Quinnipiac poll shows Biden underwater across the board...

Only 41% of Americans approve of the way he is handling the Supreme Court situation

Biden to hold his breath until American admit they like him

This is really a low point for the man. Not only does he suck in every single area, the one opportunity he got to really unite his Party (and maybe even much of America) was an opportunity to pick a new Supreme Court Justice. But he managed (as Joe always seem to) to mess that up as well.

I mean, seriously... how can you actually blow up the idea of picking a Supreme Court Justice before you even announced who it is? Well here is a hint. You tell everyone that only 2% of all people in the country with a law degree are eligible. Everyone else (no matter how qualified) need not apply.

I think that goes to the general purpose of people's fairness. Like it or not the American public is moving away from "wokeness" and "politically correctness' at a pretty hefty clip. Those (like Slow Joe) who want to hang on for dear life are going to find themselves quickly losing support.

It's karma.

When you're illegitimate because you had to lie, cheat and steal to achieve your station in life, then it's justice when the fraud you perpetuated crumbles beneath your feet, and everything turns to shit.

Hey Roger...

Quick question. How much does it cost you to fill your Audi A8 with enough gas to drive to Bonney Lake Washington?"

California ✔ @ $4.75 a gallon.
Audi A8 ($80,000) has a 21.7 gal tank capacity.

During Trump $2.24 × 21.7 = $ 48.60
During Biden $4.75 x 21.7 = $103.07

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) warned that he will block quick passage of a symbolic resolution supporting Ukraine and sending a warning to Russia unless it incorporates changes he wants,
The Hill reports.

Said Paul:
“We have some amendments to it. We believe that it should say nothing in this resolution is to be construed as an authorization of war and nothing in this resolution is to be construed as authorizing the use of troops into Ukraine.”

A judge ruled that Donald Trump and his two eldest children, Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr., “must answer questions under oath in New York state’s civil investigation into his business practices,” the AP reports.

“The ruling is almost certain to be appealed, but if upheld it could force the former president into a tough decision about whether to answer questions, or stay silent, citing his Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination.”

New York Times:

The Deep state conspiracy scheme started when the Kenyan President was elected President in 2007. LMAO

The media have known for years how corrupt the Obama administration and the Biden administration were as they colluded with the Hillary campaign and DNC to destroy Trump, before and after he was elected.  They used fictional documents as an excuse to spy on and destroy Trump.  Massive amounts of taxpayer money and government personnel were illegally used for political purposes.  Most of the media not only didn't care, but perpetuated the lies for years in their attempt to destroy Trump.  Now special prosecutor Durham has a filing detailing a small portion of the illegal spying and criminal activity, and most of the media have downplayed or buried the report.  The NYT, in collusion with other leftist media outlets, has finally started attacking the story instead of reporting the story.  Hillary and others must be protected.  They say it is hard to understand, it is old news,  and it may be misinformation.  The truth hasn't mattered to the NYT and other media outlets for a long time.  There is nothing hard to understand about the story that dwarfs Watergate.  They lied and they spied.

Several longtime voters allege their political affiliation was changed — without their consent — after interacting with canvassers.

An unusual concentration of Miami voters flipped their political party affiliations during a recent four-month period, leading to suspicion on whether some had their affiliation changed without consent, the Miami Herald reported Friday.

After analyzing Miami-Dade voter registration data, the Herald found that 5,428 residents had their party affiliation changed between October and January. The registration changes where centered in often low-income, multi-family residential buildings. Of those, 103 voters in the twin Haley Sofge Towers public housing complex alone had their party affiliation switched to Republican.

The phenomenon is being looked into by county investigators after several longtime voters allege their political affiliation was changed — without their consent — after interacting with canvassers.

The matter first drew interest after WPLG Local 10 News released a report in December about an 84-year-old Little Havana resident who claimed his registration switched without his consent despite being a “lifelong Democrat.” Since then, several voters have spoken to media about being surprised by their registration change.

The Herald’s analysis found that more than half of all changes since October resulted in party affiliations switching to Republican, while just under 13% switched to Democrat.

A lawyer who faces a criminal charge stemming from special counsel John Durham 's probe into the FBI's investigation of the 2016 Trump campaign on Thursday asked a federal judge to dismiss the case against him.

Michael Sussmann requested the dismissal of his single criminal count of making a false statement to the FBI, calling it in court papers “a case of extraordinary prosecutorial overreach.”

“Allowing this case to go forward would risk criminalizing ordinary conduct, raise First Amendment concerns, dissuade honest citizens from coming forward with tips, and chill the advocacy of lawyers who interact with the government,” Sussmann argued in a 29-page motion to dismiss filed in a Washington, D.C.-based federal court.

Sussmann, a national security attorney, pleaded not guilty following his indictment in September accusing him of lying during a 2016 meeting with a top FBI lawyer concerning the Trump Organization’s alleged links to a Russian bank.

Durham has alleged that Sussmann hid his relationship with the campaign of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton — the main political rival of then-candidate Trump — when he presented the FBI with findings from a cybersecurity firm alleging suspicious internet activity between Trump’s business and the Russian bank.

The FBI later concluded there was insufficient evidence to establish that a secret back-channel existed between the two entities.

In his Thursday dismissal request, Sussmann again denied any wrongdoing related to his September 2016 meeting with James Baker, then-general counsel of the FBI, arguing that both the FBI and Baker knew the political nature of his work, given their awareness that Sussmann counted the Democratic National Committee among his clientele.

Sussmann also argued in his filing to U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper, an Obama appointee, that his supposed false statement had no legal significance in the FBI’s decision to look into the suspicious cyber activity, since subsequent press reports detailed the same information.

“At the end of the day, Hillary Clinton herself could have publicly handed over the Russian Bank-1 Information and the FBI would still have investigated it,” Sussmann’s filing argued.

The latest development comes days after Sussmann’s lawyers accused Durham of using the case to amplify a right-wing media narrative depicting Trump as having been unfairly persecuted by law enforcement.

That is his job Roger.

To find out whether or not the FBI had justified reason for opening an investigation, whether they had reason to file for FISA warrants, and ultimately to what degree Trump's political opponents had to do with this investigation being started in the first place.

Sussman went to the FBI with a fake tip. He claims he did not believe that the tip was fake, but when asked if he was being paid by someone or had a client involved... he said no.

His argument is that question of his client was irrelevant.

But if it was irrelevant why is it standard practice for the FBI to ask it?

I mean seriously, Roger. Had a Trump attorney gone to the FBI in 2020 and said they had real dirt on Biden... and then that attorney lied and said he did not work for Trump and subsequently that Trump Attorney helped get an FBI investigation started against Biden, even though the information in the tip was fake and that Trump attorney likely knew it was fake.

Then Trump tweeted about it a week before the election...

You would have been livid and calling for not just the attorney's head, but Trump's head as well.

C.H. Truth said...

The entire Russia Trump thing was fake. An FBI investigation. Three congressional investigations. 25 million two year long special counsel probe...

All fake Roger.

All of it!

Durham's job is not just to see why this fake investigation took place, who was responsible for starting the fake investigation, and who should be held accountable for the fake investigation.

But ultimately nothing like that should EVER happen again.

You seem to think that one politician lying about their political opponent and feeding fake tips to the FBI to get an investigation started is what? Good clean fun?

By Gavin Wax

February 12, 2022

Following Europe’s devastation in World War II, it was unthinkable that a united Germany would become a member in good standing of the West, let alone its frequent standard-bearer. Since reunification, however, the German economy has become the lifeblood of the European Union and the Eurozone. Given that Germany exerts an almost hegemonic force throughout Europe through EU institutions, it is difficult to conceive of a European Union in which Germany is not an integral part.

To accept this large role for Germany—the twice-defeated paragon of post-Prussian militarism—would have been unthinkable for any American, Frenchman, or Briton in the immediate aftermath of those wars. At that time, the West saw its role as rebuilding Germany outside of the Soviet sphere of influence. Over time, however, Germany grew beyond the modest goals of the denazification campaign and Marshall Plan.

Similarly, it is hard to imagine a Russian Federation today that stands with the free nations of the West, let alone serves as one of its standard-bearers. With Russian-backed incursions into South Ossetia and Abkhazia in 2008, the annexation of Crimea in 2014, and the congregation of 100,000 Russian troops on the Ukrainian border, such a role seems inconceivable. But the result—the unimaginable vaunting of the Russian Federation from pariah to leader—could be similar. The path to get there need not be.

The West, under the direction of the American intelligence community, decided to manipulate Joe Biden, alleging that Russian President Vladimir Putin has been planning an imminent invasion. Given that Putin understands the significance of a military conflict with the West or, even barring that, the potential for economic upheaval wrought by comprehensive sanctions on the Russian economy, it seems improbable that he would pursue such a strategy. Instead, he has engaged in a game of brinkmanship that retains Ukraine as a buffer but decreases the likelihood that it will join NATO in the foreseeable future.

Putin’s image is predicated upon personal and national strength. It is doubtful he will walk away with his head bowed or initiate a new war for the conquest of Ukraine, only to find himself with a NATO border rather than a buffer. More probably, the Biden Administration and the American intelligence community are exacerbating the threat of a Russian invasion (which has no strategic significance to the safety of American territorial interests or security) to distract from the growing problem that the West is not inclined to face: Red China. With or without Putin, the Russians can and should be part of the inevitable Western alliance standing against Red China and the genocidal Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime that rules it.

Today, Russians can choose to avoid war and the mistakes made by the more militaristic, pre-war Germans. They can prevent the humiliation of the kind of war whose destruction and shame are not yet known. They can take what should, in any event, be their rightful place at the table of Western cultures and nations. After all, Russian culture in so many ways is linked to the Western experience. Yet, politically and militarily, it stands across a chasm.

Despite what will surely be further intervention by the intelligence community and corrupt Biden officials to villainize Russia, the historic Russian nation holds a unique position as the great bridge between East and West. Given the current state of the East, where a technocratic regime has melded Stalinist ideology with cutting-edge (mostly stolen) technology to create a brutal autocracy, the West would benefit from a more substantial presence in that sphere of influence.

Well Roger... all Durham is claiming is that Trump Towers, the White House, and Trump's personal residence were monitored for IP traffic. This has been pretty much stipulated, just that the person in question claims it was all for legitimate reasons.

You can "make up" what you say "I" believe. But I will just stick with what Durham is claiming at this point...

How's that?

So instead of putting words in my mouth.

Why not just go with what we know (not with your crazy allegations).

Btw... I am pretty sure you actually have believed or still do:

3) Trump ate top secret documents and flushed others down the toilet
4) Trump committed abuse of power for mentioning an investigation into Hunter Biden (while you defend the Biden DOJ and others investigating Trump left right and center).

Russia’s Military Pullback Was a Ruse

“U.S. officials have obtained intelligence that Russia’s announced military pullback from Ukraine’s border was a deliberate ruse to mislead the United States and other world powers,”

“The souring optimism that it would be possible to avoid conflict came just days after a flicker of hope, when Russian leaders signaled they would begin to draw down the more than 150,000 troops they have massed at Ukraine’s border.
That announcement was accompanied by Kremlin-produced videos of what they claimed were tanks and other heavy equipment leaving border areas by rail car.

What Trump and some news outlets are saying is wrong,” Dagon’s lawyers said. “The cybersecurity researchers were investigating malware in the White House, not spying on the Trump campaign, and to our knowledge, all of the data they used was non-private DNS data from before Trump took office.”

Additionally, Durham’s case against Sussmann itself is extremely narrow and doesn’t appear to be very strong, according to national security experts. While Durham said Sussmann falsely told the FBI he didn’t have any clients during their 2016 meeting even though he was representing Clinton and Joffe, Sussmann denied saying that and insisted he was only representing the latter at the time.

Regardless of the increasingly fact-free nature of their spin, it doesn’t appear that Fox News is going to slow down with its “Trump was right” coverage anytime soon.

Clinton tears into GOP, Fox News at NY Democratic convention

Hillary Clinton slammed former President Trump, the GOP and Fox News while speaking at New York Democratic Convention on Thursday.

"We can't get distracted. Whether it's by the latest culture war nonsense or some new right-wing lie on Fox or Facebook," Clinton told the crowd in New York City.

The former secretary of State and presidential nominee went on to allude to Fox News's coverage of Special Counsel John Durham's investigation into Russia's interference in the 2016 election.

This week, Durham accused Michael Sussman, an attorney for Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign who was charged with lying to the FBI, and his allies of exploiting government databases in an effort to gather information on Trump.

Right-wing media outlets, including Fox, have covered the story extensively.

"By the way, they've been coming after me again lately, in case you might have noticed. It's funny, the more trouble Trump gets into, the wilder the charges and conspiracy theories about me seem to get," Clinton said.

"So now, his accountants have fired him and investigations draw closer to him, and right on cue the noise machine gets turned up doesn't it? Fox leads the charge with accusations against me, counting on their audience to fall for it again. And as an aside, they're getting awfully close to actual malice in their attacks," she continued.

However, Clinton warned Democrats not to pay attention to both extreme ends of the political spectrum.

"Don't let the extremes of any or either side throw us off course. Focus on the solutions that matter to voters. Not the slogans that only matter on Twitter.

"Republicans will claim they’re on the side of parents and family values,
but they will do nothing for actual parents or families," Clinton said.
"Nothing on child care, nothing on paid leave,
nothing to help working moms and dads get by and get ahead."

"They'll ban books
but do nothing about guns.
They'll make it harder for people to vote
but easier for big corporations to bust unions.
They'll let polluters trash our environment
and let Donald Trump trash our democracy," she said.
