CNN's primetime line up reaches an average of 715,000 people and the gross total for the entire line up is 5.7 million (but likely counts the same viewers multiple times). Joe Rogan's daily podcast gets 11 million unique viewers every day.
Here is the funny thing... the other day Joe Rogan started talking about how the left is now under some form of "mass formation psychosis" where they become so full of fear and anxiety over something (in this case Covid) that they almost become hypnotized by those who claim that they can solve their problem for them. Now you have everyone and their brother in the media responding to this theory put forth by Rogan, demanding it is either not a real thing, or that it does not apply to today's society.
The interesting thing for me isn't the sort of sway that someone like Joe Rogan has (which is quite obviously more than anyone CNN personality and quite possibly more than CNN as a network), but how hard the left pushes back on him. Now one could argue that much like Trump, Rogan has the same sort of ability to persuade people. It's a means of understanding your audience and not getting too wrapped up in yourself. Maybe even some of these followers have a similar MFP themselves.
The reality is that Democrats and their media are sending out messaging right now that is being aimed at (intentionally or not) at a shrinking audience. Not that they are not are trying to convince a larger audience to listen to them. The problem for them is that the larger audience is turning the channel, while what is left has become part of that almost hypnotized state.
Meanwhile the troubled few out there spend all of their time searching the internet looking for anything that reinforces their personal belief of doom and gloom and anything that backs up what they are being hypnotized into believing by their appointed leaders. Whatever Master Biden and God Fauci say must be true. How on earth can anyone question it? The very idea of questioning will make their blood boil!

Karl Rove, a GOP stalwart in Texas and nationally, delivers blunt Jan. 6 message to his party

AUSTIN — Anyone seeking evidence that the center of gravity in the Republican Party writ large, and particularly in Texas, has shifted needs to look no farther than Karl Rove’s recent upbraiding of leaders in the GOP who seek to excuse or minimize the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol one year ago.
Rove is well known as one of the masterminds of George W. Bush’s ascent first to the Texas Governor’s Mansion and then to the White House. But long before that — we're talking the 1970s — he supplied much of the brick and mortar for the Republican takeover of state politics.
Karl Rove, architect of the GOP resurgence in Texas, criticized fellow Republicans for not condemning the attack on the U.S. Capitol a year ago.

He helped Dallas oilman Bill Clements become Texas' first Republican governor since Reconstruction in 1978. He was the first operative hired by George H.W. Bush for his unsuccessful 1980 race for the presidency. He helped former Democrat Rick Perry come from almost nowhere, politically speaking, to get elected as the first Republican state agriculture commissioner in 1990.
Four years later, Rove helped George W. Bush unseat Democratic Gov. Ann Richards, which proved the catalyst for the nation's most recent two-term Republican presidency.
If Ch really were the "fiscal conservative and social moderate" he claims to be, and an intelligent, consequential supporter of and adviser to Republicanism, he would be doing everything he can to encourage the GOP to get AWAY from Trumpism and toward the kind of Republicanism represented by some of the better GOP spokespersons and statespersons of the party's past.
Seig Heil Biden.

Here is some number-crunching. Using natural immunity as a base and the fully vaccinated to mean two mRNA shots, we can conclude the following:
An unassailable stat from the Israelis, which made Fauci change his guidance from "if you are fully vaccinated, you will not catch it" to "if you are fully vaccinated, you can still catch it and spread it," was that the fully vaccinated in Israel were 6–13 times more likely to catch the D variant than the naturally immune population.
And the first decent-sized sample regarding omicron shows that the fully vaccinated are 2.61 times more likely to catch omicron than the D variant.
So
6 Basic Concepts Liberals Don’t Get
Given the two studies of actual results, fully vaccinated people are 15.66 to 33.93 times more likely to catch omicron than people who were never vaccinated and caught COVID (natural immunity).
Anyone with a numerical brainstem can see that the more people vaccinate, the more likely they will get sick from a variant.
Ex-Trump Press Secretary Gave ‘a Lot of Names’
January 9, 2022 at 6:24 pm EST By Taegan Goddard
Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) told CNN that former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham named “a lot of names” during their phone call about the Capitol riots
Raskin said she also “identified some lines of inquiry that had never occurred to me.”
He added:
“America is going to be shocked and surprised at what we all come to learn this year.”
OH BOY, I SURE HOPE SO!!!
SHOCKED AND OUT FOR "TAKING LIARS' SCALPS!" (so to speak)
Biden Comes Out Swinging Against Republicans
January 9, 2022 at 6:46 pm EST By Taegan Goddard Leave a Comment
“President Biden has begun his second year in office by lashing out at Republicans, embracing forceful new attacks meant to define a choice for voters between Mr. Biden’s Democrats and a Republican Party still under the thumb of former President Donald Trump,” the New York Times reports.
“The sharp tone comes as Mr. Biden seeks to jump-start his agenda, which has largely stalled in Congress. And with midterm elections looming at the end of the year, the president faces a challenge that he has largely avoided so far: drawing Mr. Trump and other Republican leaders into a more direct clash of ideas.”

REVEALS THE DEPTHS OF REPUBLICAN HYPOCRISY
“COVID mandates are wrong. Schools have no right to force you to get your 5-year old vaccinated.”
— Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), on Twitter,
OVERLOOKING THE FACT THAT THERE ARE CURRENT VACCINE MANDATES FOR SCHOOLS WHICH INCLUDE:
Chickenpox,
Diphtheria,
Hepatitis A,
Hepatitus B,
Flu,
Measles,
Mumps,
Pertussis,
Polio,
Pneumococcal,
Rotavirus,
Rubella,
and Tetanus.
HISTORY WILL NOT BE KIND TO THIS GENERATION OF REPUBLICANS
Quite the opposite. History will reflect veru badly on this current woke, anti police, anti incarceration for criminals, inflation causing, socialism that we've had to endure from democrats.
History will hold up senators Manchin and Senima as heroes.
