Never before has such a tiny minority thought they were so entitled to get their own way...

Complete and total inability to make an honest argument forces the false rhetoric and hyperbole

Let me just point out the obvious for about the hundredth time over the past few months: the vast majority of Americans want Voter ID laws and more secure elections. They don't want to eliminate the current ID laws, they don't want to legalize ballot harvesting, and they don't want every and all state officials to start sending out mail in ballots without consent of the voter in question. They don't want Governors and Secretary of States to issue their own orders that circumvent laws. They don't want the US Justice Department trying to implement national policies without constitutional authority.

More to the point, the idea that Voter ID is a racist plot to bring slavery back is rejected by almost all Americans and even the vast majority of minorities. This is a privileged white liberal issue where white liberals (as white liberals do) believe that their own personal opinions speak for everyone else. 

Here is a hint: If you are white and a liberal, nobody but you cares about your view. Your views are not special and your nonsense does not become an argument because you grossly mistakenly feel that you are "always" on the right side of history. You can lie and toss around hyperbole on every forum you find. You can call everyone a racist till you are blue in the face. You can make racist references and then deny and double down at the same time. You can pretend that the demands for more secure elections are a "slow moving coup" all you want. 

You just look silly doing so. 

Because you actually have zero argument when it comes to the facts and more importantly you are in complete opposition to what the vast majority of Americans want out of their elections. You don't get to decide that your minority opinion matters more because you are willing to make such a fool out yourself in the process. All making a fool out of yourself does is make a fool out of yourself. Getting angry does not make a point. Typing in bold font does not make a silly argument any less silly.

As even the President found out over the past week or so, when you make an incredibly stupid argument accusing people of racism, you get called out on it. Even by many of your own. Maybe there was a time when the media would have covered for it and maybe the President expected he would get that benefit. But as CNN is slowly but surely finding out, you cannot remain a legitimate cable news network when you can't break a million viewers and are being outpaced by a Joe Rogan podcast by about tenfold. 

And that, ladies and gentlemen is where this silly rhetoric will get you. Nobody listens to it or you anymore and all you become is some irrelevant barking at the moon.
