received three. Some organizations—the N.F.L., the Metropolitan Opera, a growing number of colleges—are starting to require booster shots. Others are sure to follow. Over all, however, many Americans are insufficiently immunized. Nationwide, only six in ten people have got two shots, and three in ten have received a booster.

People with chronic medical problems make up a second vulnerable group. In general, the chance of having a bad coronavirus infection increases with the number and severity of medical conditions from which you suffer. One study of hospitalized covid patients found that ninety-five per cent of them had at least one underlying medical condition; some sixty per cent of U.S. adults have a chronic health problem. Still, not all problems are equally concerning. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has identified more than a dozen conditions that place individuals at higher risk for severe covid. People with illnesses affecting the respiratory or immune system—emphysema, heart problems, cancers, and certain autoimmune diseases that necessitate immunosuppressant drugs—will remain vulnerable, even after immunization.

Finally, it’s impossible to talk about covid risk without focussing on the role of age. Older people make up the third category of vulnerability. The risks start climbing earlier in life than we’d like. The covid mortality rate for Americans over the age of sixty-five is more than eighty times higher than for those in their late teens and twenties, and over-sixty-fives have accounted for more than three-quarters of covid deaths in the U.S. The coronavirus has now claimed the lives of at least one in every hundred older Americans. The risk is greatest for those living in nursing homes and long-term-care facilities; during the pandemic’s first year, they constituted less than one per cent of the U.S. population but thirty-five per cent of covid deaths. That’s not to say that younger people should ignore covid—in September, it was the leading cause of death among middle-aged Americans—but the risks of infection are, and will remain, highest for those in their sixties, seventies, and beyond. All of this was true before Omicron, and remains true now.

The actual number, Roger...

is that 93% of all of the Covid fatalities have occured with people 50 or older. That figure trumps everything else.

You want to talk about the counties where people die (and who they vote for). I promise you that the counties with the highest fatalities are counties that have nursing homes or assisted living communities, such as the numerous ones found in around Dakota County in Minnesota. We probably have more assisted living homes in Dakota and Scott County than Ramsey and Hennepin (even though those counties are way larger).

Assisted living communities do not spring up in the big cities. They are in suburban communities and smaller towns. Old people do not move to Minneapolis or St Paul when they retire. They move to Lakeville or Red Wing or Mankato.

This is Faucism distilled down to its very essence. For the government health bureaucrats who have given themselves sole authority over vast sectors of American life—from travel to education to entertainment to housing—it doesn't matter what the CEOs of these companies think. It doesn't matter what their customers want. It doesn't matter if maskless air travel is, for the most part, quite safe (especially for the vaccinated). It doesn't matter if the mask mandate makes air travel impossible for families with young children. All that matters is the calculus of the most risk-averse people: unelected public health experts at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

According to sources, John Solomon an investigative reporter and owner of Just The News, claims that John Durham will be going after The F.B.I. next in his criminal investigation.

It remains to be seen what Durham will find or if the agency will manage to successfully hide its tracks.

The F.B.I. has been at the center of many plots against both against President Trump and against The American people, so Durham going after members of the agency would be an excellent start to unravelling elements of the deep state.

Omicron Now a Majority of Covid-19 Cases

December 20, 2021 at 6:12 pm EST By Taegan Goddard 177 Comments

The omicron variant now makes up a majority of COVID-19 cases in the United States, at 73.2% of all reported cases, Axios reports.

New York Times:
“The estimates underscored the rapid spread of the new variant. Two weeks ago, the CDC said Omicron accounted for just 1% of U.S. cases; a week ago, it was about 13%.”

“Delta, which for months had been the dominant form of the virus, accounted for about 26% of new cases over the last week.”

THE CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS OF FAUCI WERE REAL.

“The House Select Committee investigating the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 sent a letter on Monday to Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) requesting he provide information that could be crucial to the panel’s examination of efforts to overturn the election,”
the Washington Post reports.

Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) added:
“We also have evidence indicating that in that time frame you sent communications to the former Chief of Staff using the encrypted Signal app.”

New York Times:
“To date, the panel has been reluctant to issue subpoenas for information from sitting members of Congress, citing the deference and respect lawmakers in the chamber are supposed to show one another.”

OH, BUT THIS IS TOO IMPORTANT FOR THAT.

Biggs Says Biden Seeks ‘Control’ of Unvaccinated
December 20, 2021 at 8:04 pm EST By Taegan Goddard 67 Comments

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) told Fox News that President Biden’s response to the coronavirus has been geared towards control and vilifying the unvaccinated.

Said Biggs:
“It gets to the notion of what this has been about — and it’s about control. Biden wants control. So, his minions, like Fauci was on saying from now on, you’re going to have to wear a mask on the airplanes forever.”

He added: “This kind of outrageous conduct is a method to try to create an ‘other’ — to create people to hate, to create people to ostracize, that allows them to claim control.”

WHAT TOTAL BULLSHIT! THE ONLY THING BIDEN SEEKS CONTROL OF IS THE PANDEMIC.

SJDS. January 20th 2023.

House Republicans have begun mapping aggressive probes of the Biden administration if they win back the majority — including inquiries into the origins of COVID, a leak of IRS data about billionaires, and accusations the NSA spied on Tucker Carlson.

Why it matters: The plans, obtained exclusively by Axios, show House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy would make muscular use of majority powers for the last two years of President Biden's term if, as expected, the GOP wins the majority in next year's midterms.

McCarthy plans to send a spate of "preservation notices" to departments throughout Biden's Cabinet, ordering them to retain documents that might be needed for future GOP oversight hearings.

Between the lines: Republicans want to deflect attention from the 1/6 commission, a real-time probe of real violence, death and looting in the Capitol.

As a prelude, House Republicans in August sent Biden a request to "preserve all records related to your Administration’s withdrawal ... from Afghanistan."

Investigations planned by House Republicans — in parallel with their legislative agenda — show they hope to use congressional power to stoke culture wars for 2024:

IRS: Leak of a "vast cache of IRS information" about billionaires to ProPublica.National Security Agency: Tucker Carlson last summer accused the spy agency of targeting his show's communications. The NSA said he was never an "intelligence target."Parents: Attorney General Merrick Garland's vow to mobilize the FBI against "threats of violence against school board members," after the National School Boards Association used the phrase "domestic terrorism." The association apologized for its letter.Border: Record levels of illegal immigration.COVID: Origins of the virus, and CDC communications about school closures and mask mandates.Afghanistan: Decisions behind the withdrawal, and an accounting of Americans who remain stranded.JEDI: A disputed cloud-computing contract.

What's next: McCarthy plans to beef up staff, counsel and other resources to be ready to extract information beginning Day 1 if the GOP gets the gavel.

Three days later, Epstein and Mr Trump made the return journey to Teterboro, the preferred private airport for wealthy New Yorkers, without Ms Nance.

Under Ms Nance’s first entry in the flight logs on 4 January 1993, she is referred to as “Miss Georgia, and a runner-up in Miss USA”. She also appears on other flights without Mr Trump.

Six days after that flight, Mr Trump is listed as returning to Teterboro on a flight with Epstein, Ms Maxwell, and others mentioned by their initials.

“When the House formed a special committee this summer to investigate the Jan. 6 Capitol assault, its stated goal was to compile the most authoritative account of what occurred and make recommendations to ensure it never happens again,” the New York Times reports.

“But as investigators sifted through troves of documents, metadata and interview transcripts, they started considering whether THE INQUIRY COULD YIELD SOMETHING POTENTIALLY MORE CONSEQUENTIAL: EVIDENCE OF CRIMINAL CONDUCT BY PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP OR OTHERS THAT THEY COULD SEND TO THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT URGING AN INVESTIGATION.”
